Really nice place to have fun in family or with your friends. You can play pool or bowling... the ambience is amazing. I really enjoy. The pizza need to be better but it is acceptable.
Enjoyable experience. Sometimes throughout the year, there are limited time deals going on that help with cost. Worth checking out!
Me & a friend just happened to stop by to grab a drink & they were playing trivia, which seemed to be a lot of fun. They were giving away free bowling. Everyone was participating & having a good time. The bartender was great!
Very nice bowling alley. Food was good, service fine, and a well-stocked bar. The only downside was price. Everything was expensive.
The food and drinks were pretty good for a bowling alley.
On Jan 16, our real estate company had a team building at Bowlero. We had so much fun that we didn't want to leave. The service was awesome. From being helped by Shay at the counter down to the waitress who made sure our large crowd had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. -Visions Realty Co
We had a great time. Plenty of room. Not overly expensive and just a fun time with friends. For Dad: four out of five. Kid friendly. There is drinking but not crazy party type drinking.
Awesome place!! Bowling, pool tables and arcade!
This place has great things for adults and kids love it when I bowl here
A great place to have a time off, relax, have fun and play a game, it was an interesting experience.
I recently had my adult birthday party there and it was amazing!! The customer service from the staff was excellent and the food and drinks were good too! Shout out to David and Cameryn for making my day special!!! Can't wait to go back!
The food was great and the service was excellent but these by far are the worst lanes I have ever bowled on. 57.00 to bowl 6 games is ridiculous. I will not be back!!
Nice place to spend time with friends.
We simply reserved a lane online and we're treated like VIP. Nice lanes. Food drinks service and management were amazing. Good specials and fair regular prices. Great arcade and prize shop?
Me and my boyfriend took 3 of our cousins and his friend with us one night. When we went to get our total for ONE game for 3 adults and 3 kids the lady charged me for the complete wrong things. On my receipt she put 7 people instead of 6 and said we had 5 shoes instead of 6. When I calculated it before we went it would?ve been around $90. It was well over $120. Please start checking your receipts. I asked her why she was charging me this much and she said it was a ?deal?. I don't remember her name but ik it
So much to do with the family here. Bowling $8 a game(per person) $6 shoe rentals, ask about available packages. Tip: Visit Groupon to find awesome coupons for bowling and arcade (coupons cannot be redeemed until 24hrs, read carefully). While we bowled we got an appetizer platter w/ 5 buffalo wings, 5 chicken tenders, 5 cheese sticks, 5 pretzel sticks and a handful of french fries all for $35, soft drinks $4.99 each. After bowling we did a game of pool (25? per minute or $15 an hour). To end the night we p
We had a very nice time there, they have lots of fun games. The place is clean and they play nice music
we are visiting tuscaloosa for the week. first day we go to bowlero, spend $40 on tokens for the arcade. my son wants to cash them out and the prize center is closed. no employee would come open it. the excuse this day was ?the employee who runs it was gone for the day?. so we decided to hang onto the card and come back a few days later to cash it in before we leave town. come back today, spend another $40 on tokens for the exact same issue. today?s excuse was ?someone called out and someone will be in at
We absolutely love it here. Also, Shay is such a great worker. Any questions you may have, she can answer. She continued to check upon us while bowling to make sure we didn't need anything. We will be visiting again soon.
This is a really awesome place in tuscaloosa, i love it! Very clean and so much fun for an family outting. However, i would suggest going during the week when its less crowded because service can become compromised by to many people. Overrall i was impressed and will definitely vist again, but duting the week.
The actual bowling experience was fun. Be prepared for high prices if you're a large group. I had purchased a Groupon but of course I missed the fine print for it being at a certain time on the one day I chose to go. Staff members at the pay counter seemed agitated but it could have been because it's a popular place. There was a special going on when we got there, 2 games per person including shoes for $22.50. Well it was 3 of us and let's just say I paid triple what my Groupon was. I was disappointed
Had a great time there. I would return.
This place is awesome for kiddos, family and friends. I might say it is little expensive but it worth every penny spent. I had lots of fun with my kiddos. food is great and beers too, if you come be prepared to spend at least 3 hours of good times!!! I recomend it and for sure we will be back...
Nice bowling alley with lots of fun games and cool atmosphere. Food was good but a little bit pricey
We walked in and asked how many people were in each game, and they said up to 8 but $6 per pair of shoes. The total rang up to be $39 and some change, so we put my card on file for that. We later played pool where it was advertised as $.25/hour (which we thought too good to be true), however, they changed it to $.25/minute once it was time to pay? the register clearly said per hour. The manager wasn't very nice but did say that he would void that out since we weren't told of the actual price. Right when we
We were there for a youth State tournament. The lanes are beautiful with lots of viewing space for the parents. The kids had fun and made lots of memories. The photo wall was a big hit!
Just had my son?s birthday party there and it was wonderful! They took care of everything, and we were able to relax and enjoy each other?s company. The food was really good too, and they even let us box it up and take it home! Thank you Bowlero! ??
Okay love this place but couldn't give 4 stars because some of the games in the arcade took my tokens and never worked. Next time I hope all the games are working! But we still had a lot of fun at this place! Alcohol is such a plus. (P.s. the VR was so worth the 12 tokens but only the right seat worked for us.)
We loved it, the music turns up SO loud after about 9pm but otherwise really fun. The bowling was fun, food tasted okay, the alcohol was fun, arcade was fun. Will definitely be going again next time we're in town.
This place is basically my second home. I love it here. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. One time I left my AirPods and they turned the place upside down looking for them for me. It is a little pricey but you can get good deals on certain nights. It's definitely worth the money. The food is also good but very pricey. If you live here and need somewhere to go or if you are visiting it is a MUST that you stop here!
Definitely had a great time definitely a place for the entire family ????????????????????????
Took my grandkids to play bowling for the 1st time we had fun they did pretty good. Put some money on my card for everybody's play video games of basketball. Our having pizza in soft drinks.
Awesome experince, took a little while to get a lane but was still live and amuzing. The arcade is expensive....
Staff were indifferent and not very pleasant. I had a male customer get physically aggressive with me and the staff just watched. They also won't give you a glass of water in a way to force you to buy their $2.50+ bottle of water. I've never been to a place that serves alcohol but didn't provide water.
I took my granddaughter to a birthday party at Bowlero; we were all very impressed. They took care of everything! The kids had a blast. Lots of room for big groups.
Shay was outstanding as well as all of the staff. We have a great time every time we go to Bowlero.
So much fun! Had a great time! The bartender at the bar was super amazing. She was very friendly and hope to go back to see her and bowl again soon.
Very nice place, so much fun to have, arcade games, games, pool tables, lots of bowling
I had a fun time I played so many games I'd love to come back it's a bit costly but it's kinda worth it the food was amazing drinks to even for adults it was great had so much fun and would recommend coming here for parties or just to have a fun stress free time
Horrible I didn't receive the cookie cake or the $30 arcade cards do better yall should be ashamed
Yes we had an awesome time. The staff was awesome. Everything went as planned. Oh and the food is great there too.
This was our first trip to the Bowlero and we totally had a blast. We had my grandsons 10th Birthday party there which included the Birthday boy and 10 adults. So we bowled and enjoyed great pizza and a shrimp plate and drinks with drinks having free refills. We will definitely be a regular and in saying that hopefully our bowling scores get better. No better place to go and have great family fun. OH Yeah!! A fabulous arcade for all to enjoy. The service was great!!! See ya'll soon Bowlero!!
This bowling alley/arcade was an amazing way to spend our afternoon off together. The ambiance was perfect for our afternoon date-nite! If there were more stars to give, this establishment would get them from us!
Great place. Seems like they could take out some lanes for some different kind of activities though. Food is okay. Point system in arcade is like Dave and Busters so it works pretty well.
Bowlero in Tuscaloosa is a huge disappointment. As the only major bowling alley in town (aside from maybe Shindig), they take advantage of their monopoly by charging outrageous prices, knowing people will still come. Our experience was frustrating?our lane malfunctioned halfway through, forcing us to switch. The new lane had the same issue! I told the person behind the desk about the problem and asked for a discount, and I overheard the manager tell them, "Our lanes are broken all the time. If I gave a disc
I get there and a friend asks to order a pitcher of soda. The waitress says that's only available with a pizza order. She comes around and I order a pizza, and since I'm with my kids order a pitcher of water which I believed came complimentary with the pizza. Pizza and pitcher come. Obvious tap water, which is ok, I thought at the moment. Check comes and they charge me $10 for a pitcher of TAP WATER. Ask about it, and they say it's because they sell bottled water individually. Again, what does this ha
Wow! This place is bigger than I imagined. It was my first time. I will certainly go again. Very Shiney & Clean. Nice Arcade. Good to know they have pool tables!
3 adult 3 kids had a blast.
Soooo disappointed in Bowlero in Tuscaloosa! Was told before hand over the phone that cupcakes for a 10 year olds birthday party could be brought in and was told again in person that it would be fine. Rented a lane, ordered pitchers of drinks and ordered pizza and pretzels. When tried bringing in the cupcakes was told they weren't allowed!! Maybe they should do more training with their employees so everyone knows the supposed rules.
I had fun and my drink from the bar was good. The waitress never delivered my drink but the bartender had it ready. We had pizza and fries, ok. The location was clean and feels secure. They need to better explain their billing, especially with holding your credit card. Management was nice when we had a billing issue. Keep in mind that billing is explained for individual cost not group.
My daughter had a birthday party at Bowlero and it was an amazing experience. Shay was in charge of our event and she was very accommodating and extremely nice to my group. The kids had a great time, the food was hot and delicious! The decorations were super cute! I would highly recommend for a kids birthday party!
I honestly do not feel like this place is worth all the money you pay to bowl. Me and my boyfriend had a group of 6 come to bowl. We played 4 games and one game they ended early to add names and the guy told us we wouldn't be charged for them but we still were. We still ended up paying over $100 just for the two of us to bowl. Shoes and games are charged separately which is ridiculously. On top of paying over $100 we bought drinks and shots as well. This isn't a realistic price for bowling. I don't understa
It is over priced two sodas over $10 only two employees they where nice and trying but long wait on sodas and no balls under 8lbs told smaller on order lol
It was very packed in here. The server/bartender was rude. Will not be returning here when I visit again.
Nice place but, same games for long time at the virtual game, and the VR glasses are broke
What a great place for a team building night!
Shay was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! She provided above EXCELLENT customer service for our Real Estate Brokerage (Visions Realty Co) in Tuscaloosa Alabama for our Monthly gathering!!! Thanks Shay!!! You deserve a promotion and a raise!!! The atmosphere was AMAZING!!! The staff was AMAZING!!! Thanks Bowler, Adrian Knox (Realtor) Visions Realty Co.
Went today for the first time and it will be the very last. It cost nearly $90 dollars for 3 people to bowl 2 games. That is why we only ever go to Shindig. Pay 60 for 2 hrs for 3 people and we can bowl 4-5 games for that price. Bowlero's shoes were falling apart and they cram everyone to just a few lanes. Very uncomfortable. After spending that much just to bowl 2 games it makes you not want to spend money on food. I mean nearly $16 for a cheese burger. They lost their minds. Got me once but never ever a
Great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the great Monday Madness deal with great pricing! Definitely will come back.
My first time visiting on today. Nice atmosphere, very clean. Friendly staff. I will be returning and bringing the grands.
We had our son 5th birthday at Bowlero.. Shay our coordinator was awesome. She made sure we were well taken care of. This was our 1st time there and we will most definitely return.
Nice people, clean, fun and exciting
Bowlero is a fun place for the whole family! Exciting and energetic atmosphere. They play great music, has an awesome arcade and pool tables too. Ran into just a couple of problems though. They have a great menu of food, and adult beverages, but getting someone to take our order took a while. Also, the bowling balls were left in ball returns of different empty lanes, so instead of them being placed in the racks where they can easily be found, we had to go from empty lane to empty lane until we found the rig
Good atmosphere, but I left feeling disappointed . The amount of money we spent compared to the little bits of food and drink that we had were crazy.
The service was Excellent. Manager Raven is a God ?? send. Me & my son Emanuel-Christopher will return there soon.
The Visions Realty Co team had an absolute blast. Some of the best realtors in town highly recommendeds Bowlero for an amazing team time with your crew!! The manager Shay is the best!!!!
It was a little pricey!! However being that it was a great clean well kept bowling alley, I didn't mind the extra cost for the atmosphere. Drinks were horrible for everyone in my party(8). Wings had good flavor the ones that were cooked properly some wasn't cooked all the way. We enjoyed ourselves for the most part.
Great food Great Arcade Nice employees
$6.69 for a game of bowling. $4.64 for a pair of bowling shoes. $$$ for a decent meal. Con: Got an alcohol bar in the bowling area. A lot of lanes that were open still had food from the previous game. The waiters said that they'd clean it up, but didn't do it when I was bowling w/ my friends. The mess was still there when we were done with the game. The music playing above our head is loud enough to burst your eardrums in the archade area. Pro: Great place to hangout with friends. The place got an arch
The staff goes out of their way to help people. Some customers are just impatient, but they manage that well.
It was my first visit. Myself and the other two bowlers had a really nice time. The Arcade is awesome. Probably had more fun in the Arcade than bowling. Gave it 3 stars because it is a very noisy place, rock and pop music, televisions, bowling pins falling, loud arcade machines, etc. Yet, overall, it's a fun place. Will go back.
I nice place, but is a shame toooo highh music volumen..., I couldn't enjoy today I just wanna run away due to high music
Had a great time the other day. Nice atmosphere, plenty of parking & plenty of lanes. All they need is MORE bartenders.
Always a good time, good food and good alcohol
Good place to visit with Grandma and the grand kids. Spent about 4 hours bowling and playing arcade games. Service was above average. Pizza, fries and drinks for lunch were good, but I think we'll skip them next time. Youngest grand daughter fell asleep and didn't eat. Overall I will recommend giving them a try if you are in the area.
Went on unlimted bowlimg night. If you have never been this is a place to come to for some fun. Good drinks and food!!!
Great family atmosphere and clean.
Unlike some of the reviews that I've seen, I had a great time there, the drinks were on point, and the staff was great! I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area
The pizza was delicious!
Very nice, clean, fun! Went to a birthday party there and the place was very nice. Everyone was having a great time. Great service. It is very crowded, but that's really my only ?complaint?. Definitely would go again!
Really nice facility, kid enjoyed bowling and the arcade and food. The lady working the prize center was patient and nice as was the guy that handled our food and drinks.
It's like an arcade and a bowling alley had a kid half of the building is dedicated to the arcade and the other half for bowling prices are nowhere near as bad as I thought they sell food and drinks including alcohol
Everything in here is expensive. Overpriced food drinks and games. Once you look past the prices you will find out that you will enjoy yourself. I had a great time
Went on a date night here. Awsome selection of balls and lanes. They hardly had a wait time for us to bowl. The food was really good and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this place for a date night.
Fun! Fun! Fun! You play video games, shoot pool and Bowl! Eat all in one place.
It's a nice place but they need to be more efficient with the way they run the lanes and wait time. Waited for an hour and 30 mins while there were 5 lanes open with no one playing.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
