Haven't been skating in 15 years and decided to go on Adult Skate night. I had a awesome time. Great music and staff was very friendly.

Great place for kids. Nice and clean. Plenty for kids to do whether you're skating or just playing games.

I get the grandkids together every other week or so and go here or other to skate during the day on the weekend. Cheap entertainment and they love it. But they mentioned the music selection difference between the facilities. Which I've recognized. I remember growing up they used to play all types of music at all. Prices maybe a little towards the higher side but definitely worth it-has a combined skate/ball pit maze pricing package which includes a $10 arcade card which is the way to go! A while back, one of the female managers was rude and unprofessional. My daughter and I were the only ones standing in line to cash in tickets. She was helping someone with cash in his tickets, while a few other staff members were standing around talking to each other behind the counter... and then, when it was my daughter's turn, she refused to serve us because they were about to close. Staff were helpful and kind. Our host for the birthday party was awesome. She was sweet, very attentive and made things easy for us. Celebrated my 20 year old and 4 year old son?s birthday there tonight. Everyone had fun! The place is also pretty clean!

My daughters birthday party here was amazing. The hosts were so nice and even helped serve the children drinks and pizza. It was so nice not having to set up and clean up. They also held everything for you until your table was ready. Will for sure have another party here. 100%. Shes still talking about her party. ??

Had a party there, it went well. Really liked the staff that was assigned to us. We ended up having a ton more people than planned, but they accommodated as much as they could. Limited seating for a party. There is no room or anything to rent for a large party.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They seemed to enjoy what they do in interacting positively. The kids had a lot of fun. The whole experience was great!

Aiden, our party host was great! It was his first party running it solo. My kids love carousel skate rink, as we go quarterly for school fundraisers. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and the party was set up and smooth!

The staff at Carousel are always so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well kept. I have had a birthday party there for my little girl and they were very attentive and sweet.

Had my daughter?s birthday and had a fantastic experience! My youngest loved the play zone while my oldest enjoyed skating. I enjoyed the fact that they set up the table for us so it was less work for me. We got our pizza in a timely manner and our pitchers refilled frequently. Overall made for a great day!

Bday party here is fun. But the price to skate is high . 30$ for 2 adults. Arcade is decent priced. Prizes for tickets are good and fair. Not much food to buy from snack bar. Bathrooms r clean. Skates r clean. Play are is clean. Music is pop radio music. Kid friendly. Friday nights is adult skate and they serve alcohol until 12 am.

My daughter had a wonderful birthday party. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was told to show up 15 mins before the party to set up. I actually ended up showing up a bit earlier and they had no problem with me leaving my things beside the table and setting up. Prior to the party I had called with a few questions and each time they were so friendly and polite. I highly recommend carousel skating center. We definitely will have future birthday parties here!! Absolutely amazing arena for skating and hanging out! There were 2 birthday parties going on and it's was amazingly organized to have such an open and available area for everyone! Lots of seating and arcade for the gamers and skaters! They even have rollerblades available to rent for no additional charges!

Kids had a blast for $5 Friday skating today, this place is super clean and all of the staff members (Annabelle, Jailen, Cheyenne, Joshua and Journey) were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The play space is HUGE and the pizza and pretzels were fresh, soft and delicious.

We went with family, 8 adults and 6 kids, and it was really fun! Felt like skate rinks from when I was in middle school. Fantastic experience for a special occasion!

We celebrated our son's 5th birthday at Carousel this year and were so pleased with the location, staff and amenities that came with the party package, including pizza, soda and ice cream. We will definitely recommend to others!

Kira and the rest of the staff made the party experience great. It is always nice and I love the managements overall care for customers. My son has a blast. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They assisted our party in several ways. My son is a regular but after this you ask have definitely won more of our business.

Had my daughter's birthday party there. I wish we could have done cake and presents elsewhere as it didn't leave much time to skate. But they were great and my daughter had fun. Would be awesome to have 3 hr birthday times.

I used Carousel Skate Center to host a private Sorority event last month and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! They were so easy to communicate with and were very helpful with all of my questions! On day of the staff was very helpful and kind! I would definitely recommend using Carousel Skate if you are looking to host private events or parties!

I enjoyed our trip. They have recently updated their setup and I love that they took out the tables along the sides! I also appreciate how they keep their skates working well, that they offer skate trainers, have a playzone for the littles and their workers are always friendly! Best place to skate in Wichita!

Really bad experience on Sunday , A kid was calling names and bad words to my daughter and friend They talk to the manager about the kid and he did go and talk to the mother of the kid but that's it I think they should and people that allow kid to do bullying to others and don't let them in next time or at least removed them from the place The mother of the kid was dancing and she really did not care at all

Nice and clean facilities, great atmosphere. Kids love school skate nights at the Carousel. They look so forward to come here and skate. Good times...getting the kids away from the computer and game consoles...priceless!!?? I havent been back to Carousel since I was a kid and this time I went with my kids and I swear it was more fun than I remember. Maybe the nostalgia played a part in my appreciation but it was just such a fun experience all around for all three of us.

Great time here! A little dated, but will do. We had a party of 5, with 4 of us skating. Two who were skating-this was their first time. We got trainers to help them get more comfortable and at one point one was stolen. And then the other some other kid tried to steal it and I had to go retrieve it. The skating rink has been around for so long and it's a great place to take kids or your family out on the weekend. They have a concession stand with multiple food options as well as a dining area with tables where you can sit and eat. They also have a little arcade area and the corner before you walk the hall to get to the skating rink. I loved every minute of skating at this rink. The facility was clean, the staff was polite and friendly, there were no rowdy or unsafe skaters, the food was delicious, the music was pleasant, and the games were fun. The best thing was that I was allowed to skate with my knee scooter even though I am temporarily disabled due to an ankle injury. Went to a skating Birthday party for grands. Fun place for party 3 hours skate, gym & pizza party. Kids had a blast! You can bring your skates or rent them. Nice parking felt safe.

Cool place to go. Need to upgrade the stand the pizza sat on for birthday parties. Seen two parties lose a pizza. Need heat proof rubber on the stands. Otherwise my daughter enjoyed the birthday party

Went on July 3rd tried to use my coupon stating valid until July 3rd and was told it was no longer valid because it's July 3rd. Makes no sense to me at all. Addendum: After emailing the coupon club I was offered passes and came back the next week and we had a great time. The kids enjoyed skating and playing on the indoor playground. Blast from the past! Today was the birthday party for my 10 year old granddaughter and she wanted it at Carousel, just like last year. This is a great place for kid events, and probably adults ready to embrace their past! The staff is friendly, the facility clean and the skating and activities are always a hit with the kids. If you want to have your party here, be sure to book them well in advance as they're always busy and only have limited space for parties.

We had my son's 13th birthday party here and he loved it. We chose the adventure package, Eric was very nice/helpful, and the facility was great. Thank you!

UPDATE: Every Friday from 9:30-midnight. Still an amazing time!!! Adult skate happens on the first Saturday of the month. They have a bar, old school tunes, and 21+. It's a great time

Great place for families, you can rent a walker for kids learning to skate for just a couple of bucks, a HUGE confidence booster. Picture was taken at a private party which is why it's so empty, another great option for affordable family bonding activities ??

Nice, clean, well maintained building and very reasonable pricing. We had a fresh baked pizza that was pretty good. The toddlers had so much fun climbing and sliding on the play zone. They love to "play" the arcade games and pick a prize at the ticket counter. We didn't skate, but the floor looked like a nice one. The kids had lots of fun!

Fun as always! Lots of new paint and floors, they keep this place well maintained and clean. Everyone is nice whether your speed skating or falling on your bum repeatedly.

Fair prices and my kids love coming here. And it's nostalgic for me as I went here as a kid too over 25 years ago ??. I may be old and the building/spot has been there for a long time but it's still a great place to beat the heat or the cold wind!

We had my daughter?s 7th birthday party here and it was a blast! I'd never been here before but I knew from the reviews we wouldn't be disappointed. The host was super sweet and the pizza was delicious! The play area is huge and the kids loved it! We will definitely plan another birthday here in the future!

Pretty good skating center. My 9 year old loves the play area. It would be nice if it was included in the price instead of having to pay an extra $5. I can't speak for the food because I've never eaten there, but they have pizza and nachos and fountain drinks. Some of the skating ?games? could be done away with, like spinning the arrow. We've been a few times, and even I have fun, until I fall, and then I'm done. ??

I traveled from Utah to visit family in Burrton Kansas. I have an addiction to roller skating. I went here to skate today and my experience was absolutely amazing. The gentleman at the front counter was so helpful and had a genuine great attitude. The lady at the snack bar was so happy and definitely has excellent customer service skills. The food was great! I love to go when it's not packed. Skating areas smooth and musice great. My 4 girls ranging from 2 to 10 absolutely love this place. As an extra they have a really cool play zone area. you can spend hours here!!!

It's cool. I went during the day and there were lots of kids enjoying themselves. They had a DJ and she put on a few games the kids could enjoy. Good vibe for kids during the day.

We celebrated my son's 6th birthday today at Carousel. We all had a blast! They had everything we needed and were really prepared and attentive. It's excellent quality for the price. There's so much the kids to do and I was surprised at how delicious and fresh the pizza was. I would highly recommend them for birthday parties!!

Nice clean and fun place to take kids and have birthday parties. Wish they would let us bring in outside pizza because the food here sucks. Nasty frozen pizza, bland nacho cheese served with stale chips tater tots came out cold and mushy.

This place definitely gives the old school skating rink feel and I'm grateful. My kids love playing in the fun zone too. Glad to have the "skate walkers" available for my kiddos as they're still learning to skate. Man, I wish I still had my youth so I could roller blade all over that place to Two Princes and have not a care in the world!

Affordable place to take the kids and they always have fun! They've got games to win tickets on and a play area. Works out great for my 8 year old, while my 12 year old skates with her friends. I used to come here when I was a kid, so it takes me back to my childhood! I'm so happy there's still a place in Wichita where I can share a piece of my childhood with my kiddos!

The staff was incredible! The birthday host was so sweet and helpful, but I really appreciated the manager at the front when we came in. My daughter was super anxious & nervous when we arrived. She immediately calmed her down with her kind & calming nature.Thank you for an incredible experience!

Loved this!!! There is a nice big play area (climbing nets, balls, slide, etc) for kids to play, and tables next to that for parents to watch the ?jungle gym? area and watch the rink. I wish they accepted song requests and I would have bought something for a souvenir at their sales counter, but I am still happy I got to SKATE!

I was very impressed with how nice it was. The staff was friendly and made us Coffee. Which the young gentleman running the counter had never done. He took great care of us. Nice atmosphere and safe environment for our granddaughters party. Skates were in good shape, and lots of fun was had by all. I loved the pvp pipes walkers that helped the newbie Skate.

I have been to the adult skate session from 9 to midnight on Friday's several times now and it's always a lot of fun. The crowd is good and everyone has been respectful with a lot of great skaters who are all there for the same reason. To relax and have some Fun!

Went here for my kids' school function. It's just okay. I feel like the concessions are absurdly priced. My biggest suggestion would be for them to reconsider their refund policy. My 5 year old fell the moment he stepped on the rink and when I had to sit out with him, they only offered me a free pass as opposed to my money back. We were only out there for a literal minute.

First time here, my out of state visiting son took his daughter and if she wasn't so tired, I think she would have had more of a blast. Price is very fair for 3 hours of skating, the bouncy zone, and the arcade. The place was very clean, and had a great atmosphere. Few of the machines were broken, as was the automated card balance reader. The food was expensive, but you kind of expect that. Ordered a small popcorn, and half the container was all unpopped corn. My kids absolutely love this place! Great for friend hang outs, birthdays, and family time. Prices are great and the atmosphere is always fun. They play different games during the course of the day.

Went for a school skate night. It was a bit chaotic, but that's what happens when you pack 2 elementary schools in to a small space. Everything was clean. My kids (1,4,6) loved the play area!

Had a great time! Enjoyed the fact that everything was set up, all we pretty much had to do was show up and bring cake! Only issue I had was the pricing I felt that since I paid for a package additional guests should have been discounted, on top of the package I paid for I left spending an extra $118. Other than that great, safe, fun, friendly atmosphere.
