( update : we ordered drinks and they never came! and then when we told someone it took 20 minutes for us to get them then when they did bring them it was all wrong so we had to order them AGAIN! Then wait ANOTHER 15 minutes ?.Bartenders were really rude basically saying we're trying ?save some money? because we told him the cups they gave us weren't the same as before. Super expensive. They don't even tell you the LEGIT price until you checkout. ! they

My wife and I celebrated our son's birthday party at Bowlero. We had an amazing time, OPS manager Ray D was on point with all of our needs and concerns. Always a Great Time at Bowlero! My friends from work and I recently went to Bowlero in White Plains, NY, and we had such a great time! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the food was surprisingly good. We especially loved the unlimited bowling on Thursday nights?such a great deal! I've been to Bowlero a few times now, and every visit has been a blast. It's always a guaranteed fun night out. Highly recommend it for group outings, work get-togethers, or just a night of bowling and good vibes!

Went as a family group on New Year eve. Service was good and attentive. One in our group didn't show up but Bowlero refunded the cost via arcade game credits. Which was awesome!

We just had my daughters 10th birthday at Bowlero and it was amazing! Beatriz was great with coordinating the party. The staff was pleasant and made sure we had enough food and constantly checked in with us. The Manager introduced himself to us and said to let him know if we needed anything. The cost was good for all we got. Very happy and I would reccommend Bowlero for a party.

Good family friendly spot. Exactly what you would want a bowling alley to be. The only small critique is for the beverages: I ordered 3 different beers and they all came out flat. Clearly it was just that time of the day when they run low?

Arcade was great, place was nice. But the costumer service was horrible, we had to wait a really long time to be given a lane and when we arrived at our lane we had to reset the game 5 times because the game kept skipping one of the players, not only that but every time we had to reset it we would have to wait about 5 minutes so that's, 25 minutes of waiting rather then playing. The food was good, not too pricey but the costumer service was awful.

They have an arcade which is fun but when the games stopped working mid game the staff was really rude about giving us our credits back. They play great music there and the foods & drinks are really good. Great place for families to go.

Nice ambiance and atmosphere. It's more family oriented during the day. At night, it seems to cater more to the adults (although kids are still able to come bowl at night). My only gripe would be pricing it's pretty expensive on peak days (fri-sun). There's a large price difference between coming in a Tuesday vs. A Saturday. I have a family of 5 and on a Saturday, it cost us 200$ +. They frequently have coupons on Groupon, where a family of 4 can bowl for approx. 60$ (not Inc. Food or beverages). Be prepare

First time bowling at this location I found it on Groupon. Took my son and his friends a Groupon for 4 people was $61 dollars. Thats for two hours and includes shoe rental. We were on lane 26 love being in the corner away from the crowd also close to the bathroom. All service is through your kiosk unless you're walking to the bar to obtain a drink. I attended my neice's 10th birthday here and I was seriously surprised by how nice this place was. Definitely not your average dingy bowling alley. The space was large and clean, the food was great, and the staff was very attentive. Shout out to Ray for all his hard work and truly making it a memorable experience!

Came here on Presidents? Day and the place was very busy. They have many lanes but about an hour after we started, we noticed all the lanes were pretty much full. The lanes seem nice, the place is clean and you can arrange lane bumpers for specific bowlers so there won't be frustration by getting gutterballs. We ordered some tacos and fries and the kids enjoyed. They even had some beer (Voodoo Ranger) on tap. Overall a very nice family outing.

The place was great!!! The waitstaff was very attentive and ensured that we were ok. There was a mix up with the lane we were assigned but it was swiftly corrected!! There's a lot more to do than just bowling but I had an excellent time doing just that (bowling). Cool place to visit, however it can get busy specially on Saturday. Went to go bowling with friends. They had two whole floors but only were using the bottom floor and said the whole top floor was closed. So we had to wait over a hour and spend our hard earned money on expensive rigged arcade games and after all that we still didn't get a open lane to bowl

Bowlero in White Plains is excellent. We recently had a holiday party there with our family and the upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. The personalized sign when we arrived made it feel even more special. The venue is clean and well-maintained. It's the perfect spot for a fun celebration.

We came twice with family after calling ahead, and both times we were told there were lanes available. But when we arrived, they said no lanes were free and could not guarantee that even after waiting we would get one. We bought a Groupon reservation, but they treated us poorly because of it. Very disappointing experience ? not honest with customers.

Unpleasant, inexperienced and unhelpful girls working there. We were on the waitlist, they said the wait time is about an hour or so, we've waited for over TWO HOURS! And when we tried to asked if our turn is coming soon, they were rude.

Big improvement since the previous owner. Bowlmor is a classy operation - bowling made contemporary. It's a fun environment. Wide menu choices for food - and it's good stuff. Loved the flatbread pizzas. Spotlessly clean. So why only 3 stars? It's very pricey at $8.34 per game (holiday rate). $6 shoe rental. Service is meh. Pizza is good, but it showed up with no drinks. I had to go find them. My only beef is premium pricing should beget more heads-up service.

Unfortunately there aren't a ton of quality bowling alleys in Westchester, but bowlero is a great choice. It is VERY busy on the weekends so I'd recommend planning accordingly or you'll be waiting for quite some time. The place is nice, clean and well taken care of but the prices are expensive in my opinion. However I did have a great time with my family and every staff member I personally came in contact with was friendly.

We went here on a Saturday night at around 8 pm but the lanes were all booked up and we were not able to bowl without a reservation due to multiple group parties taking place. Good bowling alley. Went with some friends but it was too busy. By the time we were called to bowl, it was 30 min before closing after waiting for over 2 hours.

Didn't have an ideal experience. As soon as we got our bowling lane, the game was stuck after the first roll. I had to complain 3 times before the game was finally reset. I was waiting with my family for over 30 minutes. They paged an assistant twice and noone came to help. By the 3rd time I asked they had to reset the whole game. I went today to the arcade and it was a disaster! One of the machines broke down, took our credits, and there was no manager to be found. The workers that were there today kept saying how much they didn't care about our situation and one of them didn't want to give me my arcade card back. There wasn't much social distancing. There were some plastic barriers up around the booths, and dividing the booths, but outside of that there wasn't anything else. Wanted to take my 4 year old to his first bowling trip. He enjoyed himself! The kids assist rack was great. He preferred using that to throwing the ball himself. The neon lights and the food rounded it all out nicely. Then the video games require a card to use like a credit card ad you have to swipe for credits. If you're coming primarily for the bowling, I can't recommend this place. The pins are on strings. That's a total dealbreaker for me. We had a birthday party for a relative with 15 people. Numerous times I watched the ball hit the pocket perfectly but always leaving a pin or pins up. Incredibly frustrating, but when you realize the pins are on strings it makes sense - the pins don't fly around freely which makes it much harder to get a strike.
