Bowlero Tucson

Bowlero Tucson

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise Bowlero for its friendly staff, clean facilities, and enjoyable atmosphere, with many highlighting great family experiences and excellent service. Positive mentions include smooth online reservations, attentive waitstaff, and fun cosmic bowling. However, some criticize high prices, occasional machine malfunctions, and inconsistent service, like abrupt closures or billing errors. A few note dated arcades or minor annoyances (ATM issues, warm temperatures). While most rate it highly (5 stars), lower ratings cite poor management, rushed experiences, or unmet expectations with deals. Overall, it’s favored for casual outings but has room for improvement in consistency and value.

Customer Reviews

We had a good time playing. They are friendly with the customers, I recommended it

First time ever coming to Bowlero, and it was an amazing experience. From the fantastic staff down to the great food! We came at a quite busy time but Gus the manager was on it and was determined to give us a good experience and he did an above and beyond job definitely coming back!

The bowling alley is awesome!! 5 stars that way. 2 stars for the bartender? 3 times I have been here and had the worst service ever?.yall are losing money having that person work.. she acts like she doesn't want to be there and has zero personality, then if you make a comment she pouts about it'she turns business away, hopefully this issue gets resolved sooner than later, when it does , 5 stars it is:) this is the east Tucson location..

Bowlero is a great place for fun! It's kid-friendly, with an arcade section and good food, beer, and liquor. When we first arrived, it was packed, but the staff still set our group up with two lanes. The atmosphere is inviting, with cool ambient lighting and good music playing. I especially appreciate the comfortable shoes and excellent service. The price was fair, and overall, we had a fantastic time. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or just starting out, Bowlero has something for everyone. I highly recomm

This place is always nice and clean and everyone?s friendly that work there. The pro shop is the best you can get. The foods also really good with lots of choices. Always fun bowling at this Bowlero location

We had a birthday party at this location. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They decorated the tables extremely well and catered to our every need. A+ service!

I'm so done with this place. The floor is always dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, the food sucks, the staff are 50/50 polite and rude. The prep for league is straight garbage. They don't clean the full approach only about 3 feet in front of the lane. They say they give you 2 free games a week for league practice but never have lanes open for league practice. Tried to get a lane today and was told no even though the league doesn't start for almost 2 hours and they had a half dozen lanes being used

I bowl the youth league Saturday mornings. The pro shop guys are super mega ultra nice. House pattern amazing. Coaches very nice and have good humor. The flatbread pizza is THE BEST FOOD IVE EVER HAD!! bring back the Brunswick scorekings tho.

Won't be coming back got here at 3:10pm to bowl & store associate said there was a league at 5. Also there were at 8 lanes open. We could have went bowling for an hour and left before the league even started.

Went here on a date with my girlfriend and I and had a great time... until we checked out for the the night. No food, no drinks just the 2 of us. Ended up paying 170 dollars just to bowl. Ruined the great night we had, absolute roberry. Can't comprehend how bowling for an hour and a half costs that much.

Clean, friendly staff, good food and drink options. We had a great time.

While they offer awesome coupons through the Groupon, the food still remains quite spendy ?? ?. Looking at quality vs price ratio feeding 10 people in our group. We did not try the alcoholic beverages this time . Other than that, music was pleasant and at good volume, the bowling areas and bathrooms were clean. Not too crowded either ! Will return again.

Had an awesome time here! Stag was super nice! Great family fun, teens and younger children all enjoyed the games! Grownups did too!!!

Love this place! After 7 they turn the lights off and the atmosphere becomes awesome! My new favorite bowling place

Very nice. The food's a bit expensive. Got the strawberry lemonade mixer drink. It was to die for..

It was actually very good decently priced and the food was actually very decent love the new cocktail drinks

We had a great time bowling here. There were empty lanes between groups for social disting. Plenty of hand sanitizing wipes and spray bottles that you can use to re-sanitize your bowling area or bowling balls. We went in on a Tuesday and there was a bowling league playing. We were able to get two lanes at the very end of the alley. Since there was 7 in our group (family) we were able to get two adjoining lanes. We got sodas and an appetizer plate. (Thought about removing a half star for this next part) Th

Great family fun. Staff were exceptionally nice friendly.

Nice bowling alley on the East side. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceedingly polite, helpful and genuinely made you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

U bought a new bowling ball at the pro shop over two hundred dollars and had drilled there . Had to take to another pro shop to have re- drilled much better now. Buyer beware there all they want is your money. I found the pro at another alley. It should be NO stars

Staff are very respectful and have a positive attitude knows their information about bowling gear. Good family oriented place and fun for the whole family.

I definitely recommend Bowlero. It is a great place to go and have fun with family and friends. There is a positive vibe, Great music and most of all the staff and bartenders are awesome. The food is good, I love the sampler! You can get any mixed drink and a great variety of beers to choose from.

Would go back. Prices are good. Bowling was fun! Didn't do the arcade.

Overall rating; EXCELLENT! I remember those days when it was Camino Seco Lanes! Me, my brother, and my mother had fun on 6/4/24. Food is OK for the most part. What a fun time bowling over here! Employees are very helpful no matter what! I can't wait to share this experience with anyone!

Bowled with my cousin. We had a great time. The atmosphere was fun around us.

All the staff are friendly and professional, the place is clean, maintained well, and the prices are decent. Overall a good experience.

Jacob, the manager, refused to serve a sprite at 11:10 to one of our under age patrons. Also, he refused to serve 6 of us who wanted one more drink at 11:10 when they closed at 12:00. Very bad customer service, and we will not be back.

We come here because its close, and its family friendly. GREAT food! Really great place to bowl. They need new bowling balls though.

It was so fun and we had an awesome time. The hosts and who checked us in were super friendly and helpful. The food was sooooo good I was extremely impressed. Loved it thanks guys!

What a fun place. Clean, good food, just all around good fun. Loved it

Was recently in Tucson for a business trip and our group visited Bowlero Tucson for an evening out. It turned out to be a great choice for our group! Bowling, appetizers, and drinks. It was a clean facility with a very friendly and attentive staff! We hope to return to Bowlero during our next visit to Tucson!

I had my sons 7th birthday party here and was blown away! They decorated a table, had 3 foods of our choice (and the food was good!), gave us arcade cards, and gave my son a card and a cute gift. They had waiters attending us as well. I was just expecting something simple and they made it very special for us!

I took my wife there on May 31st and we had a good time. I'm grateful for the presence of one of their staff. I'm glad that Jacob Smith is back as part of the establishment.

We love this place!! The staff are great! We always have a great time here!! Even thinking of joining a league!! ??

Fantastic bowling spot here in Tucson! We've been to a couple of different ones, and this one by far is our favorite. Very easy online reservation process, wonderful customer service, attentive wait staff, and the lanes are clean and well set up. Music was at the right level for our 40ish ears, loud enough to enjoy, but we also had the ability to hold conversations without feeling like we were yelling. We will definitely be back; thank you for a great experience!

My experience w/ Serina was amazing! She was so personable and easy to talk to. Absolutely loved the drinks and how fast she was able to attend to me and my friends. Keep up the good work Serina! I'll definitely be back

If you like bowling, Bowlero is a great place to visit. They have food, entertainment, and bowling. Lots of parking. Only one problem, hard to get a lane due to their popularity.

I went to take my husband my father and my kids here as a gift. First impressions its over crowded. Constantly bumping into people around you. There is no space. I bought 6 tickets but was only able to use 5 because they did not sale socks ( they said they were out) so i had to waste a ticket so I sat so everyone can still enjoy. They didnt try to accomidate me on my ticket, no refund or anything. Then while we tried to bowl we constantly bumped into the people on either side. We got thirsty. Not hungry, ju

This place is the best! The staff really make it a nice place to be, one staff member in particular. Chris makes it to be such a lively and friendly place to be around. Very enjoyable experience and I will come again because of the staff experience!

We took our grandkid bowling after the first day of school and for my sweetie's birthday. It was so fun. Super friendly staff at a clean facility. They had great music playing and the atmosphere was fun. Great way to celebrate, have fun, and get out of the summer heat.

Had an incredible time the atmosphere was awsome and I love all the Halloween decorations. The only flaw was that you can only rent the pool tables by the hour but I only had time for a quick game so I didn't get to play which my son and I was looking forward to. But all in all I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience. I bowled 9 games with my son and played some arcade games after. Friendly staff and great service.

Have to put 1 star but wouldnt even give the kitchen manager that , ordered food which took an hour to arrive, as food is being delivered to people ordering after. And to add a cherry on top, the food came out not even luke warm. I dont know how hard it is to cook chicken tenders and fries, but the wannabee chef wearing a chef coat in the kitchen with rbf every day surely cannot.

Our bowling teams we are part of and most of your staff are awesome that is why we come to bowl. The place itself needs a make over bowling lanes old place never seems clean. Why do you blast music outside the bowling alley is beyond me. Corporate should take more pride in this location as maybe it would bring in more business.

Had so much fun with my adult children and grandchild! Food was really good too. The sampler platter and wings were unexpectedly delicious! Great place for a family outing! We could be loud, and dance to the music, staff was great! We'll be back!

I want to start this off with a thank you to the staff. We came right before league play, and they got us in. We ordered two combos, pizza/soda and pizza and beer, and something messed up with the Point of Sale system, and they got us our meal, and then some. The lanes we were put on, the belts kept having problems, and they asked someone next to us to move, so we could have two lanes together that were working. We had a party of 10, with little children, so not playing together wasn't an option. Murphy's

I love this place, perfect alley for all skill levels. I been to other bowling alleys and sometimes, it can be intimidating because you are surrounded by players who take the sport seriously. Nothing wrong with those kinds of players however every time I visit Bowlero, players of all skill levels are usually in the mix. From teens to the elderly, everyone who comes in here has the intent to have a great time. The lanes and facility are consistently cleaned and well taken care of. The staff is always he

I went here with my husband and our 3 kids, ages 16, 15 and 6yrs old. We all had a lot of fun. It was so nice to see the happy looks on the kids faces. We got some soft pretzels, nachos and mozzarella sticks, they all were very tasty. My husband and I both had a Bud light on draft and it was the best tasting beer I've had in a long time. We will definitely be going back!??????

Been here a few times, the place has been around a while so most people know what to expect, their arcade area is slowly being updated ,definitely better than a year ago, need to just pitch that fooze table , the lanes were better to. A lot of friendly staff as always. Enjoyable place to go bowl and take the kids. Bar as well for a more adult experience.....

The staff was all over the place, it took almost 25 minutes for us to get a lane. She kept messing up and putting us on different lanes. Also the arcade prize section takes forever to work

I just had my daughter's birthday party there. The staff was very helpful with setting up the party from the start with Dailyn. We got there and they (Francisco the GM and the event manager)had the table set with a little light up sign for my daughter. They let us know when they were going to bring food out, did a shout out over the loud speaker, checked on us, and when we were needing assistance the staff was always nice/prompt to come help us. I know a lot of this is small stuff but we have been to a lot

Great staff, food tiny bit on the pricy side but has pool tables and a little arcade and bar and the everything else is fair and good.

Came here with my fam, had lots of fun

We had such a great time little pricey but lots of fun

Nice place, pretty clean. The lanes were ok, with the exception of the score needed to be reset like 10x's for one game. We were moved over to another lane and it was cool.

Really fun. Lets you buy games by the hour or individually. The arcade is really cool. Beware of the Space Invaders Game. Lol

Had a great time bowling with three family! Clean and organized!

Will be having an event here for this week and the event sales rep did AMAZING to accommodate us. Great pricing and made event planning go smoothly! Can't wait to come in wednesday!

Love this place, always fun to bowl with family and friends. Only reason for the 4 stars was it was just a little warm in here.

Place is a rip off. Happily took our money then made us hurry up and finish in less than 30min so their guy could do flooring work before the league showed up. No balls with good weight and holes that fit my fingers. My kid needs bumpers so everybody on the lane was required to use bumpers. Went in with a coupon deal that was supposed to be for 2 people, games & shoes, but they only would honor 1 person and no shoes. I got ripped off even with the "deal". Place was trashed and smelled bad too. Wanted a $5

Would've given it 5 if I wasn't ignored for 10 minutes by the bar woman for some sodas and then told I can't refill my water bottle for "health reasons" by some 4ft woman other than that this place is great just pricey

Bowlero is a great alley! The employees are so friendly, facilities are nice and the food is great. Premium beer runs $20ish a pitcher and soda/lemonade has free refills. The decor is pretty modern and the music is fantastic. Cannot wait to return!

This place must not be interested in making money. I took my family here for mother's day to try and check out a bowling alley closer to home. Huge mistake. There were maybe 5 lanes in use when I arrived and I was placed in the middle of the crowd instead of being given any breathing room. There was only one porter for the entire 32 lanes. I made it about half way through my game before their machine broke and I had a pin stuck in the lane. I had to call for help 3 times just to get the arm lifted. But aft

A very welcoming place, staff is really nice and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable and the food that you can order is delicious. It's a great place to spend with family and friends for an affordable price. I definitely would go again and recommend this place to anyone else!!!!!

I've been here several times. Great place to have fun. Very clean, employees are super nice. My gson LOVES the Arcade!

Madison and Jacob were wonderful. We had a fantastic time for my daughter's birthday. The food was absolutely delish. Great bowling atmosphere as well. Everyone around us was amazing.

Last night was our second Saturday enjoying the evening with some food and drinks and bowling with a small group of friends. The bartender is friendly and fast, and their manager Brandon, has been friendly and accommodating both visits. The unlimited bowling is a good value. We will be back again.

Good place for a Saturday night family bowl. The kids enjoyed the cosmic bowl ambiance and the place was clean and the employees friendly. Decent food, though nothing to write home about. We noticed after we left they'd charged us for an extra shoe rental; though such things will happen now and again, it would have been better if it hadn't. Overall a pretty good experience.

This is my place to bowl! HOWEVER, Customer service is what I expect immediately when I walk through those doors. I called to check if they had lanes available and they said did but whoever answered the phone was not professional nor courteous. I walk in and waited 7 min to be helped by the front desk. Then a guy walks over and says what's up...what's up? Seriously? How about Hi welcome in, what can we do for you tonight? Professionalism and courtesy is what I expect in a public establishment. Nothing less.

I took my family here, when they came into town to visit. It was a pleasant atmosphere, when we went. The kids had a blast. The staff was friendly, and super helpful at getting the kids shoe sizes right. The price was pretty average, I'd say. I'd go back again.

This appears to be a great place to bowl and have fun with friends and family, but the arcade is a little lacking and dated. We got a groupon for arcade tokens, but the arcade here was much smaller than at places like Golf N Stuff. Seems cool overall but the arcade was not really worth it.

We had our Christmas party at Bowlero, and I thought this place was great. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The place was clean, and the food was good considering it being a bowling alley. I had only a couple issues with my visit. One being that the bowling balls kept getting jammed up somewhere and would not return until 4 frames later. The other issue was that the place was way too hot, its winter in Arizona, I don't think blasting the heater is necessary.

It was great! I guess it had been a while since I have been bowling, but I thought that 35 bucks for 2 games for 2 players was a lot. Other than that the place was awesome!

I've been here many times in the past and I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the facility. The 3 stars are due to minor annoyances like the ATM being out of service and the inability to pay for league dues week to week with a debit card. The staff was friendly and attentive so I'm not faulting them.

Bowling is cool, arcade is cool, standard fare. But what really shined for me was the staff at the snack stand. Two women, one with pink hair and her coworker (forgot their names, but it was Sat. night, 3/2) really showed great customer service and understanding with a problem I had. They listened, and made an effort to make it right...and it's the little acts of care in the seemingly most unlikely of places that can really count. Five stars for them ??

Cool place never been here. Clean decent prices, food wasn't bad at all either.

Bowling alley getting five stars? It's pretty rare. But I went in here today and there was a girl working the snack bar. Her kindness and genuine smile is infectious. I'm not sure what gives her this superhuman effect (affect?). Such a beautiful soul. Either way, if she's working, then you should go and check these guys out. Highly recommended.

I really don't have enough good things to say about our recent birthday party at Bowlero. We had our daughter's 9th birthday party there and everyone had a great time. Usually it's a bore to sit through kids' birthday parties but the kids and adults all had a blast with bowling, the arcade, and dancing to the music. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great time. The kitchen staff even double and triple checked to make sure some of our food was gluten free per our request.

Fun, cute little arcade they had and the alley itself is sweet. They bring food and drinks right down to the lanes! I'm very sad that they weren't more busy on a Saturday! Why us no one going?! Your missing out hard-core. I will definitely be back and also gonna try and talk my dad and bro into joining their leagues. Highly recommend!

I had bowled there in the mid 1980's on a league. Haven't bowled much since. Surprised to see how well I did! I got a strike first throw! Saw that the machine keeps score for ya now. That's pretty neat. I didn't mind doing it before. The Pizza wasn't bad. Could be better, but I'm comparing it to R&R Pizza in Marana. No comparison! Prices have sure gone up! From 75 cents a game back then to $5 now! But overall, not bad considering the automatic scoreboard. We may make this a habit.

We brought a group of 11 people this evening. We arrived around 1030. Signage and online says they are open till 1 am and we chose the unlimited bowling per person. It appeared there were plenty of people bowling and spending money to stay open till their standard time of 1 AM. They decided to close at 12am anyway. We had a mixed group of minors and "of age" patrons. 11:08- One person from our party went to get a drink, was served, and literally right behind him was another person from our party who was

This place is great. I haven't been here since it was Brunswick Bowling. I love all the changes they made. The seating is conducive to all body types which is kind of neat. The staff is friendly. The bowling balls are sized for all hand types which is cool. Only downfall is their arcade room. It's quite expensive and their claw machine malfunctions some but they don't give back what was lost. That's why the 4 stars. The arcade room needs something, not sure what, but definitely needs something.

I bought the birthday package wasn't given everything that was promised. My daughter wasn't told happy birthday on intercom as I was told it was going to be done by the person that I made the reservations with. Heck no staff member never even said happy birthday to her. Was given only 2 lanes when I paid for 3lanes!! No birthday incentives was even offered. Was told I would get half peperoni & half cheese. Only received 4 plain cheese pizzas. And was told if I wanted more I would have to pay more.....even

Super good and fun. Amazing service. They were very quick to come help with any problems we had during our games. I would definitely come back another time.

Staff was outstanding. Pro shop with Butch, super and Jacob was a blast. Mark was very helpful (Vincent is his brother). Lounge bartender very courteous.

Went with husband, also with son and his date. Comfortable, inexpensive. Even on league night they keep lanes open. I don't care for in dining prices or drinks but we had a blast. The staff are very helpful . And there are coupons

Justin, at the desk, really went beyond helpful. Women friends went bowling. Three times he changed lanes for us so we beginners would be comfortable. Really comfortable place.

The bowling alley was good and the lanes had oil. Food was meh but overall a good experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
