This was my first time visiting Bowlero and I found it to be a lot of fun. The young lady that served us on lane 39 was very friendly and helpful. If the prices were a little lower and the ball selection a little better, I would easily give them 5 stars.

The staff here was friendly and service was great too! Prices can be steep- but we felt it taken care of and the atmosphere is fun! Very worth it- if you can, ask for malia at the bar.

Our group had such a great time here today. It's the nicest bowling alley I've ever been to! The seating is comfortable and beautiful. And the food was great. The pretzels were perfection! We will definitely be back.

This was our first time at a Bowlero and we had a great time! We brought our teenage grandkids on spring break. We signed up online and were greeted at the door by the Manager, Taylor. She was so nice and helpful, getting us set up with shoes and a lane and told us our server would be John. John took great really good care of during our two hours there. We had plenty to drink and eat. The food we ordered came out quickly, hot and was super good. I would highly recommend this location as a place to bowl.

I wish I had pictures. This place was so much fun. My kids and I went with a group of friends. We bowled for a few hours and then spent an hour or so in the arcade. Decided to go for a family bowling night. Aesthetically, it's a very nice bowling alley, but not better than other places we've paid less to bowl ( like Main Event or Pinstack). It was a little pricey in my opinion. It was 14.99 or 15.99 a game per person. You dont rent the lane per hour like some other bowling alleys. Shoes were 2.99 a person to rent. The food was good. The lane we were on the ball holder was broke & the balls kept rolling back into the shoot & would just spin & wouldn't come out for us to grab.

Had a great time at Bowlero San Antonio with the For the Culture Homeschool group! We bowled a few rounds full of strikes, and my youngest even won the game. We had the grandkids for the day and decided to take them to Bowler on San Pedro. The facility was large and clean and our waitress did a good job of keeping us with our drink orders. (Sodas) We did have a problem with our lane. The bumpers would not raise and lowered completely. We found that the person that bowled after the bowler using the bumpers got their ball stuck in the gutter. With 3 kids under 10 this became very frustrating. We had my son's birthday party here. The staff was helpful and attentive. Ally and John had everything covered and surpassed our expectations. We definitely want to have another birthday party here in the future. We had also visited prior to the party and our family enjoyed their time there with a great arcade selection and fun memories made bowling.

They have very bad customer service, they are not attentive it takes 20 minutes before your server comes to check on you each time! You feel alone in there needs energy and more helping hands.

I really enjoy bowling. I go more than the average person. I don't own my own ball or my own shoes so an establishment having a decent supply of both is a huge plus, this place has neither. First off the shoes, they are absolutely terrible, I tried 4 different pairs and I tripped with all 4. They all have gunk built up on the soles so you end up sticking when making your approach to the lane, really frustrating and unsafe. Second, The balls.... 5 stars to RJ We've been bowling here multiple times, and unfortunately, we've had issues with the staff in the past. However, this visit was completely different thanks to RJ. He was an awesome waiter extremely responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask twice. RJ truly turned our experience around, and we'll definitely be requesting him the next time we come.

I took my husband bowling for his birthday. We had a great time. The front desk girl was cheerful, welcoming, and polite. The bartender was a cool dude and very sociable. Really great bowling experience, I do believe that the lanes are older and have dips in them. But overall, good arcade games, full bar, their Buffalo chicken pizza is super delightful. Just a little on the pricey side.

Recently had my son?s birthday party here. Each manager was efficient and extremely accommodating. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The kitchen is extremely SLOW but we were having a lot of fun so we didn't mind too much. I definitely recommend having your next party here!

This bowling alley is so fun. It is very large, the lanes are nice, and a waitress will come to your lane to take your order and deliver it to your table. There is also an arcade at the front. Great for kids and adults!

Went there for a Sunday morning bowl, before the crowds. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere is a pretty cool mix of bright lights and sounds with classic wood and metal. They have pool tables, foosball, air hockey and a decent sized arcade.

Love this bowling alley. Good food, good music, good vibes. Prices are a little more expensive than other bowling alleys. But it's definitely worth the extra bucks for the atomosphere.

Went on an early Saturday afternoon and got a lane with no wait. Prices on par with other alleys but the food quality and selection is far ABOVE other alleys. Staff was great. Lanes were noticeably slanted away from each other close to the pins. I ordered a drink and while it was delicious, I wasn't expecting a nearly 18 dollar tab for it. Overall had fun with the kids and I'd go back.

We love to bowl here. They are pretty busy on the prime times but you usually don't have to wait for a lane! The food is ok here and the drinks are super sweet. They could probably use a remodel. But We always have fun when we go!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. This place used to be a family favorite growing up. They've since raised their prices such that we didn't find it reasonable to eat and bowl. On top of the crazy pricing, we had 8 people in our party and were told we could only use half of a booth. They booked more than half the facility on reservation apparently, all of which were empty. Very frustrating having to stand in between turns. Will not be recommending or going back. Sad

Just got scammed after being told it was unlimited bowling. I went up to pay >after< I played and had to pay for each game. I explained to the man that a worker had told me it was unlimited and he said ?I promise they didn't say that? when he wasn't even there. Very rude employee on top of it all. Service sucked I had to go get the waiter multiple times for basic stuff like napkins because no one was coming to our lane. The floors were sticky to the point you can feel it when you walk and it took 20 minutes just to get a drink. I was going to leave it but we tried to play arcade games and half the games didn't work. The girl in the front was very nice and did swipe her card for us on a game to try to make up for it but that didn't give us our tickets so money wasted. Would not recommend.
