By far the best Bowlero we have gone to! Place is massive, lanes are in great shape, machines don't have issues often, staff is good, pro shop is good. Never an issue at this location.
Ok, this bowling alley is gigantic. It has 72 lanes, a pro shop, and a large game area. Also, food and a full restaurant. If you are into bowling, check it out.
We had a great time celebrating our holiday party. Top notch service from start to finish. Really nice job with everything, we were very happy with the entire experience.
Awesome place to have a birthday party. But this time, we had gone to simply enjoy an evening out. They usually are a little short on staff but they do their best to attend to every customer as soon as possible. Bowling here has always been a good experience.
Jesus at front desk/door was very grumpy and unfriendly. Bartender was extremely polite and friendly. She definitely needed help. It took about an hour to get a couple drinks and a snack. They need a runner. It shouldn't be the bartender or front cashier person leaving their post to deliver. It was clean. I did find a chicken nugget in my shoe so that was funny.
Loved that you can reserve online. We drove a few hours to meet friends there. So it was nice knowing we had a spot for bowling. I feel it was a little pricey. The only thing was we had an issue that the lane ate all our balls and wouldn't reset. We let the gentlemen know at the desk it wasn't working, he called for someone. We then let our waiter know and she called for someone. Then we went back to the front desk because it still wasn't fixed and that we had been waiting at least 20-25 minutes and we only
Never enough staff and this is why.... As an employee, management is terrible, there is no training, the GM has a bad attitude and terrible listening skills. 2 of the bartenders are related and the daughter of the oldest is territorial and messy. Extremely high turnover rate. I came in making good sales, nice tips, the customers are nice but the work environment is not. As a customer, I wouldn't recommend either. You will be waiting for a while just to get soggy nachos. Depending on the day you decide to b
The female manager was the rudest person I've literally ever met. Accused my friends ID of being false because it was from Texas without giving an actual reason for denying it after asking for another form of ID. I'm sorry she's never left this state but guess what, that's not a valid reason to deny someone, or have an attitude. This is the last time I'll be here and it's due to this entirely, because my friends and I are tired of her rude attitude ruining our nights. Corporate needs to check on this place
Great bowling place!! Good music, balls and lanes. The unlimited pass is unbeatable for what the place offers. Food portions are small :/
Not a good experience. This place was very understaffed. Waited in line just to get shoes for almost 20 minutes. They didn't have some of the sizes that we needed. When we got to our lane, our screen was not working. Our lane was not working either, and we brought it to the attention of the clerk. No one seemed to care. We sat at our lane waiting for help for almost 30 minutes before we decided just to ask for a refund from management. The manager was very pleasant. They need to hire more competent workers.
I Am The Coach Of The Mke Buccaneers An I Am Truly Disappointed At The Staff This Bowling Alley Is One Of The Places I Trust With The Kids An Thought It Was A Safe Place For My 11u To Enjoy They Victory But Instead The Night Get Turnt Upside Down With The Police Being Called On Kids We Were Told That We Could Order pizza an eat in the hall way but Jessi the manager so we did that peacefully so ig a new manger come and clock in an basically tell us we have to leave after not getting no accommodation from the
Jeremiah was an amazing host. His line was wrapped out of the door. He was still friendly and attentive. He's definitely a reason for my family to return. Thank you Jeremiah
My kids and I went to Bowlero to celebrate the end of the school year. My sister had gotten us a gift card so we decided to use it. When I arrived, we found out that the gift card had fraudulently been used and did not have any balance left on it. Jesus at the front desk was very kind and understanding as we tried to get the card to work and found out the issue. We were walking back to our car in the parking lot when Jesus flagged us down and told us to come back in. He had talked to his manager, and they l
Honestly, I've never even been to this location. But I have met the General Manager at a separate location local to Menasha called Sabre Lanes, hes here to make it better and he's doing an absolutely amazing job, and my god the people skills he's teachingthe employees is AMAZING!!!!!!!! His name is Joey. I had a few issues with a separate staff member not allowing us to fully redeem our benefits from our summer passes. Many of our local residents aren't very enthusiastic about the bowling alley being bought
This place is much bigger and nicer than I expected. Tons of lanes and it's been completely remodeled since I was here years ago. Much nicer look and feel throughout the whole space. Several bars and a nice arcade area to really enjoy. Prices are a bit more these days but what isn't?!? The music is a tad loud too but it's still a fun experience with the kids.
We held a small event here with some friends and were blown away by the service we got. Jasmine was amazing from checking in to getting our shoes and getting us anything we could've needed while we were bowling. It was really refreshing to get that kind of service and we all felt really appreciated and welcomed. We will definitely be back for our next bowling excursion! Plus the bar, food and arcade are all awesome as well. Thanks Jasmine for making this an awesome experience!
Brought my kids out to watch the game while they bowled and played in the arcade. We had so much fun. The kids enjoyed all the games and half off wings you can't beat. Jazz was very nice and great with kids. We will be returning soon.
My son and his Football team went to Bowlero with their coaches Sunday to celebrate a playoff victory when they went to order food, the person that was making the food had to leave with an emergency. They were not able to order any food so they talked to the manager on duty Jesse to see if they could order out pizza and eat quietly in the hallway, he said that would be fine and they could come back to bowl. They were eating their pizza in the hallway when another manager by the name of jazz came and saw th
Came here the day after Christmas as a last minute activity while in town, and so we could get a new ball. Saw the sign posted for $5.99 bowling Monday - Thursday. Asked the clerk and he said it was $10 for bowling and $5.99 for shoe rental for ?Holiday Pricing?. I asked him if he knew the sign was still posted to which he said ?Yup?. The sign remained posted while we waited for our ball to be finished. Ended up finding an establishment that wasn't falsely advertising.
We went here for a birthday party and man was I surprised. This place has been totally redone. New arcade room, huge screens above the pins, nice new flooring, everything looked great. The service was awesome if the party needed they servers were there getting whatever you needed. The pizza was pretty good. I was expecting old school bowling alley pizza but no this was pretty good. I would highly recommend going here and would definitely come back again.
I can't say enough great things about Joey Reyes, the General Manager at Bowlero. My granddaughter and I went there at a fairly quiet time during the afternoon, and Joey quickly took care of us, making us feel comfortable and providing a very pleasant experience. My 7 yr old granddaughter almost had a complete meltdown in the arcade after entering the wrong number of the prize she wanted from the game vending machine and Joey kindly and quickly fixed that for her. I never expected that from anyone and I al
Today we visited for the first time for my son's birthday! The whole experience was just awesome! This place is a top notch bowling alley! Their regular pricing is really pricey but I was able to redeem an awesome group deal that made it much more affordable! The staff was alot very kind and made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. We will definitely be back as long as they have these great Groupon deals!
Service here is always amazing. From the desk to the bar to the arcade. Jazz and Jesus are phenomenal. The server Ciara was very fast and respectful. Thank you all for an amazing outing.
It seems to be a trend that all the Bowlero houses are critically understaffed. The staff they do have works their tails off to try and provide a good experience, they are just overwhelmed.
Went bowling tonight with a friend. And I must say, the general manager Joey Reyes is an excellent GM. Very caring, extremely thoughtful and you can tell that he knows exactly what he was doing. I loved the flow of everything. Joey?s team was very well led. And it's crazy because before, there was only like two ppl working so I love that there was more ppl hired on. Great atmosphere for families.
Needs a lil more organization. Waiting excessive time for drinks and food contributes to patrons not having a great time. People will improvise and eventually adjust but ultimately many will view this establishment unfavourably as a result. My tip: add extra staff, expand the kitchen.....enough said for now, any more I am going to have to charge for consultation ??...but yeah fix that <~~~`and then no complaints
Great experience! Easy to reserve online. Joey made sure to check us in quickly. We'll be back!
Disappointed is an understatement. I spend $200 for unlimited bowling and 2 lanes. Both lanes didn't work. We had to switch lanes 2 times. With switch came long waits for someone to assist us. We order drinks and I watched the server (tall white man) spell my soda. Like actually putting is nose in the drink to determine if it was Dr. Pepper or Coke. I told him I didn't want those soda he put his nose in. He stormed off. So I canceled all of them. I couldn't trust the server. So my party of 8 bowled thirsty
Absurd prices and staff were not very helpful. I asked to combine some arcade cards together (pool the points and remaining value) and was told to wait for a manager. After over 30 minutes, he finally came over and told me they couldn't do that anymore. I ordered some fries for almost $8. With another very long wait, they came out with less than a small handful of fries that tasted like they were McDonald's fries that they had frozen the week before. It was a disappointment. Many arcade machines were down
My son was attending a birthday party at this location, and first impression walking in was amazing. This is easily one of the most fun and well put together looking bowling alleys I've ever been in and I cannot wait to bring my family back for more fun. The manager Joey was absolutely incredible, extremely professional, kind and accommodating. Birthday party was excellent and the staff really helped the kids have a great time between bowling and the arcade. I've been permanently won over, Bowlero in Tosa w
The customer service is terrible. Our lane malfunctioned five times during our unlimited bowling session. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for each maintenance call and only was able to play three games within the span of three hours.
I'm not really a fan of this location. The staff aren't very friendly, the bathrooms are gross, and the drink prices are ridiculous. It's a bowling alley, not a NYC nightclub. The food is also not good, even for a bowling alley. My expectations were low, and somehow, they underwhelmed me. If you just come here to bowl, I guess you'll have fun. Just don't eat, drink, or interact with staff.
I love it here..me and my family had a good time on mother's day..the front desk worker was very friendly and nice
Unique gave us an excellent experience and her customer service made all the difference! I will say the bowling ball hose are enormous like they're made for ogres, but otherwise we had a ton of fun!
It wasn't bad . I went for my friend birthday. The only thing I would say is the balls kept getting stuck. Other than that The workers were nice and the food was good and fresh.
Nothing major that stood out. I didn't partake in the arcade, so I can't really delve I to their prize system and quality of games. But the price for bowling is fairly pri es I think. If you break it down, you're paying maybe $1.50 per frame, including shoe rental. But nice place food looked great.
Bowlero Simple bowling. Lots of tvs. Similar to Round1 setup. Loud music. Bar. Food. Video games. Plenty of space. I do have to warn you about the food and bar. The line gets long and slow. Really. There is a mix of customers but everyone keeps to themselves. Don't look for trouble. 80% african americans but remember, this is Milwaukee. Still, it's a mix. Recommended
I had my sons at six birthday here. It has a fun Atmosphere with good music and clean! The staff was very friendly. Jazz made our experience amazing! She went above and beyond to make our night wonderful! We cannot give her enough complements. She is so kind and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again!
Really huge inside with 70 lanes between 2 connected buildings, everyone had a lot of fun. Food is a tad pricey but it exceeded my expectationsfor bowling alley food. Soft drinks are also pretty steep at $4 but there are free refills. Will go there again.
We had our son?s 10th bday party here. The kids had a blast. The food was good, and the service was very friendly and helpful. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The kids love the bowling?with bumpers?and that they got credits in the arcade. We loved that we didn't have to clean up! We will be back with our adult friends for a night of bowling.
Jaz is a very and well respectful employee!! we had no problems and this was literally the best experience we ever had ! We will definitely be back ! Thanks for all your service and helping us Jaz ! ??
The second time being here and great experience especially as they were hosting a tournament for over 30 schools and the way the staff was accommodating to the parents and kids was awesome. If you're looking for bowling alley with a lot of space, go here.
Worst service ever!!! How long does it take to deliver two drinks to a lane? I used their QR code, still waiting, it's been close to 40 minutes. I'm through two frames on lane 50. It was dead when we showed up at 6:30. I also had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the check in counter. Either get more staff or pay a bit more and get a staff that cares.
Jazz absolutely killed it on a busy Friday and did it with a smile! Don't think she stopped moving in the 4 hours in was there! Great job Jazz and team!
I love it here. The staff is always on point. The Alley samplers you can never miss on. You get a little bit of everything.
Laaaarge place. Lots of lanes. Well organized and well stocked if you don't have your own stuff. Prices are good and staff was great. Even the bar and food wasn't bad! Had a good experience and would bowl here again.
Even though we had a small group, laughs and fun were had by all
The unlimited bowling is nice, but if you're looking for a place to hang out and bowl and drink and eat this isn't the place. It took us probably a half an hour to order a second round of drinks after we stood at the bar for over 20 minutes waiting for the bartender that was helping people who?d gotten to the bar after us first. When we finally got our second round and got the alley platters we'd ordered, I was even more disappointed. I spent $35 on a platter that looked like cheap frozen food with very sma
As common courtesy often seems like a thing of the past & customer service appears to be a dying art form, I was so impressed with the service received from Jazz, the Assistant Manager here, I just had to leave a review. Despite being a busy Friday night, dealing with a surprise parking lot resurfacing, and Jazz being the only employee in sight for the first hour of our visit, she exuded kindness and professionalism. She managed to run the lane check in, the bar, food orders and deliveries without missing a
One of the nicest bowling alleys I've been to. On a Monday night you'll have a place all to yourself. Professional tournaments are hosted here, and great staff.
Bad business and poor customer service from management. Closing kitchen on a weekday 40 mins early is bad for business. Workers standing around . I will spend my money else where.
I couldn't find the activity of bowling enjoyable when the entire time there are videos being blasted in my face of whatever song is being played and some strange tik-tok videos being played next to them. I couldn't focus on the act of bowling--which I cam to enjoy. You can see in other reviewer's photos, these videos which are projected directly above the lanes take up more space than the actual bowling pins. Additionally, these videos throw a glare onto the lanes--making it nearly impossibly to see the li
Great place, lots of lanes, friendly helpful staff. We did have some issues with our ball return not working, but they gave us extra time to compensate.
Bowling was good! Price wasn't bad. Drinks were overpriced! Staff was super friendly!
Flew In from Florida..went bowling. When I tell you I had an amazing time that an understatement . Jasmine was amazing and very attentive. I will back. If you want a good night with friends and family you need to stop by here,
I can't speak enough about how amazing Jazz is. Really blew my whole group away with her positive attitude and attentiveness to the group.
This place is great! We couldn't find an open lane anywhere else, but they had some here and the staff is very helpful. We also had my son's birthday party here a few years ago and it was a blast. Their staff really seems like they care, which is hard to find these days.
There are many lanes available, but overpriced and overrated. The bowling lane stuck at leadt three five times when someone had to go to the other end of the lane and fix it. The food is mediocre, arcade games are bland. I do not think I will go back again.
Jazz was the best associate I have encountered at Bowlero. She served us with smiles the whole time. She definitely has great Christmas Spirit. Thank you Jazz for everything you do and are.
Had an amazing time. The lanes were great and the customer service was better! Jazz was amazing and helped us get lanes! Everything was easy and fun!
My family and I came here for a few hours of fun and that's exactly what we did. The food was good, the drinks were good. The bartender and manager were great, mgr even offered to help carry our food to the table. My kids had a better time than expected and I love seeing my mother smile and have fun. The food came out in a very timely manner. The only thing I can say is cashier taking the food order was off to the side and on her phone and didn't see me walk up. I stood there for a while until I got her at
My whole experience was the BEST thanks to JOEY !!! His attitude and willingness to help us was AMAZING ???????????????? I'll definitely be back because of him ???? (Side note he'll get the pic I posted????)
Always great bowling. Staff is wonderful. Clean environment. Fun times for all of us.
Many lanes, friendly staff; we always find availability, and have fun. However, this time, the seating was ripped at our lane. Also, the parking lot was being resurfaced, but there were no signs as to which entrance to use or where to park, so we had to circle around the building to find a way in.
Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had for my family and I. Especially a huge shoutout to JESUS the manager who was kind enough to attend to our needs and make it a memorable night. Thank you JESUS for everything will definitely be coming back!!
We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there August 22, it couldn't have been more perfect! The manager Joey was over the top incredible with making sure the room was perfect from being ready to decorate to making sure the temperature was good (it was warm and the air conditioning was not available to control on his end) he went and got 2 large floor fans to cool it down. He stayed near us to check on us of help was needed, he helped us out the flowers on the tables and got water for the vases, he told me if the

WARNING: if you suffer from migraines stay away. I haven't had a migraine in years, walked in feeling fine, and the darkness with the red/orange fluorescent lighting and subsequent glow was a trigger. Note to management, please look into your lighting. It may seem cool, but you are limiting accessibility to people who suffer from this condition.
Jazz was over the top amazing. She went above and beyond and assisted us with everything we needed.
This is the biggest bowling alley I've ever been too! Tons of lanes. Reasonable prices. Good food for a party. Attentive staff. Music was a little too pop-y for me. But what are ya gonna do. Haha. Big arcade room for the kiddos. Bar for the grown-o's haha.
Friendly staff for sure. Don't like that the place smells like marijuana and the smells is on our clothes! Sorry but will not be returning.
They have security that won't allow you to take any firearms, weapons, food or drinks inside and would thoroughly check you. The lanes and balls are not to bad.
The lane we were using was warped, kept pulling to the right. Tried to order drinks and food no one at the bar or the main desk. Employee looked right at me and walked by and didn't ask if I needed help or send someone to assist me.
Visiting from out of state. Took grandkids bowling. Employee, Jazz, she was great. Polite, helpful, friendly. She has fantastic customer service.
So, the food was pretty decent for being bowling alley food except for the pizza.the pizza rated 3 out of 5 stars and with the exceptional service rating six stars that averaged out to the five stars that we posted. Our server was Natalie and she was unbelievably friendly and cheerful and made our time there more than incredible.
I came up here on October 5th for a collegiate bowling tournament. Ordered a Dr. Pepper that was extremely flat. Took it back and waited over 35 minutes for another drink and it had a strong metallic taste to it. Later in the day I ordered a large fry and mozzarella bites. Over an hour went by, finally went to the counter and waited 10 minutes while the lady completely ignored me while putting on chapstick. Food came out and I asked if it was hot. Lady said it was hot she just cooked it. Lied right to my fa
Very great service for my group. Thank you Jazz.
If I could give negative starts I would. some of lanes were broken, they took forever to have us place food orders, customers service was extremely terrible. This was my first time back since 2017 and I can honestly say I'll never go again. Tried to get our money back for food we never got and they wouldn't give it to us. If you plan on wasting money go because that's the only thing that's it's good for.
Service was ok, had to wait 30 minutes to get our lane fixed. Asked multiple times for them to fix the lane.
Drinks expensive, little dirty for my taste. Bowling in the state tournament today, sticky substance in bowling, dirt and mop string in stairs to bowling area, and bathrooms needed a deep clean, 2 years ago Weston had snow and was much cleaner. Unfortunate for 1st time bowling here.
I wouldn't recommend them for a party event nor just regular dine in and bowl. My nephew and his team had the worst experience there while trying to enjoy a nice welcoming party for their accomplishments for their football team making state. They paid for Unlimited bowling spent well over four to $500. As they were trying to order food, they stated that they were not making pieces for the next two hours. They asked if they were able to bring in pizza. One of the employees stated yes once the Peace arrived t
Had a birthday party here last weekend and the staff was great!
Had my kids birthday party there and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they checked in with us multiple times during the event to see if we needed anything. They seem to be well prepared to host events. Definitely recommend!
1st..this is no reflection on the person running this weekends tournament. 2nd I sure hope he considers moving this elsewhere next year. Facility unprepared for very large college tournament. Oiling employee late to work so it delayed tournament by almost an hour..we were told water would be provided and there was none but we couldn't bring any water..Gatorade or soda into facility..but we did anyway because one side of the alley is hot as hell..if not one side it was the other. Should've had more employees
A bit frustrated. Normally I have a pretty good time while at Bowlero Wauwatosa. But as of late I feel like things have started going downhill. Upon arriving you are screened by a security guard in body armor. Scanning me and going through my bowling bag. The service has gotten really slow (which I don't necessarily blame them for as the employment situation right now is tough). The prices have gotten absolutely JACKED up! But what frustrated me the most was last night I went to get a few games in to try th
Sunday, I came to Bowlero with my son football team (11 yr olds )and coaches as well as a few other parents. Celebrating the fact that the boys are going to the championship!!Upon arrival it was immediately announced kitchen was closed for 2 hrs , due to cook having an emergency. So while checking in and speaking to Jesse ( said to be manager) I asked will a back cook be coming cause we have to feed these boys . He stated no.. after coaches and parents asked about ordering food Jesse stated we couldn't b
I was at Bowlero last night and the staff were so accommodating to me and my friends. The bartender was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful when I asked for suggestions. When our lane froze, the mechanic came out to the lane and explained that it would be a moment while he reset things in the back (this was a first and and an excellent example of the service I received. 10/10 will be back!
It was good experience and I will definitely love to go again
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
