Bravos provided an amazing stress free atmosphere for my child's birthday! We had a great time and the kids loved the rock climbing! Our party host, Caroline went above and beyond to keep things rolling throughout our party. She was extremely polite and provided excellent service! Thank you Caroline and thank you Bravos!

We celebrated our daughter?s 8th birthday party with Bravo?s, and had a great time! There were a few little hiccups, but they were very informative and kept us updated. Thank you Bravo?s for a wonderful experience! Our daughter and guests had a great time.

Evan was incredible with my family during our visit to the trampoline park. From the start, he was super friendly and made us feel right at home. He chatted with the kids, helped them feel confident trying new things, and kept the energy fun and safe the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests. Can't say enough good things about this awesome place! A great place to let your kids run loose, out of the heat, the rain, or anytime - there is SO much to do and is well worth it! The facility was clean, the staff was attentive, and their employee Brittany went above and beyond and was AMAZING! You can tell she enjoys what she does and takes pride in her job! We will be back!

We had my grandson?s 10th birthday party at Bravo?s. We had an emergency come up and had to pay a rescheduling fee. Other than that the party was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, the pizza was very good and the kids had a blast! Danielle was our host and was so sweet and attentive! I would highly recommend her as your host! We plan on coming back! What a fantastic location to hold a birthday party. The kids have so many choices to play together, like laser tag , obstacle courses or the trampoline area. I loved that we were not rushed in and out of the place either. One hour in the party room was more than enough to get the group together. Feed them cut the cake open presents, etc. And then back to playtime. My son Connor had such a great day celebrating his 12th birthday with his friends. Very organized and easy party set up and clean up. Had a personal staff member (Briana) with us the entire time and watching the kids and taking them from station to station while the adults were able to mingle and talk. She was absolutely wonderful. Had a good experience with my sons birthday. He and his friends liked it. Only complaint was during laser tag you no longer are required to return to base after getting hit. After someone hits you, respawning is in place and you csn shoot whoever shot you back.

Came here to take my son and his friends for laser tag and they had the best time ever. I sat at the bar while they played and had plenty of drinks. An excellent job done! We booked a room for our high school tennis banquet and they accommodated us perfectly. The room was decorated and welcoming and our players had a blast. They communicated swiftly and professionally with us and made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend Bravoz for any event you want to put on.

Bravoz has been our go-to spot for years, especially for birthday celebrations. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. We love the cafe area?it's perfect for enjoying a meal and drinks while the kids have fun running around. Plus, the QR code ordering from the table is a game changer. Makes everything so easy!

We had a corporate retreat here, and the place and staff were awesome. It was fun with the ability to de-stress on your coworkers. I recommend for team bonding.

I was annoyed earlier but overall it's a cool place. Most of the staff is really nice. They're willing to refund money on cards when machines don't work which is really nice. Games are overpriced tho.. $1.50-$5 for maybe 1-2 minutes of playtime is craazy. I'd probably end up spending more if the games were a bit cheaper. Had my daughters 7th Birthday here and she had an absolute blast! I love that there was no time limit to how long the kids could jump, and we had the party room for a whole hour, which was plenty of time for pizza, cake, and presents. My daughter was seriously injured. Do NOT take your kids here. I took my daughter to Bravoz expecting a safe and fun place. Instead, she left with a serious injury that now requires surgery. I recently had the most outstanding service by an employee named BK. We were visiting from out of town and I needed to entertain my kids so I took them to Bravoz. They had so much fun. We went here while on vacation. It was a good alternative on a rainy day. The kids had fun. The place could use some updating. The pool tables are not in good condition. We had a decent time. I got $50 cards for the kids plus payed for them to get in and do the trampoline. I spent about $200 for 3 children.

We enjoyed that part of our visit, however I witnessed an altercation and i was not pleased to see how it was handled. Kids had a Grand Old Time! Staff was awesome. Friendly, attentive and accommodating. Food is shockingly good. Lots of options for kids and for parents...plus adult beverages. Took my kids here on Saturday, they really enjoyed it. We got greeted at the door by a kind young gentleman who helped us check in. The workers at the trampolines were always making sure the kids were safe. Besides the busy crowd it was a great time.

Fun to chill and let the kids run it out! This place has always been an amazing place to bring the boys and let them run off energy! Employees too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to customers and then being told they couldn't do a ride even though we paid for The All Day Play Pass, 2nd time this has happened. This is the best trampoline park I've ever taken my son too. It's so clean , a lot of activities for all ages. The staff is so polite and sweet. We have been here 5 hrs. And my son does not want to go LOL!!! Definitely a TOP PICK for future family fun nights ??

They are great. The facility is clean. The hosts do what you ask and help with an extra pair of hands. I do wish there was more of a discount for having a party. Regular price per child for my package is $16.99 per jumper ($169.90). 3 cheese pizzas at $16.99 (50.97). 10 waters is about $10. So if I did a party without a room is would be $230.87. Meaning the room and helpful person is roughly $200. I will probably just forgo the room if I do it again. And instead buy the full experience tickets.

I took 4 of my grandsons- ages 4 thru 8- last weekend. They were able to run and play until they were exhausted (mission accomplished). I loved that play time was unlimited for one price each. Food was also fresh and hot. We will revisit.

Great place for the whole family to exercise and have fun. The Ninja course is fun, and they have a mini course for toddlers. Pool tables to rent out, lockers are $3 for 3 hours. $15 for unlimited dodgeball, trampoline, basketball jump, and foam pit. I took 1 star away because the foam pit smells like dirty feet. Bring your own water bottles. Water is not free at the restaurant. Lots of arcade games to pay to play. I come here 2 to 3 times a year when they run specials. We always have a great time. Employee

The beautiful young woman who helped me and my family was named Ava and she was sooo kind and efficient ! She was very lively and helpful as well. She was a greattt server and was sooo attentive ! When I accidentally spilled my drink she was really helpful and understanding and didn't make a fuss . She complimented my hair and was super funny ! We had a great time for our son?s 11th birthday party. Gianna was a great host and took care of us. Brittany the GM was running around helping, what seemed like everywhere, and when a situation happened she was quick to get involved and resolve it without disruption to the other guests. Good place for the kids. We took ages 4 to 20 to Bravos and they had fun for nearly 2 hours. The equipment is well kept and fun for all ages. Somethings that could be better are it's not very affordable for a group and the arcade that takes up 1/3 of the floor space is extra cost on all passes including All-Access pass.

I prefer Velocity for jumping. Trampolines are larger and you're allowed to have more fun. Back flips, double flips, big jumps and more space for all of it. This place has smaller pads. And is more restrictive. I liked that I could have a beer while the kids jumped though. Cost is nice here. They don't advertise it well, but an hour of just jumping is only 15$ vs the packages they try and sell you.

The party was easy to plan with the guest coordinator. They sent reminders of everything and was very patient. I would suggest to allow the guest to have a few minutes to decorate the party room and a few min to take the decor down so that it doesn't look so bland. Terrible management and not safe. Son had his phone stolen here. Still shows on site. They said they would do a deep clean and call us in the morning. No call, we called and they haven't ?found? it.

Was it fun, yeah. Did it have a strange smell, yeah. Was it clean, not really but we were there at the end of the day about 4 hours before closing. It was not packed and it was a really good value. It was about $37 for unlimited bouncing laser maze and laser tag and ninja warrior course

This place is good because it has so many activities for kids, like bowling, rock climbing, obstacle course, laser tag and of course trampoline jumping but then the bad is there is not enough seating for adults, the birthday party rooms are small and you feel rushed, they do have a cafe that serves bar food and beer. It is a really nice idea but it could use a bit more structure and a lot more space...I give Bravoz a solid C

I got the $ 475 Birthday package 12/21/24 for my twins and the birthday experience was horrible! I end up spending more than that so the kids can fully enjoy themselves. Great place to take children who need a safe place to play when it's cold or rainy outside. My 5 and 6 year old were in nonstop motion from the time they put on the special socks until we buckled their seatbelts to come home. They loved all of the activities, but the trampolines seemed to be the favorite.

This playground is quite spacious and has great trampolines, which are a big hit with the kids. However, the games in the back are in really bad condition?they're dirty, smell unpleasant, and look like a trash heap. It's disappointing because it could be such a great place if it were better maintained.

SO much fun! We love going here for birthdays and family events! There is SO much to do, lots of yummy food and the kids don't get bored even after 5 hours! Just be prepared to drop a lot of dough $$$. Tickets plus food plus arcade cards adds WAY up. But it's great for a weekend splurge!

It is a huge indoor facility for kids and adults. Mainly for kids and teens. Large trampolines and trampoline games. Trampoline dodgeball, basketball, and foam pit! Never order food from here . It's a total rip off . The thickness of chicken tender is may be 3-4 cm. Fries got all black spots on it so mostly the oil is reused way too much . Paid 14$ and got 3$ food. Not good at all. I am never going back there

Overall great atmosphere, never too crowded. Never had any issues here until today. My girlfriend brought an old pair of socks with the gripper bottoms and when we started jumping, an employee told us that she had to buy a new pair, even after we showed him that they were the right type. We've brought these socks before, and never have been told to get a new pair. Other than this employee, (I didn't get his name) the experience is great.

Bravoz hosted my twin's 8th birthday party. The planning process was so easy. Michael was extremely patient with all my questions and last minute changes. The entire staff was great to work with and so accommodating. Ciarra did an awesome job using my themed decorations and literally took care of everything. All of the kids had a blast.
