Broadway's Family Fun Center

Our family loves coming to this arcade. We have also been to a birthday party here. We did our kid's birthday party here this year and it was fantastic. All the kids had a blast. There are plenty of games for them to play. The pizza was good. Everyone had a great time.

Great place for a kids birthday party. My granddaughter had a blast for her 6th birthday. The party room was set up nicely. The kids loved the games.

Had a great time. Basically all claw machines. Set yourself a budget or you will go broke trying to win a stuffed duck. Don't ask me how I know.

We celebrated my son?s 10th birthday here today and had a really good time. Pizza was great and room was clean and all set up. We will be back for sure.

Very great experience for my son?s birthday! There are a lot of game options, and staff are available to assist if needed. We reserved a party room and it was clean and organized with party supplies.

This place was great!! We did the $50 match play deal and received 450 points for game play (most games 2 or 4 points, some are 6). They have pizza on the weekends, free birthday partys and great prizes including gift cards. Drink and snack machines; free coffee. Clean, friendly people and ample gaming.

My family loves this place! The machines all seem newer and don't have a lot of issues. I like how they use reloadable cards instead of coins and tickets. It makes everything easier and cleaner. I was blown away by the ease of having my son's birthday party at Broadway. We showed up the evening of to the party room being completely decorated with table clothes, plates, napkins, etc.! The pizza, ice chest, and cups were also set up and ready to go. All I needed was cake! Amazing and stress free option for birthday parties.

My daughter and her friends enjoyed her party and I most certainly enjoyed the fa t that it didn't put a dent in my pocket. The staff was friendly and had everything ready for us when we got there.

Lots of games! Modern and not outdated. Very refreshing to find in Burlington, as we have always had to travel to bigger cities to find a good arcade. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was smothering how hot it was in the building. To the point it made it less enjoyable because it was so uncomfortable. Had my Granddaughters 10th birthday here. The kids had so much fun. There is no better deal in town. I paid $50 and we had a room which they completely decorated and left a cooler of ice straws cups and plastic ware and 3 pizzas. And all this for Free!! Broadway is a very nice place to have your child's birthday party. Everyone was very nice and so helpful. We had my daughter's 8th birthday party here and it was AMAZING!!! She had a blast and won so many prizes! We love to go here and this was our first party experience. Definitely worth the price!

Claw machines are rigged- even after several perfect grabs it would drop the prize. You could literally watch it open. It was either that, or the prizes are too big to even fit in the claw at all. For so much of the arcade to be claw machines, it seems a little low brow. I left afterwards, since I only went for the claw machines, everything else may be great.

Mixed experiences and feelings about this place. Sometimes the staff can be rude. The game are decent and tickets are easy to win but the prizes are just mediocre. They need better choices, especially on the upper end.

Hosted our son's birthday party here. Definitely a good deal, and perfect for smaller parties. The staff were nice and the kids had fun. This place had such great reviews I booked it sight unseen. I have no regrets, and in the words of my 5 year old....Best birthday ever!

We had a birthday party for our daughter here and it was absolutely amazing!!!!! They go above and beyond to make the day special! They supply everything but the cake, drinks, and the kids!!!! We love going there and take our daughter at least every other week. Great place to have family fun!

Clean place and nice but the claw machines are rigged. They pick up the toy or stuffed animal and gets 6 inches off the shelf and with no jerking or shaking the claw opens up and drops your prize on every claw machine. If it's not going to let you when then it should never pick the prize up at all. I am very good at claw machines but these are rigged.

Clean place. My kids loved it. Do wish they had a real skeeball game but that's my only complaint. We went on half priced night and my four kids played for over an hour with $50 in credits. It was also nice you could get multiple cards to play games and didn't have to share one.

This is a great local place to take your children and play games with them and just have fun, decent prices, and certain days are half price. My only complaint is the choice is staff lately. Heard a female staff member yelling and cussing another and threatening to slap them. That's just not right

Came here with my daughter for The Fame Cast Party and I literally was blown away. The televised commercial did not do this place justice. The games are fun and they have improved since they first opened as far as space and more games. However, the little boy (teenager) that is at the counter is extremely rude. They may want to invest in someone that is more friendly and has better customer service. Otherwise, I can see this business not lasting very long with someone like that at the counter. Not worth coming back to with customer service like this.

We had a family day today and went over to Broadway's. Overall superb experience, we went there about 5, stayed an hour and half HAD A BLAST! Mondays and Wednesdays they match ur first $20 load. That was cool, never seen an arcade special before outside of a coupon. Thank you for making my kids day!

Great Value and a lot of fun, we attended a birthday ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? for our granddaughter. and the Broadway staff provided 3 pizzas and the room and the ice and cups with birthday plates. You bring the drinks and cake. For only 50 dollars for the party. And after the party you can enjoy fun family games for a great price. Job well done Broadway staff. We will be having more of our families birthday parties with the Broadway arcade.

It's clean, including the bathrooms. An assortment of games and two party rooms. The carpet could use a deep clean. Unfortunately, there were no skeeball or air hockey options. Hackey sack was available.

I work with adults with special needs and for Valentines Day this year I planned a Valentines Day Social at Broadway Family Fun Center. I worked with Johnny to reserve the facility and order food. The day of the event was very special to all of our male and female clients as well as the staff. The facility is amazing and the staff were very kind and patient showing compassion to our clients. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be back soon!!

My kids and I all had a blast. The two men working were extremely friendly and helpful, had one game not work and they put money back on my son's card for him. They actually had pretty decent prizes for the kids to choose. I was also told that they offer free birthday parties as long as you buy game cards. My kids both asked if we can come every Saturday after we left.

Nice inside, does not look like much outside. Likes selection of game though some of them are high. It was all right experience nothing amazing.

My family and I had a BLAST for a small amount of cash!!! We played games for about an hour and a half, and they even had free pizza after seven! We've decided to make it our every-Friday-evening outing! I would definitely recommend to anyone with kids!

THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING. I loved it here, my bestie and I made it a goal to go at least once a month. We typically get the $20 for 40 tickets and most games cost 4 tickets but its so worth it. I think the only thing its missing is selling food, like pizza or something. I have been looking for a cool teen spot but this arcade is for anyone. (And they might already have that. They had a little spot in the back but we were to scared to ask)

Awesome fun family, clean, fun for small children. Staff are friendly and helpful. I live about 30 miles away and will definitely take my 4 year old granddaughter back. She liked it better than Chucky Cheese, much less crowded.

Went today with my mom before I go back out of town and had a blast. The staff was super nice and helpful as we had a few games have problems (all user made) and they fixed the problems very fast. The prize selection was pretty good with a lot of different electronics, games, Pokemon cards, candy, and much more. They had other games in the middle I did not try and I can't wait for when I visit my parents again to come and play them. The games I didn't play had prizes that included gift cards from everywhere

We have now gone 3 days in a row. My kids ages are 7 to 18 and everyone had an awesome time. The arcade is clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Honestly I think my husband and I had the most fun.

Went in for the first time this past Sunday and had a blast. Thought they would have more arcade games than what they did. They have a hugh selection of tickets games that you can save your tickets each time you go for the prizes that cost alot of tickets. The staff is friendly and if you have a problem with a game they have no problem coming to try and fix or refund you credits.

Unfortunately we booked a party and was given the wrong information. Manager was apologetic and stated this was an ongoing issue but it has created an issue as we will have to move my child's party last minute due to the mistake of the arcade. Beware who you talk too, they may not have the ability or authority to put you on the calendar and by the time you find out it's too late..... Arcade was clean and customer service was great! I would recommend taking my kids here again and or having another party! The accommodation by staff was amazing! So many perks to having party at this location.

Caught fire on the claw game about 30 minutes in. Prizes had bonus tickets attached to some that were pretty significant. Spent $30, spent a good hour there playing games with the family and left with a haul of prizes. Almost a full grocery bag of prizes. Clean and pleasant staff. They're new and we're not open last time we were out that way. I hope they keep growing and continue to add more on as time goes on.

Always a good place to go. Kids love it. It's also fun helping the kids win tickets. The co owner is a really nice and explains the whole process for bday parties. Definitely recommend this place.

Great family fun environment. Super helpful staff. Great system of keeping up with credit balance and ticket balance with reloadable cards. No paper tickets to keep up with. They have multiple hand sanitizer stations set up as well. We will be regular customers I'm sure.

I would have given this place 5 stars but after finding out that they set the games especially the wizard of oz etc to only pay out a portion of what you win. Which even an employee told me after the game malfunction. So I started to pay more attention and I would get 8 red coins and only be given 3. And every time I would get coins or cards I never received the full amount that fell. They have a separate drawer inside that takes the other half of your prizes won. Its extremely unprofessional and shameful

This is a fun place for kids and adults. The kids can play the arcade games and the adults can play the fish tables. BUT.. you can't win money. You win gift cards which makes it "legal". So for example, if you cash out $2000 you can choose to put it on whatever gift card is available like Amazon, Burlington Coat, Bath and body. They also do parties. Check'em out!!

Went and put $50 on a game card and was kicked out of the establishment before I could spend all of my money or tickets. Owner of the establishment communicated threats and screamed in the face of the person I was there with. There were no other customers in the store and I know this behavior would not have happened if there were other customers in the store. Waste of my money & would really like a refund! Would not recommend!

Occasionally go here when the kids are out of school to play games, collect points and win prizes. Most of the time it is usually mid afternoon and not a lot of people here. Cannot imagine if it were busier and having to interact with alot of people in such a tight space. You have to decide when to go that best fits you are willing to endure.

It's a scaled down version of Dave & Busters (minus the restaurant) with Much better prizes. They also offer discounts on games and birthday parties. It's a hidden gem for gamers!

Love it! I come from raleigh to visit my sister and we always come here. Family fun, great customer service. We always leave with a prize big or small kids are always ecstatic.

This is a good classic style arcade. The event rooms are small, only big enough for 18 people. They had a frozen treat vending machine.

Went to this arcade put $40 on the fish tables won $400. So I asked for help on how to use the kiosk the owner comes out mad and starts cussing at me, threatens to hurt me if I ever come back and threatens to ?beat my ass? over me winning $400 I don't know why you should have such games in a arcade if you don't like paying people their winnings?
