The place is good for family & friends, The price is fair for unlimited bowling after 10 pm. The staff are great. The Only thing is the drinks are not worth it. They taste great but I had two drinks plus a shot of vodka and I had no buzz, the drinks do have flavor. I paid for 8 drinks for only 3 people for 120.00 without tip. I will never buy drinks but I will go for the bowling.

We went here for a family bowling night and we had a great time. The music is good and the place is clean. They are a little over priced in my opinion, just for bowling and the pizza was not very good. I don't really see myself going back unless we decide to have another family night there.

Manager on duty was ridiculous. Went there yesterday around 5. Wouldn't sell us a drink because 4 people weren't in our group ( we had 3 and there were no fine print stating that we needed 4 to purchase). Server pulled me away from my game for 5 min to wait on the manager to give me a refund. He came up on his cellphone...didnt even introduce himself. Refunded the money and wouldn't even comp a fountain drink for the inconvenience

My wife, kids, and grandchildren love to bowl here. We had the Cheese Quesadilla with Steak and fries, oh my they were delicious! We were served by Destiny and she gave us Great service!

Nice, clean, fun. Lots of video games as well as bowling. We were able to put the bumpers up for my kid, that's the only way I got any pins down. One thing was I wish they had a healthier food option on the menu.

Lots of bowling lines on both sides, plus 3 pool tables and more games like a Dave & Busters. The lemon pepper wings were pretty good, didn't order the pizza because of the old reviews but saw one there that didn't look like the review pics so maybe it has improved. Drinks were good too.

This was my first time at this location since Bowlero took over (a while, I know) but it was such a fun environment and the staff goes above and beyond. We took advantage of their after 8 pm weekday special to hang out and do an early secret Santa. We were a party of 7, 6 adults and 1 child and the staff went out of their way to ensure the child in our party had just as much fun! Food staff was great too and very prompt.

I liked the place a lot, they have a nice amount of lanes and also tables to eat if you have to wait for a lane to be available. The pizza was great, toasty, and cheesy. Big enough for 2 or 3 people. Our sales attendant and bar attendant were great! However, we we there with my 9th month old baby so we had her baby yogurt on the table and the security guard walked up to my husband while I was at the arcade games and asked him to dispose of it because outside food is not allowed. This is ridiculous. Did he expect me to feed her pizza? A couple next to us even explained to him that is was for our baby and he ended up taking it and disposing of it. Very unprofessional

Everything Overpriced, even the food and it didn't even taste good. WORD OF ADVICE: Ask how much your total will be for the games for everyone playing before leaving your card. How they get you is they tell you to leave your card and they will close it out after you play. I'm sure if they told you the total before playing and asked you to pay right then and there, people would leave. Was invited for a birthday party and everything was organized and done properly. There was plenty of lanes available for the kids, bumpers and bowling balls. Kids were given gaming cards preloaded and everyone had fun.

This was my first time and I was really surprised how big and we'll maintained it was. The building looks a bit old from outside, but as soon you enter inside, your perception will change. They have around 50 bowling alleys, pool tables and arcade section. I went as part of a team outing and they catered food which was delicious. They have a bar as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Equipments were well maintained. Overall enjoyed my time.

Waaaaaaaaaaay overpriced. For 40 bucks we got the smallest quesadilla with fries and 2 beers. There's was 1 taco worth of meat and cheese in the flattest 25 dollar quesadilla I have ever seen. Very nice place. You can do a lot of stuff like bowling, arcade, pool. Plus, they had a bar and a food area. My family had a good time, and it was definitely great for kids or the child at hearts.

Lots of entertainment for all ages, bowling, pooling, arcade and the pizza is not bad. Reasonable prices (alcohol beverages not considered). Good place to have some fun with family and friends. Definitely a place to party or make some memories and laughs a lot!

The place was clean, neat and organized. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only draw back was that the food prices are exorbitant. Paid $10 for (1) 20oz Aquafina water and (1) 16 oz Lemonade that was just okay. They did allow a cake to celebrate my birthday.

I have been bowling here since it was sawgrass in the early 2000s, now Valero took it over it's a lot more corporate but I still bowl here we now ball in a Wednesday 55 and overly and one of the bowlers who's bald here for 20 years her shoe broke she went to the front desk and was told it beat would be $6.50 for shoes any league I bold in since I'm 18 free shoes were always given for League bowlers I went up to complain cuz I am the captain and basically told that's what we do here well that's not the way t

I've visit this location for many years. I came in hoping to celebrate my daughter?s birthday. I understand, I couldn't get a birthday package w/o reservation therefore I gotta pay about double buying it separately. What really made me write this review was specifically the manager KEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He treated like I don't matter, his comments were intended to state I'm less than him. Time and time again we always wind up having a birthday party at Sawgrass Lanes for one of our special needs young adults. It's always an effortless day. There's plenty of food and drink for the kids to munch on. The lanes have bumpers that are a snap to turn on for an individual player. The game room is loaded with great games, and air hockey and pool. We also go there for Special Olympics bowling. Sawgrass is a great place for fun, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great place for family fun. We were here for Christmas,it wasnt too busy so that was great, however the service was slow quite a few of our food menu items were brought out incorrectly meaning some people had to wait to eat while the rest of us were already eating otherwise I would have given them five stars

We had a really great time during our visit to Sawgrass Lanes! Everything was clean with plenty of space and equipment for different needs and preferences. The pro shop has everything you need/want and the staff offered helpful information. Will be returning!

Really nice bowling alley and love the overall vibe too. If you are a league player it's a great deal and activity all around. They have low weight balls and the assists for children so we can even take the kids and everyone has a great time.

It looks like they have remodeled since the last time we were here. New staff, new arcade games, pool tables, and bowling! The drinks were good and the service was fast and friendly. Everything was kept clean even though it was pretty busy on a Thursday night.

The bowling alley is horrible, and the approach is sticky and the employees are non-responsive, slow, and they mess up the orders on a slow day. Go to SpareZ instead because the lanes and the approach are way better and they have more places to sit.

Always a great time! Had to let the kids play in the arcade because the bowling lanes where doing a tournament.... Recommend calling before hand . They had so much fun... The arcade had so many more games than in the past and they were all the latest and greatest. They have brought a big arcade feel to our local spot. They have a full bar and and sporting events playing, So everyone found something to do making the night a great one! Top it off with some boneless wings /fries....we'll be back soon!

Experience felt very safe, from the dividers at the desk to the spaced-out lane assignments to the mask requirements (worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking) to their system for the bowling balls at the lanes. We enjoyed our game time and highly recommend the pretzel dippers with queso. My husband stated that he would come back just for the arcade because they had such a big area with options to appeal to all ages.

We had a great night bowling and we also ate dinner here as well. We had the sampler with chicken tenders, Chicken wings, French fries and pretzels. The Drinks were great and the waitress was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere was very nice with cold air conditioning,dim fancy lighting,great music and all we can bowl deals. Great time definitely recommend 5 stars ????? very clean bathrooms and we definitely will be returning.

We had a work event here at Bowlero in Tamarac. Bowlero took over for what was formally Sawgrass Lanes. They are renovating at the moment but the lanes and everything on the inside was good to go. The folks had a blast and the food was delicious. The drinks were well made and I would be more than happy to come back when they have finished upgrading everything.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Manager Lacks Basic Customer Service I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bowlero. We were stopped *immediately* by the manager, who rudely informed me that I couldn't bring in a simple cup of water, citing the "no outside food or drink" policy. My friend celebrated her son's birthday there. The kids had a blast plus they have a pretty cool arcade. My only issue is that they don't have pitchers of water and you cannot buy pitchers of juice. You have to buy individual drinks for $5 which can be expensive if you're holding a party for kids.

The General Manager Ken is probably the nicest person I have met. They were super busy this Sunday and he was making sure everyone got a lane and had a great time. Then the rest of the staff came around and was on top of their game. Truly one of the best crews/teams I have seen and I have seen and worked with many customer service oriented businesses. We came here after having lunch just to remain active lol and we had a nice time playing. The place was crowded. Lots of children, birthday parties. But overall, it was a nice time. The music selection was great. Make sure that you wear socks. The shoes looked clean and sanitized.

Amazing layout with bowling to either side of a central desk bar and arcade area. Was there for a birthday party, staff was all super friendly and the entire place was clean. Awesome to see bowling done correctly in a new modern era. Even had an issue with arcade card credits and front desk cleared it up easily.

Outrageous prices! How are you going to charge $140 for 4 people to bowl? What happened to being able to have a fun night out with the family without breaking the bank? Will not be going back. There are other places that don't overcharge.
