These people are disrespectful! We went to have a fun time bowling and they said to come back In an hour because they were all full. We respectfully waited an hour, by the time we got back he said we had to be at the EXACT time and no later not even 5 mins late. They gave it to other people and said we were too late. This is discrimination to me and my family because it was all WHITE people and as a family of color we were denied. Never go if you're a tiny bit different than white people!!!

Great time. Food is overpriced and tasteless. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Bowling area could use some cleaning after guest leave. Not all guest clean up after themselves.

I've been here several times and enjoyed the food each time. However, something drastically changed this time. To put it plainly, the dinners sucked. My guess is the head chef was off and someone filled in. Not good planning for a Saturday night. I'll go back but if this happens again they'll loose me

The building looked unassuming and unexciting from the street. Inside was better. There were obvious renovations taking place for what looked to be a bar/kitchen area. The bowling area was great! The lanes were nice, the tables were clean, the music was fun, and the screens were clear and bright. The arcade area was small but clean. From an adult outsider's perspective, it could have been better. Probably a good place for young children.

I've been here too many times to have not left a review! Love this gem and the new upgrades! Went there tonight just for dinner I mean the food is incredible! The staff is awesome and so friendly! We had Patrica tonight she was great all while having a party to cater too! All the other staff pitched in and helped her out it was great to see! We had fun and had great dinner! I love it at breakpoint! The new restaurant is such a hit! The place is always cleanly and accommodating! The staff is very helpful and attentive. I have had multiple parties here and we are always taken care of to the max! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Was really excited to bowl last Sunday with some of ems coworkers after our shift. Ive heard it was a great place but never got inside. Business hours online and on the front door say open until 8pm. Upon getting there at 620 the doors had been locked and the staff seen hastily getting to their cars from the side door.

We had a great time. Took the family bowling. Lanes are clean and fabulous video screens all over with fun animations. Spent time in the arcade and then a delicious dinner at the newly opened food service and cocktail lounge.

This used be HI Tor bowling alley just bowling. The Varano family is very up to speed and put on a huge addition which now has a great arcade and two private party rooms which the kids LOVE. The "snack bar" is really a very good restaurant with a full menu and pizza which is delivered to the patrons by a robot!!

Incredible staff, great venue, tasty food. Nuff said. But to say more - Joe is such a welcoming and accommodating host. Always saying hello to regulars and offering assistance to patrons. I don't know if they specifically offer sensory-friendly hours but we went midday on a Friday and the music and lights were dimmed for an adult day hab group. Our cousin loves his league there too and we always feel welcome!

It feels kinda weird to give 5 stars to a bowling alley, but my rationale is that it's 5 stars relative to what it is. For instance, the restaurant inside if it advertised itself as fine dining would not get 5 stars but it's a bowling alley restaurant and for a bowling alley restaurant, holy cow is it way better than it has any right to be and the bar inside is great. So yeah, I'm giving 5 stars to a bowling alley. This place is great for a date, not the first few dates but for that ok we're into each other

I got some take out food for the first time. Lobster ravioli was very tasty! Mom had the Seafood Mariscada and she loved it! She added more spice but she loved the freshness of everything and the variety within. I will be ordering again. I'm sorry I took no pics?.

We had a great time here. This bowling alley has an updated contemporary feel. Doesn't give you the depressed still smells like cigarettes 80?s vibe. All the alleys have comfortable booths to sit in and there's also a guy making pizzas in the back. The kids also enjoyed the arcade there.

It's very conveniently close to home if you want a fun place to bring your kids but $80 for 2 hours along with the cost of shoe rental seems steep. The staff is friendly but when I was there on a Saturday night they were overwhelmed with a line at the food counter forming 8-10 deep. The pizza is just ok but it gets the job done when the kids are hungry

We had a small birthday gathering for my son's 9th birthday. We were very pleased. The party host very nice and attentive. The kids really enjoyed the lazer tag and arcade. The place nicely renovated and the vibe was perfect. Glad to have this nice local spot!

I lost my best friends ring, it was a family heirloom of her grandma that passed away with gold, diamonds, and peridots. So you can imagine my panic in not being able to find it and they had all their workers look and help me find it. They were incredibly helpful and me and my whole group had a blast at their establishment.

Phenomenal food!!! We went with a group of 13. Couldn't start until the whole group was there but we got some drinks. Very well made drinks! And then we ordered calamari, pizza and nachos. Breakpoint is fantastic. The new updates to the place make it very comfortable to sit and relax while bowling. The food options are incredible. They have a robot bring your food order right to your lane! The arcade is a blast and the laser tag is very impressive even for adults.

Can not say enough kind things about HI Tor Lanes .we had my grandson's birthday party there yesterday. The staff were amazing and our hostess was the sweetest ever. The owners Joe and Paul and Paul's dad are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Super clean. Amazing food that stands up to any restaurant or pizzeria in the area. A must visit . This is simply an excellent bowling alley. My group tried this place out after getting some seriously rude service at New City Bowl, and we were pleasantly surprised by Hi Tor in almost every way. The cashier/shoe person was super nice and helpful, the bartender was friendly, and all in all it felt like they were happy to have us as customers. The actual bowling had no glitches and the pins reset very quickly. Not to mention, the prices here are insanely good. The Sunday deal of $3 per game is unbeatable,

Best prices in the county for bowling and shoe rentals. We try to bring the kids once a month. Regulation size lanes, no small junk like at the mall. Hi-Tor Lanes is wonderful! We are so glad it's stayed a decade. They are very good and kind here, our kids enjoy the bowling and food as well!

So I went on 9/24/22. When me and my friends first came they were just being really awkward towards us for no reason we were really nice. Then we started to put our name on the screens, the guy in the front literally came over when i was mid typing my name and said i couldn't put extra symbols ( $&%! ) and i was so confused why he came over. Place has been around as long as I can remember the addition of the arcade room is pretty neat idea, would of loved to have seen a few pinball machines but thats just me. Then contrast between the alleys and the arcade are pretty extreme, hopefully they could give the alley side a face lift sometime after this year to help with that.

The lanes are very nice, well maintained. The ball selection was a bit concerning, my wife and kids couldn't find lighter balls. Also they have a groupon coupon out there which is not applicable on the weekends. On a direct walk-in without a coupon it was pretty pricey...I was VERY surprised to know that 2 games for 4 people without food was $60....the groupon couldn't be used, not sure if we missed the fine print, we are usually pretty good about that.

Spotlessly clean and great social distancing. You still need a mask but I felt very safe there. The lanes look like they were just redone and there is a good sized arcade.

Fanastic place, so perfect for a night out

Charged me for shoe rental, even though I didn't rent shoes! The cashier told me he had forgotten about it, but that he would have to charge me anyways... ended up paying ?$25 more than I thought I would. Besides for that it's a good alley, but that's a huge detractor.

This place should become a landmark in the Haverstraw area. It is one of the few place still left where an entire family can enjoy a nice outing for under $40 dollars. Sundays are the best days to come since they run a special. Midnight bowling is also available.

Wonderful time at Breakpoint bowl! We went for a New Years Eve celebration and had a wonderful time the food and service was outstanding, will most definitely return to bowl and play more.

I personally loved this place, but I went with a big group of people and we all agreed that the Lanes were on the smaller by smaller I mean more narrow, side compared to other bowling alleys the reason I give this place a 3 star rating is because when I went 4:30 in the afternoon the food court was closed. so this was my opinion I still suggest going I still had fun regardless it's still what counts.
