Major Safety Hazard at Bowlero Woodland Hills I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bowlero Woodland Hills due to a serious safety issue that was completely ignored by the staff. While we were bowling, every lane and all of the seating areas had wet floors. I brought it up to the staff, and they simply said they were ?cleaning the lanes at the moment? ? while guests were actively bowling! There were no wet floor signs anywhere ? not by the lanes, seating areas, or ball returns

We had a FANTASTIC experience here. HUGE shoutout to Danny. First, it was crazy that this place was even open on Thanksgiving (they really didn't have to be). But second, Danny was so awesome and generous and told us that he wanted to make sure his staff had Thanksgiving off. He was running the whole place by himself! Summer Pass is a waste of money. Never a good experience here. I've bowled here almost every week for 6 weeks so far and only once did a server ask if I wanted food or drinks even though they have menus ON EVERY SINGLE LANE. We went there early weekday afternoon and had many lanes to choose from as well as shoes and bowling balls for the young ones. We were celebrating my granddaughter's 4Y birthday. Went last night (4/10/25) as a first time bowler. Lots of lanes were available and the staff was quite courteous and professional. Price is reasonable so just about anyone can go. There are also arcade games available. It's a very nice establishment and I would recommend it to everyone.

This place has changed ownership over the years, one of the local bowling places around the valley/Calabasas area. They've remodeled and looks better inside than the outside. I never thought that dirty bowling alleys existed.....especially now that Covid exists. The table at my lane was very dirty with food from the previous group. Had my daughter's 6th birthday here back in Feb 2024. I had 4 leftover arcade cards with 20 credits each. We recently went back and they consolidated them to 1 and advised me not to throw the cards away, they are refillable. If you need a card, they're $2 each before being filled - FYI!! If you get one as a gift, refill them, don't throw them away or you'll have to pay each time. Happy bowling and arcading!!

One of my favorite bowling spots. The managers Danny & Jo are great and the staff always seem to be there right when you need them (Thanks, Grant!). Great lanes, games and atmosphere. Book a reservation to avoid missing out on a lane when it gets busy.

Great atmosphere and a ton of fun. Staff was amazing and handled a very busy environment with demanding personalities very well. Justin in particular was incredible. There are strings attached to the pins! They don't behave at all like they should. Sometimes the strings knock pins over and sometimes they just don't knock into each other at all. It is not bowling.

Family fun place for kids and adults. I just wish they could train staff on customer service. Took 15 min to check out. Maybe new staff, but could be friendlier. Also not a lot of bowling balls to choose from, had to get staff to find balls on other lanes for our group.

My family and I went to this location to use a Groupon deal. It was our first ever time bowling. Seemed nice upon checking in, there was a bit of a wait but it was a Monday so not bad but horrible experience with the manager though, he was very argumentative and seems like customers inconvenience him. He told us we put him behind because we ordered nachos ?? and blamed me for our simple order taking almost the duration of our 2hrs of bowling and never apologized instead spoke down to me in front of my kids.

Deceptive. Started to book a 2 hour block and out of confusion from the website ended up booking a party for 3 people for a double birthday. Wasn't informed that it was only 1.5hrs until the lane said we had 5 min left (only 20 min.after our 3rd party arrived), and then the place decided to close an hour early without notice giving us only 5 min. left of what we thought was 45 min. we had left. It is an interesting place. Staff is cool, food is decent, and the atmosphere is fun for children. Our package for 5 with shoes was about $260 for 2 hours, which is insane. A serious bowler would never come here. There is no proper pinsetter and the pins are on wires, which affect how they fall (or don't). It was fun for what it was but I'd be more than happy to spend 1/3 as much (or less) at much nicer alley with lanes that aren't dented.

Fun times....on the labor day weekend with kids....

This place was so much fun! We held my niece's birthday party her and the kiddos had a blast. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and they really helped us have a grand old time. The bowling was great and the arcade was large enough to keep the kiddos occupied. The boneless chicken wings were tender, crispy, and surprisingly not dry. This was a wonderful experience for our little one and I would definitely advise other people bring their families here as well!

Went with a reservation on Father's Day. The bowling alley is very nice and the handful of staff were friendly. However for the price I expected more service. They only had one server and they weren't ready to take food orders until almost 2pm when we were on our way out. Seriously, the cook can't come in a little earlier on Father's Day? Honestly service was absolutely terrible. The only good part was the bartender and the music. Made reservations and pre-paid for 2 hours. Arrived, got to our lane and sat and had to wait for them to start our game as they forgot to set up lane. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lanes are not oiled properly to the point where it chipped my personal ball. The lanes are not even and drag down to the middle of the alley. In my lane there was spilt drinks left from the past group. The ball return was broken and when I approached staff about it nothing was done to help the situation.
