I recently booked a birthday event at Bowlero Upland for my sister, and I am absolutely blown away by the experience we had! We booked for 5 people and were expecting just the basics?2 hours of bowling, shoe rentals, and some drinks. What we got was so much more. For just $200 total ($40 per person), we had our own private lane with two comfy couches, shoe rentals included, two alcoholic beverage tickets per person, and four pitchers of fountain drinks. We live closer to the Rancho Bowlero, but we much prefer the Upland location. It's exceptionally clean, the parking lot feels more secure, and the staff are incredibly attentive. I also appreciate how the arcade isn't located right at the main entrance. This definitely eases the stress for anxious parents as they don't have to constantly worry about the potential of kids wandering outside. My wife and I like to come here to play the claw machine at the arcade.? We ran into a minor mechanical issue with the claw being stuck in the chute.? Alicia the manager quickly came to our rescue and made sure we were able to play onward after restarting the machine.? We also told her we were having trouble with one of the more stubborn but very cute plushies inside the machine, and Alicia was able to move it to a much more favorable position for us!? We just finished our daughter?s birthday party at Bowlero Upland and what an amazing experience! We walked in and were greeted by our Party Coordinator Bethany, who was kind, polite and incredibly helpful. The space was already full decorated and personalized for my kiddo. We bought a very basic package and were still treated like royalty. Had a good time only reason I'm rating a three is because they didn't mention you have to buy all three games at once to get the 50% off for the third game, went back up after my second and ask about it and said no because I didn't buy them at the same time. Also beer was a little flat and they didn't give me much time to bowl two games.

Only because I can't give zero. Find out if there's league bowling before you go. Leagues get vip treatment. The rest of us get put in the corner where there is no air conditioning or fans mid frame. The cherry on top is that the table we got moved to was full of trash from the previous group and we got to clean it up before we could continue the second half of the frame. Went with my 4yr old grandson and his dad, my son, we had such a fun time. Service was great and staff was friendly. We had soft drinks and the funnel cake fries were delicious. We also played video games and even won prizes. I definitely recommend Bowlero for the whole family or friends night out.

We just had a birthday party here for my kiddos birthday. The entire bowlero team went above & beyond to make sure our experience was more than incredible. Food was great, our server was amazing, and we had an overall fun time!

The staff is friendly and helpful. We did have an unfortunate experience once when we confirmed a date and time they would be open and when we arrived with our party, they were closed.

Brought my family here Memorial Day weekend for the first time for cosmic bowling, wasn't very dark but I was still impressed & happy with the atmosphere! Drinks were great! Our experience turned into a nightmare when we lost our rental car keys an hour before close, all the employees were friendly and helpful though we had no luck for awhile. We called a locksmith & they weren't in the car. It was 2 am & our family was out of options,in the car that night, out of options, in the parking lot. Thankfully

Lanes and machines are dirty and aren't maintained properly. Also, I do not know if they know what lane oil is. Workers are nice though.

After dealing with the customer service and the ghettoness of fontana bowlero, I was compelled to write how much better this particular establishment is.

The absolute driest lane i ever bowled on. My spare ball couldn't hit the 10 pin. I was lined up left of the 1 board aiming at the 10 pin and I couldn't hit the right side of of the pucket with my spare ball

No cosmic bowling that's not good. The arcade is too expensive and the prices of the point credit are so cheap to get at least a candy you have to play more by adding more money to your card they make you waist money

Alicia was beyond helpful when my prize got stuck in the machine. She was very understanding, service was awesome, and my friends and I will definitely be returning.

Had a great time ! We had fun, family friendly place,clean. Had a two hour lane reservation. I just wish that my lane #36 wouldn't break down with returning the ball and the reset of the pins. At two hrs it shutdown. Even though I had to wait several times for the breakdowns.

We come out with friends a cpl times a year and always have fun. Drinks are standard priced.

false advertising on the website said unlimited bowling from 9pm-close they cut off our time an hour before and took very long to bring drinks like 40 minutes between each drink and staff was rude and staring at us almost the whole time felt very uncomfortable the only polite employees were the staff who cleared our table

It's fun for the whole family. Clean place and friendly customer service. Food and drinks are good. I paid 10 bucks for a vodka and cran. Not too shabby. Furniture needs to be updated especially the restroom.

Came here the other night, Sept 11th to go cosmic bowling with the family. It has been renovated and remodeled. Looks fantastic, much more modern and each department functions and flows very well together. The bar was were I spent most the time, lots of space, fast bartenders and a great time. My wallet took a beating, but you can't put a price on fun, lasting memories with the family!

Nice friendly Server Kaley she was Great and on the job. Beer was a lil warm and she quickly fixed it . Fast and friendly serve and lanes are clean and restrooms clean. Handicap parking available and access also.

The place is roomy, and also has a lot of cool games in the arcade room..would love to come back

If you come to this place please don't let Araceli the bartender help you, worst bartender ever, really rude, came and picked up our cups halfway full when we weren't even done drinking them. She also didn't even acknowledge that but table was full of dirty cups and dirty plates until another employee came and help us and offered us free games of bowling tickets

Been bowling here for several months. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The lanes are well maintained. The bar tenders will give samples of the local IPAs when they have them. The prices are up across all Bowleros so I do not hold it against them. Their pro shop is the only one I've used because the guy has done perfect drills for me. Even when I changed the layout of one ball, he did it flawlessly and the thumb fit is great. Overall it's one of my favorite alleys. If you have never been here

Bathrooms stink, not much choice of beer draft pitchers or bottles sodas are $4. Very pricey for what they have.

Its bowling , the atmosphere is always fun, the crowd is pretty young . Drinks on point, service could be faster but short staffing is a managers fault...according to some employees I've asked. Sunday nights are the best days to go if you like a less crowded scene.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday party spending 2 hours. There were about 10 kids with the parents and we hired 2 lanes, and the kids had a blast and had lots of fun. We preferred this option to a jumping place, were all the kids are usually running around and there's little interaction among them. We really wanted something outside the box, and it really worked. Later they went to play with the arcades and in the birthday package we get complementary tokens , so they all had enough to play for almost 1

An older lady that was bowling in the lane next to me saw just how bad I was and gave me some tips. My gutter balls disappeared and my all time high went to a 153! Before, my average was 80-95. That's why I like going at opening time, all the seniors are there at that time, and as long as you are respectful and have bowling etiquette, you never know what you might learn.

FIRST LEAGUE NIGHT, first four frames the machine was scratching different balls (four or more came back with a scratch) after going to the desk and talking to the service lady, who only said to all of us "take it to the pro-shop"...what is the pro-shop going to do?... finally the mechanic came and we moved to other lanes at the end of the alley... I was lucky did not have a scratch on my balls....new balls $200 to $250 plus drilling average prize of $50.00.. not a very good customer caring alley.

Took my family for some family fun this Friday evening. Ordered adult drinks and non alcoholic drinks, drinks were crisp and refreshing and glasses clean. Ordered 3 different types of pizzas and were surprisingly delicious. Ordered fries, wings and garlic bread and were all hot and freshly made. Service was quick and servers were kind. My friends and I had a great time bowling, especially with Alexandra, Dyanne, and Desi with the service they provided for us, they were nice, attentive, and Fun. They really know how to make the bowling experience better. We will definitely be coming back to this location for events and fun!

Atmosphere is nice and lanes are well kept. The bartender was rude though. She took her time and make sure you check your receipt because on different occasions they charge gratuity without telling you. They have you sign and tip first and then give you the receipt.

This past Saturday night we went in for my brothers first time bowling. Because he is autistic and has adhd it can be challenging sometimes especially in overstimulating environments. The staff here were absolutely wonderful and amazing. They made not only his night but everyone else?s. It can be very challenging sometimes and everyone was so kind and welcoming and it was very touching. Thank you again. Good place to bowl league. But other than that, impossible to find a time they actually have the dang lights on. As someone who actually bowls, cosmic bowling is distracting and extremely difficult to see the boards for aiming my shot. I do wish they'd just have some hours of the day where they'd keep the lights on. 24/7 Cosmic (unless on league lanes) does not lend itself to serious bowlers. Give us at least one day a week please I've updated my review to remove a star for them not allowing people to brin

Pretty cool place, been here twice. If you don't mind spending a bit of money it's fun. In total for 4 people 2 games each it was around $86 dollars which is expected. Food was alright, a bit cold and took a while to come out, was hoping for a little more quality in my purchase considering it was $32. Pool is wasn't available because someone stole the cues. Overall it's an alright place, just the pricing and food quality is what kills it. Still fun though. Might consider coming back

Someone in our group tried purchasing a shared cocktail and the male bartender would not allow it unless 4 people from our group come up to the bar with an ID. Super fun! Cool music great prices. The thing I had an issue is that I they keep your card to play, like a running tab. I wanted to order food, and of course the bartenders want to sell alcohol first before kids meals, but courtesy was to take people's orders first come first serve. After about15 mins, they took my order. I would suggest to order the food first than pay for the games, since they keep your card at the front.

I hosted my son's party here. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Our hostess, Ashley, was amazing! Brought over to meet the manager and really wowed my experience overall. I threw my daughter a very last minute birthday party here and despite having league finishing up on one end, they were extremely attentive to our group, anything the kids (and adults), wanted was prioritized. It was truly a fun experience. Went with my 2 other friends and we had a great time. The only thing is that I was a little pricey, for 4 games for 3 players we payed $110 all together. Other than that, it was a fun experience and I would go again.

They don't answer the phone so you can't check availability. Maps showed lower than usual traffic so we gave it a shot only to be told there was a 3 hour wait. Ridiculous.

I called ahead to make a reservation and they told me they would hold it for 15 minutes. We drove here and made it with at least 5 minutes to spare because I checked the time we got the text message that we were next. We knew we made it with time too because as we walk in we saw one of the employees checking someone else out for the pool table? Had a blast! The cosmic bowling is worth the price. The snack bar sampler was really good. Wished it stayed open later. Pretty clean environment. On August 5th, 2023 we celebrated our daughter LuLu's 18th Birthday Celebration here at this location. We planned the event reserving a Birthday Bowling Package which included catered delicious Chicken Tenders, Pizza, Crispy Fries, Pepsi and 2 hours of bowling. I can assure you that the 24 invited guests left with their bellies plentiful filled.
