Very cool place. The kids ended up playing laser tag by their selves due to nobody else playing. Bowling was fun but very loud. Some parents had ear muffler for their kids. All in all a nice get away. Their photo both was broken also.

We booked a birthday party for our daughter that included bowling and pizza. The staff was amazing. They greeted us when we arrived and escorted us to our bowling lanes. The pizza was ready shortly after our arrival and they keep the drink pitchers refilled. We never had to look for our host for anything we needed because he checked in on us so regularly. Very clean too. My daughter had a blast. We will definitely book with them again.

We have an annual Christmas Movie there with ERA. The kids always love the arcade, Lazer tag and bowling. Service can be slow, but the food is normally worth the wait. I'M STILL RANKING THIS 5 * because it is unique to the area and offers things you can't find anywhere else in the same place. Fun family times.

I go here almost every other weekend with my friends and the staff is awesome almost each time we go. The prices are honestly really great for bowling and laser tag. A highlight attraction in the Evansville/Newburgh area for sure.

Looks like a good family place. They have a theatre and a large arcade. There are also bowling alleys you can reserve. One has a bar. The facilities were clean and the staff kept up. We had a large gathering and things were stocked. They attended the bowling lanes well. I was not a fan of their pizza, but even bad pizza is still decent. I am curious to see someone get their ginor.ous bag of theatre popcorn for 25 bucks (see pic). Plenty of parking. Thanks for the good time!

I went in with a group of friends and we paid way to much for Bowling, then when we ordered drinks, each time we had to go up to the desk to tell them that we had been waiting for quite a while. our lane stopped working several times. To top it all off when we tried to do the arcade, half of the machines were out of service. I used to enjoy coming here, but now I never want to come back.

We have been coming here for years- We used to bring our children and get a 1 hr playing card for $10 - they couldn't get any prizes, but nonetheless it was a great value. We would have drinks while we watch our children enjoy and play games. Now they took that option away- very unfortunate, but for people wondering. We went in last night during spring break to play some games in the arcade. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving early due to most of the games being broken/down. No kidding, we counted how many were down before we left and it was 16 games in total. There also was no one around working to tell about the games. The 6th hearted seats were comfortable. The amusement area had a large variety of games and the bowling alleys were nice.

Fun place for all ages, the arcade had many colorful games, and the bowling alley was reasonably priced. Though the bowling lane had a few problems the staff were quick to respond.

We rented the room for bowling and it was so much fun. The bartenders were nice and very helpful.

Went here to play arcade games & had a lot of fun! You use a card to add game credits and is also used to track any tickets you win. For a small/medium sized arcade they had a lot of fun & new machines. Good variety of 2-player games, so good for a date night. We definitely look forward to visiting again and trying out the lazer tag!

We decided to bring a group of seven for bowling using one of their weekday specials which covers bowling, shoe rental, as well as food and drinks. This location is severely understaffed and there are notices asking for patience due to the labor shortages... Went to the Burgh House restaurant for dinner, bowling & arcade then to the theater to watch a movie. Food was amazing! So much better than last time! Our server was fantastic, definitely went above & beyond. Theater was comfortable & roomy. One of the best date nights my hubby & I have had!

This place could be rad if it wasn't littered with 16 year old employees that hate their job or moving with any sense of urgency when the line gets long. The restaurant is awesome and the adult employees are amazing but these kids gotta go asap.

awesome place and so much to do. staff was friendly, games all worked, can even get a drink and carry it around while you play. place was very clean also. there's even movies and bowling on site. I went here tonight as part of a bachelor party. The bowling was fun! There were 6 of us so we got 2 lanes and were able to get 3 games in a piece in an hour. Laser tag was also fun! It lasted longer than I expected. Arcade was pretty standard as were the beer prices.

We took the kids bowling and kept having issues with the lane equipment not resetting. After several mishaps, Eric came to tell us unfortunately they had to close the lane down and no other lanes were available. This is a wonderful place to bring friends and families of any age! Me and some friends came for fun and food and that's exactly what we got. The food proportions and price were exceptional, and so was the service from Belinda Welp! She made sure to take care of us! Next, the arcade and bowling alley was amazing and well-kept. I'm a competitive league bowler and decided to check this place out. The oil pattern on the lanes is trash and they definitely don't care about bowlers. However, this is an incredibly nice bowling center. The equipment is top of the line and very user friendly. The seating area for bowlers is 10 out of 10. Super nice. The prices were chef's kiss. Incredibly cheap. My 4 year old had a blast. If you're just coming here to bowl for fun, then this place is awesome

The theater staff were so brave, and kind today! They had trouble with something out of their control and pushed through it and gave us amazing compensation! Another worker who was cleaning around the drinks was so nice and thanked me for cleaning up my own mess told me not to worry about the rest! Bless them!

Great place to go and have a bite to eat before hitting the cinema or the arcade. The restaurant area has many choices. The fish and chips, burgers and pizza are all really good. The food comes out fast, and the the service is great. The arcade has many options to choose from for all age groups, all the way to virtual reality games. Don't forget about the bowling alley.

The waitress was super nice. My Mom is in a wheelchair and she opened the door for us. The food was really good as well. It being attached to the movie theater makes it super convenient.

I want this to be a really good spot in Newburgh, but I am afraid it is just not going to hold up. As a bowler, it is kinda tough to get my equipment in and out, and I feel like over the years it has not been well maintained. With improvements though, I would happily give this center more of a chance.

I was there bowling with little kids. Bunch of middle school boy pulling each other's pants down . Kept talking the little kids balls getting in our way.... I will not be going back there ever again.... I even talk to a person there they act like they didn't care. Very disrespect people there.

Friendly staff but strange layout. Several screens are conveniently close by the lobby and bathrooms. The other group of screens are located halfway through the arcade area with no concessions or bathrooms on that side. Not very convenient; especially if you need a soda or popcorn refill in the middle of the movie or bathroom break. Must go all the way back to the lobby area. Went here and spent 40 dollars in the arcade section. The biggest waste of 40 dollars. Multiple games were out of service, many games took the credit and didn't actually let us play. And there were only a couple of games that were actually playable. Worse arcade I've been to. Debated about leaving a review, but it was so bad I had to.

Pretty clean, prices still stupid high. Didn't seem to be much policing of the theater though. Teens were hopping from theater to theater, talking and sitting on their phones during the movie.

Almost every other game in the arcade wasn't working and was taking our money and other people's money. The pizza was sponge like and horrible. The only positive experience we had was the red headed bar tender he was super nice and fast.

I have to say, I don't understand why the bar and restaurant isn't busier. They have a lot to offer. Good beer and alcohol selection. All the food I have tried has been scratch made and above average for bar food in the area. Honestly, this is a great place to grab some food and drinks and catch your favorite game or hang out with some friends.

We used our kids bowl free coupons here and had a good time. The attendant was helpful and courteous. We needed the bumpers and didn't realize it was an option on the tablet at the lane. We had to have our game transferred to another lane as the pins locked up, but just a minor inconvenience to us. Will definitely be back!

This theater needs negative stars. We went here because it is supposed to be the nicer theater than the ones in Evansville, not at all. First the ticket girl could hardly get off her phone to help us, barely said two words and right back to her phone. Showplace has always had poor projection. We watched Twisters on screen 4 at newburgh, and the picture was so dark and grainy, that in some scenes you couldn't see what was going on. When me and my boyfriend went to order food we got the worst attitude from a young lady. When all we were asking for was to order a drink. Why work at a family entertainment center when you can't even do your job! We never even got the drink we had to ask another employee.

The FEC is always clean, and the employees are friendly. The barkeeps are amazing and the food is good as well. We always enjoy bowling, and if there's a problem with the lanes, the attendants are pretty quick to assist. There are also plenty of little plastic lane helpers for the kids, and they are way better than the normal metal ones I'm used to seeing. The games are pretty hit or miss. We paid good money to see The shift. We really thought we were going to be comfortable, but you couldn't be. The recliners my husband and, myself had were broken. One reclined and fell sideways and the other the recliner leg rest was hanging sideways.

Loved it, got out here with the whole family and had an absolute blast! The food is great, the workers are extremely friendly, helpful, and I just can't say enough about it honestly. If you're looking for a good spot to have some family fun or just break away even on a date, this is the spot. I promise you can't go wrong with a movie, game of bowling afterwards, and then get some good eats!

Awesome family fun, so much to do! We started out with bowling including hot wings, cheese fries, and draft beer! Next our family played Lazer tag with upper and lower levels. Last we played in the arcade and had a blast! Highly recommended for family fun! Staff was super friendly and place was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Nice and clean local theater! Not as many screens as some of the larger theaters in the area, but this one still has a great selection of current movies. Went to eat at the restaurant, waited at the host stand and some kitchen staff comes out and tells me that they close in 19 minutes. I tried reasoning with the guy but he made me feel so uncomfortable about eating at their restaurant, so we didn't eat there. You know what? I wouldn't have attempted to show up 19 minutes before they close if they POSTED THEIR HOURS SOMEWHERE. Oh and if you want a beer during the weekday then steer clear of this place because they will kick you out the door before 8pm. Smh. I

Went at 1pm on a Saturday. Had literally maybe 6 customers total. Service was terrible. Took 10 minutes just to get drinks. Waitress checked on us once. Messed up my order so by the time I got my food the rest of my family was almost done. Then waitress never showed up to give us our check so we had to flag another server down to get it. Fortunately the food was good, but based on the service I have a hard time thinking we'll come back.

The Berg House has gone through a lot in the last couple of years. The evening I revisited seemed a lot better. It was pretty busy, so the bar service was slow, but I didn't mind.

First time being there since remodel and I was very impressed. The bowling alley is top notch. The restaurant bar area appears to be very clean as well as restrooms and throughout. I would probably give less than a star if I could this time. Kitchen staff dropped the ball with a missed order and took far too long to correct. I feel for the server as it wasn't her fault, but the manager on duty really should have addressed the situation. Food that came was good, but we likely won't return.

Our dinner there was superb!! My husband and I both had the candy bacon burger oh, and that was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. The food was very feeling we were full 4 hours afterwards LOL. Wait staff was very friendly Chef Briggs made an appearance in the dining room which was very impressive. Food was served in a timely manner. A place I will return to and recommend in the future.

There's a LOT to do here. The lazer tag arena is so much fun and well worth a visit. Loads of games. A small bowling alley. The bar was neat. It's a fun place to go even on a Monday night.

Best place to take kids on a rainy (or snowy) day! I haven't tried Lazer Tag, but the bowling and arcade are second to none in the area. Super clean facility with employees actively disinfecting arcade games and common areas. Just go!!

This was the first time going to the FEC and it was a great experience. The arcade games, bowling, and lazer tag were all half off for their daily special which made everything extremely affordable. I didn't know this going in but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and staff was all very friendly. It was the middle of the day so it was very quiet making the entire experience much more enjoyable. The bowling alley portion was very modern and the seats comfortable.

Absolutely amazing! The managers, servers, and the workers are the nicest people ever! If there's ever a problem with the machines or the lanes, they will always get somebody on it immediately. Best customer service ever! The Royal Suite seats are to die for. The laser tag room isn't as big as some of the others, but they make up for it with a second floor. The food is delicious! They even have gluten free options if you are like that. The Redemption counter is always stocked up and they often get new items
