Took my 9 year old bestie here one afternoon and we had an absolute blast! First off, the place was so cute and so clean. I visited this bowling alley recently and we had a good time. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave us our bowling shoes and we headed to our lane. It was really a fun filled night. I have never been to a bowling alley that charged you for each game instead of just the flat rate of one lane and the shoes for each player. This was not told to us before bowling and we spent close to 200 dollars for six games. It was a complete rip off and I highly recommend you don't come. The food was not great and it was very hot. We booked a Seniors Field Trip "party" here. The customer service was SO AMAZING!! Lexi, Antoinette, Lauren and management team were so amazing. I am already a repeat individual customer, YET our field trip experience has made me want to book another party here. Love IT!

Had a great experience with AML at Bowlero! She was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. Whether it was getting our lanes set up, answering questions, or just being friendly and attentive throughout our time there, AML really went above and beyond. Fun bowling alley. They use string pinsetters and the lanes were as dry as you'd expect a fun bowling alley to be. I wish they had more diverse beer options. Regardless, it's a good place for a fun night out with friends.

We came to Bowlero to bowl and eat, but apparently that's too much to ask. They kept saying the chef was ?on the way,? ?almost here,? and then? nothing. He never showed up. We asked if we could order food from outside since their kitchen clearly wasn't functioning?they said no. If you don't have a chef that actually shows up, the least you can do is let people bring in food. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Not worth the time or money. I went here with a guy friend of mines. Definitely overpriced, lack of A/C and my bowling section wasn't even keeping score of the game, we had to input the score manually which was very tedious. Great music but the experience could?ve been better.

Felt a bit expensive... there was a bar inside so you can order some foods if you'd like. Overall, it's a nice place to have a fun time. I had an excellent experience with this bowling alley, especially their corporate event planning team! The manager and staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was taken care of. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and created the perfect atmosphere for our group. On top of that, the music playlist was fantastic and kept the energy up all night. Highly recommend this venue for corporate events or just a fun night out!

It was a bit ghetto in there. The changing table for the babies was broken in the restroom. They ran out of food menu items that they should have early in the day. The management needs to go. The food took way too long to be served and they couldn't get the order correct. staff didn't seem to care what was needing to be done. They need some order and discipline for management and staff.

We attended my nephew's bowling party here. All of the kids had a blast bowling then played in their new arcade. We ordered pizza, wings, a sampler platter, and the loaded fries which were my favorite out of all of the food. Atmosphere and music were good as they were playing your top 40 hits. Went in for one game of bowling, did not tell us there was a ?shoe rental price,? they just said it would be $12 each for the bowling. Price ended up being $38 for two people for one game that took maybe 20 minutes.. Floor also felt very slick, or perhaps it was the old shoes. We had a team event here for work. My coworkers and I had a blast! We had some first time bowlers with us and I'm more than sure they're going to want to go back. Great way to kick back and release some stress from the work day.

The waiting staff could use some help. The bartenders and rest of the staff are great. The place could make so much more money with an attentive and experienced waiting staff. I myself have learned to bypass them and go directly to the bar for all of my needs. The lanes are a bit of an issue at times which can slow up things when having issues corrected.

I've never been to a bowling alley where I had to pull everything out of my pockets. As well as take my watch and bracelet off in order to go through the metal detector. At least have a tray to sit my items in. No, it just scattered all on the table for others in line to admire. There was a wait, which was okay. That gave me a chance to grab something to eat. They give you a number to sit on the table so they can bring the food out to you. I finally had to chase someone down to find out where my order was.

Went on a weekend, overly crowded, and I had to struggle to find a spot to sit even though I made a reservation, there were kids running around, standing on the chairs and stuff, not worth the money I paid.

Good bowling, it a little expensive, $100+ for 3 games for 3 people. Staff was kind however the music was really loud and irritating, and huge screens took up the entire front. Lanes were very dimly lit. Around half the time spares or strikes didn't register as the full amount knocked down and had to be edited manually, which was very annoying. The location was nice and was not crowded at all. Shoes were very comfortable for bowling alleys.

We've had group gatherings here a few times and never had an issue, the food is decent and drink prices fair with a full bar, lobby was clean but bathrooms neglected, and music playlist was decent with occasional music videos on the screens along with it, they do need to hire a few more staff members on the weekends as we had to go to the bar for food and drinks numerous times but over all it's a fun safe place with friends and family

I came to this is bowling establishment on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy. Plenty of lanes were open and the prices were fair for unlimited bowling for one person. We had pitchers of beer and the food was okay. They also have arcade games for the kids. Overall, we had fun and the restrooms were super clean. Definitely coming back again!

Bowlero Stafford is used annually for family bowling. We were assigned a reserved lane, so we had to move. The kitchen had one fryer working on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The place was crowded, and the wait for food was long. If someone had told us before we ordered, we would have made an informed decision. To top it all off, the adult beverages tasted like kool-aid. Needless to say, we did not have a great experience at Bowlero, but we had a great time laughing and enjoying each other's company!
