Staff get 5 stars that's why overall rating is 2 stars. The location gets 0 stars. I went there today and it was super hot. I bowled one game before I started to get warm. After the second game, I was super hot and just wanted to finish the game with my wife. The owner needs to invest in the building and upgrade the AC system. Will not be returning to this location. The manager was very apologetic and I told her that the staff was super friendly and appreciated them.

Do not go to this bowling alley. They will tell you they have lanes open when they actually have nothing open. It is a scandal and a shame that they would treat their customers as well as employees the way they do. It's a shame that it's like that, but that is how sketchy the bowling alley is here what's even better is half. Fun place to bowl! The bartender Madison was very helpful and nice. She recommended some fantastic food and drinks for us and we had a great time. Whether for bowling, food and drinks, or some pool, we'll definitely be back!

The photos on the website need to be updated. The seating at the lanes are horrible. People in the lanes around you have to violate your space to leave and it is not very comfortable. The prices are very very high. If they were open earlier it would be easier for open bowling without having to reserve. It's hard to get info on the website for cosmic bowling and when my wife called no one answered. It was just a generic message on a loop

Went on 5/25/25 arrived @ 7pm to get the unlimited bowling special which starts @ 7pm its for $17.99 ( 4 hrs max ) per person shoes included no online reservations you have to go in and check in. Manager goes above and beyond for anyone who comes threw the doors. BOWLERO San Bernardino has been a pillar to the community and offers wonderful family entertainment at a reasonable price food wise, I recommend a sampler platter or the cheeseburgers. Yummmm 4 Fun.

This place is the absolute worst get rid of the manager Greg cause he was rude as hell! Don't have no patience to be in the front!!! This was my first time in a bowling alley in over a decade so I'm no expert but I will say that it had a great vibe. They have pool tables and video games as well. The people there seemed nice and the girl working there was on it attending to everyone's needs. My cousin Manny invited me and he was definitely enjoying himself. I was unable to bowl myself because my thumbs are still recovering from Yakuza Like A Dragon blisters. If you like that game or bowling give this review a like!!!

I'm updating to 5 stars for the following reasons... I gave the regional manager the opportunity to hear my concerns and they addressed my concerns exactly as they promised to. This is not far the worst bowling alley I've been to. The staff were nice but everything else was awful. The parking lot is 50% pothole. The lane approaches were FILTHY. I put my most grippy heel on my slide shoe and it was like someone threw baby powder or rosin all over the place. I couldn't even tell you whether or not the lanes hooked more or less than others because I was throwing the ball like 4mph slower than normal because I couldn't even slide. First time here...nice famiy night. Had to wait 30 mins for a lane. The Bartender was awesome...but the shift leader was horrible. Spoke to me in a rude tone and had terrible customer service skills. Haven't been here in a couple years and it has since been updated to be more modern with couches at the lanes and bigger food menu.

Went to Arrowhead with the intent to create a day of bowling for my group of retired buddies. Bowled 4 games. However every time I got a strike or spare the scoreboard reflected 9 or a miss. I mentioned it to staff that blew me off. When I went to pay mentioned it to the cashier that acknowledged the system was glitching. But, took my money for all 4 games like everything was a 100%. As a business owner don't do shady business. Tell me upfront that it's subpar. give me credit or coupon for free game

This place is looking pretty rundown. Our lanes had bumpers that wouldn't go down and keys that won't work. The food is all junk but the pizza was like cardboard and the wings were jello. The bar and game area was decent but that's not why people go here! Lots of room for improvement.

They put in replacement benches (well used). They are NOT set up for bowlers! Half the lanes you don't even sit with the people on your same pair (you sit back-to-back). Who ever designed this should be fired!

Went to a tournament there my husband was in. The lanes at the foul line were warped. The lanes need to be replaced and bowling alley need to be updated. My husband is a decent bowler and doesn't drop or dribble the ball. The lanes he was on seamed to have a lift on them at the foul line, because as he would throw the ball it would bounce at the line and then again on the lane

Bad customer service here, had a seat at the bar asked the waitress if she could put in ESPN on t.v told me to ask the front desk instead of her doing it. Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Pro shop operator was very knowledgeable. Never really had an issue with the lanes, but it loses a star because every time I go it's about 85 degrees in there. Does the air conditioning work? Just bowl on lane 7 and 8 for league tonight for 5 hours. Our ball got stuck in the machine waited 15 to 20 minutes just to wait. Happened to us 4 times today. We were the last one to leave the bowling alley than everybody else. All our balls has scratch and it got dirty it was so hard to clean them. Didn't leave the bowling alley until 11 at night. First time there, overall very nice classic bowling spot. Went on a busy Friday night with a group of friends, seems like they have a very strong adult bowling community not many kids. Cool arcade as well. The staff was nice and helpful. I'd say the biggest con for me was the price something over $35 for 2 hours per person. Don't know if that's normal in this area or not. Would recommend checking it out

First off the food was terrible. They put two drips of buffalo sauce on the chicken it's supposed to be buffalo wings. Also, they CUT us off our to our game exactly on the MINUTE even though we were 80% done with the game they couldn't let us finish the game but they came and cut us off plus their video area was so filthy. It had not been wiped or sterilized is more than a while fingerprints everywhere. The customer service was good. They were nice and they brought the food but other than that.

It was my first time back here in over 10 years. There have been some improvements or renovations. But at the same time, it hasn't really been kept up with its maintenance. From what I observed, his place has a lot of potential. Outside of that, the price is great, the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer adult beverages and snacks. Awesome place! The lady at the counter yesterday was great with my son who loved the arcade while I threw some games. I like how there's tables by the alleys.

The service was great, this was our first time here and the staff really took care of our party. Kids had a great time as well. Very clean and nice at up at the lanes. The adult area could stand a makeover. More pool tables and darts and separation from the arcade.

We went on a Sunday night and it was packed but our wait time and price were reasonable. We only waited 20 mins and played arcade games in the mean time. We did experience some technical difficulties: balls not coming back, one side rail malfuntioning, scores incorectly counted. However, the staff helped us get back to our game quickly and overall it was a fun night.

Brought my nephews here after having gone to the bowlero in rancho which by far a better atmosphere. You can't buy a pitcher of soda by itself can't get a pitcher of water. Thought about having a party here but not much for those who don't want to bowl to do. Rancho has a better food menu and activities. The staff is very nice.

I went to bowl yesterday with my sister and a group of friends and the manager Melissa screamed at my sister in front of everyone. Her customer service is very unprofessional and her screaming at a customer in front of her party is just rude.

Expensive AF! Used to come here when it was Arrowhead Lanes. It was a little run down, but a fun night out. Now Bowlero has taken over and it does look nicer, but prices have skyrocketed. Not the casual night out it used to be. There is also an 18% Service Charge added to all food brought to lanes. After seeing my bill I won't be back. Try and find more affordable options for a night out.

Been going here for a long time. The beer sucks, always flat and warm even from the tap, but its beer. They need a security guard at all times and never seem to care enough to put the money out for one. But the service is good, and the lanes are taken care of.

Don't recommend this alley, they hardy oil their lanes, the drinks are over priced. Food is horrible. I'm part of a league and wasn't allowed to use my league games after 8, was put on the waiting list at 730 and got called up at 8 so my league games weren't available. Zero stars
