RAY WAS SO NICE!! Really hooked us up!!! Come here!!! ( update : we ordered drinks and they never came! and then when we told someone it took 20 minutes for us to get them then when they did bring them it was all wrong so we had to order them AGAIN! Then wait ANOTHER 15 minutes ?.Bartenders were really rude basically saying we're trying ?save some money? because we told him the cups they gave us weren't the same as before. Super expensive. They don't even tell you the LEGIT price until you checkout. ! they
Great experience. Staff were really cool amd we had a blast. Not to mention the street tacos were delicious.
What a good time my family and I had bowling here yesterday. Besides bowling there is also an arcade. Food and drinks were pretty good. Staff were very friendly. Will try and come back in the future.
Family and kid friendly. Clean and safe atmosphere
Had my birthday party last night at Bowlero again and they never disappoint!! My friends and I had an amazing time and it wouldn't have been possible it is wasn't for Tyana, Zara, and Ray! They are all so sweet, amazing, wonderful, and accommodating! Thank you again for making my birthday so fun and special! See you guys again soon!!!
It's been 3 years since we celebrate our kids birthdays here, everyone is so nice and the food is delicious!
My wife and I celebrated our son's birthday party at Bowlero. We had an amazing time, OPS manager Ray D was on point with all of our needs and concerns. Our waiter Chris was so attentive and always around when we needed him, THANKS CHRIS...Both Ray and Chris made our son's birthday party special... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT.
Always a Great Time at Bowlero! My friends from work and I recently went to Bowlero in White Plains, NY, and we had such a great time! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the food was surprisingly good. We especially loved the unlimited bowling on Thursday nights?such a great deal! I've been to Bowlero a few times now, and every visit has been a blast. It's always a guaranteed fun night out. Highly recommend it for group outings, work get-togethers, or just a night of bowling and good vibes!
Great place to hang out with the kids for a few hours. I went to a birthday party here and I found the staff to be extremely helpful. They also had a lot of parking.
Went as a family group on New Year eve. Service was good and attentive. One in our group didn't show up but Bowlero refunded the cost via arcade game credits. Which was awesome!
We just had my daughters 10th birthday at Bowlero and it was amazing! Beatriz was great with coordinating the party. The staff was pleasant and made sure we had enough food and constantly checked in with us. The Manager introduced himself to us and said to let him know if we needed anything. The cost was good for all we got. Very happy and I would reccommend Bowlero for a party.
Good family friendly spot. Exactly what you would want a bowling alley to be. The only small critique is for the beverages: I ordered 3 different beers and they all came out flat. Clearly it was just that time of the day when they run low?
This was a birthday celebration for my Grandson. The staff was accommodating just a bit overwhelmed because we're a few birthday parties going on. Food was great. Then we had fun in the arcade & I saw the Ranger Air Hockey, I want one. It was a good time
Had my 25th birthday here host/manager Jeff was more than helpful all night, server Justin was on point with drinks & food and Christian at the bar did not disappoint
Arcade was great, place was nice. But the costumer service was horrible, we had to wait a really long time to be given a lane and when we arrived at our lane we had to reset the game 5 times because the game kept skipping one of the players, not only that but every time we had to reset it we would have to wait about 5 minutes so that's, 25 minutes of waiting rather then playing. The food was good, not too pricey but the costumer service was awful.
Great attentive staff. Gave our party enough room and was a great price. Will definitely return again!
Excellent bowling experience Monday night strike unlimited bowling is a bargain. We were served by Daviana H who was very attentive
They have an arcade which is fun but when the games stopped working mid game the staff was really rude about giving us our credits back. They play great music there and the foods & drinks are really good. Great place for families to go.
I had a great time at this establishment. The food and the vibes were great. I would definitely come back here with a group of friends. Shout out to the staff for giving us a 10/10 experience.
Very nice place. The lanes are Downstairs. Plenty of food and a nice bar area. At least 30 lanes...
Nice ambiance and atmosphere. It's more family oriented during the day. At night, it seems to cater more to the adults (although kids are still able to come bowl at night). My only gripe would be pricing it's pretty expensive on peak days (fri-sun). There's a large price difference between coming in a Tuesday vs. A Saturday. I have a family of 5 and on a Saturday, it cost us 200$ +. They frequently have coupons on Groupon, where a family of 4 can bowl for approx. 60$ (not Inc. Food or beverages). Be prepare
My friends and I came to spend my mother?s birthday and had a blast!! Tamia and Ashley were our servers and they were so sweet and constantly available for everything we needed ! If and when you go , which you SHOULD, I hope you get the same servers we did because it made our experience amazing ! We definitely will be going back soon ????????????
First time bowling at this location I found it on Groupon. Took my son and his friends a Groupon for 4 people was $61 dollars. Thats for two hours and includes shoe rental. We were on lane 26 love being in the corner away from the crowd also close to the bathroom. All service is through your kiosk unless you're walking to the bar to obtain a drink. The sampler is great to buy for a group if you guys want to pick on something while bowling. Great old school games in the arcade as a special they have half pr
I attended my neice's 10th birthday here and I was seriously surprised by how nice this place was. Definitely not your average dingy bowling alley. The space was large and clean, the food was great, and the staff was very attentive. Shout out to Ray for all his hard work and truly making it a memorable experience!
What a great place for birthday parties! Incredible setup, awesome games, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for all your bday party needs.
Came here on Presidents? Day and the place was very busy. They have many lanes but about an hour after we started, we noticed all the lanes were pretty much full. The lanes seem nice, the place is clean and you can arrange lane bumpers for specific bowlers so there won't be frustration by getting gutterballs. We ordered some tacos and fries and the kids enjoyed. They even had some beer (Voodoo Ranger) on tap. Overall a very nice family outing.
We recently celebrated my niece?s 12th birthday at Bowlmor Lanes, and wow ? what an incredible experience! The energy was electric, the lanes were lit (literally), and everything about the night was top-notch. From the vibrant atmosphere to the smooth service, it was the perfect spot for a fun-filled birthday party. But what really stood out ? and what I can't stop raving about ? was the bartender, Chris. With such a big crowd (and trust me, it was packed), he still managed to be incredibly attentive, frie
Horrible policy on refunds: BEWARE! If you book a reservation, make sure all members of your party are present. There are no refunds, just credit. Bad business practice! Actually horrible. Won't be back and won't miss it
I love that there are two floors, had to travel here due to the leagues taking over the entire alley at another spot. However I really enjoyed myself and the staff were cool. Groupon had a special!
We went there and used 2 Groupons, which they gave us 4 hours. The young lady sent us upstairs, but after 2 and a half hours, the workers started cleaning up, and everyone else who was playing left we felt a bit awkward and decided to leave. I just don't understand why she would send us on the top floor for 4 hours bowling when she knows they start cleaning up at a certain time. Other than that the place is clean and the food was delicious. We won't mind coming back in the future but would not go to t
I visited Bowlero expecting a fun night, but the whole experience was a complete letdown. First off, we had to wait forever just to get our lane, and once we did, the service was extremely slow. To make matters worse, the staff gave us two drinks that didn't even belong to us. I immediately told the server that the drinks weren't ours, but instead of correcting the mistake, they handed them over anyway. Then, two more staff members came over, asking if we had ordered those drinks. At that point, we had alr
Place has two floors just for bowling, and their arcade area looks bigger than others. Great for families.
The place was great!!! The waitstaff was very attentive and ensured that we were ok. There was a mix up with the lane we were assigned but it was swiftly corrected!! There's a lot more to do than just bowling but I had an excellent time doing just that (bowling). It got a little loud but that's expected when there's excitement from friendly competition!!! 10/10 recommend!!!
Always fun. No issues with lane. I do think it's a little pricey ($60 pp for 2 hours on a Sat night); but still had a good time Food was ok; massive burger for $18
Cool place to visit, however it can get busy specially on Saturday. If you have a Groupon which has to be used before 6pm Make sure you get there by 3:30-4p.even sunday this place gets very busy, place has big parking lot. Good and drinks are good. They have several games on the main lobby when you enter which you can play by purchasing a card which is reloadable. Location is close by a few expressway like the bronx river, sprain brook and cross westchester expressway.i reccomend buying games through groupo
Went to go bowling with friends. They had two whole floors but only were using the bottom floor and said the whole top floor was closed. So we had to wait over a hour and spend our hard earned money on expensive rigged arcade games and after all that we still didn't get a open lane to bowl
. Great bowling place, very clean and always a great time. Anari was super nice and very helpful for signing us up for the summer pass. Very courteous staff
Our server, Eric was amazing. An absolute joy and never once made us feel like we were a burden. The place was fun as well. The only reason this place isn't 5 stars was because we paid for an unlimited lane and the game shut off. Before we could go upstairs to talk to the front desk a security guard came over with some other people and demanded us to get out. Before we could clear up the confusion he just said ?your time is up get out now these people want to play? otherwise I can not recommend Eric any mor
Had a birthday party for my son today, omg greatest experience ever I'd give them 100 stars if I could!! Food was great our event host Abby was so professional and accommodating. We can't wait to go back. The music was on point. Love this place!!
Bowlero in White Plains is excellent. We recently had a holiday party there with our family and the upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff made it a wonderful experience. The personalized sign when we arrived made it feel even more special. The venue is clean and well-maintained. It's the perfect spot for a fun celebration.
Fun, clean, and efficient. Always a good time and the music isn't too loud.
Ample parking, easy to reserve lane online and easy getting to your lane. Ordering food and drinks are pretty easy. Food and cocktails are fairly acceptable.
I had a great time. The manager Ray made sure we were taken care of. The drinks were delicious and well balanced ??
I had such an amazing experience the food was absolutely amazing!!! The atmosphere was a vibe and the place was so clean. 10/10 I recommend. Ray was great and Omar was a great sever.
Awesome service always makes me want to go back each and every time ?? love it here!
We came twice with family after calling ahead, and both times we were told there were lanes available. But when we arrived, they said no lanes were free and could not guarantee that even after waiting we would get one. We bought a Groupon reservation, but they treated us poorly because of it. Very disappointing experience ? not honest with customers.
Unpleasant, inexperienced and unhelpful girls working there. We were on the waitlist, they said the wait time is about an hour or so, we've waited for over TWO HOURS! And when we tried to asked if our turn is coming soon, they were rude.
Big improvement since the previous owner. Bowlmor is a classy operation - bowling made contemporary. It's a fun environment. Wide menu choices for food - and it's good stuff. Loved the flatbread pizzas. Spotlessly clean. So why only 3 stars? It's very pricey at $8.34 per game (holiday rate). $6 shoe rental. Service is meh. Pizza is good, but it showed up with no drinks. I had to go find them. My only beef is premium pricing should beget more heads-up service.
Unfortunately there aren't a ton of quality bowling alleys in Westchester, but bowlero is a great choice. It is VERY busy on the weekends so I'd recommend planning accordingly or you'll be waiting for quite some time. The place is nice, clean and well taken care of but the prices are expensive in my opinion. However I did have a great time with my family and every staff member I personally came in contact with was friendly.
Place needs bit more of cleaning up. Seems less maintained especially the lower bowling lanes. Food is ok but service seemed slow. Not a bad place though to spend time with friends and family.
We went here on a Saturday night at around 8 pm but the lanes were all booked up and we were not able to bowl without a reservation due to multiple group parties taking place. We decided to order food and drinks since we were there. It was the chef I believe who brought out the food, told us that it was a brand new menu and I have to say the food was really good that day. I had the double burger that came with fries and it was the best burger I had in a really long time. Cooked perfectly and very juicy. The
Fun place. Can get a bit overcrowded if parties are involved at the lanes. Good service. Good food. Will definitely be returning.
Incredibly noisy due to loud music. Not enough bathrooms on the lower and upper levels. Arcade is a distraction from bowling. Not a place for adult bowlers. Fun for anyone between 5 and 18. Good for kids.
Had an early NYE celebration, bowlero did a great job hosting and service was incredible
Expensive but one of the nicer places. Their balls are way too slick tho
It gives vibes and good time. Good option very ideal for the place.
Came in shortly after opening and were told they have 60 parties reserved. 1 hour wait. Meanwhile, during that hour, I wandered around and saw maybe a quarter of the lanes being used on both levels. We finally get a lane and during our entire time bowling, less than half the lanes were ever being used. Feels like a scam. As though they want you dropping money into the overpriced arcade while you wait. I've attached a photo. All those empty lanes, the ones without blue lights, were empty during our 2 hour
Good atmosphere, affordable prices. I spent 80 bucks for three games, a beer bucket for six glasses and 7 wings with extra ranch sauce.
Great time. Plenty of lanes to bowl being it has 2 levels and at least 2 bars and the food is pretty good especially the chicken strips
Spacious. Very fun. We had dinner before arriving which I'm glad we did because 2 waters was almost 9 dollars
Went there last weekend. Nice looking place, lots of lanes, arcade and food + drink. Service was a bit slow. Bowling lane malfunctioned multiple times and it took a while for them to correct the issue. Finally changed us to a different lane and gave discount coupons to compensate. There were what seemed like 20+ people working there with radio earpieces and it was not crowded, yet service was slow. Food was typical fried bar fare - mediocre and overpriced. When we finally paid for the games it was super exp
The staff was amazing we had such a great time. I definitely recommend this place if you're doing a get together with the kids or you're doing a group trip or any type of group activities you have, bowling you have the Arcades and you have a fantastic staff.
All of the staff were friendly. The place was clean and everyone followed safety guidelines by wearing their masks and staying six feet apart. The food was good and the drinks were a little strong, nonetheless we had a great time and I will definitely be returning.
Nice place to go with the family or friends. They have nice birthday packages
I managed to coordinate a last minute 19th birthday bash for my daughter with the help of Amy an event planner for Bowlero and I was very pleased with the outcome. Amy was very flexible and extremely helpful. The staff at the White Plains location went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and her friends had a good time. Del was very attentive and showed interest in making sure I was a satisfied customer. Del, Robert and Mathew made sure the food and drinks were at a constant flow.. Del even found a bi
Good bowling alley. Went with some friends but it was too busy. By the time we were called to bowl, it was 30 min before closing after waiting for over 2 hours.
Didn't have an ideal experience. As soon as we got our bowling lane, the game was stuck after the first roll. I had to complain 3 times before the game was finally reset. I was waiting with my family for over 30 minutes. They paged an assistant twice and noone came to help. By the 3rd time I asked they had to reset the whole game. Luckily they were nice enough to give me a free game. They definitely need more servers. I went on a Saturday at 3 and it was 1 woman responsible for 10 lanes. That was also highl
I went today to the arcade and it was a disaster! One of the machines broke down, took our credits, and there was no manager to be found. The workers that were there today kept saying how much they didn't care about our situation and one of them didn't want to give me my arcade card back. I was very frustrated and will not be going back. Horrible!
There wasn't much social distancing. There were some plastic barriers up around the booths, and dividing the booths, but outside of that there wasn't anything else. You are supposed to keep your mask on unless you are eatingbir drinking. There was hand sanitizer available and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.
Went for an 8YO birthday and both kids and parents had a good time. The employees were beyond patient with our rowdy bunch and catered to every request. We will definitely be back for some family fun.
The games in there are so good and exciting. And you get to win prizes, and eat there and food.
Loved this place! Always come here for a good night. This time Christian took care of my guest and I. He was awesome! Timely, polite, and made sure we were good at all times. Perfect place for a casual hangout!
The staff are all awesome very pleasant and helpful a wonderful place to take your kids.
Huge facility for both bowling, eating, video games, and the like. I'm general, for an establishment like this it was pretty clean and well run.
I recently visited with some friends, and I have to say it was an anmazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively and fun, the lanes were well-maintained, and we had a great time bowling. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and in friendly manner that made us feel welcome. The staff was attentive and quick to accommodate all our needs, ensuring that everything was set up for us to have a seamless experience. A special shoutout goes to our bartender Christian, who
Great place great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the RGB theme on the pins and the food was delicious.. lots of fun, especially a nice place for a date or even with kids. I would heavily recommend this place to anyone looking for great fun.
We held our company event here. The staff was great and we had so much fun.
Wanted to take my 4 year old to his first bowling trip. He enjoyed himself! The kids assist rack was great. He preferred using that to throwing the ball himself. The neon lights and the food rounded it all out nicely. Then the video games require a card to use like a credit card ad you have to swipe for credits. He felt special being able to use a credit card like dad. We WILL be back again!
Just a good bowling spot. Arcade was fun too
Went for a kids birthday party. Plenty of food and drinks. Age range was 2-5 years old and they all had fun!
Great place for kids and adults. Just a heads up, keep in mind you need to check in and still wait, so please check in asap. Other than that, this place is pretty cool.
Chris was really rude ..called to ask a question about reservations because it wasn't working online and he told me didn't work for IT and hung up on me
This location was great, very clean, friendly stuff
Place is good and really enjoyed my friend's birthday party. Music is good and COVid arrangement is also good. Place is worth but the bar staff seems to be very slow. For group parties, celebrate birthdays and enjoy with family..this place is for you..best to go in winters to perform indoor activities
If you're coming primarily for the bowling, I can't recommend this place. The pins are on strings. That's a total dealbreaker for me. We had a birthday party for a relative with 15 people. Numerous times I watched the ball hit the pocket perfectly but always leaving a pin or pins up. Incredibly frustrating, but when you realize the pins are on strings it makes sense - the pins don't fly around freely which makes it much harder to get a strike. This isn't real bowling if you ask me. They also sound different
Went to bowl here with a group of 8 last week, we purchased two separate Groupons for 2 hours and given the size of your group we asked for two adjacent lanes, the staff member seemed annoyed by this request and told us we could have one lane now or wait some time, we opted to wait, after waiting an hour I decided to go to check the lanes and found half of them free with many adjacent ones available, when I asked why we were still waiting when there were free lanes the young man at the front desk was very d
Went for a bday party on a Saturday and it was very crowded. Party was fun but I wish they would designate a floor for children?s parties. On both sides of this children?s party, were two adult parties. Drinking, adult language and just overall not comfortable with tons of kids around. Towards the end of the party the kids went up to play the arcade games and a huge argument broke out leading us to feel unsafe. No guards which there really should be after a certain time. No one getting checked when coming i
Exceptional service!!! The managers Chris and Sumir are amazing. All the wait staff and kitchen staff are so helpful!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
