Our family had a fantastic time at Bowlero! Definitely the most fun we've had this summer. Took us back to when we would go bowling as kids. But the star of the show and the icing on the cake was our server Kat. If you can, make sure to see if she can take care of you. From her can do attitude to her smile she bumped bowling up from a game to an experience!

Got the summer pass. Excited to use it. Hoping my next experience at this location goes better. Six women playing two rounds. Should have been easy to put us all on the same lane but it took 4 trips up to the counter to fix the lane issues.

It was BANANAS! Exceptional! One of my friends hosted a party for her son and I was impressed with the turn out. I decided to host my son?s 16 bday party. Yeesh did bowling get expensive. It was 65 dollars or so for 3 games and shoes for 2. That being said, service is friendly and attentive.. I do not like the pin system. They are on strings and pulled up and organized that way. I think it costs you 1-3 pins per game

Had an amazing time at Bowlero! The atmosphere was fantastic, fun, lively, and perfect for a night out. Carly at the front desk, was incredibly kind and full of great energy. Lexii and Alex provided exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful whenever a ball got stuck. Alex ensured that our glasses were always full and was very attentive to our food and drinks. They also made my friend's birthday extra special by adding a candle to the brownie.??

The service was excellent, but the food didn't quite hit the mark. While the cocktails were decent, the chicken tenders were overcooked and too crispy, and the mini burgers left me unsure if they were made with meat or tofu. Came on Valentine?s Day and first off I want to say he has a great personality and made our time there more enjoyable. He was also very prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to get Sidney as our server again next time!

Buyer beware. We were told "it'll be $11 per person to bowl tonight" (party of 3) okay great! We leave, checkout, the bill is $206! They tell us we played 14 games. Um.. no? We played 4! then they say, "oh, well you could've bought unlimited bowling for $30." thanks? Why wasn't that an option at the beginning? 14 games for $200, my ass

This review is based on service alone, when trying to order a cookie skillet... ?? The host did his job by notifying over the walkie that a patron on Lane 13 needed to order some food. After that was done, there was no action. Only a "Waiting Period" of watching the waitress serve other lanes and not attend to the one individual on Lane 13 that wished to place an order. I'm not even going to talk ugly, just want this to be known and mentioned about the service that you give or DON'T, is always being watched

We came here to play arcade games. We were disappointed in that there were quite a few games that were offline/not working. We made the best of it, but was again disappointed when we asked for assistance with claiming a prize that was caught and didn't drop down, and nobody ever came over to assist us. We got lucky and when another prize was selected it knocked the first prize down. Hopefully things will be better if we come back.

Great place for a party. Good people, excelant equipment. Only one thing I did not like, was the background on the score board screen. The design of all the colors smeared together made it very difficult to see the names and the scores. My Grandson said it was for a birthday party scean.

We had such a great experience at Bowlero and a huge part of that was thanks to our cashier Jadyn. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and an upbeat attitude that set the tone for our visit. He was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Even though it was a busy night, everything was handled with ease and professionalism and with all of my questions Jadyn never made us feel rushed! We will be back for sure!

Came to bowlero with my parents gentleman in the first half came and checked on us, great service. Shift change and Miranda took over, we haven't been checked on in over 30 minutes. She came to the lanes next to us, I asked if we still have a server or if there's a bartender, her response "it's just us, you can go to the front desk to order." As we go to the front desk to order it was her, I just didn't get the rudeness. The score board was off constantly, had to correct the score every few frames.

Will never go again! For one lane for one hour was $100. They also nickel and dime for everything. Bowling is supposed to be good family fun but i see this establishment has started gauging like the rest.

The arcades will break the bank if you stay long enough, but it's a nice option to have if you have a kid that doesn't bowl. Everything is pretty new and updated. Get atmosphere for family, date night or just hanging out with friends. Staff is very helpful.

This was our very 1st time going here. I had found a good deal on Groupon for 2 people to bowl for 2hrs. We made it a date ?? had to use the Groupon before 6pm we went on a Saturday between 2:45 & 3pm. It was not busy at all, there was at least 4 or 5 lanes separating us from people to our left and right. It was clean, it smelled pleasant, customer service was great from the time we checked in to the time we left, our Waitress Hang was great! First time we go to this place and it was very nice, although we had a problem with our line and the staff quickly assigned us another one. The bathrooms are very clean and everything is in good condition.

Second time I have been here. Same friendly staff however there were a few equipment glitches. Had to change lanes once and new lane also had a glitch. Both issues were quickly resolved and I bowled well. Will be back.

Took my girlfriend for Valentine?s Day. Spent $64 on bowling and shoes. Never did get a ?full? game in as the machines kept malfunctioning, not setting pins and skipping to the next person. They did change lanes for us but the second lane did the same thing. I would have asked for a refund, but pretty sure the manager wouldn't have cared since we are teens and I didn't want to make a scene on Valentine?s.

Almost $10 per draft blue moon, and $8/per person per game. And about 40% of the time our personal balls did not return until we sent a stupid plastic ball down the lane.... $4.65 for 1 coke...... this place is premium price but mediocre quality. Plus no lane service had to get our own drinks and food. Restrooms were clean but that is the only good thing I have to say.

Got there at 10 on a Tuesday night, stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and no one came to help us get a lane, saw a worker leaning on the wall texting away, glanced up at us and kept texting. Customer service needs improving.

Fun....cool place to hang out and have fun on a HOT summer day. They have plenty of space to play....watch people play...or have a drink at the bar ?? They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and that is a clean establishment and great service.

Just left a special event at Bowlero, and I gotta say this is by far my favorite bowling facility. Id of said bowling alley but its so much more than that. Awesome video arcade, pool tables, table tennis, full bar, big screen tv screens everywhere. They even have a party room for your private parties. You ready for the best part? Their food is definitely not bowling alley food. They literally have some of the best food Ive had in the Woodlands to date. Staff is super friendly as well. So friendly we wanted

Bowling mechanism is outdated and it affects how the pins fall. The prices are a bit high as well. The service is good.

Went here with my girlfriend for Valentine?s Day and played two games the guy told us it is a 5 dollar shoe rental for both of us so $10, and $7 per person every game we play. We played 2 games and went to pay and the total was $47 even though it should have been $38 so be prepared to pay an extra 10 dollars for tax or whatever.

We had a fun early date here on our wedding anniversary. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the food was amazing. The salsa here is legit probably in the top 10 I've ever had. We had the pepperoni flat bread and the boneless wings with Kickin' Burboun sauce. Mariah was our server and incredibly attentive. Came here on a Sunday night at 7:30 and waited about 30 minutes for a lane to open up for us after being put on the waitlist. Server didn't come immediately to us, but only asked if we needed anything after I got their attention. After that, we rarely were checked in with, and even had to wait past the end of our last game to get our check for the food. To check out, we had to wait in line with everyone else checking in??? And there was only one register open. There's a whole counter that said "Check Out"

My son had his 15 year old birthday party and it was really nice. The food was great and so was the service. We had them set us up by the pool table area so the parents could play while the kids bowled. Everyone had a blast. Manager was outstanding on checking on us and making sure everyone was okay. On top of that expensive price, our server said a maximum of two sentences total for the 2 hours we were there. For bowlers, this is not a bowling alley, this is a bar that happens to have bowling lanes... The lanes are not maintained, the pin setters and ball returns are not maintained (constant malfunctions). IF YOU GO, just use a house ball (do not take your own ball here) and do not expect to actually get a true bowling experience. But if you are looking to drink and do something that resembles bowling then this is the spot.

This place was cool before we started playing. Our lane was very janky. We were given points when we touched nothing, pins would be halfway up and some knocked down on first sets. The maintenance man came on lame while we bowled. My wife's ball got stuck for a whole two sets. Just overall I was doing bad that night but became the winner in the end....I won't be coming back..

Be careful, they can rubber you. Yesterday 10/05/24, and my two kids and I played 3 games on line 28 . We didn't order anything. We played around 1 for a half hour. Finally, they charged 175$. I would strongly not recommend you visit this place. Be careful and ask twice about their prices. No one had responded to me even four days after my complaint. We had issues with our lane not registering the proper scores. When we presented our issues to the manager, Thomas W., he just told us to change the score and essentially move on. He put zero effort into trying to resolve the issue or even offer a different lane. All we really wanted was possibly a lane move, retry on our brackets, or another solution and absolutely no resolution was given.
