Customer Reviews

Nice clean bowling alley. We got a Groupon so it was a great price. They had two options for small kids to roll balls on. We tried both and our daughter likes the smaller plastic option. The automatic scoring is great and it was nice that the lane had bumpers. Only improvement would be if bumpers could be set per bowler or if they can I shouldn't let my son set the game up next time! Bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. I'll definitely go back here.

Went with a group of ten, and we had a great time! The place was fun, clean, and welcoming. Mike, one of the staff, was amazing! He was super helpful, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His great attitude really stood out. We enjoyed bowling, snacking, (alley-sampler highly recommend! ) & enjoyed spending time together. If you're looking for a local fun spot for a group outing, I highly recommend!

We made the mistake of going on a Monday night when they had a special event going on. Went to another spot rather than waiting 2 hours. But in the past, this place was always well managed and clean. We now go every week. I can't say enough about the staff from the server to the counter crew. Great pro shop there, too. Pricing and service are top notch.

Great spot to take the family and friends during cold winter days. The food was okay.... for a bowling alley. The online booking is limited so consider calling instead. I saved $60 by doing so.

Very expensive,i do not recommend...Played here for 1.5 hours and payed around 100$. Shame on them??

We always have a great time at Bowlero Worcester/Auburn! The staff works like a well-oiled machine, making sure everything runs smoothly, even on busy days. Huge thanks to Eric, Mike, Maria, and Tyler for their excellent customer service and for being so effective at managing the place during highly trafficked times. They clearly take pride in keeping the lanes in top condition, making sure they're perfect for both friendly and competitive bowling. Special shoutout to Dustin for his enthusiasm and for maki

Good afternoon, I truly love going to this place with friends, family and even by myself when I'm looking to pass some time or get some practice in. The whole team here is amazing every time I go they are so kind and attentive to all the guest. Mike the AGM always makes the atmosphere so exciting and fun its never a dull moment when he is working. thank you guys for always being so great can't wait to come back soon.

Had my daughter?s 7th birthday party here. The staff made everything easy and seamless. Kati helped me book the party and Eric and Maria both did an amazing job making sure we were accommodated. All the staff was friendly and I never saw my pitcher of bottomless soda empty. All the kids and adults had a blast! Highly recommend for a function! Thank you all for your hard work!

This place is awesome. Justin and the managers are nice and efficient. They try their best considering how short staffed everywhere is. I love coming here!

As a former employee I did not feel like I got a fair chance at the end of my time here. This past Saturday we were really busy and had bowlers in the center till 12:20ish am and by the time they all left and I was able to finish my job I needed a hand because the center was a mess and I wanted to make the place look good for Eric the GM in the morning so I went into the office she asked if I could get a hand. At that moment I was accused of yelling at Maria the shift manager which I did not yell. Right aft

Eileen was our server and she was fantastic, attentive and wonderful, Mike the manager was also very kind and welcoming. First time coming in with family and 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone who wants to have a great time bowling

Dio provides the best service and always smiles for all of us. She role very hard to make sure that her clients are happy and she is always positive. Way to go especially with all the needy people in the bowling alley.

Great Groupon deal. Great service at the bar and good snacks. They have the tastiest crispiest wings I've ever had!

Today was the 1st day of me visiting at this location after COVID. The place was renovated. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures of the food and drinks that were so good. We had such a great time! I'm definitely going back soon. I would have liked that there was a server.

The bartender Eileen also came to our table to see if we needed anything , great service ! Very friendly and polite! We love coming here!

We had birthday for our 9 year old there today. They were amazing. All of the kids and adults had a great time. Food was great, bowling was fun and the kids love the video game. Thank you for a great experience!!

Great! All of the staff is great. Mike?s the best manager. Armen is so attentive and eileen always remembers my order. Love this place

All the people who work here are very nice! I've started going regularly and they now know me by name! The lanes break down here and there, but for the most part they are pretty on top of getting them fixed as soon as they can depending on how busy it is

Eileen is amazing at her job. One of the best people at Bowlero she made me feel like I was at home and made sure I was taken care of all of the time.

Eileen has great customer service, she's a wonderful bartender, has a great personality. She is definitely one of the best behind the bar!

I enjoyed my time here. Great service, everyone is ever polite. Would definitely recommend

I bowl in 2 daytime leagues. The workers are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. Plenty of parking. Shoes are a little expensive if you have to rent them.

Easy and quick service! Moses and the rest of the team was very accommodating. we Had a party of 8 and agreed it's the best place in central ma hands down.

Mike is always very kind and welcoming. I'm always greeted with a smile, and he makes Bowlero Worcester so much better.

Clean place with lots of lanes. Large balls. I hadn't been there since the new company took over. 4 people on a Sunday, playing 3 games was $55.55, honestly not bad at all. There is an arcade section and the food was good. We had a great time there.

Great service at my Wednesday night league. Laura Peterson always has the next round ready. She's the best!

Nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. The facility is well maintained and well lite. A great variety of balls if you don't have your own.

Isabel is very kind to everyone and she is always smiling for all customers. 5 stars for her.

Tyler and Mike were amazing!! Great customer service and such a great help!

They bowled all strikes for our visit! This was the perfect setting for a friend family holiday reunion. All the kids had a blast bowling and playing in the arcade and the staff was friendly, helpful, and took great care of us. Thank you so much for a fantastic afternoon!

Dio is the best! Exceptionally attentive and focused on providing the best lane service I have ever encountered! I look forward to Dio as my server.

Eileen and Mike were great , first time coming in with family and will definitely return thank you !!

I found this my first big ball bowling and I was extremely happy and had such a fun and wonderfully great time with the family. This was a very nice clean establishment that I have no hesitation to want to go back anytime. When I think of bowling I think of how much fun I had here.

Nice big place that seems fairly clean. They recently remodeled the bar and food area which is nice and have some decent drink specials mid week. Seems like a great place to bring the kids or hangout with the gang or even bowl more competitively. Can't beat the $2 Tuesdays!

Mike has been a fantastic manager at Bowlero over the past year! He makes joining a league easy, and he does a great job helping with the high school bowling leagues!

Bowlero Auburn is a great a place to go bowling! I took my 13yr old daughter and we both had a good afternoon together. Pizza was good. The people switched out Sponge Bob stuffed animal for Elephant that my daughter wanted. Thank you Bowlero Auburn for a memorable afternoon!!

Last night was my first time bowling in a league (albeit as a sub), at AMF. The venue is very nice, shoes are clean and new, and there are an immense number of lanes. The bar is very well stocked and they serve Wormtown on tap. Better still, they serve Casamigos tequila! My favorite local restaurant doesn't even do that. One draw back to league-night, however, is that the bar is very busy. They could?ve used another server or two, but I'll give a shout out to Maria for her perseverance. Glad we didn't have

Eileen the bartender at Bowlero Auburn took great care of us and checked in to see if we needed anything. The whole Bowlero Auburn staff is great.

I've dealt with Brandon a few times at Bowlero in Auburn Ma. He's very professional and personable and surprised he's not management yet.

Excellent place to visit and have an amazing family night

Dio is the best server in the Alley. She is prompt, polite and pays attention to detail.

I've bowled a few leagues here, a nice clean bowling alley with a great staff especially Mike, the best assistant GM in the business.

The associates working here helped us multiple times and were very nice. The big pizzas we ordered were hot and delicious and delivered to our lanes, and there was also candy for sale. The arcade was surprisingly fun and had a lot of different things to play. I wish the music could have been on and louder, but there were leagues playing. I would have loved to bowl longer in the glow in the dark mode that turned on around 9pm. I would go back because it was fun!

Dio does a awesome job. She is very attentive to everyone's needs.

Good friendly staff. I enjoy my league night out here

Laura is terrific and she does a wonderful job serving us all.

Dio is one of the best servers on this team! Everyone needs to be served by her!!

Dio takes care of me every Thursday! She's absolutely amazing!

Love this place and there groupon really help save some money hopefully I can find some deal again

Excellent service, manager Mike always does an exceptional job!

Had a blast, prices are a little up there for my liking but still had a great time staff was wonderful. Thank you AMF FOR A fun night

Awesome bowling center. Laura P. behind the bar is fantastic. Awesome service. She is the best.

Excellent bowling alley with well-maintained lanes, a tremendous staff, competitive and fun leagues, and good food.

Nice vibe and good service. Fun night with family.

Our local bowlero. We randomly use this location about 3 times a month, mostly weekend. We always get a lane and never a wait or unexpected drama from patrons. Great for family.

Place was packed. Service was very friendly. Great atmosphere staff kept the place clean constantly. We had a blast will return.

Service is excellent, very helpful setting up special Olympics league.

Today I celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Bowlero in Auburn. I have to say they made this the easiest party ever to host. Excellent food and very clean! They were organized and by far the best customer service I've seen in a long time. More than enough food included in my package. The chicken was so good. Bella received a few gifts from them too. Mike Deliddo the general manager was amazing. He went above and beyond I think. I can't say enough. My guests agreed too! Maybe it's how they do things

Dio is incredible. Great personality and great customer service.

Mike the manager does great work for us on Friday mornings!!!

Laura is great! We see her every Thursday!

I'm March 2022, Bowlero sponsored the Special Olympics qualifying round. Big thanks to them, as well as the Auburn Police Department. Job well done by all!

Mike is a great manager and Bowlero Worcester is a very fine house!

Update: We went to the open house on Saturday, Oct. 21st, what a great time! Raffles, one free play of bowling, music, it was just a great family friendly time. The employees were just fantastic and seemed really happy to host the open house. Love the gift cards! ----------------------------------- I can't say enough about this place. It's fun, it's clean and the staff are nice! Love how you can get food and adult drinks. The music is fun and not in your face too loud. And the little arcade, bonus!

Auburn bowlera is a great place! My family loves to have birthday parties here. 5 stars for the actual place. Zero stars for their sales team! HOWEVER - under no circumstance should you make a reservation. I made a reservation for 4. Asked to be placed against a wall. Unable to pay be game(which was asked for originally). Got charged $181 for 4 people to play 1 game. On the counter, they have pricing as Saturday night - $10 per game and $5 for shoe rentals. Instead of just charging the amount listed on the

Best Alley In The Area! Mike Is The Best Bowling Employee In The State ??

Mike did a great job setting us up

Server dio and manager Maria were awesome

Mike at Bowlero best Costner service I've ever experienced

Laura Peterson has been an excellent server.

Although food ordering is a little off. I ordered hot dogs with only cheese, instead got it with ketchup and mustard. It's always good to double check your order.

Great experience and had a lot of fun

Mike at bowlero wicked friendly guy always has a welcoming presence.

Despite being a Bowlero, the Auburn bowling alley still feels like a place that exists for bowlers. Sure, it's got the snack and beer bar and the arcade games, but bowling is the real star of the show. Staff is friendly, it's more moderately priced compared to other Bowleros, they run really good specials, and the lanes are nice. They usually keep half of it lit vs forcing you into cosmic bowling. It's not as awesome as the old AMF or Brunswick lanes from yesteryear, but compared to other alleys under the

Edit at bottom** New management is terrible. Every week the league bowling doesn't get started until a minimum of 10 minutes after scheduled. The oil machine is started too late. The bar service is very slow. A line of 4 people can leave you standing there for 15 min. They have a "problem with the cable" and can't change the channel on the lanes. Often when you need help, there's no one at the front desk and you can see a group of shadows just standing there through the privacy glass in the office. **Chang

Paid for 3 games provided card on file, used cash after the games to pay. 3 hours later I get a notification my card was charged at the center. Very frustrating to have to waste my time

It was a clean place with good food. My only issue was that they had a sign that said buy 2 games get one free. Unfortunately we did not see this until we were done and the lady at the register would not honor because we didn't say anything to her when we bought the 2 games.

Eileen was the best!!!!! So accommodating and friendly.

Mike the manager is amazing great personal skills

Managed better than the last few years

Unreasonably expensive, charged $109 for one hour, at checkout the system asked for a tip when we didn't order anything.

I want to get my son out in the evening for physical activity, so I've been taking him to bowling, but the price is randomly changed I was being charged for 5,6 / game since I normally go Thursday through Saturday night, this lady charged me 10/person/game , we brought our own shoes. And we bowling after 6pm. Does she get commission to over charged people, it said premium bowling for 2saw the receipt . Their arcade has very little selection. Not many arcade for kids. I like their Parmesan French fries thoug

Mike found my wallet in locker room and returned to me.

It is fun and family oriented, friendly staff great service

Mike is aswome with people and a great personality

Very nice place good service Laura Peterson does a great job Best person I never waited on me

I had an amazing time at Bowlero! From the moment I walked in, the energy was contagious, and the staff, especially the operations manager Kiki, were incredibly kind and attentive. Kiki's warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic experience. The highlight of my visit was definitely the huge claw machine?I traveled an hour just to play it, and it was an absolute blast! Plus, with the Groupon deal, the value is unbeatable. It's definitely worth traveling an hour to get there. Can't wait to visit Bowlero again

Mike, does go above and beyond to get the job done for customers

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
