i do like coming occasionally to bowl, but i unfortunately got very sick the other night coming home after eating the food here. it was my first time trying any food there, usually just come to give a bowl. the food tasted great and cooked right, my Hubby and i wondered if it was a cross-contamination issue with counters not being cleaned properly. thankfully, i was feeling better within 2 days. it's not a one star because i have had a couple fun experiences here, my kids like the events that's for sure
I don't usually leave reviews, but my recent experience here was disappointing. One of the employees was noticeably rude and uninterested in helping. When I asked a question, they barely looked up from their phone and made me feel like I was bothering them. On top of that, the nacho cheese tasted off?definitely seemed expired. Not the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.
Great place for the whole family. There is something for everyone. And the food is amazing!
Great staff, amazing one of a kind drinks and karaoke every other Saturday night. Burgers ?? are like homemade.... And that's just the bar & grill area. Cosmic bowling is fun and bingo Sundays is a cash frenzy ??
Staff was amazing super kind and payed me very good attention! And the cheese, don't even get me started it was PHENOMENAL!
?????????? Bowlmor Lanes in Fairmont is hands down one of the best places for family fun and entertainment in town! The lanes are well-maintained, and the automatic bumpers make it perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The atmosphere is lively, especially during cosmic bowling nights on Fridays and Saturdays. The arcade area and golf simulator (?Tee Box?) add even more variety for a complete night out. I also loved the ?21st Lane? bar ? great drinks and a fun vibe. The food menu is fantastic, especial
Thank you for all your help with our birthday party. We had a blast!
frozen, nasty food, no bumpers for children, very rude employees, my table was dirty, and they didnt have cheese for my nachos.
Had a sign on the door saying private party December 31st not January 1st open sign was on but door was locked and nobody awnsered their phone.
It was actually pretty neat, used to come here a lot with my family as a kid, and since then they've done a lot of renovations it felt like a new building (for the most part)
Your Arcade is fine but your card dispenser is empty for your kiosk. I was there yesterday and hopefully the next time I come back your card dispenser is full and loaded with cards and the issue is fixed for the kiosk
Went to watch the high school bowlers tournament. Great venue! Food was very good
It's your home town bowling alley, but their addition of the arcade has really added something and kids seem to really enjoy it! Their food is okay, and drinks are equally okay.
Friendly staff, food was good. Could use more parking
What an absolutely fun night for the whole family ??. Rain ???... no worries. Inside fun was great. First we bowled then we all joined in the karaoke. Even the kids were allowed to sing which made it extra fun. Their first time was a memory for a life time. Staff are amazing ??
Lanes were oiled all the way to the pins, which was rough. But it was a fun time. The food was good and fast and filling. Will be back soon. Recommend bringing your own ball. All the selections are small holes.
Great atmosphere. Touch tunes juke box, well maintained lanes. Staff is super awesome and friendly. Ample menu items to choose from, and decent bar. Great place for family fun at a decent price.
Pretty nice bowling alley that's kept up fairly well with a large selection of bowling balls for the public. Some of the balls have dents and gouges so be wary of those. The shoes are all in good condition and the prices aren't too bad either at 3.50 per person per game on a Saturday night. The pizza wasn't anything special but it did the trick. One big downside is that the establishment does not play any music, you have to pay to run the jukebox if you don't want to bowl in silence.
They have updated the seating and lockers every things looks really good!! More room and seating is always nice...Its always a fun place to go and bowl with family and friends the food is great service is great!
Very clean and updated bowling alley. Automatic scorekeeping made it easy on me as I've not bowled for well over a decade, and haven't kept score for even longer. Great pizza, too!
So much fun! Love to take my son there to bowl and have lunch! Fun family spot and the food is amazing!
This place is the bee?s knees
Got robbed by a ten pin last night lol. Doug, your improvements are definitely seen threw out the whole center. Keep up the great job.
Good place to go if you just want to bowl and grab a bite to eat. Food and games are reasonably priced.
Everyone is always friendly here and they provide great service! A favorite family bowling alley.
Love to go here. Wonderful atmosphere. The grandkids love it. Always have a great time.
It's a good place to go to hangout, blacklist bowling, good prices, yummy food, clean and they have a great staff.
Dave is a great guy and their pizza is made fresh to order, I'm not the best at bowling but I always have fun when I'm there.
Great place for auto repair and more
Great past time for the kids.
Good service, food isn't the best, kids like the cosmic bowling though!
Good food, friendly staff, not sticky like chucker cheese.
A cheap fun filled time for the whole family. Great pizza and drinks.
Bowlmor has done some renovating, it looks nice and the lines are working better, good place to bowl
Lots of fun for the family a little spendy but what's not now days
Very happy with the service and advice from the pro shop.
Friendly employees. Go there just about every Saturday night for moonlight bowling. Fantastic alley.
Took our grandkids we hadn't seen in over a year, to cosmic bowling. We.had a great time!
Had a blast with friends. Great food also!!!
To clean of a place looks to need repair on the outside. People working only talk to you when you went to search them down
Friendly service. Love karaoke nights with Butch & Friends!
Fun atmosphere, but needs music, not just a jukebox.
Went bowling with my Dad for his birthday. Was enjoyable, a tad warm but otherwise a good place.
Fun place to bowl but the facility is pretty old and could use a renovation.
New owner now so it's some better.
neat bowling ally nice lanes. the staff is less than curtious. rude
Great food! Fun for entire family!

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
