Me and Rybo went out to bowl on his birthday. We had suds and pizza, which were excellent. The phellas working the front, Brian and Sean were on point with helping us. I really appreciate the level of professionalism. There was plenty of space and the place was very nice and clean. Look forward to going back. Great experience, great management here. Thanks.

Although a little pricey for unlimited bowl, we spent four hours in the Arkadin bowling and had a blast kids loved it. The food was great, which is surprising and the bartender was awesome.

Came here tonight to play pool and I just have to say the Manager there Erica is so sweet and attentive and patient. Very helpful with everything we need and made sure that we got served quickly for our food. Thanks Erica for your Amazing customer service! Your kindness goes a long way :)

It is nice for a big crowd, I had a party of 11 people. But depending on what day and time you decide to go it can get very crowded.

I do not recommend this place. The staff did not do a good job informing you on their pricing for the actual bowling. We were told we were paying $12 each, this did not include a time stamp or anything. We were not made aware that we would be paying $12 per game. At the end when we went to pay we were then blind sighted and told we owed $122. The manager did not try to help at all either, all we received were 4 free game vouchers. We will not be returning.

The food was nasty they need cooked the food long enough also the employees was arguing in front of the costumers and that it's too expensive to bowl I went somewhere it was cheaper then what I pay for a teenager. I think yall should have special for the teenager since school out and also that if it someone birthday you should have the short for free and yall women?s bathroom is nasty but I will not be back to there no more. Until yall drop prices and better employees

Very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. They were very understaffed, but the employees who were there worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone had a good time. I would typically subtract a star or two because of how long it took to check in and get our food, but I do not hold that against the employees since they did not make the schedule. Overall I would recommend!

We booked a party here for my son's birthday had 2 hours of bowling and enough food for 14 people and we had to take home leftovers The staff was great food was great and the bowling was fun!

Nice and updated bowling alley with two sets of lanes, a pool table room, arcade and more. They have concessions and the employees are helpful but a little aloof. Big fan of the arcade rewards and their rewards and passes to save money for the Summer or seasonally.

Place was ok. BUT watch out?.a stupid flaw in the system ruins the end of arcade time. Our group had 4 adults and 2 children. All had cards where tickets were accumulated but there was no way to combine the points. I asked the manager and he said they couldn't do it. so we got stuck getting a bunch of small trashy prizes instead of a better prize where points could be combined. Really really bad form. Had a really good pleasant experience. I did a mistake for online reservation and the manager Erica was able to help me. Was surprised of the amount of pool tables that they have available to use. Food and drinks are good. Will be visiting again.

Bowlero is unfortunately very dirty, customer service from getting a lane to getting something from the bar or food area is horrible. Don't use the bathrooms for sure. Feel bad for some of the employees, very apparent they have very little training. Pro shop, forget it never open. Good luck everybody. Lots of fun. We did have to wait a bit for lanes due to our group but they didn't mind due to the bar. They kept the drinks and food coming. Food was pricey but it was very good.

It had a nice retro decor with good food selection, decent music, and cheap beer. The one downside is they didn't have enough mugs for our beer. To be fair, they were packed but it would have been nice for them to be well-stocked.

My first Bowlero experience, I was in the area traveling from my home state. Good prices and well maintained lanes. Would definitely come back if I lived closer

Went just to relax, have a beer, and eat some of their delicious Parmesan garlic cauliflower bites. And their garlic fries.....yummy!

To start with the good- the bathrooms were clean and the bowling was fine. But the bad.... the staff were unhelpful, it took over an hour for our food to come out (a SINGLE basket of fries and three drinks), and the prices were far too high. It was 11 dollars per person, and the "large" fries were tiny and over 12 dollars. We ordered the fries after our first round out of four. I booked a company bowling event for 4.19.2025. The process was very smooth. All of the attendees were pleased with the accommodations and Bowlero manager, Ky, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Prices for the lanes are not posted anywhere,maybe because they are very high. Also some of the staff is very hostile not all of them. This is a huge bummer because the facility is actually very nice, but unfortunately my family won't be visiting this place again.

Had a good time prices are high which where are they not Arcade games were really high spent 20 bucks on like 4 games and bathrooms in BAD need of a remodel bartenders were super nice but they need more or something needs to be different would recommend going but be mindful of HERBAL fragrances and nothing to be done to combat it

Eat before you come or after you visit. I'd rather drive to Greensboro than come here ever again. Outrageous prices. $11 per person/per game. $5 shoes. To top it all. I got 5 fountain drinks (they're small) a water and a beer totaling $40. This place is a joke. A group of 5 can run you over $300 and this is including kids

Gregory Reid and Rebecca "Michelle" Hale were SO KIND and GENEROUS! They work in the food bar! BRAVO to them both!! The bowling lane, on the other hand, has a left lean and it had several rough spots that made bowling very difficult. The customer service from is why I am rating a 5 out of 5! :-)

For what it has it's a nice starter place but with it's non wood all?s and super waxed lanes your not going to get a good feeling. For it's price it's quite pricey for 10$ a game and 5 dollar shoes it's on the higher end of price. For 3 people to play 3 games a piece it's was over a hundred dollars and then mix that with drinks it made it over two hundred dollars. It might have a lot of lanes and a good mix of alcohol for sale it doesn't help how the alles feel when you throw down them.

This is by far my favorite bowling alley in NC. The actual bowling area is top notch, and the arcade is a blast. That actually may be my favorite part of this place. A great time overall.

The prices are ridiculous. Save your money and go elsewhere. Other places around here have the same unlimited bowling in the evenings for nearly half the price.

My husband & I had a date night here on a Sunday after 6pm (discounted prices). The atmosphere is fun - there is an arcade & pool tables. The prices for the arcade were a bit high but it did look fun. There is a bar & food options. We ended up getting drinks & a 16? pizza to share. The food is $$ priced, a bit pricey but not crazy. Great bowling alley everything is kept up good and friendly staff. Home boy in the video finally got the last pin down so everyone was having a good time. Bathrooms were clean. The parking lot could benefit from more light as it was pretty dark going back to the car but no big deal. Had a great time

To me this is the nicest bowling alley in the Winston Salem area. It's the most well kept, you can bowl in Black lit area or regular, whichever you feel like. It's a little pricey because of these amenities, so you just have to decide if you value those things. Other pluses are there always seem to be enough of the right size bowling balls for everyone, and there's a wall of TV screens often playing sports. Also a pool room, an arcade, and a pro shop.

Great place to bowl and play in the arcade. It was clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and the food was good.

Have been going to AMF for at least 12 years! They have truly tried to engage the community with their different weekday pricing. The place doesn't age! I like the fact that they have fun for everyone; arcade, pool tables, and bowling. Their music is always great! If you're having a bad day and go bowling here, you'll definitely walk out with a smile.

We waited for over an hour for a lane for two people before we left the bowling alley they told us that there were seven groups in front of us. We went and ate and goofed around for a while and still almost an hour after we left we finally got a message saying that our lane is almost ready. This guy "Quan" is absolutely horrible and disrespectful and obviously hates his job. The lack of customer service was very concerning. If he doesn't like kids or a job that's family oriented then he needs to work somewhere else. After spending almost 300 on food,drinks and bowling we should have been treated with way more respect. We had a birthday party here and it was a great experience! Katie was SO helpful, despite how hectic a kids party is. She was always so happy to help and always had a smile on her face. I would highly recommend having your kids birthday party here!

This places customer service is horrible! They let my friend get robbed and all they said was ?Take it outside?, EVEN though the robber was ARMED. I wish they dealt with this situation more serious.

Had a birthday party for my son, did everything online and I was a little nervous as to how it would all turn out. The staff was absolutely amazing, helpful is only the tip of the iceberg. The kids had a blast, the food was very good, and at no point did we have any issues at all. I'm super impressed, this is an amazing group of people that made the day most memorable for everyone of us. I can't recommend them enough, thanks y'all!

Great place to bowl, eat and play games including billiards. This place is the best place to bowl in Winston Salem NC hands down. Management and staff are approachable and ready to assist you in having a great experience. The place has definitely upgraded and it's clean. The food could be pricey and slow to receive your food when it's crowded so have a little patience. Overall hit up their website for deals.

It's grossly overpriced for someone just wanting to casually bowl a couple of games and leave.

The process of reserving a lane online ahead of time was very easy. All the employees we interacted with onsite were incredibly polite and helpful. The whole facility was pretty clean and there were plenty of staff circulating around so we were assisted promptly with any issue or request. We had trouble with the pins not resetting several times, which was pretty easily addressed, just annoying. We also had trouble with the arcade cards - there was an error loading one of the cards, and some of the games too

Dont eat or drink here. Stop somewhere else before or after. The drink prices are not listed on the menu. Charged me $13.99 for some hard fried tyson chicken strips and $4.99 for a flat Pepsi.

Reserved a lane online. The process was very easy. Used a online code and saved some. The whole place was very clean. I was very surprised to see how many bowling lanes there are. Lots of pools tables and arcade games to be entertained for hours.

Prices to bowl or rent shoes are NOT posted anywhere online nor at the check in desk. Set up to rob you blind. They hold your card and charge you $6 for shoes and $8.50 per person, per game. They don't allow outside food & drink so youll be overcharged there as well but dont worry they advertise alcohol like its candy.

Made a reservation online to take my grandkids on May 29. Everything was set up when we arrived. Staff was very efficient and courteous, helping us with shoes and smaller balls for little ones. Had small children who got their balls caught in the bumpers several times, but staff was kind and very helpful each time. Very clean facility and great food selection. Lot of lights and arcade games. Highly recommend!!!!

We went as a group birthday celebration for coworkers. The boss let us bowl three strings, play in the arcade, and eat appetizers. It was mid-afternoon on a summer Friday, so all the other adults there were with a least one school-age child. I liked it. Plenty of technology for scorekeeping, a full liquor bar, and a snack bar and the music wasn't so loud that conversation was difficult. I worked with one of the folks at their Atlanta location to set up a bowling and arcade experience for our middle school students. It was such a smooth experience. Everyone was so helpful, they had 18 lanes open for the kids to bowl, we put the kids 5 to a lane, after a while they switched and played arcade games. I would highly recommend this place for a large group. We had one day of 75 students and a second day of 145 students.

Overall the staff was nice and helpful, I thought the facility was clean. What I did not appreciate is that we had a coupon from an Attractions coupon book and the person in charge that day seemed grumpy about it? asked us ?where did you get these, if you have anymore just throw them away, they're 3rd party coupons.? I think it's pretty ridiculous for this establishment to force people to buy bottled water when there is water that comes from the fountain drink dispenser. Especially when paying over $100 in food and drinks and one person needs water and it's a problem. Ridiculous and the manager sucks!!!

Sticky shoes and lanes, can't slide. Like trying to bowl on tarmac.

They up the price on Saturday's and dont have signs or anything that tells that until you go to pay and it cost almost $90 for 3 people play 2 games. That was just games and shoe rental. They said oh yeah we double the price on Saturday. Our lane kept messing up as well. Wouldn't sell a pitcher of soda but would sell us a pitcher of beer.

Just left from my daughter's Bday party here. First of all the cleanest bowling alley iv ever been to. Second, Sammie took excellent care of our party. All the little details she did, we really appreciated it, plus the food was good and drinks were delicious! We are definitely new regulars.

They wouldn't let us have two lanes, one for our children to bowl and one for my husband and I. We have a family of 5 and I was told we could only split up if we had 6 people. We walked in 10 min after they opened on a Monday. There were only two other people bowling at the time. Absolutely no reason we couldn't have bowled a few games side by side.

Went here on a Friday night with co workers for a get together. Very nice place. Plenty of lanes, they serve beers and mixed drinks. My Co workers got pizza and nachos from the bar. Early in the evening they play all different ages of music, but once it got dark it was straight 80s night. Which I did not complain about lol.

Not impressed. $28 per person for 2 games is ridiculous. Definitely not for the more competitive bowler since you will probably have drunks on the adjacent lanes. Certainly not a place to take children after 8pm. Shoes were terrible and choice of balls was non-existent.

Went here for my birthday. It's fun and reasonable. They offer different specials throughout the week. The Cafe has great food and the a full bar. Played pool it's $12 per hour or you can pay to play on a couple tables that take quarters. Really fun after 9 for the adults. Fun place to hang out with friends.

I go here quite often but I believe I might have to stop. This place is amazing but the prices have just gotten too high. It's way too overpriced. The issue is, I don't see why it costs as much as it does for the quality of everything. Sure it's a cool place and the food is actually really good, but you might get more customers if you cut down your prices.

We had a company event. The staff was nice. They had a private room where you could conduct a meeting before bowling. Was a good way to spend time with co workers.

Super nice bowling alley. Their snack bar has some really good cheeseburgers to. The guy that works in the pro shop knows what he's doing when it comes to drilling a ball.

Great time with the family. A little pricey but plenty of fun. Night we went had a table beside us that drank a little too much bit nothing to fuss about.

Incredibly expensive ($60/person for their "special") and the lane seating areas are crazy close and not at all comfortable. We were next to a group of guys that were constantly farming, so that was fun... : ( We won't be going back.
