We celebrated my nephew's birthday on Monday and had an amazing experience! The service from both the management and staff was excellent ? very easygoing. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the pizza was a big hit with everyone! ???? We truly appreciate the effort and can't wait to come back when I'm in town again:)

Lively atmosphere, well-maintained, with an impressive prize vending machine. The location is decent. My experience was limited to the arcade area, so I can't comment on the staff.

I took my high school students to Bowlero on a trip this past Wednesday and was super impressed by the staff. They were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend them for any school trips or just a fun day out with the kids.

A lot of fun for family bowling, the colored lighting on the lanes and large screens make for some great entertainment. The walk up restaurant is good, priced well and they will bring your order to your lane. This may not be the spot if your looking for no distractions while you bowl.

We had such a great experience at Bowlero!A great, chill spot. It's fun for any age. You can bowl, go to the arcade, or just eat and drink. There are huge screens behind the lanes, so you can keep an eye on whatever game happens to be on while you bowl. We didn't eat, but our drinks were delicious. Definitely returning to Bowlero.

What a fun day at Bowlero on Kirkwood Hwy. This business went above and beyond making sure our daughters birthday was a smash. The staff was so welcoming. Our party coordinator Ameer (spelling? Sorry) was so attentive and fun. I highly recommend this business for a birthday party or to just hang out. We will be back! They have really fun events coming up. We are super excited!

Great atmosphere and just a great place to have some fun

Celebrated my son's 10th birthday at Bowlero and it was awesome. We had a group of 14 and everyone had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They provided the food, which was good. I appreciate Amber H. for setting up the party package for us and Brandi and her staff for providing us with a great experience. We had a blast!

Recently had my son?s seventh birthday party here. The staff could not have been friendlier or more attentive to our group. The facility has recently been upgraded and was very clean. The party packages are reasonable, the setup flawless, and the ?bottomless? aspect was great so you don't feel nickled and dimed. All of our guests were very impressed and our boys had a wonderful time! We will be back!

A very good place for bowling. They also have arcade games for the children. Few of the machines do not update scores properly where we manually need to update it. The nachos and drinks are good there. We enjoyed bowling there. I would like to Thank a kid who purposefully kept the arcade gift card in the shoe which by luck I got to wear. Initially I thought it was an empty card but when I swiped I got to play 2 games. Thanks for that kid.

Stopped in on a weekday afternoon for a couple of rounds of bowling. This location was clean and features a pretty extensive arcade section. Lots of balls were still at individual lanes so it was a bit tough to find the right size and the UI to control your lane was a bit confusing, though they did have an instruction paper at the table. Overall, the value wasn't too bad. It was $8 per game per person, not including shoes.

Had a good time with wifey. It was a decent spot. Just wish u could pick your own lane. But other than that, it was pretty chill.

Our 18 month old granddaughter enjoyed the arcade. Had fun swiping the card. Games were fun for the rest of us. Service was great and the workers were super friendly and helpful. The food was also good. Shoutout to Brea who was AMAZING! When we're back in DE will def be going again.

VERY last minute changed my daughter's 4th birthday venue to BOWLERO. They worked with me regarding the guest count, set up the entire area of where we were to have the party and because our guest count went down, they allowed us to use the difference from what we paid originally towards food, beverage, lanes/shoe rentals. I took my 13 yo grandson. It was pretty cool, although the arcade wasn't a great as they make it seem, which was the main reason we went.. but we still had a great time!

They have the greatest staff and lots of great vibes at this bowling alley. Not to mention the really good food and bar selections.

Food was overpriced, the wait for it was forty minutes, they ran out of almost all the menu items before we got there, the drinks 90% ice, the bowling machine broke and no one came to help when we asked.

1. I do not like the fact that a hold is placed on your credit card. Wasn't like that before. 2. We were given a lower rate of bowling $7.49 , $5.99 shoe rental a family of four. Awesome place staff are so friendly really awesome place and people.

A nice place for bowling. The arcade area was not very big but the bowling area was excellent with plenty of lanes.

Not bad, but several issues. On multiple lanes the guard would come down as you bowled and block the bowling ball from hitting pins. My lane had 2 pins pop back up on the lane and roll forward after I knocked down 9 pins.

Had a great time. Haven't been in years and it looks great!. Its been updated and very clean. I would give it s 5 star if the pizza was better.

I like this bowling place. Clean and big. Our kids prefer this place always specially during vacations. Adults also got to sit and relax and order some food while they see kids bowling. They have good deals over birthday parties. My kids school also took them there once. Staff is good. Ready to help and polite.

What an absolute joke of a place all the way around. Over 20 lanes and the bowling league was playing on 3 lanes on the far end. Nice spot. I haven't been there in a long time. They upgraded the whole place. It looks good in there. The drink was good and the food was good. I would go back. Bowling is not a cheap thing to do no more.

Good place to go with family and friends and have fun

We bowled and played at the arcade for about 3 hours. They need more help during Saturday days. There was one employee running around doing everything which meant we waited often to order drinks. It was clean and spacious. Food is overpriced but it's a bowling alley. Arcade games are reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly.

I attended my great nephew's 8th birthday party on last Saturday. It was absolutely amazing. The children as well as the adults had a wonderful time. To see the little ones trying to bowl was hilarious. The staff was incredibly attentive and engaging. The food was appropriate for the age group and the game room with the he prizes was a major hit. Hosted a surprise bday party here and at every step of the way, Holly, Mary and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Shoes, balls and lanes were clean and music was great!

Service was alright, I could not get a proper shot off on the lanes, the approach was wayyy too slippery I had to slow down so much and lose power, even then I fell about 3 times in one game. Perfect for the twice a year bowler, not for the dedicated bowler.

Felt super understaffed for a busy Saturday night. Had a couple of issues and they took forever to address, and even longter to resolve. Encountered 3 people in the bathroom vomiting in the sink. Not enough seating for everyone bowling in each lane. Bathrooms were gross.

No complaints. Place is very much revamped for service as opposed to entertainment. I did have to inquire about if my beverages were supposed to be delivered to my table or not, 20 mins after I placed the order thru the app on my phone. But other than that I had a good time!

Best bowling experience I have ever had. The manager, Leann, went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure our bowling experience went smoothly and checked in with us, making sure we were all good, and warning us of when time was almost over. This location does not take the Groupon voucher or unwilling to process a voucher. Waited for 20 minutes for associate/supervisor/manager to process and they still refuse the voucher.

2.5 STARS. Bowling is pretty hard to screw up, but this place manages to do just that. Too high-tech...had repeated tech issues...made even better by the lack of staff on hand for the weekend. Of course with all the technology comes quite the price tag -- for b o w l i n g . The TV screens along the back wall are beyond distracting, assuming you actually care about your score. Their name is clever...loud/fun place for little kids...just be prepared for a high tab.

Everything is great,but to be honest you need to work with prices on food and drink pretty much u alredy have nice margain even on normal prices!

Cheap fun and music and drinks

We went on a Wednesday, around 1130. We had a great time. No wait time... and we were the only ones in the alley! Shoes were clean. The arcade was clean and had some fun games. The table in our aisle was not clean; sticky and some old/dried food on it. The floor was also dirty. Also keep in mind that, unless you're going on the weekend (when it's super busy) it's cheaper to just pay for the shoe rental and lanes there instead of making a reservation online.

Love, love, love what they've done with the place. It's fully updated and modern. It's a little pricey, but they have nights where you get a great deal. The food is pretty good, more upscale than it used to be. The drinks are a pretty decent price as well. A nice place to go with friends to have a good time.

I had a small gathering at Bowlero for my birthday 9/24 and had a GREAT TIME!! All of the staff was amazing. From Shannon who helped me make my party arrangements, Mary who was my party host and the manager Taj who actually came over to check on me to make sure I was having a good time. Nice place. Restrooms were clean. Food was too overpriced to consider buying, so I recommend bringing your own snacks. Too much going on in the background for my son, so he asked if we could turn off the screens at the end of our lane. On his behalf, I asked & was told they could NOT do so. If you have family with sensory issues, this is NOT a good place for them.

Nice, often crowded and a little pricey on the weekends! $10 per game per bowler and 6.50 for shoes if you need them. Place is nice but seemed to be short staffed when I was there. I had to clean the table at our lane and search for someone to raise the bumpers. Pros: arcade has some decent options for the kids, snack bar and grill is really good. They have some solid menu items and the food is good. I really recommend going here during non peak hours.

Great time spent with friends and family. We got there at 9pm and it was very busy, had to wait until 10pm to bowl. That being said it was very fun! .....The reason for the 4 start is because once I got home I checked the receipt and find out thay I was charged for an extra shoe even though my friend has indicated to the cashier that he had his own bowling shoes.

Haven't been bowling in years so I wasn't sure what to expect in 2023. To my suprise Bowlero just might be the cleanest and most organized bowling alley I've ever been to. And for an added bonus all of the video games are operational. The food and bar were excellent as well.

I bowl on a seniors league on Thursday mornings. Usually very chilly in there, have to request several times for heat to be turned up. The unfriendly girl behind the counter has a bad attitude, is controversial and likes to argue. She really needs to go and get a job where she is not seen.
