Bowling is too expensive but the billiards is absolutely perfect and the service is great. Great selection of wine, beer and spirits. Laid back atmosphere. They just want you to have fun with your family

Always a great place to go with family, friends, and soccer teams. Manager checked in on us. Set up was amazing, pizza and all you can drink for the team. Bowling and game room always fun. Clean and great atmosphere!

A bit overpriced for bowling, then the environment isn't clean for what you're paying. The restrooms were disgusting each time we went in, no one bothered to clean it once. The military discount is unclear and we were told many different things, but luckily it worked out in the end.

From organizing our special event ahead of time (thanks Aubry, customer service rep), to ensuring the day-of went smooth (big shoutout to Zac and the manager Lois at Bowlero Vacaville, and the back of house staff), everything was a great success. Most of all everyone in our party had a great time. We'll be back again.

I hosted my grandaughter?s 9th Birthday yesterday(4/22/24) and everything exceeded my expectations! Initially I thought it was a little high priced but at the end it was worth every penny!!!! The quality/quantity of the food, the service the attention to detail-they decorated with her name in lights. After bowling, the arcade time was perfect! Thank you Jay!!!! Went here for my kids birthday party, it was great fun for the kids. Food was typical fried food but tasty. Service from the staff was exceptional. Had help when we needed it promptly.

We had such a great experience at Bowlero! We haven't been bowling in quite a while... in fact it was so long that when we went last time it was still Stars! Deeply Disappointed: Style Over Substance at Bowlero I rarely feel the need to write reviews, but my consistently frustrating experiences at Bowlero compel me to share my deep disappointment. We genuinely wanted this to be a great spot for our group, but the reality falls drastically short. Attempting to plan ahead is the first hurdle. We were in the area to celebrate a birthday. The lanes and overall facility was really nice. The arcade is fairly big. Prizes are a bit lacking, but it is what it is. The bar is stocked and well priced. Food was decent. Pool tables were free to use and were first come first serve.

Incredibly overpriced. Charged per lane PER PERSON. Meaning for 3 people that played 2 games. We got charged 6 games for $90. Recommend going to round1 arcade for normal bowling prices.

Came in for the Wed night unlimited and had a wonderful time. Amazing drinks and friendly staff, even the manager stopped by to see if we needed anything and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. You don't get that at many places anymore. We will be back next week!

2nd Birthday party @ Bowlero Vacaville! We had it in the banquet room behind the arcade. Perfect for every age group to go and play games while adults hung out . Last time we went here, it was known as STARS. When we went to look for this same bowling spot for my wife's birthday, we were surprised to realize it was rebranded as Bowlero. This spot looks and feels so much nicer! No wonder it took us 2 hours to get our lanes. Well worth it!! Staff is friendly and cordial, and lanes are super clean. We'll be back here soon!

Jared the manger on duty during our visit went above and beyond for us, I have visited this location for years when it was called stars?I have never had this good of service. He made sure our party of 7-8 had balls and rollers for the younger kids. had beer and soda to our lanes within 5 minutes, and took our food order as soon as we were ready. If Jared is working when you visit you will be in good hands! Definitely will visit again! He did a great job with his team tonight!

Pricing was confusing. There was a screen display that read $7.99 per game. It switched to $11.99 per game. They don't tell you $11.99 per person per game. On top of the $5-6 shoe rental. So it was confusing in that regard. But overall we had hella fun!

This place is great! You can have a drink, play arcade games or bowl. If you're bowling, it is better to go during the week because they have a good 'special'.

I took my wife & 2 sons to bowl & when we got there one of my teens decided he didnt want to bowl anymore. After speaking with the manager, she went out of here way and gave us all our food for free as a refund for the ticket. We were very pleased with the manager & our waitress! Thx again guys!

What an amazing and fun place to bring your family ! Our family isn't a sports fan so son, mom and grandma all went for a bowling day out instead of the superbowl and we had a BLAST. I went to bowlero on a Saturday night, the 11th. It was a bit crowded but things cleared out. I ordered 2 cookies and it took an hour and a half for them to finally come out. I asked after an hour, and was told they burnt my cookies. I am extremely disappointed at the wait time for something so simple.

Affordable, family oriented fun little place. Bowling is great, bar area is great, but the games at arcade section don't work. Most of them have been malfunctioning for quite a while. Get your stuff together Stars, you have a nice venue, take care of it.

If your a serious Bowler this ?? alley is not the place to go. If your entertaining kids or partying or dating it actually is a good place to come.

Okay was it perfect no but it was perfect for what we needed a day away from stress. A day to get loose and have fun. The staff was simply amazing, the food was good and most importantly the drinks were done too perfection for me.

Staff was super helpful. We came with a group of kids specifically for laser tag and unfortunately it broke down while setting up the game. They were super apologetic and gave us a generous amount of arcade cards by way of apology. Later they were able to get laser tag back up and the kids had a great time. Just went to a lovely wedding at Stars and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was friendly. I did not expect it to be as nice as it was. My only complaint is that the kitchen staff was very loud and boisterous and had to be told to tone it down during the wedding ceremony. They did not have the best attitude.

My Daughter celebrated her 12th birthday here yesterday with her group of friends. We couldn't have been happier with the food & service. RALPH IS AMAZING !!! His heart is genuine !!! Words really can't describe the amount of appreciation my family and I have for Ralph. My brother wanted to propose inside of laser tag arena, and Ralph made sure everything went seamlessly! He was extremely happy to help, and he came up with a great idea for the proposal! Place looks 10 times better with the remodel and new ownership brought the family out and the kids had a ball. Mike at the bar made me a pineapple Margarita best drink I have had in a long time. Food took a little long to arrive for our lane but it was hot and fresh better than stars old menu in my Opinion. UNMATCHED!! We recently had back-to-back VCS class parties at this location and service was remarkable. ???????? to manager Ralph for going above and beyond throughout the process, allowing for a seamless experience from start to finish (much needed for parents & teachers hanging on by a thread at year-end)! He thought of everything from safety of the students to comfort of the adults! The staff was extremely gracious while we needed their assistance every 2 min for a stuck ball or requests for more ranch.

The bowling itself is nice, but not the bartender. My family and I went today 8/23/2024 and whoever was working the bartender at night was a big no. It was a woman. Bartender Mike for the win! Place was super crowded Saturday night and they seem severely understaffed. They should've had at least 4 bartenders to alleviate the crowd at the bar and increase serve time, however Mike got to everyone as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. True MVP. Amazing customer service!! Buddy the manager was amazing and every worker we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The location all around was super clean, the pizza was amazing and our drink pitchers stayed full! The seating and tables for food was a plus! I saw so many families having gatherings or birthday parties and every group had lots of food it all looked amazing we cant wait to come back and try the other options! Had my stepson's 4th birthday birthday party here, and it was very nice. Outside of bowling, they have a full arcade, a full bar, and pool tables. The manager was pleasant, and our waitress was attentive. I feel like my stepson was too young to have his party here, but I would definitely come back with adults.

Good atmosphere. Had a fun time bowling there. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was bar service was exceptionally slow given how few customers there were. Also, despite how many lanes were open, my mom and I were given the one lane with a broken computer.

Ordered food at the beginning of our 2hr bowling session, and it didn't come out until we had 20 minutes left. The complete lack of any child changing station in the bathrooms is extremely frustrating as a parent and puzzling for a place that's supposed to be family friendly.

Visited 8/22 12:30 pm. Nice facility despite being a Bowlero. Lanes were extremely dry, pins were damaged(part of the pins were broken at the top). As I was bowling I saw a sign that said "Buy two games, get one free", so decided to stop at 3 as I would get that last game for free. Nothing special for the ridiculous prices, and booking a lane is made much more difficult than it should be, especially if using a gift card. Not bad...my family enjoyed our evening of bowling...but don't go expecting anything unique/different than you can get at any other bowling alley nowadays. The rotund boy working in the pro shop ignored me for over 20 minutes when I wanted to buy a ball, he was busy the whole time chatting with someone else, at least he could have acknowledged me as a paying customer. He must be the owner of the place, I can't imagine an employee is allowed to treat customers like that.

This has been my second time coming here since the name change from Stars to Bowlero. Though the upgraded appearance is nice the costumer service is lacking. The first time we came we had to go through metal detectors which does not make it feel family friendly. They were also backed up at the bar and getting a drink took an hour and me having to ask and remind. I had ordered a mad mai tai and I remember thinking it was super expensive now I see I was charged for a shareable drink and given a single drink.

So my company had an event there today from 4-6. I'm pretty sure it cost thousands to rent the place out for us. Everything was going good until I had to ask for assistance. 1st, the employees acted like I wasn't even there when I approached the counter. 2nd, when I told them what needed help with, they said a mechanic would be on the way. 3rd, no mechanic shows up for 10 minutes, I go back to the counter and inquire. The areas were very clean and well kept. The staff knew exactly when planned were oiled and answered other questions when asked. The only reason it's 4 stars is when buying drinks it's confusing on going to either the bar or their food "cart". The bartender I had didn't know exactly what to do when a nonalcoholic drink was ordered. The drinks tasted good though, go for the watermelon over the strawberry.

Greedy corporation shady management all they care about is money they could care less about core values or taking care of the customer.
