I was having a great time bowling with my friends and kids. We are looking at the tv and there was ice spice playing. First of all, not exactly family friendly music. Secondly, the music video was playing, and I was disgusted by what I saw with my family. The music video was absolutely horrifying; any general manager should know how to be appropriate. I do not want my kids being put into situations like this again.

Went to bowleros in shrewsbury this Saturday and was put on lane 36 which was broken and got told upon leaving it's been broken for months . I had the worse experience ever in this place, the cashier name Zarrina was so rude to me at the end of check out, she didn't even explain to me in the beginning, that she will be charging my card , when I told her in the beginning that I want to play only one game and after that I want to stop, but when I came to check out she charged me for 7 games , saying that I didn't stop and I was pushing the button to restart, when I never push the buttons to restart the game, I was specific with her since the begin

Bowlero Shrewsbury location had the absolute worst service for my son's birthday party. I paid to basically do the work myself. Our server was MIA and we had to basically hunt down staff to replenish food/drinks. My wife and I spent our time packing leftover pizza, cutting and distributing cake while no staff members helped in any way. Do not recommend.

It has potential to be a great place. However, my experience on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 wasn't the greatest. First, one register was down so the line was huge to pay. Second, ordering food via online was a nightmare. It was too confusing and took too long. Third, the wait for food and drink was awful. Over 30 minutes for pitchers of beer. We held our son's birthday party here today. He had a great time with his friends. The cost of the party was very reasonable, the food was pretty good and the service was excellent. I was impressed with the prompt excellent customer service by Michaela and the General Manager (as well as other staff). Don't hesitate to book a party here. They thoughtfully decorated the area and made things a breeze. Hoping to come back to bring my work team.

We went bowling on a Monday evening and had a great time. Rachel was our table server and she was extremely attentive and nice. The only complaint, nachos were very blend since we opted for no beef. I mean at least Avocado or salsa should have been a nice accompaniment.

Unhappy. The bowling was great the food service was not. We went with a group of kids 5-7ish pm. I odered a small kids perperoni pizza (not a slice)and fries. My group left. I waited over 45 mts. Went there for bowling and was surprisingly impressed by the bartender, Athena, who served us almost immediately with tasty drinks! I almost like the bar more. She was absolutely delightful! Remarkable customer service; I'll ask for her by name next time we visit. Kudos to Athena !!

Good bowling but the dude working the front desk/shoe rental area was very aggressive and rude. He expected me to tip him for doing absolutely nothing when I just left a tip for the food I ordered. Since when do you tip the guy who spends 2 seconds grabbing the shoes? Anyways when I did not tip him he ripped the receipt out of my hand and stormed away. Never coming back to bowlero!

We had a great time as we came here to celebrate a friends birthday. But setting up was so confusing. The staff does not do a great job at explaining the prices. Computer is a bit outdated and difficult to understand.

When here with family, customer service less than friendly. There were 6 of us & we requested a second lane and the refused us , and there were plenty of on lanes. Rundown. Tattered. Broken. The building is rundown, the fixtures are tattered, and bowling lanes are broken. We went here on a Saturday to bowl and found the lanes to be severely damaged, making regular games unplayable. Pins consistently didn't rack, and assistance had to be called to help reset the pins on the lane every few frames. Our?first time at Bowlero and it was great. There are 40 lanes here which makes it easy to secure a lane for your group. The first lane we were given had some mechanical issues. So I went to the counter and requested for a change. The person behind the counter was gracious enough to give us a different lane. And the scores transferred over as well! There's also a small arcade area for the kids. We did not end up ordering any food.

Ok ppl I waited to sober up b4 writing this one. Had a wonderful nite couldn't of asked for better. Had my 40th bday here I reserved 3lanes and was ?? about the price. But here I am the next day saying it was well worth it. IVY Hudson treated us like V.I.P and was very costumer friendly and helpful. Your awsome IVY and thank you for your service. We just had our twins? 13th birthday party at the Bowlero Shrewsbury location and it was fantastic. I highly recommend it. It was a fun time, great atmosphere, the staff was very nice and our party liaison/coordinator Mikayla (sp) was amazing. She was very thoughtful, helpful, resourceful and did such a great job making sure our kids & guests had a good time and everything was taken care of. I've been here 2 times, the first time my brother threw a ball in the gutter while the pinsetter was down. The automatic scoring messed up. Then the balls got stuck underground and they had to take apart the ball return, the people next to us just straight up left. But the second time was normal

Bowling was fun and we didn't wait in the line because there were many lanes although it was Saturday night. We enjoyed it. We only played one game because it was expensive, $15 per person with shoes.

Went for bowling with family and friends, after a long time. Ordered appetizers. Had fun, was there for couple hours. Will go again for sure. Update: went for boys bowling night. Weekdays after 8 pm $22 deal. Closed at 10 pm sharp. Ordered food. Got food late. Server was new. Messed up bill. Lanes had a problem. Had to switch. Happened last time to. Had to ask for change of lanes. Only bowling lanes closer. Have to go here. Will come again. Hope they fix the lanes problems.

Really funny spending time here. It was a great night with my husband bowling. Parking is easy, food is ok, beverages too. Price are a little expensive, but if you go with friends it's better. I loved it.

Great staff, well organized, great food options etc. Everyone had a gala time of fun at bowlero . We redeemed our Groupon and had 2 hours of bowling time. We ordered food like cauliflower, chicken tenders,drinks and cookies with ice cream dessert. Had a relaxing time. Played 3 rounds of bowling followed by trying our luck at the arcade. Me and my friends love to go here as a group and do some bowling along with a little bit of their gaming arcade. We love using the punching machine to rate our punches though it does end up getting stuck after punching hard haha. They have different days where it's a huge bargain to go bowling and some of my best memories with my group are here!

Huge bowling place that has decently maintained lanes, not the best maintained but I'm used to professional lanes so it's not bad. Although their lanes aren't as well maintained as it's other location in auburn it also mean you'll almost always be able to get a lane. The food is good if not a little overpriced and oily and it's touch and go with staff service. The arcade it almost the same as you'd find in any arcade and overall not a bad place to come with friends for a mid-end excursion. Would give 7/10

This is one of our favorite adults night out locations where we can go out with our friends and act like kids. Bowling, good food and drinks and arcade games. Also, there are TVs over the alleys so you can keep up with whatever game is on while you bowl.

We went to Bowlero Shrewsbury for a birthday party. The place is really good, the kids and adults had fun. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The food was good(we had pizza).
