SUPER FUN! Went on Juneteenth, Food is expensive but what do you expect. One water bottle is allowed in. They do allow you to exit and reenter the park as well in the same day. Locker rental is $20 (small) for the whole day. Lots of things to do and places to play. I spent the whole day there and didn't get to do everything just because of how much there was to do. There was barely/if any wait times for entry to the waterpark and for any slides. All the staff I spoke to were nice and understanding. Design

Bravo! This water park has to be the cleanest park I have ever been to! The staff was friendly, dressing rooms were so clean! Tons of seating and I love the blue carpets so your feet don't burn! The rides were so much fun! Food was good too! Thank you for our teacher appreciation day!!

What Seaside has become blows my mind. I used to come to this beach on a regular with my family growing up, and now I'm here with my family. The boardwalk & beach are clean, and I feel safe walking around with my family without any drama happening. Spent the weekend here and a few blocks from the boardwalk. Walked and biked every day. Great time. I'm so happy to see how much it's improved. Loved seeing the kids laughing, running around, on a ice-cream fulled hysteria! Past bedtime and no one cared.

We just did a quick walk through after having dinner nearby, but there definitely was a fun vibe at this amusement park. We particularly took a liking to the colorful characters we found throughout the park. I would like to try some of the rides on a return visit.

Seaside Beach Boardwalk is a must when visiting New Jersey! Fun in the sun with the grand kids on their first time here. Great time was had by all!

Love this boardwalk easy parking walk to the water and then some fun on the boardwalk. Best boardwalk food and drinks. Closer to the rides are the GREAT arcades. A few bougi stores and a few more down to earth. ?? the candy shops.

Better than Disney and Orlando ; can't wait to come back! Something for ALL AGES! Amazing memories. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!

This amazing place on the Jersey Shore is definitely the best place to be in the spring and summer months. They have everything, games, rides, attractions, restaurants, fishing, crabbing, water park, gorgeous views, fireworks, live music, festivals, amazing people, soft clean sandy beaches, a beautiful ocean on one side and a beautiful bay on the other side, sunrise, sunset, moonrise, Ferris Wheel, boardwalk food, amazing people, frog bog, jet skiing, surfing, kayaking, boating and so much more. You will ne

Always a great time! Miniature golfing, go karts, water park, great food, rides and games. You can't go wrong. :) Just know everything is priced separately so it can get expensive. They don't allow outside food or beverages but they can be purchased inside the establishment.

This is the best place ever! I've been going here since I was 1 I love all the rides and the water park it's my favorite place I love the jersey shore and this is definitely my favorite bored walk I always make so many memories

I took my Daughter to seaside for a surprise weekend getaway out of nowhere for her birthday coming up & she's been having fun from the moment we got into the car but as soon as we got here she said ?? Dad can we please stay longer than the weekend ???????? so I promised her I would still take her back here next Saturday anyways just because of the amount of joy this place gave my Daugter and I ??????

Great place to take the family! The attractions have everything for every age group. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm gluten free and they actually have decent gluten free pizza. The place is really clean. We greatly enjoyed our day there.

The pier is in great condition, the pizza is expensive but looks really good, the beaches cost 10$ per person to go onto but man it was clean and refreshing for me; no trash that i saw anywhere except one water bottle cap. Had some vendor make some vinegar salt fries like when i was a kid, but they turned out like vomit. Had some soft serve ice cream on a cone w/sprinkles that was great. Rode the ferris wheel, it was cool but didn't last long. Parked in a lot close that cost 15$ all day. I recommend this pl

The Waterpark itself is pretty awesome and it will keep kids busy for a few hours. There's a shack bar for adults to sit at and have some drinks and I loved that. I wish I knew his name, but our bartender( Australian accent) was very friendly and fun. I give this place 4stars for their inability for to accommodate my handicapped boyfriend. I want to be clear that we didn't have a problem paying for the spectator pass, but I wish there were other options for people that can't participate in anything. I asked

My family and I took a few day trip down to six flags and stayed on the shore. Although the weather did not really cooperate, it was a really nice boardwalk. Even though it was off season there was quite a few things open and the beach was beautiful. I'd love to go back and see it when it all comes to life!

Crazy awesome boardwalk and pier with STELLAR rides! Great for date night or an evening out w the kids. It's like the fair is always in town! Also has a sky lift to ride in the clouds over the pier! Nice touch!

Seriously fun and wonderful! Took my son for the first time (I'm 67 and he's 32, on the spectrum) and we had a blast! I was 12 again! Everything is so well organized?chairs, lockers, foods, tables?and CLEAN. Many shaded areas with chairs. We ended up spending 5 hours there. It can get crowded but once you pick a ride, you don't even notice. Really well run. Going back tomorrow!! Highly recommended for all ages.

Casino pier is a great place to visit. Overall, I really enjoyed this place. Even though the weather was a little gloomy parts of the day, all the rides were open and functional. The lines were very short during the day. Everything there was clean, neat and well- maintained. Alot of the rides were new as well. There are great rides for kids over 36 inches tall. There are a few thrill rides as well that are nice.

Very crowded but my visiting grandsons had a good time. Everything was so expensive. A large coke was $5.00. I noticed the staff was cleaning the machines as soon as they were free..some air conditioning made the hot night bearable. The staff were present at all times..The fireworks were great!

Plenty of parking available close by. The beach and boardwalk are pristine. Not all rides were open this early in the season but lots of games and food stands were. Had some delicious fried snacks at the Midway and of course you can't walk a Jersey boardwalk without a cheesesteak. Nothing like watching the sun set on the beach.

I've been taking the kids here for 17 years love every single summer wouldn't have it any other way. Friendly environment, fun people great rides good food amazing games, lots of laughter!! Best way to celebrate my son?s eighth grade graduation!!!

Brandon at Casino Peir Casino helped my grandson combine his old cards with his are cards, thought they were deleted. Patients were incredibly appreciated

Great place for our Polar Bear Plunge group to meet. Family friendly, great carnitas tacos. Fun arcade, not too loud.

Absolutely breathtaking, stunning and my ultimate favorite place. It has awesome vibe and everything you could need - nice clean beach, thrill rides, ferris wheel, cute shops with friendly people, unique chairlift right next to the beach.

I went to casino pier with my fiance to play the arcade games, I seen there was a new virtual - Omni Arena game, so I headed over and walked to the guy ?running? the game. The worker was sitting inside the game on a bench. I walked over and started reading about the game and called the worker to ask how much it was to play. The worker walked towards me, without a hello, said to me ? our harnesses have a weight limit, sorry?. I have never been so mortified in my entire life. I was in extreme shock!!! I walk

This is the wife's childhood memories and now it is our daughter's. The beach and ocean views are beautiful. The shops are cute. The arcade was fun for everyone in our group. We all had a good time riding rides and making family memories together. Wife and I agree that we will bring our daughter back again and then bring our new daughter as she gets older.

Fun, relaxing place for the weekend. Full of arcades, carnival rides, food and drinks Great vibes most of the day here. Clean beaches and clean boardwalk.

Annual summer trips & appreciate that they host the polar plunge for Special Olympics each year. Always lots to do for each family member & many food options

The Casino Pier is a great place to shop, play arcades and dine, although it can be pricy compared to other boardwalks. It's got a nice waterpark and a good selection of rides for all ages. Be sure to make the most of it by checking out the promotions (23$ for unlimited wristbands, etc). Some of the people hosting the games (darts and such) can be a bit annoying, though.

Not bad pretty nice although they should play more music loudly cause sometimes it's a bit quiet but not bad overall . It's really lots of fun! Felt extremely safe with police and security being around.

Though I can't go on rides anymore it's still fun to go and watch. They have a little something for all ages. The ferris wheel is amazing just to sit and watch the light show. An upgrade since the storm.

Love the boardwalk at sunset ?? plenty of places to eat and drink ?? and so much fun at the park with the rides and games ????????

Pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Could use showers and decent changing areas. The slides are fun. Will visit again. Casino pier rides were fun.

Nice cool place. Not a lot to do there but the beach is great and there's reasonable fair style food (fried Oreos are great, and funnel cakes!) and when the weather is great it's great

I highly recommend Seaside Heights to anyone seeking a joyful and memorable beach vacation. After four decades, it remains a cherished tradition and a place where cherished memories are made year after year

I always have a great time going to the Casino Piers. The rides can be a bit pricey. The wait line is not long. Waited about 10 minutes for each of them.

Great place is a big slice. Pricey but competitive to the other pizza places here in seaside. Fresh slices coming out frequently. It was a good slice, proof is in the photo!

I came at the beginning of off season and the beach was free and allows dogs onto it. There were still plenty of shops and games open. Had great food and took a few pictures. It was not crowded and the water looked amazing.

Great place for kids during the day. $45 wrist bands in the weekend.

Always one of my favorite places to go. Fun games, yummy food, beautiful view, so much to do!!

Love this place! Always come when overcast day with no crowds! Nice the added a bar too! Highly recommend!

Good place to go was a big day on the shore lots of people. The weather was beautiful not too hot not too cold perfect!

I've been going there since I was a kid bring my kids there and they loved it had a good time this weekend

My first trip since Hurricane Sandy. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the pier came out. Not a ride person anymore, but I've always loved the atmosphere of the boardwalk amusement park. The atmosphere is still fantastic. The rides looked great. The people were super friendly, courteous helpful. Everything is well maintained and clean.

?????????? Being locals, we always take our kids to the Casino Pier boardwalk and arcade, but this time we finally got to check out Casino Pier's WaterPark! We had an amazing time! ???? There's something for everyone?fun rides for all ages, tasty food, and refreshing drinks ????. If you're looking for more options, you can easily re-enter and explore the new food bodegas on the seaside boardwalk ????. The drinks were as strong as they were delicious! ?? This is definitely the spot to check out this summer

We love this water park!! Not too big, not too small and very clean! Bonus = multiple bars for the parents who need a pick me up! I love that it doesn't get too crowded (I have only been on weekdays though.) and the price isn't too bad. Side note - The Easter sale is truly worth it for all things Casino Pier. We will definitely be back!

We sent my daughters 12 birthday here with family & friends. It's was an A-mazing weekend.

My family had the absolute time of our lives! Casino pier will give you amazing experience full of rides, stores, arcades and a stunning calming beach! This is the perfect place if you looking to get away and just enjoy life!!

great time! disappointing seeing AI gen images there

What an incredible come back. This pier was basically destroyed and there coaster dropped into the Atlantic by Superstorm Sandy. Well the is pier back and every year getting better and better! Keep a look out for special wristband nights.

Expensive but a good time. It's for teens and adults. I don't recommend it for children. Seaside park is nice for the little ones. Unfortunately the beach isn't what it used to be..but that's the visitors fault. Apparently they think it's ok to leave their garbage on the beach. They stopped smoking on the beach..so at least you don't see cigarettes sticking out of the beach sand anymore. You get to breathe in the salty air instead of cigarette smoke also. Win win for the people that don't smoke anyway. Howe

Very family friendly pier - plenty of rides for kids . Never any long lines - plenty of food options !

Been coming here since I was a kid, now with my kids, always a fun time, for adults and children!

The water park is clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. There's lots to for kids of all ages. Metered parking is available in the streets surrounding the facility, $2 per hour. We didn't eat there but our friends did and seemed pleased

my kid was injured on the bumper cars as there is unpadded metal bar on the sides situated right by the child's head. Shortly after we got off, I witnessed same thing happen to another kid where their head smacked the metal bar. In hope of promoting a safer experience for future riders, I filled out an incident report but they refused to provide me with a copy and seemed to not care. Stay away from the bumper cars as they are not safe for kids due to shotty padding and exposed metal close to childs head

I think the best value is going at Twilight on a Sunday night. The park was pretty empty, so we went in all the rides multiple times without waiting on lines. You only need a few hours as the park is small. On a side note, I think the park is a bit too strict about me bringing in one bottle of water per person.

The pier was closed due to be off season. Went on a Tuesday and was quite surprised how big the pier was. The amusement park was a very nice edition to it. Has many nice rides for a great day of fun. The sun was out and the waves were quite big. Just be ready to pay for parking.

So interesting how things change! Casino Pier used to be fun as a kid but it quickly became outdated and less fun as I grew up. We moved away and haven't come back for a while but when we recently visited we realized that Casino Pier is kind of like a smaller scale Dave & Busters now. You can get drinks and play arcade games with your drinks making it kid friendly and fun for adults too. Personally I wouldn't go super late at night with kids- mostly because it's probably more drunk adults at that time but

Fun rides, crowded which is great to see for the local economy. Food options are great, nice to have snacks and drinks spread all around. Games are fun as always and reasonably priced. Arcade fun with the new vr center. Makes it easier buying the easter deals so it doesn't sting on the pocket as much !

Family friendly and so much to do. You won't regret stopping by or staying for a bit. Give your weekend a boost by spending time on the pier with soooooooo much enjoyable things to do you won't be disappointed and won't realise you didn't pay enough for on street parking. So worth the parking ticket!

Casino Pier never disappoints! We saw an aerialist show and it was amazing!

The boardwalk is a fun time. We enjoyed the rides and games. Stop by Jimbos for some food. It was great.

this theme park is AMAZING. it has amazing rides, great midway games, delicious food at a good price, and a waterpark which looks VERY fun! i havent tried it yet but i will this summer! the go karts also look very fun and there's fun golf courses here too. and did i mention there were multiple arcades?? they're so much fun! i highly recommend visiting this theme park which is at seaside heights.

You have to pay $8-10 to get on the beach. 11years of age under are free. But the kids had fun.

It was June 22, it was terribly cold. the water is very cold everywhere, our and other children walked around frozen, many were shaking and had blue lips. the only place where you can warm up is a small jacuzzi, with a temperature of about 85 Fahrenheit, there was a queue, there were no other places where you could warm up. Children under 5 years old are not allowed in the jacuzzi, my baby was terribly cold and I, with a slight curse, went in with him to warm up. after that we immediately left, without

Great place to have a good time. Too bad that the beach is not free but is a really nice place to be

Had a wonderful time with my love and his kids, first time there love it because the beach was clean and the water was cleaner than the beaches in nyc. The boardwalk and amusement park was nice also we mostly went to the arcade.

Enjoyable ambiance. Great for walking and good food. We enjoyed the games at the arcade with the little ones.

Many fun rides here. Great place for all ages.

I have been coming to Casino Pier for over4 years. They have continued to upgrade it. The rides are good for all ages, though expensive. The arcade was expanded and cleaned up, with very clean bathrooms. They also have go karts, mini golf and a water park right across the street. You could easily spend from one to a few days here. Especially if you are on a beach trip, as we are in either seaside heights or one of the surrounding towns.

This area is great for a family vacation. I realize these are different times and the water park has done a fantastic job addressing health concerns. The park was super clean and less seating made it feel really open. There are hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere and they clean the tube between uses. The rides are open on the peir. They clean between riders and also have hand sanitizer throughout the area.

Love the new rides and everything since Hurricane sandy and the fire. Haven't been in almost 5 years and really enjoyed it.

Very clean wide variety of rides for all ages.

I was surprised to find this place still open and fairly lively in the dead of winter (February). It even felt a little nicer and cleaner then the summer months.

Went down for the beach soccer tourney in June. Surprising amount of public parking, including a good-sized lot next to the water park. Prices at most places are reasonable. During the day, it was family friendly but seemed to transition to a 20-somthing party scene at dusk.

Love Casino Pier Great Rides, Fun Games, Good Food, & A Great Atmosphere!!!

Don't care what people say about Seaside, the Casino pier and seaside heights boardwalk is awesome fun and affordable. Kids loved it this past summer. Good times.

Lots to do... Berkeley has the best salt water taffy, sawmill for pizza and beer..

The shops and water were perfect couldn't have asked for a better day rides were not open yet but completely understandable .

LOVE THIS PLACE! MY FAMILY ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT TIME THERE AND IT SUPER CLEAN. THEY INSTALLED A NEW SLIDE THAT'S JUST AMAZING, WE WENT IN 5 TIMES. LOL. It's JUST SO MUCH FUN

Good amount of entertainment however all was a bit pricy great views of the ocean form sky ride and ferris wheel

Great night with family at seaside. Very cleaned uo and nice.

Family friendly amusement rides, rollercoaster, ferris wheel, carnival games, etc. Typical shore destination pier. The Sky Ride is a nice slow paced bird's eye view ride.

Visited on a snowy day in the winter, but once you get inside , you would never know. Great friendly service, food was good. Claw machines are always great fun. We do miss the carousel, but the remodeling looks great.

Nice little water park on the shore. I went on a Wednesday night and it was not crowded at all very enjoyable evening. It is a small water park but my kids 5 and 7 enjoyed it. 7 year old can get on most of the rides. The kids water play area is cool with a bunch of slides for them to go down and run around through the water. The wave pool is small but easy to locate your kid and they had a blast. They also have hot tubs.

My boyfriend and I have visited quite a few times. It's a unique experience, but so fun! Many food options, fun rides/arcade games. We just brought my mom & sister at the end of september when most things were closed but I CAN'T wait to bring them next summer!! Thank you for providing so many fun things to do! We will continue to visit as often as possible :)

Very happy with how they're cleaning up the beaches and boardwalk and have increased security. It was much friendlier and cleaner in 2023 vs 2022. The Hersey beaches have had their issues in the news and I know some of it is real but I went again this year to see for myself and it was much better than what was being reported and we had a blast. For families with teens it's friendlier for them entertainment wise than Point Pleasant but for children and families with kids under 12 or for retirees Point Pleasa

Our family loves casino pier! We just hosted my son's 5th Birthday Party with the arcade and everyone had a great time! Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. We highly recommend Casino Pier to all of our friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
