Super nice!! Love how attentive the staff was! Pizzas were good too!
Took my family along with one of my daughter?s friends for a night of fun. Instead we ended up in the emergency room with my daughters friend having her faced smashed in due to the go kart she was in malfunctioning, Having too much speed due to the fact that the operator adjusted the speed to be higher so that the go kart would start while telling us that she was doing this and would decrease the speed as it started. As my daughter?s friend started her go kart she flew by us, went around a corner and slamme
Very friendly and helpful staff. The wait was minimal and well worth it. It was a very fun time and the kids had a great time on the go cart and in the arcade. Definitely would definitely go back!
The experience was really nice, go carts were super fun, lots of bowling lanes, big arcade with nice prize redemption area. Good food ( we had nachos and pretzels), and nice employees.
3 stars based on price alone. Absolutely absurd. $85 for 2 adults and 2 kids to play 2 games with shoe rental. The place is nice, but clearly it doesn't stay busy. Also $5 fountain drinks. We had giftcards from a raffle so that covered it, but now we know to go to other bowling places.
i went to bowlero with my family yesterday. what started out a good and fun night ended in my niece?s friend getting injured go karting. the go karts had apparently, to the worker and customers before us, been having issues all night. the worker turned up my niece?s friend?s go kart and told her it would be going fast but she would slow it down after a little bit. she didn't slow it down. it was rushing super fast while my niece was slower than a turtle. her steering wheel locked up and she smacked the barr
Bowling lanes were nice, and the sale was unbeatable, but the rude customer service ruined the experience. Several wrong things with food orders, and every time someone came over to let us know we were GIVEN the wrong items, they made it seem like our fault. There were two ladies working who were nice and trying to mitigate problems, but the main guy working shouldn't have a service job if he's just going to get upset for having customers.
The pizza is the worst ever. The price has sky rocketed while the quality is the cheapest one can ever imagine and extremely soggy and greasy. Would not recommend the pizza. The games are over priced. The bumper cars are definitely are over priced, charging 10 dollars a person for a couple minute ride.
Place is fairly fun, games and other activities are appropriately priced. If you want bowling though, gonna have to get there early or put your name on a wait list. Overall pleased.
Well the night was going smoothly until my husband had his thumb ripped open on one of the bowling balls up there that had a chip near the holes to grab on to it. So I would make sure to check them all out before placing ur fingers in one. Other than that the place is well kept and alot of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Go kart and arcade games for the kids to enjoy aswell.
A blast. Staff was friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the escape room. It was my first time in one and we solved it - The Budapest Express. The go-karts were a lot of fun, too. A great place to come with your family or a work group event.
Me personally during my short visit I had an amazing n fun time n looks like a fun place place for everyone!!! I didn't get to try the go-karts but next time I will. There's VR play, bowling, arcade, go-kart @5pm, snax/ pizza/ drinx n adult beverages. Can't wait to come back with my ohana (family) Definitely recommend for friendz, families, crews, co-workers, etc...
Party of 11 for a child's birthday, we were going to go bowling after we ate, but that never happened. Our group was the only people in the restaurant area, we ordered a large pizza and a few sides. It took at least 45 minutes for the pizza to come out and it was severely undercooked, we sent it back and it took them another 20 minutes to return it and it was burnt. we also ordered 2 chicken tender baskets and a chicken wrap and it took an hour to get the tenders, they were cold. We decided to leave after I
Did the arcade and the gokarts. Kids 48in can drive alone, under that they can be a passenger. Great experience!
My family and I had a great time. The place was clean, staff was friendly. The drinks were good! We had a great time! Highly recommend
Hands down the greatest service I've received in a while. John was great behind the bar, Cory and Nick were great in their manager roles and offered guidance with the menu and Bell was very personable as a server and they all deserve an applaud; as well as the cook team and staff. I was damned pleased in all aspects of the organization and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good drink, food or a wholesome family moment. Well done ! 5 stars through and through
Male Manager was extremely rude. Ordered food and part of the order didn't arrive, told our party it was our fault and that we would have to repay for the food we didn't get. At the end he lectured our group about etiquette for large groups. Very rude, will not be going back.
Great place to go bowling! Alex is the best - one of the kids in my party got hurt while bowling and he ran to grab first aid immediately. He definitely prioritized safety above all even during a busy night. We will be back!!??
Had so much fun here! Fun for the entire family! We bowled, road on the go-karts, & did the escape room. I would go back. Must try!!!!!
It was good but dang they were expensive.
We went for our 2 year anniversary and it is the best place to go!! I loved the 3-6pm half price arcade games special! We won 5.1k tickets on $40 and got 3 super cool prizes. The Hologate was amazing! A great place to spend an entire afternoon for a good price with the specials! Escapology is a definite must try here, also!
The arcade was smaller then expected. We went early so a lot of stuff was not open yet. It was still fun. Prices are good not expensive
Enjoyed a little family bowling and a nice pitcher of brew. All in all me and my family enjoyed our time there.
It was nice I didn't have to call ahead of time to save a spa or anything bowling is pretty wide open you can usually walk in on the spot and get in on a game the go-karts sometimes might be a little late depending on your group prices was okay go carts could have been a little cheaper for how fast it goes before you're over but outside of that everything was well food was decent seem like a clean place and is most definitely fun I don't regret it
Great entertainment bowling was fun the kids like the go carts. Arcade was limited and over priced. Good pizza. We had 8 people, 4 adults 4 kids, and ordered the 29" and had a lot of leftover
Great place to bring the family and friends to have all kinds of fun! Race car track, bowling, AI goggles, food, huge 29 inch pizza for groups.
Service was awful. The manager had so many complaints he literally quit on the spot.
Managers are creepy, everything?s dirty, weird goat satanic symbols everywhere and prices will make you gag.
Good family atmosphere. They provide several options to do as a family or individually. Also can rent the entire place out for a company function. They shot the place off to the public for the time your company is there. If you're not going to a company function with the attractions provided then the prices to do individual things or as a package are extremely expensive for what it is. I go-kart ride for about 5 minutes will cost you around 7 or 8 bucks. Just for a 1 time deal. Everything is like that. Waaa
Pizza was amazing. Price was good when Thursday was BOGO. Go karts are ok. They are electric and are turned down. It was not a busy night and most races that we participated in had a cart that would break down, stop steering , etc... They would stop the race and have to swap out carts mid race. Very boring when this happens. Bowling alley is nice. The kids/teens love the hologate VR. Overall a fun time.
lanes had more oil than P. Diddy, foul lines did not work on any lanes, made bowling a horrible experience, but if you bought food from here, you might as well spend that money on your own bowling lane. do not go here
We had a really good time with bowling and spending time with the family, unfortunately when ordering our food at 9:16 we didn't receive it until 9:55 exactly, after asking our waitress who was actually very nice about our food, she was uncertain because she had just got in not too long ago. The food was really good but that wait was a little too long for a 9 and 6 year old and our family.
I have loved going to The Alley since it was built, when it was just a fancy bowling alley with a little arcade. Now, they're a fancy bowling alley with an awesome arcade, a full bar, tons more food options, an escape room, and a Virtual Reality gaming area. They have definitely upped their game over the years! Definitely worth a visit!
We have been several time in the last few months we always enjoy our family time here! The bar is nice and the pizza is wonderful!
Had a great time there! The bartender was funny and had a great sense of humor! I forgot her name, she had tattoos and blonde hair. You got a great employee there! That was great customer service! Highly highly recommend!
Have been several times, mostly when it was the Alley, but recently was the first time in a few years. The music was quite loud, and my group generally liked this and were jamming out when someone else was bowling. However, not all guests will like this and if I was in a different mood it would be distracting. The go-karts are very fun, even if the track and the chance of lapping someone is small. Attendants are conscientious to whether kids or adults are racing, and if it is all adults set us to go faste
Super loud music is obnoxious. They have to have your phone number to be on a waiting list (privacy concern). $24/pp for two games and shoes.
Was great! Staff was on point and drinks were cold. Helped I won ????
Had a good time! Ate food in the sports bar area and played pool and video games with our kids. Overall, fun time.
High school tournament went good. Bowlero did a great job hosting the event.
Lots of fun things to do here. AJ's has good food and drinks. Tonight we rode the go carts, did the vr and lazer maze with one of their family packages. We even were able to play a few games
AJ?s pizza is quite delicious and a great place to watch sports with the large projector TV?s. The bowling, arcade, escape room and other forms of entertainment are great. The go cart track is a little small and is fun for children but may be disappointing for adults. Nonetheless a great place to bring the family for a night of food and entertainment.
A bit pricey but good I will return. Stopped here for food before going over to movies. 10 for a LONG ISLAND ICED TEA . BUT MADE REALLY GOOD. Never knew about it being a bowling alley only learned about it when searched maps for restaurants near Warren 13 theater.
Food is alright. Milkshakes are mediocre, but wish they didn't deliver them messy.. Bowling is super fun unless they put you on an lane that breaks/stutters often.. Arcade, Gokarting, and VR is fun and kid friendly!
Every time I come here it's a new experience. No two experiences are the same, and in no way is that in a negative sense. It's a fun place for the entire family and has great food.
This is a very fun family oriented place to have lots of fun.
Plenty to do for all ages. Bowling, arcade, Electric go-kart track, VR games, and some good food at the Bar-N-Grill. We had the pizza and very pleased with the quality.
Not a bad atmosphere but the food and games were overpriced actually they were ridiculous for what it is and the service was horrible!
The restaurant was extremely slow. We sat for 15 mins before getting up and getting a server. Took another 45 mins before we got the milkshakes and drinks we ordered. The staff did not apologize or act like they care much. It's disappointing to go for a family night and have to struggle this much with basic service. The management should be right there and involved. Ridiculous and a terrible reputation.
Variety of activities for all...arcade, bowling, laser tag, go-karts. The pineapple pizza is delicious.
The management team is very rude instead of being nice and explaining things. They were very aggressive about the question if we can stand in line out of the cold . Need to be more professional not on a high horse. Do not recommend.
Place was completely empty which is no surprise after being here. Go carts barely work, laser maze doesn't work at all. Half the games in the arcade don't work. Vr only had 2 of headsets working. Bowling was terrible. No slide causing knees to hurt and was not cleaned up at all considering no one was in here. Staff was nice but did nothing and offering a package for 100 knowing nothing was working properly. I will never be back again and I advise to even league bowling to boycott bowlero and the alley.
Electric Gocarts? For only 10$? Whaaaaat?
Wow?. Not sure who bought The Alley, but they don't understand the MidWest or Wichita. Our trip started by having the front doors locked at 7pm when the door says 11. Several groups had just walked off. We could see a ton of people bowling. Finally a lady waved us to the restaurant doors and brought us through there, in the dark?.. They added a ton to the food menu, but are charging prices like we are at a sit down restaurant. We wound up ordering sodas for $5/per ?cause they are unlimited?.? Was the
Drew was great and went out of her way to make an adjustment to the bill due to one in our party who tried to pull a fast one and avoid paying her share. Thank you, Drew! On another note I didn't like the near pornographic imagery almost constantly on the screens bc we had kids there. But maybe that's just USA 2023. All the employees were great though.
I was there for a company party and arrived on time everyone else was late so I went and ordered a long Island it was good. I ordered another one when we got our wrist bands and it tasted like kool-aid. I don't know if was we had a new person making the drinks or if they just wereskimping
Fun place - lot's of entertainment - good food. Great place to hangout especially if from out of town in a sports tournament.
Great location and wonderful environment. The open bowling deals are wonderful.
Bad service to customers and false talking on customers it truly sucks at this location.
The music is very loud. You have to shout to hear each other. The go-kart track is boring. The place hasn't changed its name on Google maps, so it is still listed as The Alley.
Bowling, go-carts, arcade games, food, and drinks! Plenty of things to do to keep the whole family entertained for hours. And a fun place to go with friends and hang out.
What a great time, all employees super cool almost left my phone? manager came running out and handed it to me. We had a blast for my ladies 38th b day thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bowling lanes sticky, probably due to old oils and strong humility, was playable but took more than usual to get used too. Food was good but prices are generally higher than I usually aam willing to pay. Unfortunately they were out of several items we attempted to order. However they did make sure to inform us and offer us a chance to change our order to make up for the missing items. Atmosphere is okay. It is as excepted for a entertainment venue. While we were there at least three separate partie
Kids had fun at games. Bowling one game each for 5 people $64.93 a little pricey! Shoe rental was over half the cost. I was the last bowler and they shut the lane off before I was able to bowl tenth frame. Did not know we were on a time limit.
Extremely expensive but they do have nice lanes but for me the prices are out of control. If you are only going to be bowling and not play on go carts or Lazer tag I would go to a different bowling alley. The VR game is pretty awesome though. Just know if you have kiddos it's going to be a few hundred easily. The establishment is extremely clean though.
There were enough games but it's the price to play the games that's crazy. It's everywhere though. Only a couple of games were out of service. Be sure to keep your game card to avoid paying the fee for a new one.
Jacquelynn Davis was our server while we were bowling she got us our pitcher of beer right away her service was extremely quick we have never got no service that quick before in our life.
We got a lane in a timely manner, the service for food and drinks was awful. The girl at the bar, visibly, did not want to be there. Her attitude was not great and we waited an hour for pizza as they delivered our pizza to the wrong table twice.
The family loves this place! Great pizza and lots of fun!
Fair prices, some games kept getting stuck.
If i could give less then 1 star I would...I was with a group and we waited for over an hour for go karts. As soon as we were next they let a birthday party of over 10 people cut the line and immediately go. When talking to worker they informed us that managers said to let the birthday party pass and not tell the people in line what was going on. Managers at this location need to get it together and learn how to treat customers. Will never return to this location again...thanks managers for ruining our expe
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We did my son's birthday party here last year and it was awesome. This year the same birthday party would cost nearly 3 times the price. This is on top of the fact that I can't get a straight answer for pricing on go kart rides from anyone. I mentioned to one woman that we would not be purchasing the party package and she told me the rides would be $4 a piece, I just called to confirm and the guy mentioned that the price I was quoted was only for parties and that the price
The company as a whole completely ignores professional bowling instead catering entirely towards casual family enjoyment. Lane conditions are like hell on earth and the oil used completely deteriorates after just one game. It's basically unplayable if the lanes aren't fresh. I do NOT recommend going here if you take bowling even a little seriously.
Perfect experience today for a birthday. We had a private room and the helper kept everything moving and kept us directed in what and where we needed to be doing or going to. She was very attentive and answered any questions we had. We choose to do the laser mazes, go carts and an escape room for our package and it filled our 3 hour spot. The pizza and arcade were great too. Definitely worth the money and am looking forward to going again either just us or in another group.
I had a wonderful time bowling. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back and try out some other stuff other than bowling. The pizza they serve is pretty good too.
Fantastic go karts! Laser maze is alright, but not worth the price. Definitely need/should be 5 years old minimum for that. Go karts are fun because they have boosters 3 boosts per race. Bowling is good! Nice balls. Nice floor. Not too loud.
Another great place ruined by corporate America. $3 for a pair of sock. $4 50 for a small drink. No more pitchers. They changed the pizza. It's like gas station pizza now. So sad.
Took the grandson for a fun day since no school. Paid for one of the video games to be told couldn't play it since they needed to work on the ceiling in the area. Could have said something before we paid for thr game. Then went to bowl. Had to move lanes twice do to malfunctioning equipment. Not impressed with the experience.
7pm on a Friday with a KU game on the big screen and there was one other table there. They charged extra for ranch with wings and didn'thave bleu cheese, they were out of parmesaen cheese for the pizza. It was just ok. Should be better, they have great tvs to watch games.
Great place to eat pizza, bowl, go cart ride and play videos!! Best rainy day or too hot outside day to bring kids!!
Weekday service in the bar and grill could have been better. Food was still good. Price a little steep. Bowling was fun and not very crowded. The game room needs a better variety of games. Didn't do the go carts this time, but was fun on last trip. Nice indoor facility for cool winter day.
Super clean and a lot of fun! We love watching the kids face when we get the 29? pizza. The pizza tastes great too! My only complaint is the visit can get really expensive fast unless you are there on a weekday or late at night and can catch one of the specials.
We decided against go-carts because we were waiting for 30 minutes watching the people driving just sit there. Apparently they didn't work. We tried bowling but it was a 2 hour wait. VR was closed. Ended up playing the very small amount of arcade games for $80. I just cannot recommend.
Love this place, its very kid friendly, this is my childhood, but then name needs to go. I miss when it was called the Alley. But now they have changed it to Bowlero. What even is Bowlero? Bring back The Alley!
We paid well over $400 for a disorganized birthday party. They were late opening the door even though they told us to arrive early. We waited over 30 minutes just to get a hostess with our kids party cards to start our party. Manager didn't even bother to ask us how things were going. They forgot our food. It was a mess. Poor communication.
Amazing place! Wish we had one in Topeka. Only 4 stars because I was there for a birthday party and the attendant assigned did not clear the area as needed. The business was steady but saw staff standing around that could have also help keep things clean, clear, and disinfected.
Terrible service?waiter would come and then disappear for a long time. Husband ordered a second drink and another waiter found it sitting waiting to be brought to him?ice was melted way down by the time he got it. Asked about the hotdogs and what they were served with?waiter was unsure of condiments. Tacos were good but service terrible!
A lot of fun for a good price of you time it right. They have many specials that you just need to keep an eye out for. The kids love going here! The virtual reality is truly amazing! Many choices and just an all around fun experience. The go carts are easy to learn and the kids always enjoy the laser maze. I suggest us older folks stretch a bit before attempting that one. Bowling is a great way to pass time and a huge pizza makes it awesome! Definitely recommend....just keep your eyes out for their unlimite
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
