Bowlero Via Linda

We come here to bowl quite often with friends as well as for company events. The place is always so clean, and if you'd like to have food and drinks, the servers are fantastic & so friendly. The huge "fish bowl" cocktails are so fun & come with several colorful twisty straws (because you'll want to share). The creative graphics on the screens & neon colors in the game area make the atmosphere feel so lively and fun.

We just celebrated our kiddos 8th birthday here and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the decoration details, to the food and drink set up, the cookie cake, and the facility itself. Wonderful in every way. All the kiddos had so much fun and our guests were really impressed and happy with everything as well. Thank you so much to all the attentive staff and manager. You all were very much appreciated!

Bowling alley staff was 5 stars! Went the with a group and it was your normal bowling ally evening. Personally I'm not a fan of the "cosmic bowling" that seems to be the industry standard. Be warned that the chips tasted like cardboard for the chips and salsa.

Kendall has been an amazing bartender for our league over the past two years. She's always on top of everything, checks in with everyone, and brings such a positive energy every night. Fun night bowling with friends. Interesting concept with table service at a bowling alley. It was a shame that the service was so bad. I think our server might have been afraid of our group as he would walk up to the table ask about drinks or food and retreat before we could answer. You reserve your play ahead of time and our allotted time ran out on the last frame of the game and it would not allow us to finish. We had a good time bowling, but they only have a few people working on a Saturday. The same person did multiple jobs which doesn't seem right. The drinks are just ok. I waited in line for water but no one was there. Everything was decently priced. We would probably come back.

I had the pleasure of being served by bartender Kendall B, and let me just say, she made the whole experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked up to the bar, she greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and an incredible attitude that made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time there, 10/10 will return!

The right place to go bowling. Bowlero Via Linda has served the community of North Scottsdale for decades. Always maintaining quality lanes with great maintenance on them. Growing up in North Scottsdale, the Via Linda lanes has always been there providing me with great times there. I recommend anyone going there. The pinsetters rarely get jammed up unlike some other lanes with poor maintenance like in the City of Maricopa.

My wife and I bowl in leagues across arizona and this bowling alley is the best in our opinion. The staff is always amazing, the lanes are ALWAYS oiled even on unlimited bowling, great food and drinks. If you are a casual or even a league bowler, you can not go wrong with this bowling alley.

I made an error in my booking and accidentally showed up at the wrong location thinking the Via Linda location was the North Scottsdale location. Cameron, who I assume to be a manager, was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use our reservation at the Via Linda location which we mistakenly arrived at, saving us a bunch of time and money. This is the bowling alley I remember from my childhood. Weird that so many bowling alleys in area have string-connected pins. Not here! Each lane has a staggered table with plenty of space for drinks and food. Ball selection is awesome. Staff is super friendly and attentive (any when just 1 person). We will be back!

Lanes are a bit slick, but okay. Staff is nice, but very inexperienced when it comes to service.

Cameron the manger was so amazing!! He made our night better with his amazing attitude and great customer service. Just had my son's 16th birthday party at Bowlero Via Linda and they were amazing. Jay was the manager who assisted us during the party. He made sure we always had everything we needed. Bowling lanes 25 & 26 were Broken off and on. We had balls come out of the lane like crazy one fell off the machine and hit my ankle. I told a worker he said nothing much. Bowlero Via Linda formally Brunswick Via Linda is still one of the best bowling centers in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Their service stands out, like no other. Whether you are a bowler that wants to make sure there's oil on the lanes when you go practice, or you're just going there for a party and fun. They do a great job. A+++

I have been to this bowling alley twice, and the first time, the lanes were awesome, but the second time they were pretty dry, so I'm not sure what happened but the atmosphere here is great and the staff I'd awesome so all in all I will definitely be giving this one another try in the near future

Rented three lanes for the Super Bowl. When we arrived we were immediately told we could not be served because they ?heard someone previously threw up.? They could not identify anyone that was intoxicated. Manager is on a power trip and showed clear signs of racism. I've never experienced worse service in my life. We had an absolutely amazing time here! I booked a surprise party for my boyfriend's graduation and the manager Karin was so sweet and helpful! She checked on us multiple times, made sure our food and drinks came out perfectly, and she made us feel very welcome! Our bartender Shauna was also a huge help! Just came for a work event and a ton of fun. Rhonda B was our server and did an amazing job. She was incredibly welcoming and checked in on us multiple times to make sure our food was good and if she needed to refill anything. I highly recommend this locations PURELY for her service.

We had such a blast! The location closer to us didn't have any lanes open, which of course was expected since we decided on a Saturday afternoon to go and had no reservations, so we found ourselves finding a different Scottsdale location and they had plenty of lanes open and the food at this location is actually better than the other more pricier location, so double win for our last minute, let's take the kids bowling outing! And everyone was so nice and accommodating here also, always a big plus!

When it was time to pay we we're charged way to much, it was a Sunday after 600pm. We we're supposed to be charged 4.99 a game, the attendant charged us full price and said it was a holiday weekend unbeknownst to us. It's not on any signs, only the price it should have been. My family and I will never visit Bowlero again.

I was on vacation, so we went out on date night to bowlero via Linda and the experience was amazing. The manager Latoya went out her way to make sure the evening was amazing. This location was pretty good. Had a lot of fun with friends and coworkers. Only downside was they seemed to not have much staff for their bar/food area as the bartender was also our server so we frequently had to wait to get drinks unless going to the bar because she was running the bar. Felt bad for her being so swamped.

I have bowled here for 20yrs and I am appalled at the way it is run, the lack of care of the corporation about the center, their loyal league bowlers and the training for the staff for the last few years. What a great bowling experience! We went for my moms birthday and we set the reservation up through Ana and she was super sweet and helpful! Once we arrived at bowlero we had the general manager Karin help us and she went above and beyond for us! I was blown away at how attentive, caring and courteous the staff at Via Linda Bowlero was for my daughter?s 17th b-day. The food was great for this type of establishment. I don't expect much in customer service nowadays. so I was pleasantly surprised. The party was not cheap but I have to say it was very memorable and worth the $ for me.

The lanes and equipment are in great shape, and the service was very friendly. The ball returns are at a great height for people lower to the ground. Taller folks should remember to lift with their legs. I wasn't terribly happy with being put on a lane with the lights out such that I couldn't see the marks, but they were kind enough to move me down to a lighted lane, since there were only about four in use in the entire center. If you actually enjoy bowling do not come here. Should have just left immediately. 1/2 the lanes open and still no balls to choose from. The balls that were available had massive chips around the finger holes that feel great when you use. Double charged me for 2 games. No one attending the counter/waiting to be helped. Lane had massive dents and divots, pin changers taking forever and having missing pins requiring resets. Will never go to a bowlero again. Stay away from this location especially.

Bowling was great, but the arcade needs improvement as well as employee training. The employees don't understand when a game has malfunctioned. Today my two kids were addicted to playing one game. They never reached the highest prize category but won the minor prize category four times. However the prize wouldn't dispense. I told an employee several times, but he did nothing. We went there for a date night. We showed up and it took 15 minutes for someone to even address us at the front desk. After buying a lane and tickets they failed to tell us that they had booked the entire alley for an event. After a few minutes bowling we were given a 15 minute warning that we would have to leave and didn't even get a chance to finish our game. Poor and unprofessional customer service. And seems very under staffed.

We went on a Saturday night. It busy and active but not crowded. About 10pm the switched over to cosmic Bowling. They played a mix of music that was outside of what I would normally listen to, but it was upbeat and fun. All the staff was pleasant to us. The place itself is more modern than others I have been to. The Bar area is actually welcoming and a place you can sit and have a drink without feeling like you are in a dump. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a work event and relied on the party planners at Bowlero to arrange the food, beverages, and activities. They did an amazing job, and the GM, Corrine, was the best. Honestly, the staff was so curious and accommodating. Not something you would expect from a bowling alley. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The bowling is fun obviously because that's where the staff doesn't come in. It took about an hour us to finally say we should go to the front desk to get someone to take our order. Then they did and we ordered the cookie skillet. We waited about 30 minutes for an almost totally raw cookie with completely melted ice cream on it. This is a Monday night as well so there aren't many people here. Really poor service but at least the place is clean.
