Great little mini golf spot right off a main road. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The course is fun, especially for groups! I've played here many a time. There's even an ice cream stand right across the street for a little treat at the end!
The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. We love coming to visit. ??
It is a great place to play mini golf!
I've been coming here since I was a kid. The staff are accommodating and super friendly! They have a fun reward system for hole-in-ones, and the location being right next to Hodgie?s and Lena?s Seafood makes for a perfect day! I stopped in today after years and had a great time thanks to the awesome staff.
Super friendly folks. The batting cages were a real pleasure. I hit 70mph, nbd. Also, nice selection of bats.
Loved it, fun little putt putt and the go carts are just fast enough to give you a thrill
Fun activities, needs some love. The golf course, while functional, needs a little TLC. Some of the props/course elements are merely garden sculptures that offer little to no challenge to the design of the course. Many of the props are in shambles, and the waterways are probably 50% functional. While this has no impact on how the game is played, it does not create a very interesting aesthetic while playing. The arcade has a small selection of ticket-dispensing games, most of which were working. A few did
Captains Corner features a very family friendly mini golf course, batting cages and go karts. The staff here is great and super helpful. The prices are fair and you can even win prizes if you get hole in ones on certain holes. They even offer glow golf on Saturdays! While some of the course has the tendency to look a little run-down at times, the staff does a nice job with changing up the holes by adding in different objects/obstacles and I really admire the creativity. They also allow people to sign the bi
Nice batting cage. And very, VERY friendly owner. Had a great time! Hint: try to hit the white ball!
We've been here a lot. It's a decent mini golf course. Some things could be improved, like there's hardly any hole number markings or interesting obstacles. Also it's WICKED buggy (they have bug spray there but we're always sketched out by it) and this time there was a hornet's nest too. Only half the water stream was working....it's just a decent place. Fun with a group but it's kind of the only one in the area so it does the job.
I was hoping all the reviews of the batting cages being down we're old and they would have been fixed since most of those reviews were written 10/11 months ago but nope, we went Memorial Day weekend and they only had mini golf no batting cages or go carts. I only came to this place because they had batting cages.
Favorite mini golf place around with the new small mini golf its even better with smaller children! We try to come here atleast 3x a month prices are very fair for all they have to offer batting cages arcade mini golf go carts and even ice cream! Great place to keep the kids occupied for a few hours!
My son and I hit the batting cages during our recent trip to MA. We had a great time with the locals and the staff. My son went back a second night also and enjoyed it much.
Excellent putting grounds, pristine blue water, good times had by all.
Awesome little mini golf course. It's a bit old and out dated, needs some TLC but it is still a really fun time. Highly recommend for family fun!! We will definitely be going back :)
Cute mini golf course with a fun pirate theme. 18 holes and a batting cage. If you're ever in the area it is a fun and affordable outing. There is a restaurant next door as well.
The staff was pleasant, though we had little interaction. The lanyard for the scorecard gets a star all on it's own. The holes posed a bit of a challenge. Very uneven terrain, my ball would roll sometimes trying to tee off. The grounds could use some tending (ie river with no water). I might play here again but not my first choice.
used to be a crappy minigolf course under previous owners, they did an excellent job making it over with the pirate theme! they even have bugspray @ certain points along the course.. amazing idea. and the lanyard attached to the scorecard is brilliant too. good arcade games inside. staff is very friendly. love it
My son and I went to Captains Corner for the first time several years ago. My son got a hole in one on the first hole. And all of a sudden.... Have to go to find out ??. Oh yes. First I had to get him out of the go-carts!!! Lots of fun. Batting cages, arcade with prizes. Ice cream frieddough....... Just go!!! Prices are fair as well. We go back every year. Several times. Great people.
this place is horrible don't come expecting to use the batting cages or the go carts. never open and it's the middle of a tuesday( in the middle of the summer) big waste of time and there mini golf course is terrable. turf is old and smells bad
Continuing the legacy of Maximillian MA (A.K.A JUMPY) We went minigolfing at this 5 star resort, such an exquisite experience and top tier batting cages allowed us to hit the pain away of missing jumpy. Only issue during our deployment was the music that related to such as an elevator, other than that, the time we had at Jumpys bouncy fun house was a blast
Nice mini golf course. Kind of dated looking. Everything is in direct sun so we could of melted with the heat. They had tiny arcade and batting cages.
Glow golf was fun. However staff was not the best. Called before hand for information and it seemed I was imposing of them, this was the same feeling we got when we arrived. Also glow golf is more expensive but website does not mention this.
Family owned place provides fun for the whole family! We love visiting for the batting cages and go cart racing. Always a must when in the area.
Fun themed mini golf and batting cages, if you are there at night, bring some bug spray, snack area to get a drink, never tried the go-carts, but they look fun ;)
We had a ball. They have made changes to the course and it's not as easy as it was, but not too hard for anyone. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and very friendly. We would recommend as well as going back.
Took my nephew there today and we had a great time. My first hole I got a hole in one. Went down hill after that.
We had a blast at our first time playing Captain?s Corner! Fun course, great staff, the whole family had a ball.
Such pleasant staff members! Great mini golf course. Fast go-carts! We'll definitely be back.
Best place around. We love taking the kids here for mini golf and all their other attractions.
Saw a lanyard with the scorecard attached to it thrown in the water near the second hole and thought, "someone was probably not happy with their choice of pencil." Cool place to mini golf though.
Went dor birthday and went go karting. That was fun but when getting food at the truck everything was out of stock and or reqiured cooking which they said they coukdnt do. So only ice cream was served.
The mini golf area could use some fresh paint and revamping but we had a good time..
Extremely run down, batting cages and go-karts not operational. You would think this place has been closed for years by the condition of the mini golf course alone.
This was our 1st time here and it was great!! We will definitely be back! Our daughter got a little sick and the staff was incredible! Thank you!!
Kids (and adults) had a great time. Mini golf was great and go karts were a blast!
Great place for batting cages, go carts and mini-golf. Owners are laid back, friendly and very helpful.
Had a GREAT TIME @ Captains Corner, hot dog and waffle fries were great, as were go carting, batting cages, and mini golf, fun family environment
Went with great grandchildren, had a lot of fun
Nice course, fun, but quite a bit run down as far as the scenery
Best $20 spent in long time
A little worn but still a fun outing with the famly!
Drove 3.5 hours for an adventure day and needless to say we had a more adventurous time in the car because as we pulled in we then see this horrible run down excuse of an adventure park
Nice little place. Not the most imaginative mini golf course, but did the job.
The go karts are trash, their where 3 go karts that where no working. If you are in the area don't go. The place looked old and rundown to.
Loved it. Workers are so friendly and great. Kids enjoyed them selfs. Simple and friendly.
It us unfortunate that the place is in need of repair. So much potential. It's fun but it could be better.
Nice place the mini putt is a little dated the go carts are awesome, grandson loved it
Nice 18 hole mini golf course. Really like the lanyard connected to the score card!
Cute place my family loves playing mini golf
The people running this place are incredibly nice. My kids love it here
Games good Go carts good Have baseball batting cage And more fun stuff
Not enough staff.. half the games didnt work but great idea if you get it together

Great fried dough. 24 flavors of soft serve yum

Nobody was here well after they said they where open. Place looks abandoned. Nobody was here at all
Good mini golf and batting cages
Wasn't what I had expected. Very nice restroom

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
