Customer Reviews

Such a great experience for my friend and I today as we ventured out to bowl the first time in many years! Everyone was friendly. The lanes were clean. The bathrooms were clean. It was a fun environment to be in and it was very busy, which is good. Can't wait to come back.

Super fun!! Stopped in on Saturday night, no reservations and we're happy that we were able to get a lane right away. It was slightly busy but it was not crowded at all. Ordered some food, drinks, rented some shoes and played 2 games. Service was great, the place was clean and we had a great time!

I am new to bowling and this place makes it so easy and fun! Cooper is a great server who is attentive and takes the time to get to know the bowlers as people, not just customers. The managers are also very nice and accommodating, the times I have been there it was Taylor, Donovan, and Jess. They always greet me with a smile and call me by name (again, more than just surface level interactions with all patrons). There is also a pro shop where I got my first custom bowling ball and Mike was beyond helpful! M

Highly recommend this location! Jessica and Taylor were the best! They were busy but took care of us quickly and made sure we had a good lane. Good times were had by all and we will be returning soon!!!

We came for my husband birthday and the manager Donavan was amazing he gave us excellent service. Staff was amazing, our sever cooper for our lanes he was very attentive and gave us excellent service! Will definitely recommend to come here! We will be back!!

My son wanted to go bowling and play arcade games on his 10th birthday and this was the cleanest / nicest bowling alley I have ever been to! the staff was extremely kind and helpful and Donovan in particular was very attentive and made sure to wish him a happy birthday and make sure he felt special and had a great day. I would highly recommend this location!

This has been my favorite location to bowl at for the last 5 years! The staff is very respectful & always a pleasure when I visit. Jessika runs this location super well and it's always clean, fun & memorable! Will definitely be coming back, I love this Bowlero!

If you love bowling than this is the perfect place for you!! From the beautiful view of a rectangular bowling alley, to the amazing food and games. Bowlers have a wide variety of food options form your typical pizza and soda to delicious burgers and desserts. That's not all there's also fun and entertaining arcade games (About all games are all modern day). Let's not forget the great service always ready to help whether your game stopped or you just want more refreshments. So go bowling now and have an expe

This place is new and updated. Staff is super friendly. It's just the lanes. They are drier than a Phoenix South facing deck. You might have some luck if you go immediately after leagues but on the weekend beware. If it's just the kids you'll have a great time. If you're a bowler's go somewhere else!

Weird staff, told me they liked how I smelled and were overall off putting. When we went to pay I was put off by the price of 2 games with my fiance. Almost $40. I asked for an itemized receipt, when the manager went to get it he asked if I had any questions regarding the payment, I said yes because games were $6 each. He informed me that was per person and that it had always been that way. I had never been to this establishment and wasn't asking for a refund, but he was so sassy with me. Overall bowling wa

The lane we were in sucked. Lane 16. There was no give at the end of the lane so my for foot kept catching and I almost fell over a few times, not to mention it hurt my ankle. The garlic fries were decent. The bottom of the basket was pure melted butter, so the fries were soaked. There was a mouse in the kitchen also. I don't recommend this place

We had our son?s 6th birthday at the Westminster Bowlero and it was incredible. We walked into an included custom set up complete with his name in marquee lights and an awesome spread of refillable food. The kids had a blast, and it was a great mix of activities for the little kids. The manager was incredible and really catered to us. He even accommodated my son?s special secret request. It was very affordable, and the planner did an excellent job of communicating with me and made payment easy. We loved it

Fun family excursion! Food and drinks available as well as a large arcade area for the littles. Very clean and fun atmosphere

thank you to Donovan for the incredible professionalism and composure he displayed during my recent visit with my family. We decided to walk in and bowl after dinner. As a business manager, I know how difficult it can be to handle customers who try to work the system. Despite a man and woman which I assumed to be a couple persistently and loudly?..voicing their complaints to multiple employees in an apparent attempt to get something for free from kitchen?..to bar?..he remained calm, courteous, and professi

We just had our office party at this location and was simply amazing. All the staff from Nancy who coordinated everything via email and phone, Sarah one of the managers today and everyone else were great. Lea and Dee were wonderful and professional, on top of everything and made us feel special and they had it all under control. Not to mention every detail from all the effort on decorating our space, food and prompt attention to any of our requests/needs!!Excellent service! Definitely was a relaxing Happy f

The bowling lanes are great. Well-kept. Friendly staff. Ask for your drink prices before ordering! Ordered 2 drinks (double Tito and 7up) and the total came out to almost $50 with tip. That is absurd for drink and it was definitely poured on the light side.

Always have such a great time here. Jessika, Donovan, and Mary really go the extra mile in providing a great experience!

need help on 3/16 around 5pm had lost a coach wallet that she had things that can not be replaced. if you have found one, please reach out. but besides everything we had a good time staff looked and helped us look around even it was 3 hrs after we realized the wallet was gone. was on lane 28 don't know if it was forgotten in the bathroom or where we were sitting. Thank You

Hadn't bowled in a long time but Jessica and Taylor were extremely nice and professional definitely will be going back to this location simply cause of them highly recommend great atmosphere and they played some good music as well thank you Jessica and Taylor!

Staff was amazing. Atmosphere was electric and overall a ton of fun for a night out!

We love this place! The staff is so friendly, esp the bartenders! We have been coming here for years. Would def recommend!

The service was terrible while bowling. My group ordered wings when we arrived for our 2hr reservation we didn't receive our order until the end of our reservation basically on our way out. Bowling itself was enjoyable hence 3 stars

Excellent customer service! Our server (Cooper) was awesome! The managing staff & (Donavan) were top tier!

Very nice place. All kinds of things for kids to do and not just bowling. My granddaughter had a birthday party there and it was very enjoyable. The staff is great. They even gave her a free bday gift.

Had a great experience there! Friendly staff and good vibes.

Great bowling alley but on the more expensive side! We easily spent over $150 on 4 people for two games and a couple pitchers of beer. Still, we had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel of everything

Awesome place. Wish I had better pictures but these are all I had. Kid and adult friendly with great pizza and food. They had bumpers and ramps for small kids, mine is almost 2 and was able to use the ramps just fine with mama's help. (Ramp is pictured in the lower right hand corner) 10/10 would reccomend!

Accidentally reserved a lane for the wrong day & the kid at the front counter said ?go online & get it refunded? - WRONG - BOWLERO in all their wisdom DOESN?T GIVE REFUNDS! The manager said she would email her district manager to see if they would do a one time refund but said it probably wouldn't happen. So I paid 84 dollars to Bowlero for NOTHING, and then another 37 dollars to bowl! What an absolute scam. Hate this place. Go somewhere else their prices are insane.

Had a great experience with this location. Clean and the wait time was little or non existent. Had everything we needed to celebrate a birthday. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was able to speak to a manager named Donovan, he was kind and presents himself well and lives up the Bowlero brand. We will be going her for future events or just for fun!

This is the 2nd time we have come for a family night and we have enjoyed everything about it. Staff is friendly and helpful = ?? Athmosphere is clean and organized = ?? Accessible with plenty of parking = ?? Cost is worth it; equipemnt is new = ?? Plenty of bowling lanes and arcade games = ??

We were put on a wait list for 1 hr which was quite reasonable considering we were a group on 14. We purchased three Groupons and they were all applied to our visit. We also had a waitress that served our lanes that was super attentive and helpful. I only rate it a 4 star due to the food prices but in general it was a fun experience. There is also an arcade for those that enjoy games.

Easily the best bowling place I have ever been to in Colorado! I am usually not a huge fan of the sport, but this place is dope. Good food, excellent game section, and alcohol options, there is no reason not to come here. Great for families and better for young adults. The music is 10/10, for it is a selection of great music from the 2010s. If I ever go bowling, this is the place to go!

This place was okay, the bowling was fun and the arcade was great with alot of options. The food, however, was not so good. Ordered the alley sampler and the wings were really salty and low quality, the cheese sticks aren't filled with cheese and came out cold. Tenders were good fries were good and pretzels were good but didn't come with cheese. The pizza was ok but a little soggy. Pitcher of beer was also overpriced at $24. All in all this is an ok date night but be ready to drop at least 120$. I probably

Good enough lanes, so long as they are actually cleaned. Took a spill the other day one my first throw due to sticky substance on floor.

Lanes desperately need attention. My husband fell as he was throwing his ball on the wood that was sticking up.

Attended a corporate event here. It was a fun atmosphere. Good drinks. Lovely staff. I didn't get to sample the food other than the provided taco bar but that was pretty tasty anyway. Spent way too much money on the giant sized space invaders game.

Lanes were extremely oiled the day I was there, mostly likely due to a league night. Bowler has really made all these bowling alleys they're buying up nice, but it's only gonna lead to a monopoly and prices go up.

This was our first visit and we already can't wait to go back. Great service, bowling and atmosphere.

MIKE NEEDS A RAISE ASAP!!!! Went in there got ball drilled he was so helpful and knows so much a bout bowling and best customer service

Always a good time here, good food, and good priced drinks. Had an issue that they fixed and compensated my group on as well.

prices are outrageous, especially beer... 27 dollars a pitcher for Modelo, like wtf!

This place is such a hidden gem! Cute, fun and awesome staff. Will be back!

We did wait quite a while to be attended because the cashier was helping someone else. Other workers came and we weren't acknowledged until I'm assuming the manager(?) came to help us. Overall nice location though.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bowlero, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received. Jesse and Donovan, the managers, truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Their courteous and warm demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in. Not only did they greet me with genuine smiles, but they also took the time to personally deliver my food. Their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect did not go unnoticed. It was s

I really like this place it's been years since I was last here. This alley was updated a few years ago and still looks good, nice and clean. The lanes are all synthetic boards not wood. The house shot is easy. This is a good place to practice or just have fun. Pro shop was packed so I couldn't tell you if the prices were fair, however the line being out the door tells me this pro shop is probably a good one. Pro Shops hours were kinda funky though.

Holy moly... this place is freaking EXPENSIVE. $150 for 5 people to bowl 2 games each. It's a bowling alley. An overpriced one.

We Bowl here a lot because we are in a league. Everyone is nice most of the time and I feel comfortable here unlike Wheat Ridge Bowlero where the employees steal your personal items and money . This place I feel way safer at .

I went here a couple days ago and took a large group of kids and adults with disabilities with me. Alex was our server and he was amazing! He was extremely accommodating and very great to our loud and needy group. We ordered a ton of food and it was done extremely fast and the food was decent for bowling food. It's hard to find places that are easy to bring our large groups so we will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The facility was clean and the staff, Fern and Dillion were attentive. Much of our interaction was with the manager who went above and beyond to provided great customer service. Donovan truly made our family event a memorable one, thank you!!! We will definitely be back.

Went with a bigger group - were able to get double lanes on a Friday night with minimal wait. Entertained adults and kids in decent arcade while waiting. Was a bit pricey, but everything is clean and modern and we had a really fun time.

Cool but always seem to have technical problems with lanes. Alcohol drinks are very expensive as well.

This place is trash anymore? the machines don't work and we have had to wait over 30 minutes during our league play to get our balls back from the malfunctioning ball return and incompetence of the front desk kid. The floors are always wet and full of gross, like they are never cleaned. And we have also had to wait for the ally to finish oiling the lanes because they got started late? this is league folks, not open bowling. Sadly, we locked ourselves into a 32 week league but won't return after we get throu

It was an awesome experience. Food and the drinks were good too. I enjoyed the ambience and the games.

We reserved our lane with shoes and time via the website which was convenient for a planner and researcher like me. I am sure you can just walk in, but if you can reserve a a lane and bowling g time why not?. There is a reservation fee that is included when reservation is made. The customer service we received upon arriving was excellent. The manager took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and alerted us to food and drink specials. Our lane waitress checked on us often and was prompt. T

My girls and I went on a Thursday night. I called ahead to ask if it was league night, which it was, but 10 lanes or so were available for walk-in/reservations. Great phone manners too. We arrived and luckily got a lane immediately! Very clean place. Only issue with the lane was the pin reset was broken, it would never grab the 2 pin. So if you didn't hit the 2, the machine would knock it for you. The food could be $1 cheaper for what you get. And this night, everything was salt-heavy. I love salt, but my g

In this place you can eat and have fun with the family, I loved it.

The manger on Sundays is a completely rude turning off the arcade games by 9:00 and closing the bowling lanes by 10:20 and accusing one of the employees for giving me and my family free food and also the manger on Sundays the guy tired to keep my auntie money for himself

Experience was mostly great except for one random patron stealing food from our party trays instead of simply asking. Music was meh to cool. A lot of fun. Service was good. Employees were friendly. Bar might be a bit of a wait

Very friendly staff, clean, and overall just an amazing environment.

Nice place, pricey since Bowlero bought & since taking over all Brunswick places. I'm very disappointed & costly for one family to enjoy. It's not affordable anymore like it used to be. Bowling is expensive, more than expected. The service was fine. We only go once or twice a year.

Great atmosphere. Staff was very helpful when lane went down. Food was prepared perfectly. And bartender Mary really was personable and made me feel like I had been a regular.

FANTASTIC FAMILY FUN. SERVICE WAS GREAT. FOOD WAS GOOD. EXACTLY WHAT THE FAMILY NEEDED. AMEN

The managerwas extremely rude. They served us the wrong food and the manager came over removed the food and told the people in the lane next to us that we ate their food. There were several adults in our party ordering drinks and food and when they set the food down we thought it was ours. The manager should take ownership that his staff didn't deliver the right food to us. Instead he blamed us. We won't come back. We will now only bowl at the WheatRidge Lanes! We wanted to try out bowlero because it is cl

TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service. Awful food, though I do feel stupid even attempting to try any of it. The first lane had non stop issues and would not set the pins properly. Switched lanes after half an hour of messing around trying to get the lane we were on to work. Then the 2nd lane was barely functional and set several of the pins off center. This place should be shut down. Build more townhouses instead. What a waste of money. Still managed to come out of it with some fun. Too bad to see crumbling

Great place for family fun. Bowling, Arcade and Great food.

This is a great location for some fun bowling, This place is renovated and more modern than your average bowling alley from back in the day. Great vibes great staff Great vibes great staff Makes for a fun league night. I recommend this place to all my friends and anybody who asked me where to go bowling.

I usually have a great experience here but our waiter Diana dropped the ball tonight. She seemed under the influence, hardly got any service. The place was clean like always and music selection was great!

This place really exceeded expectations for my kid?s 8th birthday party. They were organized, the facility was clean, the music wasn't too loud, and even the food provided was pretty decent (I'll admit my expectations were low, but still). Tim was our main contact for the afternoon and he absolutely attended to every need. The staff were all helpful and communicated well and actually seemed to *gasp* enjoy working together. Even the price was super reasonable. All in all it was a totally turnkey experience

Great place to celebrate a birthday! The staff is so friendly, specially Donovan, the manager. He took care of our party and made sure everything was easy and perfect. Super fun time for kids and adults!

I decided to have a surprise birthday here for my hubby and the process was super easy and the service there was also great! They even personalized our area for his birthday and all of our guest had a great time! Was overall very please with the outcome ??

Really friendly staff, good pizza

Weekend special is the best. $17 a person for the night.

We had an amazing birthday party! Bowling, arcade games and good food. Thanks for a great 8th birthday!

My girl and I reserved a lane and shoe rental online. For about 65$ for an hour and a half. When we arrived we saw that they were running a Sunday special for 4.65 or so for a game and another 4 something for shoe rental. We wanted to switch to that deal. We couldn't as the systems were handled outside the alley. We bowled 5 games each and still made our online purchase comparable to the Sunday deal. What makes this place a location I will be sure to visit again was that the Operations manager, Mr. Flood,

Just came here during the pandemic. Very clean, well-done social distancing measures, and cool aesthetics.

Waited over an hour for nachos that were messed up then told they don't have the order. Then waited even longer for them to fix the order. Management here sucks. We will not go here again. Definitely will find another place to go! Your response to the review doesn't help because this isn't the first time and your cook straight up called me a liar that we didn't order certain things even though we had the receipt. We had a very large party of over 22 people and your team ruined it.

This place is amazing. I had my son's birthday party at Bowlero Westminster. Donovan and Heather took care of our party and made the experience amazing. Definitely will go back to bowl and see all the new upgrades your company has done. Thank you.

Great time. Great food and service

We just love going bowling here! The staff is always really nice and the lanes are really clean! Colby helped us with our food, and he was absolutely amazing. So polite and courteous. We definitely recommend this bowling alley for some family fun!

Great place well maintained, great service, enjoyed the time there!!

Had a great time with entire family, lots of fun and smiles! Great service from Branden, and the rest of the staff, they made sure we had everything we needed! Made for a really good time.

I'm not usually the type to leave a bad review, but when I went there, I went to order food and told the person that I had a nut allergy and asked what oil they use. Went to check with somebody who said it was soybean oil after I purchased my $15 fries and mozzarella sticks a guy on the radio said it was actually peanut oil. The lady at the register told me, I mentioned that if it has peanut oil I cannot have it as I will die. The other lady brushed me off and said it's just soybean oil you're fine. 10 minu

Been bowling here 4 30 yrs. now. Great lanes. Just remodeled. Lots of new screens & projectors. Arcade & lounge wasn't finished

Great spot for gatherings, work functions etc. Not crowded, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have food and drinks as well as a bar. The bowling is classic - have a blast!

Keeps getting better, was my childhood bowling alley for league and a lot has changed but the pro shop I loved it.

Beer is expensive. Food good. Balls good.

Very poor communication from this place. I called ahead of time, asked them if the pro shop was open. Brandon on the phone told me they're currently open until 4 pm. Said I was on my way. Showed up to Bowlero, walked to the pro shop, to find the lights turned off and the shop locked up with a sign on the door that says closed on Saturday and Sunday. So thanks Bowlero for wasting my time today. I won't be returning. Someone internal should teach Brandon how to not give misinformation to customers.

We always have the best time here, for years now. Brian and the staff are so friendly and efficient and they always remember us! We love bowling and we also love when we get treated like friends when we go :)

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
