Bowlero Yorktown

I had a wonderful time at this bowling alley. The atmosphere was off the charts in a good way. The food was a little expensive, though. The only thing I had a problem with was that my lane had a malfunction, and I had to wait 15 for the lane to get back up and running.

I have loved every second of bowling and working that I've done here. Everyone is friendly and considerate and the atmosphere is super welcoming for new friends or old ones just looking to have a good time. I also had my 18th birthday party here and I will say the care and time they took with my family and friends was amazing.

I absolutely love going to the Yorktown location. The front desk associate, NaTasha, is always super nice and is always smiling. The managers are super cool and very accommodating. A great place to go and spend time with friends!! A must go!!

Staci was wonderful at the front desk. We had picked up our summer bowling passes on a Friday night and she answered all of our questions. I had asked about changing the music videos (since I had young kids with me and when we walked in the video that was playing was really bad), and she said that was not a problem. She adjusted our lane issue, and happily got us set up with bumpers. She had a friendly attitude and great customer service skills. The bathrooms were really clean too. Happy Bowling !

The staff is superb! They are helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed when our family arrived to bowl. The kids also played video games.

Josh, Rae, Greg, and Stacey are always so amazing for my big family and I!!! They are very patient and fun with the kids and are always attentive to our group! First time here since Bowlero has taken over from AMF. Admittedly the facility has seen some very nice improvements and upgrades. But you will definitely pay for it as the customer. Drinks are grossly overpriced but not bad tasting. Pizza was almost $30 for the most unappetizing pizza I have seen and tasted, Chuck E Cheese tastes like a 5 star meal compared to this pizza. Definately plan to wait. With only a few bowling alleys in the area everyone comes here. Friendly and overworked staff be patient. There are a lot of bowlers. We waited 40 min to bowl. Had fun for our 2 hours. Game room. You can order food and drinks. They have alcoholic drinks. But my water was free. Had a blast beating the kids and grandson. Definately a place to come alone to de-stress or bring friends and family...plenty of parking here

A big group of us celebrated my nephew and son?s birthday here today and our server Victoria was absolutely fantastic. I had not been to this location in years and the renovations look awesome. Everything was great and we will be back for sure :)

I visited yesterday with my family for my daughter?s birthday. This place is so overpriced and the service was terrible. I'm not one to leave reviews at all anywhere but $93 to bowl. The guy at the counter was rude and explained the process not well. It is $10 per person a game not $10 for one solid game. If he had explained it me correctly I would?ve left because again almost $100 to bowl for one game. CRAZY! I will be going to the one In Mechanicsville from now on!

This place is sooo fun. I came on a date night and had an amazing time. The service was phenomenal!! We had drinks and food in n deck without asking twice and without a long wait. We had a great time while we were there and the folks working there were friendly and helpful. Also, someone was immediately fixing the only arcade game that had any problems (everything else was in perfect shape - lanes, games, food) and it was fixed shortly after they went to check it out. Don't go here if you're not in a big party. My kids, Husband and I were moved twice due to management?s poor planning. My husband is visiting from out of town, but our visit was of less value than a 3 lane party. We were asked to move early on in our 2 hour stay. We graciously moved and told them no problem. We had gotten here at 4:30 for a birthday party . There are nine people in the group and we had two lanes . We were told when we got here that our side of the Building didn't have a server until 5 PM. It is now 530 and we still haven't gotten a server and we are 90% through with our game already. This place has some fun arcade games, well over 40 lanes for bowling, shoes to use, and plenty of space for large crowds. The food is okay and the menu is very limited, and I would recommend to management that they expand the menu a little. Never have I paid so much for a bowling experience. We played 3 games and it cost my girlfriend and I almost 80 dollars. The payment system was explained to us, but it's worded in such a way that makes it confusing. Even if the payment system was explained in a different way, paying that much to go bowling is an absolute scam. Don't come here, anywhere else is better! The staff was wonderful, but the pricing is a total rip off.

Broken AC and very hot. Bathroom not clean. One stall only other out of service. Game cards not loaded correctly and still waiting for refund. They pushed hard to sell the varsity package but not sure it was worth it. Hard to get the attention of the younger staff members .

I will never frequent this place again. I gave this place 5 stars as for years I have never had an issue here but recently they have a few new staff members that are rude nasty and lack of customer service. Lanes are available but have been turned away multiple times by a rude man at the counter. We now take our family to the Williamsburg location as it is friendly and inviting. Really nice and clean bowling alley! I was there for birthday party and the food was pretty good. Although they don't have the benches close to the lanes it still was a good time. I really liked it here.

We attended a birthday party and everything was set up so nicely. The lady that hosted was so kind and helpful. She wrote all the kid's name on their cups and gave them hand sanitizer before they ate. She was such a joy and you could tell she loved her job. The experience made me want to go back with my family.

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. We reserved our lanes easily online so the check-in process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this location for a fun time.

It's too hot inside since they changed the name. I'm going to have to stop bowling here it is so hot.

I feel completely ripped off by this place. It says $10.99 per game plus $5.99 for shoes. Great. Turns out it's $10.99 PER PERSON, per game. It cost me and my girlfriend $50 to play two bowling games. Additionally, one well drink, one order of pretzel sticks and a basket of fries was $35. then the tip. For a family of 4 to play ONE game of bowling is $72! ONE.GAME. Then $44 for every ADDITIONAL game. That's a $200+ night for 4 people to bowl. Really, I am sick to my stomach, and it wasn't the fries.

Really nice place to spend time with the family here. This my first time here. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this place for families who are looking to spend lots of fun time, without going over budget. The only con about this place is the Arcade. They need to add more games to the Arcade.

Went there with my 11 yr old and his friend and bowled three games and it was $118!!!! The lady who checked us in didn't explain to me that they were charging us separately meaning we were not charged for 3 games but 9!!!! Paid $11 for a cup of beer!!!!

Had to transfer both lanes we were using because they broke down, still had additional issues with one of the new lanes.

We had our company meeting there. The staff took great care of us, the food was great, and staff was proud of the food they prepared. Great customer service and friendly people. Made breakfast and lunch for us. Great team building experience. Awesome job AMF staff! Thank you!

40 lanes, very nice place. I thought it was a little pricey for an afternoon. I took my Grandboys bowling and lunch. We bowled 6 games total, 2 orders of chicken fingers with fries a cheeseburger with fries, no drinks and my total came to $89.00. The staff was very friendly. The guy behind the counter in the pro shop was super sweet.

Saturday the one waitress bucky was not there..and you could definitely tell that she wasn't there it took us over 40 minutes to get someone to take our food and drink order and then 30 minutes to actually get the food.

I want to give a shoutout to the pro shop guys ! I brought in my dads old black widow ball and wanted to see if they could save it . It'd was very sentimental to me but man was it in rough shape ! Best managers here. We couldn't figure out the scoring and Staci came down to help. She was very nice. Place was clean and the food came out and looked just like the menu!! Looks like they re-paved the parking lot so it looks great!!

I meet my dad here 3+ times a week to bowl spend time together. The staff is always cool as hell, the fries are always hot, and the beer is always cold. The guys who run the pro-shop know their stuff and the leagues are a lot of fun and a cool way to meet people.

I was very disappointed with this place when the manager told me that I could not bring baby milk or water for my baby girl. This happened Sunday October 13th 2024. I can understand no food policy but denying me to bring my baby food with me is ridiculous. I was a regular customer but today is my last day and will never recommend this place to a friend.

It's okay for being the closest bowling alley to where I live. If there was something else nearby, I would probably go there instead. Everything is incredibly overpriced and low quality. Also, the lanes are inconsistent. Even when they say they out the same shots down, generally, it plays differently, which isn't always a bad thing. I'd recommend if money isn't an issue for you.

Absolutely love taking my family here! My young kids love the arcade and they even have the little dino ramps for my smallest. The service was fast and the food and drinks on point! Highly recommend for a fun family outing.

Arrived just after their league ended so we had the place pretty much to ourselves for about 30 mins. Pitcher beer (devils backbone Vienna lager) runs about 20$ but you get about 5 beers our of it so it's worth it if it you are looking to catch a buzz when it is not hoppy hour. Unlimited bowling after 10pm is a steal when you plan on playing more than one game.

Had a good time here for sure. Place is modern enough, had no glaring issues. Bowling isn't as cheap as I remember but no less fun. Not amazing, but very solid. My friend even said the wings are surprisingly good!
