Celebrated my daughter 16th birthday there with her closest friends they had a blast. Good food ( ordered and delivered right to our lanes),fantastic drinks , excellent customer service and full bar for me and my guests couldn't as for more we will definitely be back the vibe was real! Sim offers some excellent service. He helped us buy some good food because we had some issues using the gift cards at the kiosk. He dropped what he was doing and fixed the tedious issue promptly. The nachos and other appetiser plate were excellent. The quality of this establishment could improve by offering a soda pitcher (or by making it easier to find on the kiosk) & Through some soundproofing in the periphery to lower the ambient noise.

Celebrated my sons 15th birthday with some of his soccer team mates. The boys had a blast and the food was really good. I don't know who they have in the kitchen cooking the chicken tenders but they are fire. The seasoning seems like a southern recipe, please don't change it!!! Used a Groupon which is a great deal but for open play no oil on the lanes but if your using house equipment your fine but your more expensive equipment will become dirty and has a high chance of being damaged

My experience was okay. It wasn't the best experience. From the moment I walked in I was told I couldn't have my water bottle. Which I can understand that some people may sneak in other drinks. However, the staff wasn't friendly at all. From the cashier, to the server. When my family was bowling he was literally behind our lane just watching. Which made me feel uncomfortable, especially because he came around to tell us that if we wanted to order food or drinks on a tablet. Would I come here again? Nah.

Very nice bowling alley. So much to enjoy from Corn Hole and something like Beer Pong to Arcade Games...something for the entire family. The staff was amazing. Even the security made you feel welcome. Very clean and updated with ample seating. Nothing bad about the bowling facility.

First of all they have outrageous prices! Shoe rental is expensive also. Pizza was nasty and beer was mid. I can see why it was empty. If it's empty why do they cramm Everyone together! The booth is not big enough to cramm everyone together. Ball selection is awful also. I don't recommend this place. The guy working in the front desk looked hungry and hangry. Not many places left to bowl so I just won't bowl anymore.

Took the family and went back to Bowlero because I heard they remodeled. I don't remember how it looked before but overall looks mostly the same for me. This place has great vibes, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our family had a great time! I also notice the staff constantly wiping down seats and balls with sanitizers, great job guys! We were waiting for 3-4 hrs. Ask a bunch of times for a estimate time. But they would only say they didn't know. Until a guy told us that there was a bunch of resorved times. That it would be 2-3 hrs to be next.

The manager named Diego is very out of service. We used vouchers to add five. Two people paid for another lane, but they refused to give it to us for various reasons. They had a lot of lanes, but he said I didn't want to give you. He was really rude.

I loved bowling here. Had my sons party here. And it was perfect. The party host was awesome the managers were friendly the pizza was decent. But most of all the kids had an absolute blast. Fantastic bowling center! I organized a group of 16 to bowl. The process was smooth, the food was great and the onsite staff were amazing. We are a lively bunch, that meets annually and always look for a place that has food, alcohol, and pins. Bowlero did not disappoint.

Visit Bowlero last weekend to celebrate my youngest son's birthday. We enjoy a lot, however, the CSR does not want us to use 2 lanes, so we can play more. We are five person and alternately we play. If the CSR allow us to use two lanes, it is more enjoyable. A single lane always pause you to get into action. We don't order food this time since we just ate before we come here. The manager and staff were so helpful and constantly checked on our party. I honestly thought it was going to be rowdy crowd because of things you hear on the news with bowling alleys. But it was great. We had 5-7pm reservations and it was a family friendly environment. I wish I remembered everyone's name but it really was everyone working that was super attentive on 6/22/24.

Our time here was well spent. We went for Fathers Day. The staff was informative and friendly. It was not crowded like Gable House in Torrance seems to be nowadays. It's a good bowling alley. Could use better maintenance... some lanes have dead spots or are warping. The ball return and control stations/keyboards are worn. The machines are slow. TLDR: Rude front desk lies about wait times. After signing in with the QR code, the dude working at the front desk was incredibly rude after asking for an estimated wait time for a lane. After being told that it would be two hours, we decided to leave. About 20 minutes later I got a text stating that a lane was ready. I've never been to a place that seemed like it didn't want my business as much as this.

Extremely slow service. Staff member asked what I wanted to drink, picked up the cup and bottle, but then proceeded to take care of two other people before finally coming back to me. The staff was very pleasant and kept on checking in with us since we had made a reservation. I have to say though that bowling has gotten very expensive. Shoe rental itself was $27 for three of us. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT get a Groupon for this establishment. We have tried 4 times to use it with no success and now we cannot get a refund on Groupon. Nice bowling alley if you can get a lane. They told us it was a one hour wait... but two and a half hours later we left without bowling. That was after spending hundreds of dollars on food and drinks and arcade machines waiting. There were five open lanes and multiple groups that were still hanging out at a lane after they had stopped bowling for an hour - but we still couldn't get a lane.
