I had an unpleasant experience with one of the older staff members which ruined my time there. What should have been an enjoyable time with my family turned out to be unpleasant. I will admit I was overly excited to be bowling with my family and started bowling before the bins were set, that's my fault. Complete remodel since the last time we were here. Super clean, new floors, arcade area. Lanes were challenging, staff was friendly and helpful. Got in some practice in a new environment. They eventually turned off the lights and had the black lights going with projectors on the background. Pretty slick. We prefer normal bowling but I'm sure people with kids love it. Definitely, worth a shot if you haven't been recently. Only downside is all Bowlero?s are pricey.

This is a late review; better late than never. Last month I had a las minute birthday celebration for a coworker. We had THE BEST experience. The entire Bowlero team was so great. Not what I was expecting honestly when it came to the ?cosmic bowl??..kinda underwhelming but it is what it is. The main floor was clean however the women?s bathroom smelled pretty bad? We recently hosted our company holiday party at Bowlero Waukegan and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. Kim and her staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was properly handled. The food was hot, fresh and flavorful. The lanes and facility were clean and well-maintained. It was a lot of fun and I highly recommend Bowlero Waukegan for corporate events or just a great time out with friends!

It was good, I guess. Clean, nice facility. A nice guy helped me & my kids find the best shoes. I was put off a bit by the high prices. It cost us about $40 to play one frame (me & 2 nine year olds) Maybe I'm out of touch, but that's an expensive 40 mins or so of creating memories that memories that could last a lifetime.

It is a Fun place for bowling. Special evening lighting adds excitement to games. Good to enjoy time with family. Friends or workplace teams. Pricing varies for day, evening and night times. Overall pricing is reasonable. It also has a video gaming arcade for kids.

Pretty good place with lots of lanes and arcade games. Best time would be a weekday I guess when they've less crowd. Would like to see if they wipe down the balls and benches before they open a lane. Friendlier front desk employees would definitely help.

If I could give it more than 5 I would, the staff give incredible advice on improvements to bowling and never rush at the end of the day, good food and if you're a regular like us they remember what you want which is always a plus, they have great attitudes and I enjoy if ever time I come to bowl

Had a great time bowling with my best friend of almost 20 years. We went an hour after opening. It was nice because no one else was there and we had a blast. The cartoons they displayed on the bowling screen are so cute. Military discount and very friendly staff. They also played older music with music videos on screen projectors. Was nice to see

First of all it's too expensive to come and play. $16 per person to start and then $10 a game per person. I am fro west coast visiting family and wanted to come out for bowling but won't be back. Environment is too old school, lanes are in fare condition but not worth $16 a person. Our lane broke down twice and had to wait a while to get it restarted. We spent almost $200 for a family fun which is little too much for couple of games of bowling. Customer service is not worth $16 per person. NOT COMING BACK A

Place is clean and spacious. Lot of parking. You can play bowling, billiards and arcade games.

New management. Needs to get with the post covid regulations. No water fountain only $3 bottle water no curtesy water. Couldnt order a pitch of drink with out ordering a family size combo. Even in the bar area when ordering alcoholic beverages which were good. Manager was hiding and not helping the one lady responsible for starting all games and cleaning shoes. This place has lots of weekday specials for cheap bowling and drinks. We went on a Monday night and payed $10.89 per person for unlimited bowling and shoes includes. Everyone had a blast and will def come again.

Over $100 for 4 people to play 2 games on 1 lane. $5 for a lemonade that was clearly a regular lemonade you can get anywhere. This bowling alley serves for tourists visiting the area and the prices reflect that. Been here twice after the remodel and the lanes were dry both times. We came for our daughter's birthday and got completely blown away with the staff the service and the food. Bowlero in Waukegan helped us host our Fraternity Reunion party. Manager (Kim) and her Team did an absolute AMAZING job with helping ensure our group had a fun time. Service was very bland- they gave a feeling like they were tolerating the customers because they had to, but seemed to be miserable working there. Extremely not satisfied because we were treated unfairly and in my opinion it was rude the way we got treated by the lady works in the front desk. Maybe she didn't like our accent!! But she was very rude. Her knowledge about treating customers or international customers is trash and racist. Of course I don't recommend people to go there if you'd like to be treated good go somewhere else.

My family went there on a Saturday evening around 8pm. Hadn't been in a while so we were surprised that the parking lot was nearly empty. It's usually packed with a short wait; this time it was barely 1/3 full. The food was great. The front desk service was not and the price for bowling was too high. The pin mechanism on our lane malfunctioned twice and we were told they did not have the staff to reset the pins. Its not a bad place the price, I was expecting it to be very expensive.The food was good & reasonably priced. The only issue I had was with the score monitor for our particular lanes, the letter keys were off. Update or fix the monitors & they'll get that 5th star. Overall it's a nice place for family fun!!

Bathrooms were EXTREMELY NASTY. Mozzarella sticks took 30 minutes to get. They automatically charge 18% gratuity when you order. There was a lot of internal miscommunication causing them to overcharge for a birthday package. Instead of refunding, they offered more food and beverages.

Staff is friendly and courteous. The food and alcohol taste amazing. The arcade has a nice selection of games. The atmosphere is nice and clean. If you decide to bowl here you're going to have a great time.

Great customer service, clean and stocked restroom. During cosmic bowl times it's a little dark. Late evening bowling you must go thru a metal detector.

The inside looks much better than the outside. Nostalgic feel to this bowling alley. Friendly staff, clean and not crowded. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is no food service and little understaffed. I definitely recommend and would come here again.

I bowl here every Tuesday for league play. Overall it is good. They do seem to be under staffed at times which is why they get 4 stars. I think the food for a bowling alley is actually pretty good. Good manager, very reasonable.

Clean, non-smoking place that doesn't limit the time. You only pay for the number of games played. They honored a military discount and we saw plenty of service members. We had a blast.

Modern bowling alley, surprisingly not a lot of space around the lanes. This became an issue when watching competition bowling.

This location has improved leaps and bounds since the last time I was here. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It's the perfect place to throw a party for your kids or for yourself!

Got here when they opened on Sunday, greeted by several friendly staff and it was very enjoyable experience. Took my 4 year old son bowling for the first time and they were very helpful and accommodating.
