Customer Reviews

Absolutely great customer service! I took my nieces here and hoped for a good experience with them. This place did not disappoint. I did not expect this kind of service at a bowling alley. We were greeted with friendly smiles and we had a personalized sign at our lane with my name on it. They had a server come to our lane promptly. Our server was very kind and helpful. We ordered our food and when it came out, they accidentally gave us buffalo wings instead of regular. Our server explained the mistake, gave

A friend and I went to check out the pro shop Not realizing, it was not open on Saturday. So we decided to bowl a game. We got our lane, And right next to us was a group of young girls. They stood constantly in the lane. Approach often drifting into our lane approach, making it difficult for us to bowl. A few times we had to throw off into the gutter to keep from hitting the girls or we had to stand and wait until they would finally leave our approach to bowl, only to find them. Jump back into a lane and m

Took my family out for my bday to play a couple games of bowing and we had a blast. It was calm and not too busy which I'm fine with. Towards the end of our game our lane started glitching out and the pins were not being dropped properly the mechanism would drop 1-2 pins and when it went to clean up the knocked down ones and put the upright ones down again it would just sweep all the pins and never put any back down. Thats when we decided it was time to pack up and leave. The prices have really gone since i

I really enjoyed my self last night i didnt bowl my children and their spouses did but i enjoyed the drinks the fish bowl was 10 out of 10 i would recommend good service staff was great friendly and polite the waitress checked on us every 10 minutes very sweet girl I will be returning again in the near future what a great night I recommend this for a good time place was nice and clean too thanks for a good night

We bought our passes for Bowlero tonight. Something and THE ONLY thing to do in Visalia. I had family visit for the night so we wanted to do something fun. Yet it was closed for an event and they failed to mention or post online/ website that Bowlero was closed for a private event. We weren't allowed to even play arcade games. You guys need to let everyone else know when it is closed off to the public not just a sign on the door that would still make us drive there and make us waste money for nothing either

Loved the service and all the employees were super nice, helpful, and friendly, except for one employee (male) with long hair who wouldn't say excuse me. I would definitely come back, but we gotta get that guy manners classes

Hot inside during march, the order was messed up and one completely forgotten. The lanes kept messing up, which took time out of our absurdly expensive game play, and i had one last bowl. The timer went off and shut our game down. Don't recommend it unless you have over 200$ to throw away for, just bowling for 4 people. Not including any food or drinks.

I've been here before to bowl and for other shows. But on Oct 22,2022 there was an amazing Trunk Or Treat event with lots of Lowrider cars, Vendors and so many kids dressed up in their Halloween costumes. This place was the place to be. Thanks for all the people who helped organize and helped sponsor to make this happen and safe for everyone who attended.

Very clean. Good food. Great customer service but very dated. Great location for family fun!

The game missed up. The worker didn't do anything. The 1st time I went.. my son had to go and they moved us. The bowling is priced high fun if you have money.

This place was awesome to have my daughter's 15 year birthday party here. So much food and the service was excellent. Our party hostess and the manager made sure everything ran smoothly. They announced her birthday and played her favorite song and even had the whole bowling alley singing Happy Birthday to her. All her friends had fun. Well worth the money to make this 15 year celebration memorable. I highly recommend for a special year birthday. Thanks Bowlero

We had our 3rd annual Christmas Bowl-a-thon at the Bowlero Visalia and Naomi was our party host. She was wonderful! Very attentive and continuously asked us if we needed anything during our 2 hour party time. Very friendly and quick with any requests we had. A great time was had by all!

Moved lanes three times before giving up and heading home. Seems like every lane is broken other groups were having similar problems. Pinspotter button might as well not exist, does not do anything on multiple lanes we were on. Two stars only because the staff was great. Tried to help us and move us but it just did not work out.

I bowled a league here last summer and quite a bit of tournaments also, it's very clean and well kept. The staff are very kind, taken care of and resected well. Nice place to bowl!

Robbie was the best on this very busy night!!! He stopped by to check on us constantly and made sure that we were doing good. Exceptional service. He went above and beyond. 10/10 would come again. He ensured that my family & I enjoyed our evening out, celebrating a birthday. Thank you much Robbie!!

IF I could give half a star I would as Bowlero in Visalia is a HORRIBLE BOWLING ALLEY!!!! The lanes are ALWAYS breaking down. The pin setter only works occasionally. The drink and food prices are outrageously high. Only decent thing about the place is that the staff are pretty friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Awesome environment and food is great. Monster cookie sundae is to die for. Yummy

The bowling alley was fun, and the food and drinks were good. Staff were helpful and polite. I gave it a 4 star bc the entrance was littered with trash, and the bin was spilling over. The arcade games were expensive. You have to pay for a card to load with credits, and on top of that, they charge you to use your debt card. Lastly, on all food orders and drinks. Each time we ordered something, an 18% service charge fee was applied. So for two ppl, two games, one shoe rental, a pizza, a sampler, three drink

Have to say by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had showed up at 12:30 as a birthday trip with family and friends. From the very start lanes didnt work for over a hour and a half they kept trying to fix. Rather than just giving us new open lanes that were available we were forced to wait each time the game stopped working. They were nice enough to extend time but at some point waiting nearly 2 hours to bowl 8 rounds is pretty crazy for paying over 200$. To top things off however we were kept on

We took a group of students here and they had a great time. The staff was helpful and kind.

My husband and I brought our daughter in for what I thought would be her first time bowling today, but instead it didn't turn out that way. Upon arrival we noticed that the bowling alley looked pretty empty, and after approaching the counter we learned that only 4 lanes were being used on a SUNDAY. The employee at the counter offered to put us on a waitlist, then proceeded to tell us that there were 5 groups ahead of us, and that she didn't know how long the wait would be. The reason that was given for only

Very happy about my experience!! This was my first time bowling here, and I was actually invited thru the Kiwanis Club for the Bowlathon and my entire experience was AWESOME!!! The place was very cool!! The lighting and environment was really nice!! And the place was very clean!! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back!!

Staff team building day at Bowleros!!! We had the place to ourselves. The staff was very accommodating and respectful! Pizza, popcorn chicken, tater tots, and cheese sticks...Oh My!!! We only used for lanes. The only thing was there aren't any bowling balls for big men. I used an XL 12# ball. The tips of my fingers guided the ball towards it's collision course. I wish there had balls with bigger finger holes. Great place to chill.

The balls are wearing out a lot, balls often stuck under. Service is great though.

Great atmosphere, great food. Kids love it here! We've had several birthday parties at Bowlero, from age 7 to 17, and they take care of everything. Fun for kids and super convenient for parents!

Our experience was fun! Very clean, good music. I wish we didn't have to watch jumani 3 times, haha, so maybe different movies would be nice, but it was nice to have in the background regardless! Orange lighting was a tad bit too orange, just in my opinion. The food was decent, and the arcade was fun, albeit a tad pricey. However, the staff was so attentative and kind! Will be going again ??

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, everything worked, food was meh, but the people cooking and serving were way good, so I guess it evens out.

Absolutely dreadful experience.. we waited I understand because there wasn't any lanes open which is normal but when we got to our designated lane # 2 the screen graphic were skewed. Furthermore, we were with our toddler to have some fun right wrong. Frist we asked for the bumpers it took them a while until I got someone's attention to help us out and set them. Secondly, right as I sat down I felt I fell through supposed couch it freaked me out and it startled me that I did not have a safe or decent placed

It's a great place to take the whole family out for a night of fun arcades bowling food drinks they even got a adult drinks you know we on this is the place to be something for everybody and doesn't cost you a lot

We had a blast for my sons 11th birthday good food great games good environment serves was off the chart 10 stars

Bowlero Visalia, we had came here for my granddaughter's 19th Birthday Party ???? ?? Khloe & her best friends & her mama & papa & me & a friend of the family. We really did enjoyed the ?? bowling & the food was so delicious & yummy! Plus the soft drinks ?? & the staff of (young lady's) was so freaking "AWESOME"!!! Because our ? balls would get stuck & the pins also & they would actually go down the lanes & clear the balls & pins or reset the game! ?? Great Job!!! To all of the staff members you made her b

They remodeled this place not too long ago but they couldn't even spring for the automatic bumpers? Holy crap.

Bowlero is a pretty good place for your bowling needs. Fairly clean, okay staff, lots of lanes, pricing could be better. However, if you want to go bowling, it's a great place for it. The only issues I've had are lack of bowling balls in smaller sizes for kids and the staff being overwhelmed with customers. However, those issues are very minor and have never made my visits unpleasant. The lanes sometimes have technical issues with the screens glitching out, but you're still able to bowl regardless. Overal

Vibes are always good but the pin setters & ball machines get jammed/stuck quite often. We've also been over charged for games, food & drinks we never ordered.

It was SOOOO fun and the drinks were really good! Had a blast both bowling and using the arcade games!

Had a great time bowling and playing at the arcade! Amazing service! :)))

Good lanes, they do have food, it is a good time for the family.

Bowling, arcade games, bar, food/drinks. Music playing and funny videos or sports also playing while you bowl. Staff was friendly and engaging. You could play alone or with friends and family and it's a fun atmosphere for everyone. Call ahead for larger parties or to reserve in advance. Hand sanitizer dispensers are all over but surfaces are not cleaned often, this place is very busy so I see how it can be difficult to wipe down surfaces constantly so take your own wipes if you're concerned. Check website f

Great service from the staff bought a deal that included 3 games, shoe rental, and a 5 dollar arcade card for like $27, I think... I really enjoyed my burger and fries, really tasty ...overall a great time ..

It's nice to be free to play again. Lil is a fantastic person to plan your league. BUT they are price gouging with beer and food prices. $17 for 2 domestic beers. $17 for some not-so-great nachos. Eat before you come and carry your flask.

It was decent, way over priced if you pay without a coupon.

We were cut off several minutes early with one frame left in the game, and the lane was out of order for about 30 minutes of our time.

I'd like to thank Naomi for her excellent hosting service. She's was so polite to my kids & i & patient when it came to us ordering our sampler & drinks. She also went out of her way to find a ball for my daughter to bowl with.

Naomi is amazing! She went above and beyond for me and my family! She was so fast and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for having amazing servers

Service, food and drinks were great. We had a lot of fun, However it was 160$ for 4 games with 4 people. I was astounded at the cost and unfortunately can't afford to go back.

I love to bowl friendly staff great experience

Great service! Had fun!

This is a great place to bring friends and family. When we were recently there we had a server named Naomi. Great service and made it a fun experience for all of us she was fast and made sure we had everything we needed.

Naomi is the best, she made sure we had everything we needed and more, definitely the best service we have ever had. She made my family feel welcome and we're excited to visit again.

Great place to enjoy with your family. Come and check it by yourself. Excellent atmosphere. Come ready to beat your opponent ??

Wow they charged me 111.88 for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 games if I would?ve known they were gonna eye gouge I would of went to tachi or Kc bowl never stepping foot in this establishment again especially with the games getting interrupted and trying to find someone to fix it

Called 4 times. Rang for 5 minutes each time and no one answered. Edit: I didn't actually come before. Because I had called and no one answered. But I went to the bowling alley. This place is awesome. Changed the rating from 1 to 5 stars. They still dont answer the phone. But as far as a bowling alley goes they do an amazing job. Great food and amazing deals. Good AC (important for bowling in the central valley.) overall awesome atmosphere. Cool place.

Such a shame they can't keep the lanes functional and they don't accommodate the handicapped Special People who have this activity available. They are rude and very disrespectful to this group who enjoy their "league" just like regular leagues & people. Very disappointed in their "community" attitudes. It's a shame there's only the one alley in the area for these handicapped people to enjoy.

A little dated but fun! The balls roll straight. Lol

This bowling alley has good space, looks updated, parking lot is large. They need more people working to handle all the lanes. Food orders took at least 30 min to arrive. Service was very friendly even with the staff being over worked. We had a bad lane, #3 wasn't great. Our balls kept getting stuck, the pins were not resetting correctly. Because of the understaffed it took at least 5 minutes to get it going again. We needed help at least 6 times. With little ones it can be hard to wait.

Staff is very friendly and easy going. Answered all our noobie questions without making us feel like noobs.

Had so much fun with only $30 spent 4 hours in there with two kids

Wow, so expensive $167.00 just for two games so we play 6 persons and they charged us two game per person. Hello how is that they charge each person per game if all 6 were playing in the same game including the shoes. We play like for an hour and a half. They change that way they just to do it. Back then not too long ago it was by time and it was cheaper.

This place is ridiculously expensive and not worth it. Equipment is outdated to where you have to have bumpers up all or none, but the worst part is it doesn't even track scores right. Gives strikes when there are pins left up. The child ramps are awful. Do yourself a favor and drive to Lemoore to Tachi palace. State of the art equipment and so much cheaper. Delicious food too. This place is not worth the prices at all. $90 for a family of 5 to bowl one game!

Naomi is a great server. love her positive attitude. Always a joy to come in when we see her. Really awesome employee you guys have.

This place is just a hot mess!! Management asked for a reason regarding my negative review. This is some of what you can expect. This lane has been like this for at least 2 weeks...stay tuned

Nice place. They updated their food menu and so the food is really good now.

Great atmosphere!! Love drinking and eating here while bowling aswell. If you need help getting your first bowling ball, make sure to go into the pro shop. I don't remember his name, but I and a couple of friends got our bowling balls fitted the same day . Our curves are nasty . Thank you, sir!!!

Priciest bowling I've ever had, and I don't know why. They had to change me lanes because the first lane kept keeping the balls. They didn't have any kiddie balls for my 4 year old. The bumpers were the ones that stay up the entire time. The workers are really nice at least.

Robbie took care of my party of 12 plus extras all by himself and was AMAZING!! We felt so bad ordering this and that but his attitude and overall service was just extraordinary! Although this was just a regular family night out at a bowling center, Robbie really paid great care and attention to us. We came on an unexpectedly busy Sunday night and we watched him scramble around our lane (lane 1) to the end of the whole building and he still delivered our drinks and snacks on time. He did such an amazing job

This was the best evening I had with my nephews They always played bowling on there game I came from Atlanta and stopped by The fine ladies check on us constantly and made sure that we were doing good it is truly Exceptional service They went above and beyond would definitely come back again They make sure that my nephews are enjoying the evening Thank you so much Will see you soon

4.5 Went out on date night to celebrate ?? our anniversary with my husband, just the two of us. We were there for an hour or a little over an hour. And we just got a couple of drinks ????????????????, and we played the arcade games. We spent $175, a little prizey for date night for 2, for drinks and arcade games for an hour or so. But the staff is very polite and friendly ??. I love the hours of operation and that it's a family-friendly place. ?? So I will consider going back.

The start of our family reunion was here at the Bowlero.

1/28/23 The General Managers Liz and Rob are amazing! Excellent Customer services. I never leave reviews but decided to write one to show that they are more than appreciated! You made my nephews and sons Birthday an awesome experience. Thank you!

Not too bad a place. A fair size. Prices not bad although I went on a discounted day. Food and drinks especially can be pricey but the pizza was worth it in my opinion. Paid $97 for five people and two games with shoe rental. Also a pizza and loaded fries.

Best Place to hang out with friends and family. The food and drinks are amazing and the staff is very professional and on point with their job. ????

I went out to spend time with my family and we were extremely disappointed by our lanes breaking over and over again. We had to alert the staff multiple times to fix it. We got through only one game and it had been over an hour. I would not spend my money at this place again.

Me and my family had an amazing time great customer service the servers are on point and provide professional service thank you for a great family time

6/20/24 I had a horrible experience. My husband and I payed for 2 games with shoe rental. Our lane was malfunctioning (lane 18) and while we were playing our first game, 6th turn, the bowling pins kept flying back at us. We waited and waited for someone to come and help us and after 10 minutes (with my husband going back to the service to REMIND THEM) they finally came and pushed the pin back. So my score messed up but I was like it's ok it's one pin. Then the next turn (turn 7) my husband only hit 7 pins a

Good staff. Ok, food (had my sons birthday there). Gokd beer. Good vibe. Restroom could use maintenance and upkeep. Not bad. Would go back. If the owner puts some investment into keeping up the facility it would be 5 stars.

Worst experience by far, and I generally like coming here. But bartender forgot to put our food order in. Waited an hour for nothing than another half hour for the food. Front desk and management gave me two different playing rates. Manager rude and not helpful at all pretty much gave me the ?it is what it is?. Staff definitely needs work as well as lanes. Kept going down, just a mess in there

Had a bad experience today unfortunately. Front desk workers were kinda unpleasant when I asked why price was increased to the evening rates as compared to daytime & posted cost. They said it's only by a few dollars a game because of winter vacation/kids out of school, but the response was a pretty snippy one. Lane service was fine and food was good but overpriced. Kids had fun. It be nice if when price changes happen.

Great place for family and I need those coffee tables

Was there last night . Don't drink the water I got sick an hour after stomach hurting and cramping plus burping etc I'm surprised there serving tap water. ?? Good thing I only drink one cup . Smh . They need to sell bottle water. Next time I will bring my own ! .

Naomi was amazing an she made my family feel at home she is an amazing staff member an we told her to keep up with the great work

Margarita our server was amazing. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Ashley at the bar was great as well. Fast and efficient service. Overall had a fantastic party at this location.

First time I made reservations.. I highly recommend.. they treated us like VIP.. the server was very attentive and came to check on us often.. our lane got stuck and that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.. but fixed very quickly.. I will be back for my birthday

Came to Bowlero on a Friday night. Turned away because the guy said can't use Groupons on Friday and Saturday after 6pm. No where does it say Friday?s on Groupon. I asked the guy to verify on Groupon where it says that and he said ? it has been like that for a while?. He was very very rude. I have never experienced this at Bowlero. Honestly pretty shocked. Not returning. Hope it was worth it dude

Very kid friendly. We love to go during the summer to get out of the heat.

Always a great time bowling here with my brother and friends! Naomi, Liz, Tanya and the rest of the team here in Visalia really are the best! Compared to Clovis and Fresno, the Visalia location does a great job with their speed and definitely their customer service. Joined my first Sunday doubles just because of how nice and welcoming everyone is here!!!

Not impressed with this bowling alley. If you want to buy Fountain drinks prepare to pay $4 for a plastic cup of Pepsi Coke or whatever your favorite beverage. The barmaid was not very friendly. The bathrooms were filthy

My experience was not good at all. One of the pins would keep dropping from the machine and it would be in the way of our game and we would have to stop every time to move it. Very expensive for nothing but a bad time. After one game it ruined mine, and my family?s moods to play. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.

I've frequented this bowling alley for years and it's really unfortunate how it continues to decline? It's become the routine to run into an issue almost any time we visit. To start, this establishment is grossly understaffed. On any given day it takes 20-30 minutes to even make it to the front of the line to request a lane, let alone if you'd like to order food or get a pitcher of water. They're also not very accommodating of large groups. Almost any day that we visit in the evening, approximately 1/3 of

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
