This was a big bowling alley with 40 lanes. Each with its sitting table for eating because the robot brought you your food! ?? Fries were large and fresh out of the grease! Smart move they come with no salt so have the shaker ready. Ketchup and mustard provided in each area. ?? is available. They also have a bar. It's almost time for an upgrade. Bathroom was nice and clean and there had been a good crowd. The staff was busy and very helpful!

Be aware when ordering food at the kiosks near the kitchen. They automatically add an 18% gratuity to the final bill, with no option to adjust or remove it. I didn't notice at first?it only became clear when I checked my receipt. The process also asks you to sign on the screen, similar to adding a tip at a sit-down restaurant. Great bowling alley!! Fun for the whole family. Pool tables, arcade, restaurant, pro shop and bowling!! Plenty of lanes and plenty of fun for all ages. I brought the whole family for 1$ games on Monday night. We had a really good time. We played pool while we waited for the lanes to open up. Then my wife and I bowled with our Sons. Great place, we will be back!!

Did a corporate event and had an amazing time. Food was fantastic, selection was huge, and staff was amazing. Definitely will be back in a few months to do it again!!!!!

Really fun place lots of TVs to watch the game! Pool tables plastic tip darts and putt putt golf video game in the bar. This is not a typical dive bar! There is a huge game room! Games are a bit pricy $1.25 or more per play but great daily bowling deals. Beers are a bit too pricey for me but maybe not for you. Cheapest beer is $4

Had a blast! We love coming here. Easy going atmosphere. First visit where we had a problem with balls getting sick but with the push of a button they were quick to get them to return. The food was unfortunately not good at all though. The pretzels were hard and the cheese sticks were meh. The tap wasn't working so we couldn't get a pitcher. Great afternoon bowling with our daughter. Believe it or not it was her first time bowling. The shoes did not smell and the rest room was clean. A nice older man said he is a bowling coach and gave us some tips. Plenty of parking and easy to get to location. We will be back.

My first time at BCB bowling in Brandon Florida. After dining in.... Playing billiards, yes had a few drinks. Then bowling...The bar and staff would not give me water if I asked for it. They told me I had to buy a bottle of water. I informed them that is was illegal to do refuse someone who has been drinking water! Whether it was tap.... That is why I gave them a 1 star rating.

Had the best time celebrating my father and father in laws 60th birthdays here!!! The staff was pleasant and the place was nice. Great prices and a cool bar next door. The bowling part is great but the bar has watered down drinks and shitty food. I had 5 separate food items and did not like anything.

Just wanted to thank Lauren and Cat for a great time. We celebrated 2 - 60th birthdays and dressed up in tie dyed shirts, wigs, headbands and many other items from the 60's. It was a blast from the past. Would definitely recommend Bowling at Brandon Crossroads.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food comes out timely and hot but on the pricey end for a bowling alley. I was part of a birthday party and the hostess was attentive and nice. I would definitely recommend this venue for events albeit be prepared to spend a decent amount of money. This is paid in the form of up to date decor and all digital touchscreen machines. Definitely an upgrade from the usual neighborhood bowling alleys.

Great bowling alley! Everyone was friendly. Love the bench seating at the lanes, and the robot food delivery was a pretty cool touch! PS, the food was delicious too!!! I'm not sure why EVERYONE was at Pin Chasers today, when BCB had lanes open and at a more affordable price! Hands down, check them out! We will definitely be back!

Every single staff member that I interacted with, from the bowling check-in area (even with what I'm assuming was a training shift for one of the people), to service bar, to pub bar was pleasant and easy. Only other bowling place I've been to around here was Pin chasers and the staff there could afford to take some notes. happy we didn't have to drive to Tampa or Lakeland. Would 100% recommend this place and come back.

I just want to tell you about my experience here last night!! We came in and it was busy as heck! Great for them we went to the bar and it was slammed!! I want to say the bartenders behind that bar were absolutely amazing!! One was singing and dancing! Those two young ladies had smiles on their faces and were pumping some drinks out!! I love it when everything is a good deal! We went on a Sunday evening and got shoe rentals with three games for four people for $50! That's awesome! We realized that we should have went on a Saturday instead because they have a deal going on for 6 people and a pizza at $54.99 with free shoe rental! Regardless, it was a great time and the lanes are organized very well. Employees removed prior balls that were left from the people who used our lane before and I mean, it was a great time. Food is mediocre at best. Cooks don't seem to have an ounce of care, as you can see that clearly displayed on their faces. However, disregarding the food, that is not the issue with this place. Worst customer service and experience I experienced from him, apparently he only works in the back and the establishment receives plenty of complaints regarding the guy pictured. Kaleb rectified everything and made it an awesome experience. Avoid this guy at all cost. He's rude and just has no class.

We were here for a tournament and it was very well done by the facility. Little wait, clean bathrooms, and decently priced bar. Would be happy to visit here again if I lived in the area.

Bowling is fun but I really need to do some more practice. This was unlimited bowl on Thursday night and my moms birthday. We had a ball! Music was good and the lights made it even more exciting. We had wings and pizza. It was tasty.

Very friendly staff, best bowling pizza I've ever had, well maintained (smooth) lanes, and up to date technology integration. Great place to take the kids, with the per bowler automatic retracting bumpers. A bar area is attached but separated with double doors inside in case you need a stronger drink. I have been bowling here for the last 4 years and we keep coming back because of people like Kim at the front desk. The entire staff at Brandon bowl is awesome. We wouldn't even think of going somewhere else.

Yuh know, it was alright. Truly the food seemed kinda good although didn't try any. The first lane they put us in was broken but luckily they had one more open and got to use that one. The ball selection was scarce. But the other than that it was cool..kinda in a sketch location if I'm being real.

I've gone here since I was a small child on field trips and family outings. I return to this day because I like the food, clean atmosphere, and the bowling ! To say that this bowling alley has gone down hill is an understatement. For starters, I got harassed by other patrons for bowling in my own lane. Then I have to ask, why bother renovating the inside of the business if your employees' customer service skills are literally the worst? This a "must go" place..the bowling alley is very good and peppered with wonderful song videos n super ambience ..Brandon crossroad bowl also has a gaming zone other than bowling alley and that too is very nice with amazing games...it will make ur weekend supercool ..

The place is fine, but the wings are TOOOOOOO salty!!!! It was supposed to be Lemon pepper and it tasted like it was salt salt. The drinks are DEFINITELY watered down!!! I even asked for my second drink separated in two different glasses and you can definitely tell how WATERED DOWN their bottles are. I think the lanes are great, but the facility as a whole could do better. My observance of the snack bar made the food sanitation to be a bit alarming. No one in the snack bar wore a hair net or proper cooking wear. Only one person wore a hat, but had an untamed beard. Then a staff member was hovering over the food toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, etc), and was swinging her hair from one side to the next, letting it drape in the food. No gloves worn, nothing. My wife, myself, and a married couple of friends visit occasionally. The Alley itself is in pretty good shape. The lanes never really give us any issues and the scoreboards are easy to use. While the food isn't that great, it's still not "bad" and can easily tide you over until you eat something else later. Went here last night and was treated absolutely horribly by the food staff. I put in food at 10:25pm through their kiosk, waited 20 mins with no food being put out. Kept going back for updates where no one was to be found behind the counter. Finally my friend comes up and tells me they threw away my food and I need to grab the manager for a refund. Bcb has been my hole for two years staff is welcoming! Summer she super nice and carrying and always there to help, page is always good at cooking the food and getting it out fast, and Sami she always there to help when needed and allways happy!

150+ dollars for a family of 4 for 2 games of bowling and food. Bowling was good, but the food was terrible. 79$ for dried chicken wings,a BLT that looked like a toddler made it and the flat bread pizza was disgusting. We also spent 30$ in the game room where half the games were inoperable. So 180$ total and a total disappointment.

Best bowling alley I have been to! The food is always great, bartenders are superior and Mike the manager always looks out for his customers and plays the best music for Cosmic bowling! Worst experience at a bowling alley ever for multiple reasons. 1. My wife is not strong and does not bowl often. I play well, so to make it more competitive and fun for her, we have always used bumpers. The lady at front desk refused to allow us to play our 2 games with bumper. My company hosted a team meeting in their conference room - it's all set up with seating and A/V support and even has a nice projector. They served us breakfast sandwiches in the morning and we ordered off the menu for lunch. The staff was very helpful and the food was really good. Of course, we bowled all afternoon and that was a blast. It's a really good place to host a meeting and then have some bowling fun after. Kudos to the Crossroads Bowl team.

Let me just say, I've been to a few bowling alleys in my days, but nothing comes close to the experience I had last at crossroads bowl. the customer service provided by Kaitlyn and Gene was above and beyond, providing me with a personal catered experience you don't see anywhere else these days, an art lost on MANY places these days. Not only this but they managed to do so while being slammed by the Friday night rush. You can be SURE to find me coming back again and again.
