We came here for a kid's birthday party, surprisingly it was a pretty good experience!? Excellent bowling alley! This is my go-to bowling alley of choice. 1. Properly oiled and well maintained lanes most of all! 2. No bloody string pins! 3. I had a great time at Bowlero in Woodridge! The atmosphere is super fun and modern?perfect for a night out with friends or even a casual date. The lanes were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long to get set up, and everything ran smoothly the whole time. What really stood out was how much there is to do beyond bowling. The arcade is packed with fun games, and the food was surprisingly good for a bowling alley?definitely recommend the wings and pretzel bites.

Kiesha the GM was beyond amazing! Last week we placed a reservation on the phone with her and when we came in she treated us like total VIPs. Excellent service. Always checking to see if we needed anything. Food and drinks were pretty good. Bowling was fun. We came back again this week and again her customer service was amazing! Shoes were in bad condition, very worn. The reset button didn't work. The screen was showing pins that weren't even knocked down, it reset on its own when it shouldn't have giving inaccurate scores. Music was too loud.

Went here with a party of eight and man they really took care of us. Jeanette and Darrell took CARE of us like I've not seen in a long time. We're from like 7 hours away and I'm making sure when we're back in this area we stop here again.

My family had the most wonderful time here! We decided to let the kids blow off some steam since it's been so cold, the manager Keisha, came over and made sure we had everything we needed, offered the best package, and made this the outing great for the kids, but also for us adults. Came for a party and the GM, Kiesha was very professional and attentive.She continously checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. We watched her walk to every lane, take orders and cleaned along the way back to the front. I also saw her working behind the bar as well as the kitchen area. They may have been short staffed , but she made sure not one customer waited long for what they needed. She is a superstar! Definitely would recommend this facility.

We were only inconvenienced by 15 minutes, we weren't really upset about it but they really took care of us. Their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

Been here several times now and can easily give this Bowlero 5 stars. The lanes are oiled properly making it suitable for bowlers that spin. The bowling balls come in a variety of weights and, more importantly, finger hole sizes. Clean alley. Manager Danny was accommodating and kind.

It was my first time here. I hosted a meet-up event here. Very nice staff, however not use to putting one card on for a tab. Didn't like that so much! I thought they served salads because of the menu online, but they I arrived, I was told salads are for parties only. It's bowling so, not much interaction with staff.

We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Danny made our night extra special! His attention to detail and amazing customer service made tonight such a success. Booked private event Christmas Day and had a great experience. The sales manager Ricole was prompt and courteous. She followed up and through promptly. At the event 12.25.24 managers Jes and Daryl took great care of our party. Pizza was great and the bowling alley was a clean and family friendly environment!

Horrible, I came at 5:45 was told come back at 8pm and we would have 2 lanes for us. Came back at 8pm and Worker said do you know how many other people I told to come back at 8. Said they had no lanes. But we were told that the parties were going to be ending soon to come back at 8pm.. they are not people of their word for she literally said do you know how many other people I told to come back at 8pm. So wrong doe that.

Not a bad bowling spot. Little arcade also with a handful of good games, pro shop, food. The only thing I really didn't like was there's a ton of small holes in the floor. Some big enough for a toddlers foot. It seems like they must've taken out the old mounts for the tables and boards and replaced them in a different area. Besides that not bad at all

Recently came here with my family and enjoyed ourselves!! The guy who worked up front was Awesome. He was very friendly and helpful.

Always a great alley to visit, and I'm in love with all of the new renovations. I also noticed almost an entirely new crew working there and they all were very nice and helpful throughout my party of 14 eventful night. Have been going for years and will continue going for many years to come!

The people working in the snacks area took over an hour to make the appetizer platter. I genuinely worry for their ability to complete tasks at work and in life.

Just had a birthday party their few days ago. The staff was outstanding. The food was amazing. Anything I needed they were on top of it and made sure we got what we needed.

We booked our outing with their Super Bowl package that included 2 hours of bowling, shoes, 2 drink tickets per person, and 3 food items. We had about 25 people and were able to bowl close to 3 games with 5 lanes. Staff was friendly and they had our lane right next to the bar which was key! The manager was very attentive and made sure we were doing ok and having a good time. Totally recommend having a party here.

This was such an amazing place. Went with my Wife and Kid for the FIRST TIME on Saturday around 6 or 7pm. Had such a wonderful experience. Held Birthday event here. Staff was attentive and friendly even after receiving payment. Arranged a Pkg that included Bowling and Food. The Food Presentation was very nice and Taste was surprisingly good. Awesome experience! We took our kids bowling tonight for the first time and Danny really made the night special for everyone. Facility was pretty clean overall, but most bowling alleys are pretty similar aside from that. It was the service that really made it stand out more than anything. Hosted my birthday party over the weekend. The manager, Darrell, was nice enough to confirm ahead of time how we wanted the space decorated. Arrived to find my daughter?s name spelled out in light up letters! The staff was so courteous. The kids had a blast bowling followed by the arcade games. The bowling alley was clean and didn't smell like other bowling alleys we have gone to. I can't recommend Bowlero enough from the facilities to the staff!

Bowling alleys typically charge per game and per lane. However, this bowling alley charges per person. 2 people, 2 games, 2 shoe rentals ended up costing $60. Wasnt informed about the cost per lane or per player, only was told that it would cost $11.50 for a game. Which is extremely expensive for 2 games of bowling which only ended up being less than an hour..

Amazing place for a kid's birthday! They were so professional, made the entire process easy and seamless and the price was so reasonable. The ABSOLUTE BEST location to go to! The staff here are always so nice and so prompt and even during the crazy rushes they are always so quick to fix any issues and get any orders in for food or drinks! 10000000/10 recommendations this location!!! I had an incredible night bowling here. I reserved for 14 people, and the service I received throughout the night was outstanding. The GM, and a few servers went out of their way to say hello, and acknowledge everyone in my party. It's worth every penny. Went here last night, the manager was at the front and she was so kind, attentive and amazing! So was our server for the evening, he came to our lane multiple times through the night to check on us. After visiting another bowlero out of state I was so excited to surprised my grandkids by taking them to this one. It was a total disappointment ?? To begin the person in the front desk was not friendly or helpful, you could say he was even rude. For such an outdated place is also not that clean and it's expensive! Absolutely awful, never use Bowlero for anything. I had a customer event that there corporate completely screwed up and booked for the wrong date, I had customers standing around as no one knew what was going on. I have been going back and forth with there corporate office for weeks as I was charged the full amount but (2.5hours) despite starting 45 mins late because they screwed up the date. Just left after a birthday party for my 14 yr old grandson. Best experience ever! It is refreshing to see staff members who clearly love what they do. So attentive and helpful. Kudos to their manager who was also amazing. I highly recommend Bolero/Woodridge. 10 out of 10!

We had my daughters 10th Birthday party and it was an extremely busy day for parties. Jenn, The General Manager, Drew, and Daryl always made sure we were taken care of even though there were parties a lot bigger then us. We felt just as important. All three of them made sure we had everything we needed. They stopped by frequently just to check on us and when we did need something, they were never hard to find. We all had a great time and it was stress free.

I was there a few weeks ago with some friends for fun, ordered some food from the snack bar along with some drinks. The gentlemen that took care of us Anthony was fantastic. The food came out really fast and hot, he made sure we never ran low on anything. He was very attentive and friendly. Seems like a very hard worker and truly cares about people. Fraudulent charges on card after buying drinks, speakers were broken terrible ambiance, even the lanes had issues with keeping correct score. I thought the employees were the redeeming quality but now I have to deal with a Fraudulent charge on my card from their bar. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

The bowling alley was average, which is nice. There was a restaurant next door, conveniently accessible from the inside. I did not order from the bar; however, I was sent to the bartender to get a band-aid, and he seemed really nice.

The folks at Bolero are fantastic!! Tom (the counter man) and Jeanette (the bar manager) work hard to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable time at the establishment. Couldn't be happier with them.
