Customer Reviews

Took my 9 year old bestie here one afternoon and we had an absolute blast! First off, the place was so cute and so clean. I really liked how there were bowling balls already at each lane, it made it easier than having to go search for the correct ball to use. There was a gentleman there who made our drinks, which both of us would recommend the cotton candy lemonade and the Oreo milkshake! The man who made our drinks, mentioned that he was not the normal bartender, he had never made a milkshake before, so he

Great place to Bowl. The staff is friendly and helpful! Place is clean and has plenty of lanes to bowl ??. There's even a bar for the adults. We enjoy coming here every week!????

I had such a great experience thanks to Ashley, our server during our visit to the bowling alley! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and kept that same friendly energy the entire time. Her charisma really stood out?she made us feel welcome, relaxed, and like VIP guests. Ashley was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, was quick with our orders, and even made great menu suggestions. Her timing, attent

Jason has been super incredible to our group. He truly goes above and beyond and so does Rome. They have been there the past three weeks for our team. we have a lot of kids and they understand that we are a camp and that the kids just want to bowl and have fun. Their attentiveness and patience is above and beyond! I cannot thank you all enough. We WILL be back next summer for another 4 weeks!!!!! Thank you!

Sarah the event sales rep was so helpful with planning my child's 7th birthday party. She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions, calls and emails. She gave me tons of confidence that the event, the venue and the party was going to be great - and it was! She was truly outstanding to work with. Chrissy, the manager at the venue, though I'm not sure that's the correct spelling, was equally outstanding. She was so helpful, made us feel welcome, adjusted our list, input our names on

So much fun. Chryssi the manager made her presence known right off the bat. She was very accommodating. Made us feel like VIP! Trinity, our waitress, was marvelous. We had a pepperoni pizza and the appetizer sampler. Everything was great. Especially the pizza. We also had a bottle of wine. Service wasn't so fast as trinity was alone on a Wednesday evening but it was a great experience and i will be back !!

I came here to enjoy a night out with my family and do something lighthearted to lift my spirits, but instead I experienced ableism. Due to an old injury, I usually use bumpers to bowl comfortably. When I asked for them, I was told they're ?only for kids.? That moment felt humiliating. I wasn't asking for special treatment I was asking to be included. Just because my needs aren't visible doesn't mean they aren't real. I left feeling excluded and honestly hurt. Policies like this might seem small, but the

The bowling alley is nice BUT, the customer service is terrible. Find a better bowling alley. The manager Christy is very rude, she needs to work on her customer service skills. Christy/ Christie speaks to customers like they're animals. Planned on coming back with friends and family but probably won't return. If you like attitude then this is the location for you.

The manager Mr. Sampson did a great job hosting our boys basketball banquet! We'll be back next year!

I visited this bowling alley recently and we had a good time. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave us our bowling shoes and we headed to our lane. It was really a fun filled night. I had a cheese pizza and my guest had the chicken tenders and fries with a side garlic bread. Everything tasted fine. We really had lots of fun. The music they played was also good so we danced as well. I think our server had to take be in charge of too many guests but she did her best. It was a lot of people there

Great place to hang out with friends. I had a Groupon that I had used for my 5 friends.

Our family loves Bowlero Stafford. We never have to wait long for a lane. The staff are friendly. The screens and balls have all been upgraded recently. Their summer passes are a good deal, too.

I just recently visited here for the first time with my family for a birthday. And I love it. The customer service was really nice. It was a Saturday and packed and they were still very attentive to our party. Shout out to our server Jayla, she was Perfect. Great experience.

We went there tonight with some friends. It was a nice facility, but everything is WAY overpriced. $21 for a single pitcher of regular lemonade that was half ice. There's no way anywhere else would charge such an outrageous amount for a non-alcoholic beverage. If you decide to come, get a Groupon and eat before you come. Outside of the crazy high prices, it was a fun experience.

This was my first visit to Bowlero. The experience was all right, nothing much to rave about. If I were to go bowling again, I would probably look at other locations first. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get a lane. That's understandable; it was a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy. There were a lot of people there. Plenty of parking so you won't have trouble with that. The bowling experience was good. The staff are quite indifferent though. I mentioned it was my first visit there and they reall

I have never been to a bowling alley that charged you for each game instead of just the flat rate of one lane and the shoes for each player. This was not told to us before bowling and we spent close to 200 dollars for six games. It was a complete rip off and I highly recommend you don't come. The food was not great and it was very hot. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Lots of fun games here to play before or after you bowl. The food was pretty good. I ordered the cauliflower bits with french fries and it tasted very fresh. I like the atmosphere here. It's a great choice for family and friends and children to come and bowl here.

We booked a Seniors Field Trip "party" here. The customer service was SO AMAZING!! Lexi, Antoinette, Lauren and management team were so amazing. I am already a repeat individual customer, YET our field trip experience has made me want to book another party here. Love IT!

Had a great experience with AML at Bowlero! She was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. Whether it was getting our lanes set up, answering questions, or just being friendly and attentive throughout our time there, AML really went above and beyond. You can tell they care about making sure everyone has a good time. Big thanks for the great service?definitely made our night more enjoyable!

Had my son's birthday party there. We were taken care of nicely and the food was pretty good. Would recommend for a family event.

Fun bowling alley. They use string pinsetters and the lanes were as dry as you'd expect a fun bowling alley to be. I wish they had more diverse beer options. Regardless, it's a good place for a fun night out with friends.

We came to Bowlero to bowl and eat, but apparently that's too much to ask. They kept saying the chef was ?on the way,? ?almost here,? and then? nothing. He never showed up. We asked if we could order food from outside since their kitchen clearly wasn't functioning?they said no. If you don't have a chef that actually shows up, the least you can do is let people bring in food. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Not worth the time or money. I wish I could give it NEGATIVE STAR!!!

I went here with a guy friend of mines. Definitely overpriced, lack of A/C and my bowling section wasn't even keeping score of the game, we had to input the score manually which was very tedious. Great music but the experience could?ve been better.

First time visiting here. We had a nice time celebrating my friend's BD!! We did only one play but they charged us $16.65 per person. Felt a bit expensive... there was a bar inside so you can order some foods if you'd like. Overall, it's a nice place to have a fun time. Oh, they have arcades as well so if you wanna have some games you can do them as well. Come if you'd like! Cheers ??

I had an excellent experience with this bowling alley, especially their corporate event planning team! The manager and staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was taken care of. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and created the perfect atmosphere for our group. On top of that, the music playlist was fantastic and kept the energy up all night. Highly recommend this venue for corporate events or just a fun night out!

It was a bit ghetto in there. The changing table for the babies was broken in the restroom. They ran out of food menu items that they should have early in the day. The management needs to go. The food took way too long to be served and they couldn't get the order correct. staff didn't seem to care what was needing to be done. They need some order and discipline for management and staff.

We had a company event and we had a Blast! Good Food, Good Friends and Good Bowling!

Great staff & venue. Hosted my son's small gathering (impromptu). The set up was nice, sysgg was so very attentive and accommodating. Made the evening very enjoyable.

Really great place to take the kids during summer. Food was a little behind but came out and tasted good. Will be back!

Ambiance is cool. Food was great. Let's make sure the A/C is working properly before people pay to bowl in a sauna. I would have left if we didn't pay close to $200 on games and food.

Went here for my son?s birthday. It was great all had a fantastic time. The staff was super friendly and helpful and you can't beat the price two hours of unlimited bowling about 13 chicken tenders two whole pizzas about 10 to 13 cheeseburger sliders a big plate of fries, a birthday chocolate chip cookie cake and a fruit plate that served 15 people and everyone in your party gets a $15 arcade card all for 200 bucks pretty epic price if you ask me only thing I have to say I didn't like was the arcade super l

Had my son's 5th birthday party here and it was amazing. Jasmine, our coordinator, had the entire party arranged and ready when we arrived which allowed me to relax and enjoy myself without worrying about little details. Will definitely be back!

Been here so many time ,but staff looks like they really don't care ,I asked so many times to counter to start our display screen but we were waiting there for almost 15 min ,and after that at 12 they closed ,so we already waisted our 15-20 min in that .

This will be one of the most memorable events ever! I spoke with my rep Michelle and she was so helpful. From start to end. Once arriving, we were greeted by Marc, the general manager (or Mark- sorry if I misspelled it) and he was such a delight! Our daughters set up was so cute? they placed her name above the food set up! Marc was constantly checking in on us making sure we were doing good on drink refills, bowling and just all of it really. I never imagined that it would be that amazing. We've had birthda

I hate bowling but this place is good for a bowling time. I was here a few years ago when it was called something else and it was pathetic, very out dated and dingy. This rebrand of bowlero is what this place needed for sure. It's still got some outdated things but it's barely noticeable (bowler screens and bowler keypad) But the vibe they are going for is fun and cool. Me and the wife played a game on Sunday , rented two shoes and played 20 dollars worth of arcade games and it was about 56 total. I thought

Scammers. And rude workers. Do not go here. We got a Groupon for a group of four and can in to use it. They scanned our Groupon then charged us 160 dollars. Do not go here! It's hot. The customer service is INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! We asked for bumpers and the older man said no you're not getting them because you're going to play ping pong. They were upset we only wanted water and then the water tasted like pond water. Disturbing establishment. Go to main event or time square to get good customer service. Also th

Terrible prizes now! Half don't even work or they're empty. The screen that shows the prize is also not the same thing that's actually in the prize container. Please fix your prizes to match up with the one in Houston and make sure they're actually working.

Very expensive and food was substandard. Drinks were okay but pitcher of beer was very high... Like I think $27. But, we enjoyed the bowling and the food was at least good enough to fill all our pie holes for the stay.

This place is a joke? tried charging me $100 to bowl ONE GAME for my family of 5? said the rates on a Saturday go up lol? so if my kids wanted to bowl a simple 2 games, I'd have to cough up $200?? Listen i get it, inflation inflation inflation? but you can't use that excuse every time. This is straight greed. I hope the people in charge who read this, take to heart what I'm trying to tell them. Taking advantage of the everyday people is straight up wrong and classless

This place has very rude people. They were people vaping, drinking, saying impropriate words, and flipping us off . They told us we couldn't bowl until the bowling area was fixed it took 1 hr and 30 min . JUST DON'T GO!

A fun and clean bowling alley with a great atmosphere. While the food was a bit pricey, overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to visiting again.

Everyone was amazing I really enjoyed myself ,for my son Hendrix 6 birthday the setup was very nice ?? I will be back again

Family Friendly with great daily deals. Good music, great vibe Does get packed, so come early. The bar has a great menu drink, get anything 22oz

Christie ?in the gray shirt? has an extreme nasty attitude. People come here to bowl, not to be spoken to aggressively or in a condescending manner; especially over a slight miscommunication. The bowling alley is decent, slightly dated and has some maintenance going on but, overall is in okay shape. The customer service needs some work.

Visited today for a birthday party. Lots of fun but the arcade can use an upgrade. Food was okay given the fact it's a bowling place and not a restaurant. Will definitely go back!

This bowling alley is a good place to come if the price is right and you aren't serious about bowling. Night Strike specials are excellent, especially on Sunday when it's $20.99 + tax for unlimited bowling from 6pm-12am. The atmosphere is great for social events and parties. The good aside, this bowling alley is extremely pricey for the product it offers. Food and drink prices are very high (ex: $40 for their Alley Sampler plate, and about the same for a couple of beers). Hourly lane rates are sky high as

They won't let you bring water in they won't offer you free water and they'll turn off the water fountains.

Really nice. Everybody's friendly great remodel looks good in here. Only reason I give a four is because they don't have any baby changing tables.

We had fun but reserve a lane online first. After 10pm they bring out the metal detectors and the teens arrive!

I've gone before but this time it was not a good visit. Me and my hubby couldn't get the drinks we wanted that were on the menu because they didn't have the liquor needed to make the drink. Wanted nachos, but they didn't have the chips. Settled for the horrible chicken tenders. Just put a damper on the date. Then they sat us next to this large group who were sitting in our lane's section because there were too many of them. So we had to move to the next lane over. There were many other open lanes, so I didn

There was lots of construction taking place but they have wait service who comes to the lanes to take orders. The balls got stuck a lot so you need to have extras. The balls are in need of replacement. We had fun.

Went bowling like after 10 years. Reminded me of high-school years but the vibes were not same... was pretty empty but overall we all enjoyed

We attended my nephew's bowling party here. All of the kids had a blast bowling then played in their new arcade. We ordered pizza, wings, a sampler platter, and the loaded fries which were my favorite out of all of the food. Atmosphere and music were good as they were playing your top 40 hits. I would def recommend this place for a fun bowling party for kids or even adults. There were quite a few adult parties happening when we were there too.

Went in for one game of bowling, did not tell us there was a ?shoe rental price,? they just said it would be $12 each for the bowling. Price ended up being $38 for two people for one game that took maybe 20 minutes.. Floor also felt very slick, or perhaps it was the old shoes. I understand inflation & I understand charging for shoes, but please train your workers to not hide additional fees, that is shady. Not worth your money, go somewhere else! Main event would be more worth it, without a doubt!

The experience was amazing! I had so much fun. The staff was really nice, the floors were clean, the atmosphere was astounding. The pizza, and burgers we're AMAZING! I definitely recommend this.

This place has professional employees and the vibe is friendly, but the place needs better AC and the lanes need to be renovated.

I've been to several Bowlero?s but this one takes the prize. The customer service received from booking my son?s birthday party with Sasha to all the employees that assisted on the day of the event surpassed my expectations. Our host Brooke was extremely caring, attentive and accommodating the entire time my family and I were there. We arrived approximately 20 minutes before our start time and the lanes were already set up for our party, we were escorted to the lanes immediately and promptly tended to. W

Omg had the best time at this alley. It was a kick off for my birthday, the drinks kept coming mostly shots so cant tell If drinks are strong or weak. Not sure of the cost of drinks either, birthday girls dont pay for nothing...lol! Ordered pizza and wings...can say food is expensive for what u get I can assume the drinks are too. We went during the week and they have bowling specials, bathrooms were nice and clean and employees were friendly. Had a blast and will be back

Great atmosphere and mixed drinks. Fishbowl was delicious and strong! Very clean restrooms and attentive staff. Katrina and Shelly were very friendly and responsive to requests! ^_^

Nina and Alan were both awesome meaning excellent customer service and making sure we had everything we needed.

We had a team event here for work. My coworkers and I had a blast! We had some first time bowlers with us and I'm more than sure they're going to want to go back. Great way to kick back and release some stress from the work day.

The waiting staff could use some help. The bartenders and rest of the staff are great. The place could make so much more money with an attentive and experienced waiting staff. I myself have learned to bypass them and go directly to the bar for all of my needs. The lanes are a bit of an issue at times which can slow up things when having issues corrected.

Dallasite here!!! Came to visit my family and enjoy some bowling- family edition! Great atmosphere and good food N drinks too!!

Elijah was so awesome! He was friendly and so interested on making sure we had a nice experience. The atmosphere was super nice and we had a great time!

We had issues with the lane just stalling and the balls would get stuck and not return. Won't waste my time coming back.

I've never been to a bowling alley where I had to pull everything out of my pockets. As well as take my watch and bracelet off in order to go through the metal detector. At least have a tray to sit my items in. No, it just scattered all on the table for others in line to admire. There was a wait, which was okay. That gave me a chance to grab something to eat. They give you a number to sit on the table so they can bring the food out to you. I finally had to chase someone down to find out where my order was.

Fun but it hot inside AC need to turn down a bit more

Went on a weekend, overly crowded, and I had to struggle to find a spot to sit even though I made a reservation, there were kids running around, standing on the chairs and stuff, not worth the money I paid.

Nice location, staff was kind, food was hot, quick, and fresh..we had fun! Not crowded at all on a Friday night...

Lanes are very very taken care of. Restrooms are clean. Staff was friendly. Definitely had a great time. The night deals you can't beat. Definitely digging the new updated look. It's just awesome date night. Family movies playing for the kids and the arcade just a bonus. I was going to tell you a really bad bowling pun, but I thought I spare you. UPDATE REVIEW: THE TO FRONT DESK GIRLS A1 SERVICE THE REST IS JUST EITHER NOT CONFIDENT OR JUS HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS. IN THE MATTER OF 2 YEARS THIS HAS BEEN JUST

The service for getting shoes and food was a little slow but they were pleasant.

We had our Cousin?s night out here. Which we all had fun but we stopped ordering drinks when a nickel was in my drink. Other then that we had a nice time.

Good bowling, it a little expensive, $100+ for 3 games for 3 people. Staff was kind however the music was really loud and irritating, and huge screens took up the entire front. Lanes were very dimly lit. Around half the time spares or strikes didn't register as the full amount knocked down and had to be edited manually, which was very annoying. The location was nice and was not crowded at all. Shoes were very comfortable for bowling alleys.

inflated prices, poor service, few non functional arcade games, wasted many points because machines are not responding.

Great fun, Awesome attendants, love the new balls

loved the atmosphere!! When I arrived a young lady named deja greeted me. she indeed had a nice smile and welcoming spirit. The prices are great for the family & the wings were great everything came right the FIRST time around with no complaints. I love the staff and I love the fact that the young lady deja helped me by figuring out what would be best for the party I had and accommodated us well ! Great night !

Had a blast price for unlimited was good The bartender was a little extra but everything was cool

I went there yesterday with my brothers. I kinda stink at playing bowling at first, but I did my best.

I had an amazing time at Bowlero in Stafford. Chrissy and Jason were very welcoming and the staff are very friendly!! I will be back!!

We've had group gatherings here a few times and never had an issue, the food is decent and drink prices fair with a full bar, lobby was clean but bathrooms neglected, and music playlist was decent with occasional music videos on the screens along with it, they do need to hire a few more staff members on the weekends as we had to go to the bar for food and drinks numerous times but over all it's a fun safe place with friends and family

Sian B is the best bartender hands down thank you for the great service will be back

I really enjoy visiting here while coming on vacation for the weekend. The lady at the front desk name Deja was so friendly and kind. She assisted us in everything we needed. My family and I will be coming back very soon. You all should go check it out!!! Awesome place to enjoy the evening.

I came to this is bowling establishment on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy. Plenty of lanes were open and the prices were fair for unlimited bowling for one person. We had pitchers of beer and the food was okay. They also have arcade games for the kids. Overall, we had fun and the restrooms were super clean. Definitely coming back again!

My first time here and it was fun! Food was okay.

Jason Sampson was helpful and ensured we had a great time. Love this spot

Bowlero Stafford is used annually for family bowling. We were assigned a reserved lane, so we had to move. The kitchen had one fryer working on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The place was crowded, and the wait for food was long. If someone had told us before we ordered, we would have made an informed decision. To top it all off, the adult beverages tasted like kool-aid. Needless to say, we did not have a great experience at Bowlero, but we had a great time laughing and enjoying each other's company!

I just left this place and was very disappointed. I'm rating it two stars because the place itself is really nice. The lanes looked awesome and the arcade was a nice touch. It's sad that a location this cool has terrible employees. As I walk in- there was no line. As I approach the counter, two employees were carrying a personal conversation. Eventually one acknowledge me and said ?yes?? I then asked her if there was lanes available for 4 people and she said ?yeah, we have a lot and looked around? the nast

Over priced. Yall ask at the desk and make sure they explain details. And yes on another receipt for the food and drinks they add a service charge and it was only one waiter the whole entire time. A family of 6 and no discounts for toddler's full price first and last time. Pizza not the best neither little Ceasars is better.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
