We have been to this location several times and are always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and courteous staff. We just went to a birthday party there and had a really great time. It is truly a family friendly environment and the food is delicious. The operations manager, Brendan, really stood as being professional, friendly and on point with making sure we had everything we needed. Very impressed!
Nice bowling alley! Prices kinda snuck up on me though. Its kinda weird how you pay to bowl. You pay per person each game plus 5.99 for shoes. I had 4 people 3 games came up to $ 160. So pay attention to how many games your playing. Bowling alley is very nice the employees are nice! Bartenders are great! I would come back even to just sit at the bar for a couple of drinks.
Took my spouse & my kid to Bowlero for the first time last night, 1/4/25 at 7pm. It was our first time there & it will be our last. I understand that everything is more expensive these days, but to spend $50 for only 1 game on 1 lane is unnecessarily expensive. It's $10.49 per person, per game and $5.99 shoes per person. I understand that it was 7pm on a Saturday, so I sort of expected it to be a bit higher prices than, say, mid-day on a Tuesday. But $50 per game is just not worth it. It makes sense why the
Awesome atmosphere and clean as can be. Tons of great tvs, comfortable tables not those old style booth seats at alleys. Great lighting. Alley, bar and bathrooms incredibly clean. No typical stale bowling alley smell; probably because of of hardwood flooring, not carpet. Food at the bar was great including delicious flat bread. Bartenders Myriah and Megan were great and manager Brendon was very helpful sharing details on their unlimited bowling features. Nice arcade to keep the kids busy as well with a rang
This place is ran well. Family Friendly with great daily deals. Okay music, great vibe Does get packed, so come early. The bar has a great menu drink. Cons Day shift management is bossy. There wasn't a bartender when I was there, so I didn't get a drink. If they turned the lights down and cracked up the music this place would be a hit.
I went here for my birthday with my family and we had a blast. They do have groupons, but they don't let you use it for 24 hrs. So make sure you read the fine print. The place is a little pricey on their drinks, but they had great customer service, great atmosphere, and good food!! I really had an amazing experience and would choose this place again!!
I had my son's 7th birthday party and everything was great. Good communication setting up the party and on the day of the party. Employees refilled the drinks and food. The kids enjoyed bowling and the arcade.
Everyone is so nice here! Great atmosphere and very clean. We will be back!
I've came twice and I'll gladly return. Staff has been courteous each time, they keep the lane areas tidy and the atmosphere definitely feels like a bowling alley.
Stopped by to check out the Arcade, didn't bowl. The Arcade is unmanned, which was fine. You get your playing card from a machine and enjoy the fun! There were some games that said unavailable, but there was a wide variety and range of ability that the experience was still fun. The card collects the awarded points. You redeem points at an unmanned prize machine. Easily visible with points per item. A variety to choose from. We decided to save ours for next time. We will be back and maybe next time bowl too
I rate this place 5 stars! Mariah our server is so sweet to me, and my family! She has become my friend! Meaghan, and Kami are awesome bartenders too!
Join a league! It's a little on the pricier side unless you join a league which are priced pretty reasonably and give you nice discounts. The bowling alley is always clean and well kept up with as well as modernized. Good food in the kitchen and great bar staff.
The bowling alley was crowded during the time I went but my party was processed quickly. The bowling alley was clean and all lanes were in working order. I didn't order any food but the drinks were reasonably priced and good. There was a good mixture of music. The decor was nice there are a few arcade games and a little lounge that you can sit in away from the lanes. We didn't bowl on any special so we had a party of 5 and bowled 2 games with shoe rental and it was roughly $100.00. It is probably more pract
Oh boy what a blast this was!! Loved the place, clean ?? like mom clean, for families, just friends, girls night out !!! Getting season passes to come with my three men on weekend nights!!! Worth it??
It is very clean and the lanes are well maintained. They have an arcade and bar. The food is just okay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to autistic kids. They have light sow bowling, bumpers, and ramps for the little ones. A perfect fun affordable family outing. I definitely recommend!
Awesome place the lanes are well taken care of. On busy nights it can get pretty warm, not much airflow. Balls range from 14 to 6. The lanes have a pretty easy to understand console to help you navigate through diffrent options, plus 2 and 1/2 pages of themes to choose from. The staff is super friendly especially the bartender, super cheerful. The food is probably a 3 star at the best for bowling food, it's pricy for how it taste. There is an arcade but my group didn't use it, not complaining having the ext
My autistic son bowls every Thursday with a special needs group. The staff is the best and the facility is wonderful.
Fun atmosphere, friendly service. Great place to spend time with family and friends.
AS OF TODAY, 1-20-25, Bowlero watauga has removed all lower drink price options. Minimum price for mixed drink is now 8.00 instead of 5.00. They won't fix machinery. They have issues with lanes every week. Food is struggling to be correct and hot. Now they want to raise drink prices. I'm guessing they just have too many bowlers and want some of us to go somewhere else. Wish granted. Well we've had league since June and on 4 separate occasions, the lanes? computer or mechanisms malfunctioned hindering p
It was a very clean place. Only thing is that it is super expensive. The Pro shop is really nice and the owner Stephen is very friendly and helpful. I plan on getting my equipment from him. Bowling balls that is. Also maybe some accessories here and there.
Family had a great time on a rainy weekend our first time inside it was fun. Keisha was awesome I like the summer bowling package
Celebrated three milestone birthdays at Bowlero today. We had an awesome time and the staff was super friendly and helpful and assisted us in many areas. I would definitely return here for any other type of celebration. Unexpectedly we did not have to clean up or put our balls away. That was going to be taken care of by the very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this cool and fun place!! Keep up the great work
Monika B at the bar is terrible. Both bartenders ignored me while they talked. When I finally got my beer, Monika B decided it was a good time to catch up and left me waiting for my check while she filled 5 more orders. The room next to the bar is amazing ( if you ever get your drink) and worth waiting an hour in until a lane's available.
This place is non-smoking, super clean environment and definitely family friendly. Staff had great customer servive. Prices were great..... unlimited games 1.5 hours of bowling for $15.00. I will be back
There was a over an hour wait but we had some fun with the arcade and food and drinks. 2 hours of bowling with 4 games was exciting and fun for our group of 9 ppl!
Visited this location while traveling from Houston for a basketball tournament. Staff was friendly and the bartender (Elisha?) was the best.
Affordable bowling. We do leagues here as well and it's a great crowd. Staff is very friendly.
Came with a groupon with my family.we had a great time we will definitely be returning
Bowling was great and prices were fair, but i feel they should charge less for kids. I'm giving it four stars because the food we ordered never came. After 45 minutes we asked where our food was, but the order had gotten lost. It happens, but the employees did apologize.
I liked it, friendly staff, good hot food, good drinks too! Clean and well kept. ??
Love this place. Friendly staff, nice lanes, very clean and well kept.
If you ever want to have a party these people not only decorate for the Graduation but the food was great and the staff was excellent. And the bowling was so fun. Thank you!!!
Came here on Tuesday night, and it was packed! Staff was friendly and helpful. I got a drink from the bar which was way overpriced, but overall, had a good time.
The counter staff were super nice and let us know what was the best deal before we played. Very thankful for them and whenever the lane had issues, they were extremely helpful and on it. Lanes available on walk in. The bad is it's just over priced for what it is. Bowling for unlimited was 90$+ for 3. Otherwise it's like 11$ per person, per game. plus shoes cost another 6$ to rent per person. If you reserve a lane online they charge a fee. A double crown is 18$ which is absurd so three for 54$. Bar tab w
Excellent facilities always a good time staff is top notch.... that said they could use some more arcade games and maybe fix the pool tables so we don't have to big the front desk every time we go in to pool it up...
Good luck getting a lane if you aren't in a league. 3 separate times I've tried at different times and days and have been turned away each time despite the fact that there appeared to be a plenty of open lanes.
Seems the only way you can play here is if you join a league or go late at night after 9 pm. When we did get in it was extremely over priced for an hour of basic bowling.
Looks nice in there but there is not many acarde games to play and some of them don't work as well
Fun! Would recommend! They have deals on certain days/times! Clean, friendly.
Mediocre experience. Bowling is overpriced in general, so I can't knock them much there. Where I can knock them is on management and current configuration. Our food order was apparently "never submitted," even though we received the drinks from said order. We had to ask them 3 times to correct the alotted "paid" lane time to reflect what was paid. They corrected the time twice... incorrectly, and then seemed to finally understand. My biggest gripe is the new layout. It's terrible. There's no seated area
Very Cool place, staff Are very friendly and Are willing to go the Xtra mile to take care of you.
We hosted our sons? 12th and 14th combined party here, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The Varsity party package included 2 hours of bowling, 3 buffet-style entrees, 2 buffet-style sides, unlimited soft drinks, a cookie cake, shoe rental, $10 at the arcade/guest, $5 gift card favor for each guest, and some decorations. Food was delicious and made fresh when we arrived, the managers were SO helpful, pitchers of drinks were refilled quickly, and the kids had fun! (Oh! And we took the leftover food hom
Meadow and Taylor were awesome!! Good place to bowl and hang out!!
I used to take my kids here a long time ago. We just came in on my daughter's birthday a couple weeks ago and saw all the updates. It's so nice! The game room is awesome and the grill, bar, and lane areas look great!
I have never encountered such friendly staff in awhile. The staff was incredibly attentive, so sweet, and welcoming. They were short staffed when we went on a Sunday but you couldn't even tell and they were super apologetic but they did not need to be because it wasn't their fault. I hope other customers reciprocate the kindness as these folks have created a wonderful place to have fun and celebrate small parties. Thank you Bowlero of Watauga!
Had a great time at bowlero today. It was very chill, nice music, clean and welcoming. Brendon was a great help! He answered all of our questions about summer pass and bowling league and even gave additional tips on the $5 arcade cards. He was extremely friendly and we got the sense that he truly cared about customer experience. We will definitely be back!
Cannot see markers in the dark... clerk would not turn the lights on,and we are the only one here.!?!? Was a one star but owner corrected the lighting for us. Everything else is very nice about this place. I recommend glowing markers for cosmic mode.
It was fun, good environment but prices were crazy high, customer service was great but kitchen was a bit unorganized and didn't communicate well with each other. Overall it wasn't bad.
Nice location for plenty of lanes .I got good deal from Groupon which was worthy of paying my kids and their friends enjoy a lot We order pizza it was good too .Over all very good experience
We had a date-night here and had a blast! Staff was friendly, food was good, music rocked, and the facility was clean (this means a ton). Def will return soon for another fun filled date night!
A fun place to bowl & play arcade games. It was very clean & family friendly. Had previously attended Special Olympics events here and decided to go for a family fun day and no regrets! Check it out.
We went in my husband's birthday, during the middle of the day on Saturday. The staff was rude, and the lanes kept messing up. We had to keep resetting the pins. The balls were not coming back and kept getting stuck. We went during the day so we could see the markers, but they just turned off the lights so hard to see markers, and the music and base were so loud it hurt my kids' ears. What's with all the tvs so many distractions above the lanes. We only stayed for 1 game, and we left and went to a different
Came on a friday night and this place was crowded! Cost was around $20 (with rental) for unlimited bowling and their drink prices aren't too shabby either. Family friendly bowling alley. Staff did not seem to care when we needed assistance though. Would still come back here to bowl.
It had good arcade options and 30+ bowling lanes. Overall had a fun time with family there.
I personally had a great time here. It's been revamped a lot, and it smells/looks/bowls much nicer. I do miss it being called Brunswick though, but that's besides the point. The price was good for the 6 person party we had, the balls/shoes/lanes were nice, the food and drinks were good, and the arcade was fun. Great date or family spot.
My family and I wanted to bowl at Main Event, but there was a 2 and a half hour wait. So I remembered that I had been to Bowlero several years ago, so we called and gave them a try. Not only was the wait much shorter, but the prices were also much cheaper. Bowlero offers specials late at night that include shoes and unlimited bowling until closing that are fantastic! We already went twice in one week! Bowlero is fantastic!
Nice and clean. Lanes oiled frequently. Look online for the specials. We haven't tried the food, so I can't speak to that but the bowling was great.
We had so much fun. We'll spent family time.
Came for a charity event and will be back. Clean approaches and we'll oiled lanes.
Really fun place. I like what they have done with it. The server we had was excellent. We had a kids birthday party. Not only did she make sure they were taking care of but all the adults and their needs too.
Great customer service and the kids loved it
This place needs a revamp on the outside. Inside has been redone. The cost for 2 people for 1 game on a Saturday night was $35. So the pricing has definitely went up the past years.
Very disappointed..i have bowled off and on here for 20 years.it was much better as watauga lanes. we went there last Wednesday on all you can bowl night.they were short handed.they had one bartender working 2 at desk and a lazy manager that didnt help at all.what made me the maddest was i was charged a covid admin fee of 3% which manager with his cocky attitude said pretty much what about it,i asked what it was for and if it was legal,he responded for keeping all their locations open and all the extra sani
The service was amazing. While bowling and in the arcade, staff members walk around to see if you need anything. Everyone was smiling and seemed happy to be there. It was a great experience.
We have been going there every Wednesday for a good while. Bowling is a great activity when it's too hot outside to do anything else. The place is usually really busy but we almost never have to wait for a lane. The staff is great, the food is good and the bar is open.
A nice version of the modern bowling alley, with a few problem areas. I haven't stepped in here since it became a Bowlero, but I was pleasantly surprised when I finally did. The layout is very modern, with a "food truck" for eats and a somewhat modern arcade. My party and I waited comfortably for a lane on leather seats next to a "fire" ( on an LCD screen) after grabbing drinks from a wide open bar. Once we got a lane, setting up names was easy, and everyone found a good ball to use without issues. Unfortu
Most of the songs are too inappropriate for kids.. literally back to back. All of us adults were looking at eachother in distaste. They play the music videos on the screens which is the biggest issue. Supposed to be a family environment, but the vulgarity, nudity, and satanic images in these songs are disgusting. Idk if its always like that or what. Good things i can say otherwise is the staff was very nice, food decent compared to other bowling places, clean and liked the decor/vibes... but its not eno
I couldn't have asked for better treatment from the staff. 11/10. The manager (Brandon) introduced himself and shook my hand while setting up our lane and treated us amazingly throughout the night. Food and environment was great and enjoyable.
Great place to bowl. Not too expensive. Always have fun with the wife and kids.
I live in Mineral Wells, and my son had his Special Olympic Bowling here. It was a very nice bowling alley. It was crowded, but that was to be expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I give it a 4 star is because the area that we had to stay in was really narrow, not much elbow room to walk, and the restrooms weren't very clean, other than that, it was a nice place. But a BIG shout-out goes to The Bowlero in Watauga for hosting the Special Olympic. Thanks for having us.
Very old lanes, but no steps. I use a wheelchair and if the lanes had more space, it would be perfect. I had to wait about 30 minutes to bowl. They had league Bowling on most lanes, but had a few set aside for open Bowling. I was on lane 1 and it worked really well. Any other lane would have been very difficult.
Staff is awesome!! Very clean, a big arcade and tons of lanes for bowling! Never have had to wait for a lane long if at all!
Family fun center with bowling, arcade, and pool tables. Also features food and bar. Overall pretty clean facility but bumpers and some areas show their age.
Good food. Fun games. Lots to do
Y?all. We had a party there this weekend for our granddaughter and oh emmm geee. The facility was incredible, but that wasn't the best part. Kami with a K did a PHENOMENAL job hosting us and making sure we had everything we needed. The party package offered SO MUCH too! As an adult, I'm ready to have my bday here!!!
This place has been remodeled and it looks (and smell) great! Game room has been expanded too.
Fun, clean spot for bowling and arcade! Family friendly, lots of music and TV screens.
Had a great time. The restroom was clean, but lacking a changing table. Staff was quick to start cleaning up the tables when other would leave. The kitchen was a little slow. Had to wait just about an hour for our food to come to the lane.
Not very happy with the quality of the $20 pizza?s they sell here. Not one of the kiddos thought it was good. In fact they described it tasting like ?cardboard?. Another thing was that we had a pretty large group, and lanes were open to have us split up and have two lanes (we had 8 in our group, 4 of which were kiddos) and they insisted they were doing ?all you can bowl? night and that we couldn't have the two lanes. We ended up getting the one next to us, but I wasn't pleased with the fact that we couldn't
They charge per person, per game, except for Tuesdays. It gets expensive, fast, so be careful when you're having fun here. Also, they have you wait in line to check-in (reasonable) and check-out when you're ready to leave, so don't expect leaving to be at your own pace. The balls and pin equipment are so old and not maintained very well. The computer tried to cheat me on the first round by giving me 3 pins to start. When I asked an employee to restart she accused me of stealing even though the computer show
A little more for bowling than I'm used to paying but nice environment and no glitches!
Have been here a couple times specifically for the New Years Eve setup. Always great service and everyone seems to have a great time. Can't beat the 4 hour New Years Eve party pack!
Clean facility and for the most part the staff is eager to help. If you do need a managers assistance just walk to the tables bu the food area. While we were there she only got up to stretch her legs. Otherwise she sat there and chatted up another worker I assume. They would however periodically use their radio to call for help at the desk when the line got really long...
It was such an awesome experience. Place looks amazing inside and all the staff were completely awesome the young lady and the gentleman at the counter we're so knowledgeable helpful and kind and caring. I used to go there when it was Brunswick when I was a kid. The inside revamping is just awesome. Thank you so much my son and I had a wonderful time definitely will be coming back.
Hadn't been in years, hesitant to go because of crowds, but made a reservation online and it was a great time. Got our lane no problem and they catered to whatever we needed! Never had to go to the bar for drinks or food, they came to me. Even gave us some free game coupons!
It was so much fun today for the entire family! The staff was very attentive and friendly! They did a really great job with the opening. We will be returning! The only suggestion I have is to put a baby changing table in the second bathroom as as a trash can in the bathroom with the changing table.
Fun time, normally pretty clean and not too pricey. Really nice staff
Fun place! No wait on a Sunday night! Pizza was ok. Drinks were EXPENSIVE! I can't justify paying $5 for a soft drink even if it is with free refills? loaded fries were delicious! One of our lanes did keep jamming up so main reason why I'm not giving 5 stars. Other than that, great place to have fun with the family!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
