100 Andover Park W
Tukwila, Washington 98188
We just had a Graduation Celebration there this last weekend. It was really easy to book, and Mario & Ray were incredibly helpful the day of. Fin times had by all. The food was typical "bowling alley food" and not necessarily the "gourmet food" that is in some advertisements and that we prepaid for. Also, there are many ramps for those who are disabled to get around, but the main doors are not equipped with electric door openers for those who need assistance.
Totally blew me away. Christmas party here + did not expect it to be this. Incredibly cool. Not just private bowling rooms and a huge Central bowling area, but a little bit of everything for everyone. Ranging from pool to video games to a number of things that the whole family would enjoy. Would absolutely come here again and totally hoping for another party or two or a special event to be held here in the private areas. Great experience and definitely coming back!
Hello I would like to leave a great review for the manager named MARIO at the bowlero lactated , 100 Andover Park West Tukwila, WA 98188 me and my family reserved a lane , ordered food drinks and played in the arcade on 02/18 , Mario made sure our group was secured and had great experience! Thanks again Mario Hope to see you at this location again!
We had a company Christmas party here this last weekend. We had the open bar, dinner and dessert. The open bar was great! Food was great with the exception of two items, the sliders were a little on the dry side, and the tater tot bar was disappointing. We expected much more for toppings. The only toppings were some taco meat and queso. We fully expected other toppings like onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and such. That said, the service was great, we had a really great experience. We would recommend this event
It's a great place for parties or small events. I hadn't been here since our last corporate event . Honestly, it's so much fun. The kids had a great time. We came back for a birthday party. Friendly service, it's a clean place clean bathrooms. We came on a weekend. It wasn't crazy busy. They have great food . What's also great as you can play pool or play games if you're waiting for a birthday party. I definitely recommend doing a birthday party here and looking at this place for our next kids event I als
Clean, modern facilities, great lighting effects, and amazing draft beer! The service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We had a fantastic time today!????????????????
This is our go-to spot for bowling, and it never disappoints! We've had a lot of fun every time we visit. I've tried other Bowlero locations around the Greater Seattle area, but this one truly feels worth the price. The food is solid too, and we always have a great time?I'm especially a fan of their fries! Be sure to pre-book your lanes, as walk-ins often have at least a 30-minute wait. They also have pool tables, but those are usually booked up as well, with a long wait time.
We had our daughter?s 6th birthday party here. Had a great time bowling and playing at the arcade. The staff was great in helping us get set up. Andriana was our main server and she made sure we had everything that we needed and even went the extra mile to get us a box as we were packing at the end of the party. All the kids and even the adults had a good time and enjoyed the food. Would highly recommended for booking your next party.
Hosted a company event here and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and everyone had a great time. Amy made booking easy, and Mario and Adriana provided outstanding service throughout our event. Highly recommend!
Great price and good lanes. $24 unlimited bowling 8pm-11pm on all weekdays (includes shoe rental). Otherwise $7 a game. Fun options for a summer pass and summer league bowling. Beer and food available to order from the lane
Went bowling with the family and had a excellent time, food was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Our waitress Cierra was excellent and very friendly will definitely go back for another family bowling adventure
Had a work party here. Extremely fun. Lovely staff. Great atmosphere
This is a really upscale bowling alley they had a full bar. The food options were really much more than what I expected. Other than the bathrooms being absolutely disgusting it was a great environment.Other than the bathrooms being absolutely disgusting, it was a great environment. You get your own weight staffs while you're there. To wade on you bring out all your food your drinks and do your cleanup.
Celebrated my son's 13th birthday in here. It was the best decision. The staff and the service were great, very attentive to our needs, giving their 100 % Special thanks to Miguel for always checking with us ?? I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for birthday celebration ideas
EDIT - I want to update my previous review of Bowlero after the manager, Jay, reached out to address the issues I experienced during my initial visit. Jay and the team went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciate their effort. They fixed the Pop the Lock game, which now works perfectly! Additionally, the issue with the tipping was clarified as an honest mistake, and Bowlero promptly refunded the overcharge. Thank you, Bowlero, for turning things around and ensuring we had such a gre
30 lanes of fun times, amazing food and drinks. Super helpful and friendly staff. We really enjoyed this bowling alley
Amazing grad party location, they had Nutty Squirrel gelato as a pop-up, and HUGE shoutout to Mike. You should pay him more, I love him so much.
Got some bowling passes on Groupon so worth every penny. I did look at the menu it's a bit pricey. Location is so good has something for every body in the family. Two huge banquet rooms. Pool bowling arcade bar really nice. Huge restroom?s. Loved it I highly recommend it.
I hate to write this review because I think we would?ve had a great experience, however, it needs to be said. When we arrived, the guy at the front said it'd be about an hour and 15 minute wait, it ended up being over two hours, and we eventually just left. It was after we had already left about (15 minutes) we got the text saying it was our turn. If they had been upfront about the wait time we wouldn't have waited. We're from out of town so that was a total waste of family time. The facility looked cool an
I hosted a team fun day!! It was simply amazing the service was impeccable. Our service was amazing. i want to give a special shout out to Mr Jay he was outstanding making sure we had everything As well as our server!!! The space was perfect and the staff was friendly
4/30 7pm Lane 15: I just love this place and it's mainly because of the customer service. Greg has always been consistent with perfect service. He always has a smile and we enjoy his sense of humor. It was my first time meeting Ari, and it felt like she was the friendly ambassador to our group. She has a great attitude and she's clearly a great addition to the team. Our server on the lane was attentive and friendly, and so was the bartender when we moved to the pool table. This establishment has top l
We've done 2 birthday parties in the last 3 months. The food is good, and the service is prompt and friendly. Mario helped us throughout the party and made sure to check in frequently. Colin supplied food and drinks when needed. Will definitely be hosting more gatherings there in the future
My team and I visited yesterday to play pool. We ordered food and drinks, but the service was disappointing. We waited about 15?20 minutes for our food, and since we were hungry, I checked in with the bartender to remind him and also requested drink refills. He eventually brought our food, grabbed our drinks, but never returned with them. When I followed up, he admitted he forgot, which I understood since he seemed busy, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. However, when he came by again to clean up, we
False Advertising! My daughter went into this place and bought a pkg deal and she was told that she could bowl ANYTIME she wanted to bowl but when she went to bowl this evening they turned her away and told her that Saturday did Not apply!!! SMH! The person who sold my daughter this deal DID NOT TELL HER THIS INFORMATION and she was highly embarrassed and turned away! I ask that a Mamager reach out to me to discuss Because This is NOT OK!!!
Weird how this place can charge so much and not put funds into fixing the lanes and machinery. Was here to attend a friend's birthday and we enjoyed ourselves with their food and drinks, but we were initially annoyed with the malfunctions that our lanes were having.
Came for a team holiday party, and it was a lot of fun! The food was great and the service was excellent. Especially Char and Kelcie, they were terrific! If you're looking for a fun place to host a work event, Bowlero is a great option!
Bowlero and the Bar staff are welcoming, friendly , very attentive! Just know what to order or they'll be impatient with you since the weekends get hella busy ????so be ready to order right away ! Don't expect to get full attention from all the workers, just sign up two or three hours in advance on the wait-list for bowling, arcade games, and the pool tables. Don't forget to enjoy it and have fun !
Fun spot. There's a small arcade, a bar and some bowling lanes. Nothing to complain about. We had a great time, although the ticket prizes in the arcade could step up a bit!
We had our daughter 12th birthday there. We got three lanes in the private room. There was no difference in price between the other lanes and that room. It was more contained what's adventurous middle school kids. It was more hip. They now have new shoes and it just went really smooth. We all had a wonderful time we had about 15 people. There is 7 people per Lane. We got 3 lanes. The birthday party, we just brought in our cake and our supplies we ordered our pizzas. 5 different sodas and they kept refillin
This is the second time I've booked a party here at Bowlero. The manager on shift was Mario and Adriana was our server. Thank you Adriana for tending to our party very well, she is awesome. Thank you Mario for ensuring our party was doing well.
Nice place had a blast so much fun Staff was great and entertaining as well.
This review is for toddlers. This bowling alley has by far my favorite feature: ordering at the lane kiosk for food and beverage delivery. I can go bowling solo with my toddler and not have to worry about about how I'll get us some fries! It does get pretty loud, especially later in the day as more adults show up. The bumpers were the old style (someone has to manually lift it) so if your kid uses bumpers, you will too. The arcade is pretty small, but kept us occupied for about 30 minutes.
We were in the private event space, which was great! We had our own area to spread out and not worry about bothering other bowlers. The wait staff was amazing; they were always on hand to take drink orders and were tons of fun! The lanes are good, the machines easy to use, and the themes on the scoreboard are hilarious! The food was pretty good; the fries were amazing!
My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday and they had a blast! Friendly staff, great food and service. Easy check in process. They always made sure to refill the drinks and food, kept checking on us to make sure everything was going smooth. Place was clean, nice seats, clean restrooms. Will definitely be booking this place again.
It was awesome i enjoyed the time with my husband and mom very much. Service was exceptional. We will definitely be back ?? My family and I went last night 3/30 OMG!!! Still amazing we had so much fun. It's really enjoyable because it's not to busy or extremely loud. Staff were right on point and super helpful. ?? thanks.
Had Company holiday event here. Great venue for us.
Our company rented it out for our function and it was terrific. It would have gone smoother if they had asked for a list of names and had everything set for us. But other than that, our waitress was truly amazing. It was a one man show and she never got ruffled. Bravo!
We were put on a waiting list for a bowling lane. It took 1 hrs 10 min before we were notified that a la e was available. We waited in their restaurant, there are no wait staff on weekends. We placed our order by phone and if you aren't careful, you will pay the automatic tip on your bill. Where the tip goes is anyone's guess because there are no wait staff. At $10 each, we sent back our milk shakes because they were just milk, not rich, thick, and creamy as described in their menu. I don't think we will be
got in line waited for a lane took 1.5 hr to wait supposingly we were suppose to be next, we went up to check they put us at the bottom of the list when we were before everyone else. The group behind us got sittin down and not us? bad system and employees.
Dude $90 for 3 games between 2 people. I've never used balls drilled so horribly. The holes in the balls we're comically big. I could fit 2 fingers in the holes. The oil on the lanes were horribly poured. And worst of all the last 2 games were more expensive then the first without any warning. When I played my first game it was $10 per game the next 2 were at $12. The front desk person actually asked if I ever bowled here before and when I said no she failed to mention that the price would hike. Will never
Great place for fun with family and friends. We had a blast celebrating my 55th birthday. Oh, and Greg was phenomenal! Thank you for giving me a spectacular evening!
Bowling and drinks are amazing! Ari took great care of us and made sure everything went well for our event! Thank you guys so much!!!!
Went with some friends for bowling and despite it being a busy weekend we were able to get a lane very quickly. If you can't get a lane at Round 1 across the street this place is a great backup.
It was our first time here, and we liked it a lot the atmosphere and service is pretty good, definitely coming back.
we celebrated my birthday here tonight and wanted to say how great the service was from jada, jay and kelcie thank you for making my night so special
Awesome environment. Came to a friend's birthday and had a blast. Clean place and friendly staff with lots to do. Bowling, arcade, pool ...High end bar as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when we were at the lanes, it took over an hour to get our drinks from the bar and we had to go back several times to check in.
I took the kids out to Bowlero in Tukwila over the weekend. My kids had a blast at the arcade playing games and taking pics with their cousins. After an hour in the arcade, we decided to go bowling. We got two lanes since we had 6 bowlers. The first lane was fine, everything went smooth. Second lane was a nightmare! it was not keeping scores lets just say (a lot of malfunctioning) The first lane was already in their 6th frame of bowling before we got our 2nd lane to work properly. Eventually we said "
Lots to do here for both adults and kids. Definitely check it out if you haven't been here.
This review is for the Tukwila location. The Lynnwood location has been fantastic, love the management how they have constantly made the experience grand. We hosted a small event at the Tukwila location, working with Tonya Monks to set everything up was fantastic, which is why it atleast get a couple of stars. Everything was paid for in advance. Venue was good, no issue getting things going. The problem was with food, extremely salty. We also requested spinach dip along with the default chips and salsa, w
Normally busy on weekends, very fun to play pool and good bowling experience, but arcade is mid so I don't recommend it but it does have airhockey.
After almost falling on the MOST tackiest approach I've ever encountered, the ball return ate my ball (my balls name is Dave and he's a roto grip Duo with a family to go home to everynight) it took a whole 5 minutes to spit my poor ball back up! The Bowlero company could care less about keeping the alley maintained for bowlers and instead they want to overcharge the general public for inadequate lanes and cheap decor.
Thank you to Mario and his crew! Initially we had some trouble with our lanes but Mario was so helpful and attentive which made our experience memorable. Will be coming back soon!
Visited August 2019 for my son's birthday party. I loved everything. I wasn't a fan of the prior management (Acme bowl). Bowlero has turned things around. From the time I booked, until the time I checked out, I received A+ customer service from all of the staff. My son, family, & friends also loved the set up. We will have more gatherings here in the future. I highly recommend.
This was the worst experience I have had in a bowling center. We all paid a lot of money and they did not plan out the event. There was zero care given. The only bathroom they would let us use was built for a 5-year-old. Multiple break downs. If I could give this place a zero I would.
It's our first time here and Jessie took care of us, she's super sweet! 10 stars ??
This place is fun! Will definitely come again. It's clean throughout the facility, however restrooms can be more cleaner.
Customer service is still ALIVE!! Today, I took my family to Bowlero in Tukwila and from start to finish, it felt like I was VIP. I reserved a lane online and I'm glad I did because within minutes of arriving the place was buzzing. The Manager on duty, Jennifer Thompson went above and beyond to make sure my family had anything we needed. And even comped our pizza and gave my son a game card for the arcade because their system was down and apologized for the inconvenience. I haven't experienced customer serv
Clean facility, slow service, but if you are patient and just enjoy the vibes, it's a chill place, especially for family and great kickback place with friends.
It was super fun and amazing, the staff was super helpful and kind. Mario, Jordan were super sweet and helpful! Informative and capable.
It's a nice bowling alley. In my opinion a bit expensive at $8.99 per person per game. The people next to us spilled beer and drinks all over the floor, including our side, and so it was very hard to keep the soles of the shoes dry. That part was frustrating. But overall a nice venue for bowling.
Great place to go with friends, but the food was way overpriced
Definitely fun and it's Pricey $$$.. 8 people, 2 hours =340$ and you have to reserve it 2 hours in advance..
Played two quick games of bowling here and it was impressive. Ordering food and drinks are easy because you've got a machine with the menu on there where you are able to pay too. Place was poppin and poppin for a good reason. Tons of pool tables and a variety of arcade games.
Such a fun environment. So much fun and excitement. Not a bowler, but I was doing so well. Had so much fun. Easy to win on the BIG CLAW MACHINE. MUST TRY!!! The manager Greg is very accommodating; he teaches us some bowling techniques.
We had a lot of fun. The drinks were awesome. The pizza was tasty. I liked the wings. Service was good. The place is really neat too, with the lane kiosks for ordering, and the movie playing on the screens for between turn entertainment. The arcade was nice, not super huge, but it is a bowling alley. Overall a fun time for the family, will probably come back.
The management (Jay and Brandon) and employees (Carlos) truly care about customer satisfaction and ensuring Bowlero clients have a memorable experience. We had an initial subpar evening and the management team took action to rectify our experience. I'm actually very impressed with their response time and genuine care for the customer's experience. My family had a blast and rather than avoid this place, we are highly recommending family and friends come here. It's refreshing to have a business that treats t
Loved bowling here. I like that they have private lanes for events and a restaurant where you can grab a drink as you wait. They also text you when your lane is ready if there is a waiting list. It was packed when we hot there but that's didn't stop us from having fun. Would recommend it for family, friends or even a couple out on date night.
I miss ACME bowling.. The new ownership is horrible, over priced games and food, food and drink are bad. McDonald's has better food than this place. Explains why this place is empty on Friday night.
It is a good place to spend time with friends, food is excellent and prices are decent
A very nice, clean place. It can sometime be packed full of people in there at night so, my family and I went there on a Friday afternoon. I used a Groupon deal that let us bowl for two hours. The kids loved how colorful the lights were in the bowling area. The only thing I didn't like is that the gutters weren't automatic so, all the kids even the big kids had to use the gutters the whole game. We had to manually put the gutters down ourselves if the big kids didn't want to use it and that was too much wor
I was just at your Tukwila location. The lanes and approach we disgusting and dirty.? No oil on the lanes..? as a matter of fact there was dust on they lanes. Food on the approach. Even worse was that the cost per game is $9.99.? How is this acceptable for a bowling alley too charge that much on crap lanes. We spoke with the manager and just made excuses that the were too busy.? Out of the 30 lanes only 10 were being used so that excuse does not hold water.? We bowl at another local Alley..Secoma which is
This place is fun! I went on a Sunday after 8pm and it was unlimited bowling per person for $22! They have bomb shrimp tacos, an arcade, and a bar! Definitely will be back. Servers were kind and friendly too. Good vibes!
Fun, as always! My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the bowling as well as the arcade games. One of the driving games that my daughter was playing stopped in the middle of the game, so the manager gave her a $5 arcade card to make up for it. Great customer service!
The lanes were okay. You couldn't really see the arrows on the lanes. The staff was pretty snobby. I mentioned that there was water on the floor. Someone came and attended to it. The only reason I brought it up was because of the caution wet shoes can cause slips stickers posted everywhere. Then ball size selection was pretty limited. Then when I went to look for something sized to my hand I was told all the balls are the same on each lane. Then one staff member addresses rudely with the question can I help
We just had a birthday party for our 9 year old this weekend and it was GREAT experience. Adrianna is AMAZING. She helped us set things up and make sure we had what we needed the entire time. We can't thank her enough. The location manager, Jay, is so friendly and helpful. Not only he made check in easy for us but also checked with us during the party to make sure everything worked for us. This place is clean and spacious. The party package includes everything we needed and all we had to do is to bring the
I've been to this place multiple times and it always amazes me! There's always great service from the employees. This place is always clean and tidy. The food is great value for the price. We checked in with Brandon last time we were there and he was super fast and efficient with getting us to a lane. He's super friendly and helpful when explaining their deals as well!! Definitely coming back here! Love this spot.
We got there about 7:30. There was a long wait for a bowling lane, but with other activity options available during the wait - pool, shuffle board, arcade, bar. The food was ok, definitely not worth the price. The staff generously compensated the 2 hour wait for the lane, as well as other issues we experienced with drinks. All boring is blacklight with popular music. The music was loud but you were still able to carry a conversation.
It's decently posh and gigantic for a bowling alley. At the end of the day it's still just bowling and arcade. The staff were very attentive and super nice though so the birthday party experience was very enjoyable
Cool place. Great For a company off-site. Lots of great tech and food makes it fun. Did not use the killer arcade but it looked fun.
Did a same day lane reservation.... best idea ever. Staff was super friendly and had lots of fun and some good eats. Highly recommend the appetizer sampler
Food was great, Drinks are big and good, Bowling is off the chain, and there is still pool and arcade games, suffleboard!!! I had a great time tons to do. All was Whellchair accessible! Clean bathrooms. Kids had a swell time too!
Well to start this off, tonight we had a pretty awful night after it was going pretty good. Its never always like this, we like this place, we always come here its a fun time but its probably just a bad night for them but, although I'm not the type to complain, we ordered 3 dessert items but they never came and we waited about close to 2 hours after we asked and communicated A WHOLE BUNCH to them how long it'll take and they said "it was in the oven" after the 5th time we asked but it wasn't, note we ordere
Fun and lively bowling alley. It was busy but we managed to grab a lane. We bowled 2 games, plus rental shoes for 4 persons. It totaled to be a little under $140
This is a nice place, clean and large. There is a little bit for everyone- we settled on bowling and arcade. Food and drinks are easy to order from the kiosk and were very quick. Staff is friendly and helpful, we will be back.
Really terrible customer service. Came here Saturday at 730 and was told the wait will be 30 mins. After 30 mins we asked to get an update and was told it was another 30-45. Mind you there were open 4 lanes. My party waited and even order drinks and food waiting. They told us there's 6 party before us but wasn't giving that info before hand.
Perfect place to host your party or an event. Just finished up my daughter?s birthday party with our family and we had an amazing experience starting from the booking process through to checking in & to end of our final game. Our event coordinator Tanya was helpful with every detail prior to the party & our server Adriana was attentive & thoughtful. The general staff also made us feel completely welcome. Our family loves this establishment.
I went here with my son today and we had so much fun playing games and winning prizes. The man working named Jay was so nice and I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service. We can't wait to come back here next weekend! Thank you Jay for making our experience at bowlero a great one. Updated review: I took my son to a birthday party here on November 9th at 4pm and Jessi and Samantha that were working here were so nice. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and I appre
Waited an hour to see a server. Screens to order food were down. If you like bowling but don't want any food or drinks, this could be a good place for you.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
