We had such an amazing and fun time at Bowlero Willowbrook! The event we hosted there was a total success ? the atmosphere was lively, the lanes were clean, and the vibe was perfect for a great time. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Everyone had a blast, and we're already talking about coming back for our next gathering. Highly recommend Bowlero Willowbrook for your next ev

It's like a secret gem of a bowling alley. You've seen it, ignored it and then boom... you went for a random reason, found it to be super enjoyable and the perfect setting for family or couples.

awesome establishment, they have really good food. My favorite is the garlic parmesan fries and the steak quesadillas, a game room for the kids bar for the adults if yall are looking for a spot to take the kids or have a fun outing with friends this is the spot. they also have a bowling league ask for info at the front desk about the bowling league. there are plenty great drink selections and appetizers if you love wings the have boneless and classic wings. come check em out this summer or on the weekend wh

The ambient was great, all was very clean; the assistant was very helpful and patient. I recommend this place if you want to have a nice time

My church?s Greeter and Usherette team had a fellowship here and we had an amazing time! We had all you can eat pizza, and fountain drinks. The food was fresh and hot. The staff were very friendly and considerate.

I had an amazing time at this bowling alley! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the equipment was top-notch. The atmosphere was lively with great music and lighting, making it perfect for both casual games and friendly competition. I also appreciated the food and drink options ? everything was fresh and reasonably priced. Whether you're going with friends, family, or just looking to unwind after a long day, this place h

Second time I've been here with my son. It's a little older building but overall it's ok. Limited balls to select but reasonable prices. I went on Sunday and and games were 7.99 per person and shoes were 4.99 they also had a special of first 2 games full price and 3rd game half off. Not the cleanest place but not to bad.

We had an amazing time at Bowlero Willowbrook for my niece?s birthday, and Brittany made the experience even better! She was a fantastic manager?attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. Her customer service was top-notch, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were well-maintained, and the staff was super accommodating. Thanks again, Brittany, for making our celebration so special! We'll definitely be back!

I had a surprise birthday party for my guy here. Everything was great! They had everything set up very nice. Britney Santos, Operations Manager was awesome! My group had an awesome time. We will definitely come back to hang out.

My sorority did a scholarship fundraising event with Bowlero Willowbrook. The staff was very helpful from start to finish. Abigail, our Sales Rep, was very knowledgeable about the serviced provided and helped us to determine which package fit our needs. She kept in contact with me every step of the way. Her excitement was contagious as this would be many of our first time visiting the facility. When we arrived on event day, our assigned area was beautifully decorated and stocked with an assortment of bowl

Bowling with friends. Seating awkward at the lanes. If you get two lanes together the tables are one by the lanes and one up on the upper part so you aren't even together. Poor design. Staff is lovely. Bar staff is a bit slow on the drinks. All in all decent time had.

Had so much fun with the kids. They even accommodated my niece who's 3. They did charge me for shoes because they didn't have any small enough so I only paid for the bowling for her.

Before starting, we were told it was 10.99 per game. After clarifying what we believed to be the price, even asking questions of normal price vs unlimited, we enjoyed our time at the alley. However, after playing 4 games, we were informed it was 10.99 PER PERSON per game and were charged 150+ for playing a few games. Completely dishonest sales practices and beyond overpriced. Will not be back.

Bowled a tournament there this weekend and it was so hot we couldn't even, concentrate. IT WAS HORRIBLE! We even had our own fans and nope, not good. Never have I been to a bowlero and been so disappointed ?? Hope they fix that Air Conditioner I will not be bowling there competition wise again, until then. On a positive note thanks for hosting, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I recently visited this bowling alley with a group of friends, and while we had a great time once we were inside, actually finding the entrance was frustrating. There were little to no clear signs directing us where to go. For first-time visitors, this can be a major hassle. That said, once we got in, the experience improved significantly. The staff was friendly, the lanes were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Food and drink options were decent, and everything was fairly priced. If

My son?s 16th birthday was today and I encountered a hiccup and misread the terms of my coupon. The manager Zachary made some adjustments and my son and his football friends had a blast ??. In a world where everyone assumes you're attempting to get over it's nice to come across those who can still be kind. Thanks Zachary.

I'm genuinely surprised how busy it was, on a Sunday night no less! It was populated with people of all ages, the music was playing a large variety of pop. The lighting was fitting and comforting in a way, and the food was quite satisfying. I'd say its more an alternative resturant than it is a simple bowling alley. Expect to pay as much as a restaurant, but with a sore arm. At least its a good work out to burn the calories while having fun. Staff were nice and welcoming.

If you enjoy bowling ?? Bowlero is a super fun place to go, whether you're with friends or family! My daughter's birthday celebration started off with us going bowling and the staff was great and the facility is clean and very fun. They do have snacks, food and a bar where you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage as well. Come join the fun at Bowlero off 249 by the Dairy Queen in Houston Texas.

I went here bowling with my family with a great deal that I found on Groupon! There was no wait at the time we went on Friday. The lady that got us our shoes had a great attitude and got us set up. The business was clean and we had a great time bowling. A++++

I went on a Friday evening, and over half the alley was vacant. It's easy to miss the entrance because the alley sits behind a mechanic shop. The lanes I was on didn't break down or fault once, so that's a plus. I'm a league bowler, but apparently, many of us have gone here and not paid our tabs, so I had to prepay my games. It's not a big deal, but it's not normal. I would use these lanes again, but not my favorite in the Houston area.

We went on a Sunday morning. It wasn't crowded and the staff members were very helpful! The ladies bathroom definitely needed some TLC but were still usable. We will visit again.

Price to bowl is actually decent ??. Food and appetizers ???? price matches quality ... Alcoholic beverages, not worth it. Spent $100 on 3 shots and 2 beers smh?? but overall good place to BOWL. $5.99 PER PERSON per game* (shoes included) not a good place to get turnt or get full lol

I love this place I've been coming here for years I've celebrated many anniversarys and birthdays here a matter of fact I'll be there for my birthday party again June 13,2025 everyone is so nice food and drinks are amazing ?? I've told many of my friends and family about this place of I could give more than a star I would

This bowling place was such a vibe, I went here with my frens and had a time. The drinks were great, food good. I just wish it was open for longer hours otherwise I will definitely be coming back

Wow! Thank you Brittney and team! Booked online at the last minute with their Celebrity Kids Party. Did not know what to expect as I had not been there in 10 years. Wow! Well done updates and technology. Greeted as we entered! Britney orchestrated everything and anticipated our needs. Wish I had a chance to learn everyone's names on the team but each performed and cared for the kids wether fixing hair or getting shoes, helping take pictures. Food stayed hot and drinks always attended! Thanks to each and ev

Had a great time my 1st time ever Bowling went with my son for his 36th BIRTHDAY shenanigans ????????????????????????????

The business sign is very visible from the street but the actual driveway to enter is very small and tight. If you're driving too fast you will miss the entrance wich is hidden next to the body shop. The prices on a weekday were $8.38 per game, and $6.99 per show rental. The interior is roomy and clean. The lanes, shoes and balls are in good condition. Arcade area available. A negative is that they add a mandatory service charge (tip) to all food purchases.

They were very friendly and accommodating. We had to make a bunch of changes for a company party, but they were always happy to help. And when one of the lanes had a technical issue, they hustled to get it back up and running, letting us use another lane in the meantime. Food was good. Drinks were yummy, and it was overall a place I would definitely use again for company or personal al outings!

This Bowlero has had a complete renovation. You have to rediscover it, if you've been in the past. The parking lot used to be dim and scary. Inside was also run down?used to be. The parking lot is now brightly illuminated. Inside the gaming area has new fresh life. TVs stretch the entire length of the lanes. Every member of the staff excelled at helping the customers and each other. A special shout out to Brittney the manager. We booked a reservation the morning before an evening bowl. I highly rec

Great service, cheese pizza was great whilst hot! Fun bowling experience!

Was here with family. We had a great time. Food fun and drinks

The prices are a bit higher than some places, but it's clean and had lanes available on a Saturday. The staff was quite helpful when an arcade machine didn't work.

The prices were not as advertised online. We saw online for $2.50 per game and $5 shoe rental; when we arrived it was $5 a game and $8 shoe rental. I had fun it's just I wish the pricing was less deceptive. I will probably call next time to make sure if the deals online they are offering in store. I will probably go back again because we did enjoy ourselves playing rounds; we ended up getting unlimited games for $49 for 2; $24 per person.

I Truly loved the inside of Bowlero Bowling Alley. The arcade games, the bowling (which I won), and the food. So glad that I went there.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon. and it was very pricey. it was four of us we got two pictures of beer. And we bowled 2 games. We rented shoes for four people and we spent over $150. But from what I understand on Tuesday after 8 p.m. It is $2 night everything cost $2.22 your shoe rental per game I'm not sure what they all give you or what all is available for $2.22 but you might want to call and go on Tuesdays after 8 p.m.

Great place to bowl. Scheduled a work event here, and the staff was amazing. Everything was on time and went as scheduled. Great venue for personal or work. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at the Willowbrook Bowlero. This location is clean and the staff is friendly, including JAX look quickly got us set up the shoes and lane. Definitely recommend.

A place for family and friends to hang out. They have bumpers and lighter bowling balls for the little. Pizza & drinks were good, as well

?? Bowling at this place is an absolute blast! ?? Let me break down the sheer fun factor in a pin-striking list: 1. **?? Exciting Atmosphere:** The energy here is off the charts! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the lively vibe. 2. **?? Social Delight:** Whether you're with friends or family, bowling here is a fantastic social activity. It's all smiles and strikes! 3. **?? Top-notch Lanes:** Impeccably maintained lanes make every roll smooth and satisfying. No worries about wonky pins or sticky

We had an amazing experience at Bowlero. We thought we needed a reservation to get it but we didn't. Staff was very friendly and polite. My friend asked for a margarita, they said it wasn't on the menu but they were able to make one for her, that was above and beyond customer service.

Britney was amazing! Super busy but she was still able to take care of us. She's courteous and professional. We will continue coming to this location. Family fun time ??

We had a ball sooo much fun with my church family I won with my hubby we tied I started out with 1 point first round drinks perfect and food people nice

Jax and the staff today were amazing very attentive and respectful. The lane was clean and it was an amazing atmosphere

Cool place to have some fun with family and friends! Great prices if you come in at the right time.

Jax and Trinity are the best! They always take care of me, this is my favorite location!

This place is great! Super clean and staff is very attentive.

This was our first time at Bowlero and we enjoyed our experience. We came on a Friday night and it was not too crowded and the lightning and music made a nice vibe. My main complaint is the price. For 2 people, 2 shoes and 3 games, we payed nearly $100. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous price to pay just for bowling. Especially given that the bowling balls were in pretty rough shape. The lanes were decent at least. We each had just 1 drink and that was another $20. I would recommend looking for deals/coup

This Bowling alley is one of the decent remaining. Most staff here are very nice and greet you as you walk in. Balls here are in poor shape. Shoes are disgusting. I recommend Wednesday, Arcade prices are 1/2 off all day. Which helps off set the cost for actually Bowling. With rental of gross shoes and charging by the game it can be costly for a family to enjoy. Food & drinks are over priced for it all being frozen food. And adult beverages do not have a great saling point either!! I grew up Bowling eve

Great service! Britney did a great job hosting our party. Nice atmosphere

I had a birthday party here and the staff was excited! Would definitely recommend! Ricky was also a big help and made sure everything was taken care of

We had our company's annual Christmas party here. Everything was nicely setup. The staff was great.

Love this place! I take my daughter every 2 weeks and we'll have a blast!

It was fun, just very expensive. My wife and I played one game for 15 min, and it was almost 40$ with the shoe rental. That's outrageous imo.

$85 for two games for 3 people. I liked the scoring board. Lane was a bit too slippery. They had it very, very warm inside. They ended up charging my credit card $5 more than what we signed the receipt for, which ended up as a cc dispute. Returned to go bowling another time, and the drink/food counter did the same thing. Will be paying cash from now on.

Nice place. Very clean and the food was good.

Killing it. 8/15 another awesome time. We got memberships. Love to come here. Back at it again... Love this place!

Great time with the family. Only wish would be to have automatic bumpers to switch between players.

The family had a great time bowling. I gave it 3 starts because of service. Not a single server came to take our food orders. When we got ready to leave, a lady came out to start taking orders customers orders.

The kitchen waitstaff and cooks were absolutely wonderful as they went above and beyond to take care of me and my crew. Maquentha G., Misty R., and Alex W. were all pivotal parts of my second Bolero experience. They suggested sold, pre-bussed tables, and even went out of the way to correct something that I didn't consider to be an issue. But, since it wasn't to their level of excellence, they initiated a correction that said they care. This type of excellence is a direct reflection of good leadership. Than

It was a good experience, But some of the balls smelled weird. In addition, it has more activities to do other than bowling.

Is nice but really expensive, we go bowling often and we usually spend 50 60 in other places for the same stuff that we had here, but here we spent $100 ... Food was expensive like for example a cup of 8oz of soda was over $3 and I'm talking about a very small soda... I was afraid to ask for a beer maybe 6 7 ... also the arcade games were between $1 and $3 a game I have two kids if they wanted to play one game it would have been between $ 2 and $6 is crazy! I was surprised that the place was nice but empty

Our group had an amazing time. Loved the cheese pizza and fruit punch. The staff are so accommodating. Will go back here.

Place is old, but it's fun. Food service sucks tho, super slow and cashier is rude . Still I would come back.

This place is one of the best places I have ever visited! Took my little brother here for his birthday all staff was very kind and friendly. The manager I believe was named Richerd was very helpful he helped us with our lane when our ball got stuck. The Place is very clean and well taken care of. I recommend this place to bring family and friends.

Great atmosphere and l enjoy bowling there. Shout out to Zach Brock??

Very pricey to bowl. Rude and racist people. Just let the white couple behind us be service before we did. And didn't really care at all. If it wasn't for my grandson wanted to bowl, I would had walked out. That's just me. Don't like to be disrespected. I will never spend my money at AMF Willowbrook again.

This used to be a great place back about 5/6 years ago. Now it's over priced and I think they still using balls from early 2000. They're so old and worn out. It's over $5 for a small drink and over $8 for a beer.. fortunately that's all I bought.

Kinda small. Get is there early to make sure you get a spot for parking. We have some trouble getting our names on the board I don't know if it's because they're young and don't want to do their job or they're literally hard at hearing but we had to fix our names on a chart at least 6 to 10 times. The drinks were really watered down it's like after you take one sip of it it tastes like water or juice or something. We had fun and it's good for the price but drinks are not worth it.

Jax and John are the best! They always take care of us!

A pretty penny to bowl now a days! 30$ for the appetizer platter and the street tacos were definitely mini sized.. should?ve said ?actual size? on the menu. Guess I should?ve ordered a burger for double the price.. The moscow mules were delish and the atmosphere was fun!

Best staff ever and nice cold brew! Amazing staff! Brittney, Chase, Richard and Jax!! Thank you for the fun. I am glad my son and I have daily passes! Can't wait to see you again!

I had the pleasure of having Emily as my server, because of her customer service I will be back. Not tk mention a clean location and beautiful lanes. This will be the new hang out spot for sure. The manager is super cool. Thank you for this New location and great lanes.

Great service! Clean! Wish the shoes had more grip. Kiddo had ALOT of fun.

Brittany was awesome today gave my boyfriend and I great service and information incredible

Omg!!!!! Ammmmaazzingggg to the night shift crew tonight you all rock!!!! From Amy in the bar to the closing manager thank you for making my daughters birthday even more magical.... love lane 18 Marley and Merceydeez

A little disappointed. Where we were to bowl the tables had food and needed to be cleaned. The arcade area was temporarily out of order. Food was not pleasing and the staff could care less. No one seems to be happy to work there. Bowled one game and was out.

I had a fantastic experience at this bowling alley. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable time. The bar service was excellent, offering a diverse selection of drinks. Overall, the leadership of the establishment was evident in the positive atmosphere and efficient operations. Highly recommend for a fun bowling night out!

The waiter squeeze the lemon with his bare hands and then put the lemos inside the lemonade? not sure if he washed hid hands before

Very cool place with great staff that makes for a fun experience. To me the drinks are just too pricey. Maybe just need a couple more HH deals. UPDATE: 4 star review last year to 5 star in 2025 bc of great service at the bar and at check in. Thank you Jax, you worked very hard tonight.

It was a good time. It was on St. Paddy's day, which I was bummed out about, that no one seemed to even be aware, and no place was kid friendly to celebrate the holiday with my daughter, without having to trek downtown or somewhere comparable in distance. Back on topic... Staff was friendly, shoes were clean, and the facility seemed to be well maintained. They had optional guide rails on each of the lanes to block gutters for children (and some adults)! They also had a launch ramp for kids as well to hel

Reds a little tlc, but we had a blast!

Britney the manager is there every Monday with GREAT service

I love bowling at this place so much! The food is always good every single time I come. The staff is always so welcoming and are always ready to help anyone at anytime! Will definitely be coming back forevermore!

Crowded, not enough tables to accommodate all the lanes. Reasonable pricing.

We took our Family of 6 here tonight at first I was excited because the music was fun and the place seemed clean. Not even 2 hours but 2 games with six people over $200. But then there is more! On the tab it had a line for additional gratuity.. so I asked 2 different people if gratuity was added? both said no to my face my husband asked for a itemized receipt and we saw that 18% gratuity was already added. I totally would have given our waitress 20 % more if she hadn't lied to my face? here is the takeaway

Great place to spend time with family or friends.

The management and staff were amazing. Great family fun!

Delighted to share my experience at Bowlero! This place is a blast, and I can't emphasize enough how much fun I had. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with the incredibly friendly staff, made it an outstanding visit. Whether it's the engaging activities or the top-notch service, Bowlero truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable time!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
