We love Bowlero! We've been here so many times over the years. We have the summer pass which is a great deal, and my husband and son go a couple times a week to bowl, do the arcade, and often eat dinner there too. The food is great, service is always above and beyond the average. And now we decided to host my son's birthday here and it was perfect. We had fun celebrating my sister in laws 21st birthday the drinks are good but this one is $16 just a heads up also we did bowling and lazer tag and some games I think lazer tag was only 5.99 a person per game so not to bad

This place is a fantastic spot for a fun night out! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was energetic and vibrant. It's not just your typical bowling alley; it's a full-on entertainment experience. We loved the modern, stylish lanes and the comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and helpful, The arcade was a blast, and the kids absolutely loved the laser tag ? it was a great way to get everyone moving and laughing.

Great time letting our daughter and her friends hangout and play games while my husband and I enjoyed a meal together. Service was fast and kind. There is a little hiccup at the entrance ? they need a sign to let customers know that you order food at the bar not the restaurant. Other than that it was a great experience.

Really cool place to have a company party! Everything was wonderful, with one exception...the bartender. They could not have put a more surly, unfriendly individual behind the bar that day. Other than that, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Our attendees had a wonderful time and LOVED the chicken tenders. There is a lot to do here and the keep the music at the perfect volume where you can actually talk to the people around you without having to yell. I look forward to going back to Bowlero!

HUGE SHOUTOUT!!!! My Wife and I were really amazed at how Sam, James and a few other team-members stepped in to make our daughter's Birthday a Terrific Celebration. There was an initial hiccup because we weren't able to Bowl due to a scheduled event (which was for a great cause by the way). For being called "Bowlero", bowling feels like an after thought here. For those who require a house ball to play (probably most people), there are minimal balls available. In particular, those who need a heavier weighted ball, with larger finger holes (probably a good amount of men), those balls are non-existent. Bowling was great and the food was good. However, the party room was so disappointing. It was dirty, the linen was wrinkled and old. I totally regret paying for the room. The room aesthetic didn't match the bowling alley.

Place was really nice inside, lots of cool lights in the arcade area on the games and a really nice ambience at the lane we bowled on with user friendly keypad for score keeping. I would have given it 5 stars, but the price was high. Bowled 2 games, rented 2 pairs of shoes, had one beer, one order of boneless wings and a regular order of loaded fries for 65.00 plus tax & gratuity. Looking for a weekly stop, but this won't be it. We loved our previous visits here but tonight 1/27/2025 around 7:30 pm was not so pleasant. I went to place a order for plain wings and unsalted fries because i need to watch my sodium intake...The guy working the bar was so rude and arrogant. When I asked for no salt on the fries he said we don't put salt on our fries. I haven't been anywhere where they don't put salt on fries. Overall it's nice but it's the little things that make a difference. In our case it was our waitress. She seemed either overworked or completely spacey. She constantly forgot who we were, what we ordered, and when we tried to order she basically was walking away before we could order more. There was a sign in EVERY seating area that PBR drafts were $3 all day every day. I ordered one and they tried to charge me $5.50. I showed them the sign and she said that's wrong. I said well that's false advertisement

My 1 star review is solely based on pricing. The atmosphere and food was awesome but I can not justify the price. It was over $103 for 3 people to bowl two. Drinks were also over 15$ a pice.

Visiting from out of town for the 4th of July weekend, perfect place for safe, family and friends-friendly, fun. Closes a at 11pm on Monday, seems a little early for a summer holiday-observed evening with people thirsty to get out and mingle as COVID concerns die down. Have specials for unlimited bowling, laser tag, and many other arcade games. Very spacious, clean, lots of lights, and activity but not unpleasantly so. This place has really gone downhill. The prices are ridiculous. The wait time just to get checked out is ridiculous. The place is filthy. The touch screens in the bowling areas are broken. No one wants to come and wait on you, so you have to hunt someone down to get a drink. No balls to be found. The only positive is the good time we had in the arcade, but there were dishes and trash everywhere. Overall, I'm not impressed with the place.

It's always busy but I take that as a good sign, everything is usually clean. Food take a while to come out but it's pretty good. Great venue for events

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, this place is deplorable. The floors are sticky, there's a ton of mold and this company gives zero care about these conditions. Stepping into this place, you'd be nuts to come without some kind of respirator. I'm truly sorry for anyone who is so unfortunate as to walk these sordid floors. Not to mention all the FRUIT FLIES. Best Birthday Party ever! We got food and bowling and arcade for 12 kids plus parents. Would totally recommend going. I didn't have to do anything except decide when to open presents and eat cake. Every kids got credits to the arcade it was a blast of an evening. Food was delicious.

I had my son's 7th Birthday party here and the staff was amazing. They kept coming over checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The manager meet me at the front desk went over everything with me and then even walked us to the bowling lanes and set it up for us. I was given 2 free adult beverages and the food was amazing. We had a lot of left overs and they gave us boxes to take home. It was great!!

Nice bowling alley everything is modern up-to-date. The lady at the bar/counter is very rude when taking your order. She seems like she doesn't want to be at work. You should never tell your customers about how exhausted you are after working 16 hour shifts. The food isn't all that great. I'd eat before arriving in the future.

Lane fee was 7 dollars. Lane were to dark to see my arrows. Pluse they changed me for 2 games instead of one. All in all it cost me around 34 dollars for me and my girlfriend to throw 1 game. It's a parent trap for birthday party's not for a serous bowlers.

We had a corporate holiday party there. Food wasn't nearly as good as in past years. The Mac 'n cheese the noodles were more like paste instead of noodles. Fake cheese had zero flavor. The green beans were over cooked also. The potatoes were pretty good though. I had the ham it was a little dry. Didnt try the turkey because there was no gravy to smother it with.

We went early afternoon on a Friday and the family had fun. The downside is the cost. We also had to replace at least 3 balls due to the plug falling out. Overall, the kids loved it and the automatic bumpers, plus the dinosaur "assistants" for the little ones were nice to have.

Stopped in with our three kids on a Sunday at lunch. Grace was super attentive and knowledgeable with explaining everything from the bowling lanes, prices, and the menu! Wish I could give higher than 5 stars, my family had a blast here!

We haven't bowled in like 20 years so I wasn't used to the electronic score board. How to put our names in took some time but the Gentleman working helped us. He was very nice I wish I would have caught his name. 6-25-24 about 7 pm.

Bowling is always fun here drinks are nice but the food doesn't have to be lacking as it is, my daughter ordered nachos but zero effort was used in making them 20 minutes is way too long for an item like that, do better please.

My experience was terrible, way too long of a wait for a bowling lane. A hour and a half sounds like you guys don't want to do their jobs, food was also super confusing as your menus are at the food counter but you order at the bar? Will probably not come back??

I recently led a bowling small group here, at Bowlero, for our church! This is one of the nicest bowling alleys around in St. Charles county that I know of! Two adults and one child, two games of bowling and 3 appetizers.. $140 While bowling itself was fun, not that great of an overall experience or worth the money. From checking in, finding a bowling ball to use, ordering food at the correct counter, getting a refill on a soda, to just returning the shoes. It was chaotic and frustrating experience.

Hosted an office outing here. The set up and service was great. We had two hours of bowl time and food and drinks. The food was good and they kept replenishing it when it got low. I had a few people that could not make the event but I already had paid for them. They did not refund the difference but gave us a free game of Lazer tag. I would definitely do another event here.

The kids love coming here for bowling and birthday parties. We have had many great experiences here and the staff are always friendly and supportive. Clean facilities and the bowling is pretty fun!

This is a pretty cool place to bowl. I appreciated that they did not have a step down to the bowling area. It was so much more accessible for my friends. A server stopping in periodically to take orders. He was very nice and patient with our indecisive crew.

We had first got there and look like it would be amazing! But don't be fooled by there fun colors and good food. On of the people in my party had gotten extra points because it took away the pins that had not been knocked down. Not only once it had happened to every one of us and the people next to us.

Fun family outing, but costly. THE FOOD PRICES ARE CRAZY HIGH! Take my advice and eat elsewhere before you come here, unless you're willing to spend a lot more extra money. This facility is big, modern, and clean, but that's about all I can say that's positive. Every time I've come in here the service is terrible, the food takes forever, and everything is EXPENSIVE.

I had a great time here. The bowling session was for 2 hours with free shoe rentals. The vibe was very laidback. The screen are all flat screen and there are screens all around the place playing music videos and sports. It was a great time. Plenty of parking too.

Went to cash in my tickets for a prize or two and was told that they couldn't combine tickets between two cards. Come on Bowlero, that's not a thing. That's never been a thing. Shrinkflation is a real thing here, paying more and getting less. If bowling wasn't already an established game with 10 frames, they'd try to get away with giving you 8. And then ask if you want to buy an additional two frames for extra money.

Took my kiddo to play laser tag specifically on Sunday. I was very disappointed as there was only 5 of us playing and my vest and birthday girls vest didn't work properly. Brought it up to the worker due to the fact it took all the fun out of the experience for my kiddo as well as I. The worker didn't even offer us another game or money back. We went Monday 4pm-730pm. It was not crowded at all. We got a lane right away. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered wings, fries, loaded fries, chicken strips, shrimp poppers, and nachos. Food was good. We bowled one ten frame game then headed over to the arcade area. The kids won tickets easily and got enough to choose cool prizes from the prize room.

We love going to Bowlero for the arcade games. They have a good variety of games for all ages. This time we also did pool and giant Jenga. The only disappointment was the boxing/punch game was not operational. Still a great time with sports friends!

We have been there a few times. They have bowling, arcade, and a bar. Lots to do for the whole family. My only issue is the rental shoes are beyond terrible. Each time I have gone, I've had to change out my shoes more than once. I hope they change this as it's a nice place.

Snagged a Groupon deal for two hours of bowling for two adults + shoe rental for $36, played five games with time to spare! (No pun intended.) The parmesan cauliflower bites and fries were both wonderful to snack on between frames, and all of the service staff were fast and friendly. The cashier had no problems processing my Groupon voucher, which is always great. Overall, a five-star experience that I'd definitely recommend!

Very disappointed!! I tried to organize a family night. We had about 25 in our party. I tried calling to set up a party to ensure they would be able to accommodate us. I called twice 2 weeks in advance and no one returned my calls. When we arrived I requested 2 lanes and was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait.
