Customer Reviews

This isn't your average skimpy bar food. They really feed you here, and for a good price as well. They have such great selections on the menu. The food comes out looking and tasting the same, every time. The cocktails are super tasty. I'm always satisfied after leaving this place. The chicken kabob plate is my favorite. So delicious!!!

Great service, great pinball, and we had the wings and Cobb salad and they were both better than expected. Definitely be back. Cool patio area and right next door to a strip club. Enjoy.

It was super loud. But what do you expect for a bar? However that wasn't the reason for my visit. My wife surprised me with a cheesesteak. I had to pry the location out of her like I was in interrogation with James Bond. Success!!! Now the mission. I had to make haste and get the cheesy cargo back to base before the roughly 100 cars took all the available spots in my complex. But to be honest, with the memory of the last cheesesteak I so quickly ate up, It was worth the effort. So I sped down to Brewskis li

Love this spot. Good selection of beers and a nice very casual atmosphere They've got some very cool rare machines here, like the skill game Ice Cold Beer, and the quickdraw game Quick and Crash. I take first dates here all the time and if the vibes are off I just play games so I don't have to look at them and start saying boring or unsettling things until they leave. One day I'm gonna get dumped here and I'll get smashed and finally go to the strip club next door for the first time. I'll drive home after

Love it! This place is a hidden gold mine of a bar/pool/arcade and top notch pinball games! The owner is a pinball lover his games are all new condition he even has pinball tournaments for anyone. Food is excellent. Bar keeps are great. Now, when people comment "oh yeah service was great man" really? Well I'll tell you the staff go out of there way for anyone all the time! Service is great, very cool staff. Recommended, Oh yeah,!

Best little bar in the area. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Dee, one of the bartenders, always has a smile on his face and makes me and everyone else feel welcomed. CJ, the bouncer, is also very nice. I was leaving late one night and he walked me to my car when I felt unsafe. Thank you to the entire staff at Brewskis for providing a safe and fun place to eat great bar food and play fun arcade games

I've been to Brewski?s two or three times and I go as a solo girlie, and each time I've really enjoyed myself! The first time I went to try their coconut shrimp and one of their desserts- so delicious! One of the girls there gave great service with checking up on me and even treated me to a shot! It was my first time going to a bar alone, but she helped me feel comfortable and welcomed. ?? The second time I enjoyed drinks and hung around the pool tables to watch and got invited to play - it was fun learning

The food is fine, the games are good but the left gun on the House of the Dead is finicky. It can get a little too loud in there purely because of acoustics. But it's not a bad time if you're there with people you know well enough that you don't need to be having active conversation over the volume level.

I love the food here, Maria is an excellent cook, always makes the food with love, and always makes sure the customer is happy, never disappoints, bartenders here are awesome as well, my favorite bartender Angelina always makes sure everyone has what they need, and is very attentive with all the customers.

Visiting for the first time and impressed by the menu selection and atmosphere. As others have said it's definitely got the dive bar feel but the patrons were cool and the staff is friendly. They play UFC cards on fight night which me and my buddy always meet up to watch. This will likely be the new go-to spot. Good serving sizes and plenty of drinks to choose from. They have both free and paid arcades and pool tables available as well. Cool place - looking forward to coming back.

Pretty fun place to hangout with friends. We went there at Friday night, it was packed but not too crowded. I like the beer options but here's cocktails are ? very bad?please just drink beer. We played pool table, some board games, they are so fun. Here's price is very friendly. It's definitely a nice place for young people to hangout together who live nearby.

Partner and I always looking out for great barcade's and this place hit the target. Decent beer selection, great pinball machines in working order, and all around cool atmosphere.

Came here with a small group of four at 19:00 in the evening and stayed until closing at 02:00. Each of us had different drinks, which I had the cider they had on top. Their selection on tap was decent. The bartenders had good pours when it came to cocktails. The food was really good, which I had the fried calamari, jalape?o poppers, and TJ dogs. There are some bar-height tables inside, but majority of the tables are outside if you're actually wanting to sit and eat. It was a little chilly that night,

Very cool, very divey, bar with some good pinball machines (not free) and (free) classic video games like Pac-Man & Galaga. Plus 3 pool tables that could use felt replacement. Plenty of local craft brews on tap; didn't try any of their bar food offerings only because I had already eaten. Friendly staff, although it was a very slow night, but I think they would be friendly even if it was busy. Plenty of places to plant your keister inside with 2 bar height tables long enough to accommodate large groups. T

Just a fun little dive bar place. Food is surprisingly good all things considered. Drinks are cheap, bartenders/servers are really friendly, and the games are fun. I do miss that not all the games are free but I totally get something has to pay to repair those machines For for food we got a big plate of tater tots which is always good. We also got the Mac burger which was 1/2lb Angus Beef, chedder cheese, mayo, Mac & cheese, and bacon on a brioche bun. Also got the Philly Cheese steak made with steak, bell

A large and divey bar across from the base in Miramar. They have a wide selection of drinks and a decent food menu as well. They've also got pool tables, pinball machines, and arcade games. Not my first choice in bars, but definitely a good spot to hit after a brewery. It's nice that they're open so late.

The food was delicious! Had a fun loud gaming atmosphere inside and a more relaxed outdoor patio.

A friend recommended this place and didn't disappoint. Good cold beer, great food and excellent service. The surf N turf burrito is a must

Loving the additional pinball machines. Wish they were a little less expensive to play. All arcade machines were in working order. Also wish they switched up the beers on tap more often. Seems like the same beers on tap here for 2 years. Servers were okay and attentive.

First time here, nestled in the back of the strip mall. Decent atmosphere and ample seating outside.

Brewskis has some of the best pinball in the entire nation. Machines show up weeks before the general public has access to them. Will keep coming here for as long as possible ?? also the staff is awesome, always nice to talk to them.

Great dive bar feel. Food service and drinks are really good too! We'll be back!

The local watering hole for my friend group. We come here pretty often, most of the time just for drinks but sometimes we get some food. Recommendation for food is the Sampler Platter (Two hand battered Mozzarella Sticks, two fresh Jalapeno Poppers, Two Panko crusted Chicken Breast Strips, Fries, and Onion Rings. Served with Marinara and Ranch) or the Nachos (Tortilla Chips, covered with Brewskis Cheese Sauce, Carne, Grilled Chicken or Spicy Shredded Pollo, and topped with Guacamole, Sour Cream, Jalapenos a

It is a nice place to catch a drink while watching the games. There are some arcade games and a pool table.

Awesome little bar with great food. Great variety of beers on tap. Staff is very friendly and the bar is well lit. Also the offer a great selection of classic arcade games and pinball machines.

Great drinks, good fried food. My friends make fun of me for it but ordering the sushi here is not a bad. Nothing about it would make you think it came from a bar kitchen, it's good. Good games and lots of tvs, they'll even change the channel for you if you ask nicely.

I love this bar! It's a amazing spot to get together with the coworkers after a long week. The atmosphere is great because there is a nice balance between an energized inside and an unwinded outside. As far as food goes it's more of an appetizer place, lots of finger food, I personally liked the pretzels. The service was absolutely great, the bartenders made themselves available throughout the night, never waited longer than five minutes for a drink. The bars best feature was all of the arcade games, it was

Pinball machines were top notch! Service was great! And the atmosphere was exactly was I looking for at a barcade!

What a great location this was. We were in town for the weekend after not being in Miramar for more than 25 years, and wudduya' know? THE BLUE ANGELS ARE FLYING! Saw the whole show from our seats outside. Food is great. Recommend the surf n turf burrito and coconut shrimp. Beers are 6 bucks, and footballs on the outside TV. AWESOME!????

Open space with good beer options. The arcade is relatively small and busy. The food options were simple, but well done.

Service was great, drinks were good, and the games were fun! Only thing is there isn't a lot of space near the arcade games. Some drinks looked cool and had cool cups as well!

Place was busy and the environment was good. Best of all you guys had PINBALLS!!! Over All a 5 star all the way.

Great spot to grab a beer and play some games, it can get packed so if you wanna take a date make sure it's not on a weekend or Friday night so you'll have games open to play.

Good pinball and beer. The meatball sub i had hit too. Service was nice.

Best wings in San Diego if you ask me. Why I've kept going back for years. Love this place.

Food wasn't fresh chip stale and hard. burger presentation needs work buy was ok. Spoke to the bartender about it, he listened and made and effort to rectify. His effort. made a huge difference although the kitchen had already closed.

I love this place so much but last night I was banned for doodling sidewalk chalk in the parking lot. the cartoon I drew while taking my dog for a walk around the parking lot was of an alien spaceship with 2 aliens in it with one saying "I told you this place sucked" clearly joking about aliens visiting earth and not liking it here. The only reason I go to this bar is to play a pinball and eat food. I usually only have one drink and I don't have any friends so I don't socialize with anybody, occasionally in

Very fun and exciting environment. The bartenders are AMAZING and make the best drinks there for your buck !!! Both indoor and outdoor seating is comfy and just good to be in. Games are CHEAP!!!

THEY ARE MODY ( you might get kicked out for no reason) Every thing was cool it was my first time I had couple drinks and I'm super friendly and social was looking to get new friends since I'm new to the state (coming from Canada) I gauntly asked for food the guy told me we close the kitchen in 15 minutes I told him can I make an order and keep it inside I get it in 30 minutes, ( since I'm not too hungry but I wanna try the food ) so he was rude and told me if you don't like our rules leave now , I told him

Nice hidden sports bar. Small, lots of TVs for its size and old school arcade games. Cheese on nachos was good

World?s okayest chicken sandwich for starters. For some reason they chose rust as the bathroom decor. One slip away from regretting not getting my tetanus shot. And a pink bike was parked in the no parking spot. How is someone supposed to get out of their wheelchair accessibility van. That's all.

Always a good time here. The staff is helpful, food is delicious and games are money!

Fun place for pinball and pool. Good drinks selection. Planned to eat here but most options were heavy and deep-fried hence the 4*.

The SPOT to hang out. If you're lucky you'll get Jen as your bartender. She makes a damn good watermelon mojito. Came here for a self date, had so much fun!

Great beer and atmosphere and plenty to do. A lot of games and ping balls and arcades. Air hockey. Food is good also at reasonable prices. Service good but only at the bar, there is no table service

Absolutely the best place for UFC and pinball. They seem to get a new machine every month. The food is on point. Look out for the SURPRISE daily specials!

Best grilled cheese EVER!! And the pinball is the best!! Love it!!

Great spot on Miramar Good beer selection and tasty food And plenty of Arcades and games if you feel like it

Good bar food, good place to grab a...Breweries with friends.

This is a quaint establishment with a "newer dive bar" vibe. Prices are very reasonable for drinks and food. The happy hour offerings were surprisingly good, particularly the BBQ chicken wings (the meat stayed moist while the skin was very crispy). The BBQ sauce thickly coated each wing and was sticky in a good way! Their specialty cocktails were also good (I had the "Mai Kinda Tai"). Lastly, I enjoyed the throwback video games...Mario Kart, Street Fighter II and such. I like that the games used card cr

Great selection of beers, some free arcade games. Worked out great while we waited for work to be done on the vehicle in the same center.

WOW!! I ORDERED UBER . I AM FROM TEXAS AND A PHILLY CHEESESTEAK LOVER WOULD SAY. I TRAVEL EVERY WEEK. THIS CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAD. MESSY AND FULL OF LOVE.. THANKS BREWSKI'S.. CHEESE STICKS ARE REALLY GOOD AS WELL

Female bartenders acted too busy to take our orders. The male bartender was friendly and took our order. Drinks are reasonable. Adjacent to a nude bar, so plenty of guys. ??

Great spot for pinball, drinks and food. Love playing pinball here. Aaron keeps his pinball machines in top shape, and Jay one of the new bartenders is the man! Gets pretty crowded on the weekend's, always a good time.

We finally got a chance to stop by Brewski's, and it happened to be the same night as a Padres game, so you knew already it'd be packed! They check IDs at the door - 21+ only! - PARKING - Fairly decent sized lot in front of the business but there's also other spots available in the rest of the strip mall. - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - Service was fairly quick, even with the big crowd of people. There's outdoor tables and indoor tables, as well as TV screens on basically every single wall, so that no matter wher

Cool spot for drinks and bar food, except the bar food is better than you would expect. It's definitely a spot to check out when you wanna play some pool or arcades while having some drinks and snacks.

Good place to watch a few sporting events. Monday night football and NBA. Got the wings on special, and they were great, cooked perfectly. Bartenders were very attentive, polite, and very nice. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Great spot to hang with your friends and play some arcade games. We loved the rubber duck claw game and the 3 player mario kart the most. This is definitely a hidden gem and a great place to have a group event.

Amazing food!! Great atmosphere!! Games that everybody loves!! You gotta try it out!!

Exceeded my expectations! They played the Thursday night football game on all of their big TVs and piped the audio through their nice sound system. Good pool tables and excellent food. They even had sushi which was very good!

This is definitely my place to go and forget about work. Love that Monday to Thursday arcade matchine are free and I love that they make a lunch food special daily. Like today it was chicken fratada.

Brewski?s was a decent place for sure. I enjoyed the bar and bartenders they were extremely polite. Honestly, my only gripe with the place is the people that walked in, everyone was minding their own business for the most part but as soon as you got in ?line? to order a drink that's when people had 3-4 different lines or how I would look at it cliques, to order. It's not a problem but, literally when the bartenders say ?next?? and nobody says anything everyone is looking at each other I say ?yeah I'll take?

The prices are a little bit extraordinary for what you get. drinks weren't that great and the service was really slow.

I really relaxed place. The location is for all crowds. Plenty of arcades and games. This location you purchase a card and use the card to play games. The staff is friendly as you walk up to the bar. Parking lot has plenty of parking. This location also has an outdoor patio. You can either eat snacks, or actual food menu items. All assortment of drinks.

I've always had a good time coming here. The drink price is a reasonable, I love the old style arcade games and the pool tables. Service is always fast and friendly. There is a good sized outdoor area to hang out as well. The tater tot appetizer is perfect when you're having drinks with friends.

Really chill place and affordable place. Never too full and easy parking

The pinball machines worked perfectly. I went in for the first time today even though i've known about it for a while, got some chips and salsa and decided to chill. Tiffany the bartender did her job extremely well and will be one of the reasons I come back. Really enjoyed myself and recommend it 2others

I've been here a couple times and had great experiences both times. The first was for an board gaming event as part of a Meetup group I was part of. They have a large outdoor area with plenty of seating and were very accommodating for us. More recently I visited after a visit to the nearby trampoline park. Brewski's was the only nearby place open after 9pm so it was an easy decision. We had some delicious nachos this time to go along with a tasty pineapple cider they have. It was the first time there for my

Friendly bar staff, lots of TVs. Good game day experience.

The space was pretty cool the staff were really welcoming and attentive to all customers. It was a bit of a wait at the bar to get serviced when we first arrived but soon after it went alot smoother. Really an engaging environment, from the pin ball machines to Air Hockey, the retro classic gaming machines found there. Ill definitely come back for another round here some time soon.

Really fun place, the food is pretty great too. But the Sushi, Is AMAZING!!! They bring in an incredible sushi chef Thursday-Saturday 5-10pm he brings in his own fresh fish and its soo good! Seriously my favorite sushi in San Diego!

Good food. A little under staffed, but very friendly.

This place is legit awesome. I dig the vibe and the locals are cool

Place is twice as big as it used to be, huge outdoor seating area, large menu, awesome food. Had the spaghetti and meatballs and Ace Pineapple Cider, was amazing! Friendly staff! Plated no games, but had plenty. A wall of pinball!

This place used to suck But the staff stepped up their game Now this place is pretty cool !

Checked it out for the happy hour and arcade games. The Tacos were decent, better than you would except from a sports bar but still better off going to a taco shop. Drink specials were good. Sadly the arcade games were less to be desired. The 3 we wanted to play were all broken and we lost 2 quarters on the other machines. Bartender was friendly.

I went here twice, the first time I ended up leaving after about 10 minutes because I was expecting them to come over to take our order. The second time they asked me to come up to the bar to place the order. They only have the bartender out front to service everyone most days it seems. The food was far better than expected and the service was good. I will be back often since it is pretty close to my work. The arcade selection was good and reasonably priced. They have a quarter machine that accepts 1s and

Omg! This place is amazing!!!!!! Games fantastic food bartender also amazing. Food portions amazing my eye poped out of me head when I saw my plate. Little over 30 buck for a shot beer and sandwich. Deff going to return.

They used to have way more cabinets. And the pinball machines cost money... MONSTERS! ?? But it's still pretty fun. Even if it is a little sketch.

Great place to hangout after work And the burgers are fantastic.

Came in early Saturday afternoon to watch the Mets game. It was fairly empty and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My friends and I ended up coming back in later in the day to watch a fight. They treated us like regulars and even the regulars were talkative and cool. Also it's got some awesome arcade classics, so I was thoroughly entertained during my time there.

This place used to have free games. Womp womp. Everything is sticky and gross. Back in the day the food was good but I didnt stay long enough to check that out this time.

By far my favorite arcade/bar to go to! They have a lot of beer options and are more than happy to make drinks for you that they may not have on the menu. The arcade is all free! Great crowd and the food is not bad either. I wouldn't say it's the greatest but for the price you pay it's good. Be sure to check it out during happy hours and try to see their daily special.

Me and my brother stumbled upon this place on a sunday. Staff is chill and entertaining. Drinks are awesome and fair priced, same goes for the food. Arcade is free, pinball and pool are not(for those that might be confused). Stay away from the beer pong game, it doesn't work well. Other than that, it's my new go-to spot for a fun night.

The staff was friendly, fun activities. Good beers on tap.

Great place for drinks and food. Lots of cocktail for very reasonable price. Great wide space. Game tables. Because of the strip club next door you do get some sketcy people bin there sometimes but you can easily avoid them. I haven't tried lot of food there but looked pretty good and the friends said they were good. They always have good specials on food also.

Cool bar with pool tables.pinball machines, and arcade.

Very nice and cute place to grab a drink with some friends. Not the greatest location in town, but a great bar! The arcade games and pinball machines are also quite entertaining. We had a wonderful bartender named Gerrit! He is the reason this place got its 5th star from me because he provided excellent service, was very kind, and made everyone feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
