Me and my friends had so much fun in this place!! We got a lot of stuff toys and Sonny angels thanks to the family owners, they're so sweet and would help us move the claw machine to get the stuff toys, blind boxes easier, which was so nice and thoughtful! ???? I suggest going here with family specially with kids, dates, hangout with friends and so on!! We spend a lot but it was so worth it because it's also for the experience and quality time we spent together as friends!!

Visited this place for the first time this afternoon, and wow! All the machines are in pristine condition and actually have good prizes! There were lots of small claws that have 2 tries per token (awesome!!!) and even more larger machines that are 1 try per token. All the machines we tried were very fair & not super hard to win. Me and my kids decided to go and check out Cali Claw and it was awesome. It was the perfect place to take the kids for a quick outing. They had so much fun winning the prizes in the machine all on there own. The owners were awesome and customer service was the best. We'll definitely be back again.

I took my son here for his birthday and we had a blast! To start, the layout is open, well decorated, and very clean. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond in insuring we enjoyed ourselves. I really like how the small plush machines gave two turns per coin and was right at the height for the littles ones. They have nice prizes and a wide variety of plushes which was awesome. Im glad we made it part of our celebration and will be coming back soon!

I love this place! The owners have amazing customer service: they really want you to have a great experience and to win. They give you tips on how to win and will reset the plushie for you if you have tried it and it's too difficult for you to win it. Also, they encourage you to win the easiest prize in the machine and if it's not a prize you like, then you can trade it for another prize in that same claw machine the same day. Just left Romel at Cali Claw in Concord. Place was clean and well lit. We won a bunch of toys and traded up for a hello kitty toy and let a let a little girl take it home. I was hesitant to go because my little one has melt downs over claw machines, she started to get upset near the end of our coins because she didn't win the one she wanted most, but the workers are all so kind and helpful and made sure to help the little one with tips to win!

I went on a Sunday afternoon with my kids. It wasn't busy, so there was no wait time at all on the machines. It had chill vibes, and the best thing there was, the owners! They even gave free coins! They help reorganize the plushy to make it easier for me and my kids to win. 10/10 definitely will be back

My kids are obsessed with arcades so when I came across this place I decided to make plans to come check it out as a fun summer treat. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who made us feel welcomed, the arcade was nice and bright with lots of options to choose from. And just in case its not your lucky day, they had purchase options as well, with items like Labubus among other popular toy items and they host Pok?mon tournaments!, honestly 10/10. My kids and I can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing time here! They are still in their soft opening phase. They have super cute plushies and keychains. Everything we saw was authentic and not a fake version of the character like we've seen at other places. What a awesome resource to have in Concord. I don't think people are realizing that concord is pretty much the place to be, if you have a toddler. We stopped by Cali Claw on a drive back from the north bay and we had a great time! My whole family have a soft spot for claw machines, though we know it can quickly become a money pit. However the owner was so kind, and he made sure we all had a good experience. He made it easier for my young kids to win some goodies, and threw in extra tokens so we could extend our fun. Me and my friends passed by this place and by the look of it, it just looked so fun. So we decided to go a couple days later and it wasn't what i was expecting but it was WAY more i love how its a family owned business and the owners kids kept giving us tips and helping us win. It's just a small little place to go with family or friends but i definitely recommend!

My 12 year old daughter and I came here for the first time. We purchased a Groupon. The place is open and clean and ventilated. the prizes were really nice! We got $75 worth of tokens. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because the claws were really weak and had a lot of wiggle movement once the claw was closed, lifted up and tailored over to winning drop box. That part was a super bummer for my daughter as she only won 1 prize. The Groupon made it more affordable, otherwise we would've just played $25 worth

The people who run the place make it a pleasure to be there. The machines are new and prizes are decent, the 4 stars was because the claws are pretty loose. You pick up a prize it bumps and you loose the prize. The staff is very accommodating and they want you to win, so that being said we walked out with prizes and a pleasant experience!

Amazing family running the claw machine arcade! My girlfriend and I stopped by and were immediately introduced and welcomed. We checked out Cali Claw this week and had a blast! The owner is incredibly friendly and shared the story of how a family vacation and kids inspired him to open this claw machine spot. He even gave us tips on how best to win prizes and was fun to chat with. The cute logo is their dog, Cali, and is customized on their claw machines. Cali Claw has a nice trade up program too where you could trade in smaller prizes for bigger ones on the shelves. We're excited to go back and win more - fun for kids and adults.

Claw machines barely close even on round objects with no obstructions. When you get a decent hold on an item, machine jerks and shakes loose. Go elsewhere for a good experience.

Fantastic experience! My girlfriend and I dropped in on a Monday afternoon and we were met with fantastic service and a fun/chill environment. I stopped by to check this place out since it's new and ended up having a ton of fun! The owner and employees are invested in helping you win and they do they're best to make sure you've gotten something before you go. I highly recommend you to come here if you have younger kids. Management is awesome! It was a little busy coming in at first but it didn't stop the manager from greeting us at the door. He explained how everything was run by. The best part is you can trade your prizes for bigger prizes. And the manager is always helping by resting the games and is very attentive. Big machines are 1 token and little machines r 2 tries for one token.

Went to this place after seeing ads about it on social media and i was not disappointed. better claw machines small and big ones that have fun prizes from stuffed animals to toys to keychains. games are 1$ a play in the form of tokens and there's also a trading system that you can ask the workers about when u get there. it reminds me of a modernized circus circus from Reno but located in Concord. check it out because the prizes are similar and or better than places like Round 1. definitely very family frien
