Went to enjoy a couple games with some lads and it was amazing. From the staff, to the food, to the drinks! Plenty of parking, very safe area. I asked for a left side lane, no problem. There's a young lady name Tawana that made our experience pleasant. She greeted us and got us settled, brought the food and drinks, and we had a very funny and friendly exchange with her the whole time. Made sure we were good the entire time. I will definitely be back !
Everyone was polite and helpful. I booked a reservation online, and it was an easy check in process. The sampler platter was good, the wait wasn't long, and it was quite substantial. My daughter had one complaint, she wanted cheese for her pretzels instead of honey mustard. We will be back!
Edit : Food was really bad. The pizza was totally cold and it was not cooked properly. Bowling was fine we had fun there. It seems to be expensive this time as there was no discount and we have spent too much with an empty place. Bowling was good. We had fun but I was looking for more options in drinks and food which could have been better. Another one: went again and along with food and everything the manager was rude. Not going again
Went with some friends on a Saturday. Their sign says 8pm unlimited bowling for 18.99 , but I guess it means before 8 because we got there at 8:40, and we were charged with $29.99 per person. Aside from that, it was fun. We had wings and fries from their food menu. They do have alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic drinks.
Had a really good time here with friends. The staff were really friendly and we were able to get some socks given to us which was really kind of the staff member to do, as he didn't have the right change from our cash money. We went late at night too, it was quiet and others were also having a good time. Would recommend!
Normally don't write reviews unless they're positive, but I had to say something this time.. They had ONE person working the ENTIRE bowling alley. He handled the line for shoe rental/paying and also acted as the person who brought pitchers of beer from the bar to each lane. Even with a long line of people waiting to get their shoes and pay for their lane? he would slowly walk down to the bar to get pitchers and take them to the various lanes, being away for 10 min at a time. You have a line of 6 families w
We visited this bowling alley, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the management was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The staff seemed irritated and impatient, constantly yelling at customers ? including children ? for the smallest things. This place is definitely not kid-friendly. Instead of creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for families, it felt tense and uncomfortable the entire time. We saw several instances where kids were scolded loudly, which
Went on a Friday evening, place still had plenty of lanes empty, so, no wait (Yay!). Rented shoes were new and clean. There's a good supply of bowling balls. We shared a couple of pitchers of Modelo, reasonably priced. If the kitchen stayed open till closing, especially in a Friday evening, I'd have given this no-frills, nice bowling alley 5 stars. But, we'll be certain to be back.
I visited Bowlero for a bowling night, but the experience was a bit disappointing. The bowling balls were not in great condition, which affected the game. On top of that, the food I ordered took almost 40 minutes to arrive. While the atmosphere was lively, the delays and equipment quality were frustrating.
We celebrated my son`s Birthday....with 15 kids. Everyone had loads of fun...bowling, arcade games and fanstatic food. I rarely seen such great customer service. Food served was hot and fresh. Amazing host who ensured priority service....great place to consider for any celebration....
had a coupon for free bowling for 5 and the manager wouldn't honor it. not only that, but he was being incredibly rude. it was BOWLEROS choice to distribute the coupons and for us the be poorly treated and disrespected for using it is insane. We will never be back. the manager was rude and inconsiderate, we will go to bowlero kennesaw where our patronage is valued. We spend over $200 on drinks and food every time but this manager just lost that. very rude and disrespectful, once again, we will never be back
Had a great time! It's was clean & staff was friendly. If you haven't been here lately, this 40 year old bowling alley is at the end of a $1.6 M renovation (still has to a new hardwood floors to replace carpeting). Smoke free too!!
What a fun place! Able to bowl, rent shoes and rent a lane or two for a private event. Great adult drink options and special deals with the expected snacks, pizza and other tasty things. Nice beers on tap and looks like a pretty full bar. Very easy to get to and lots of easy parking. Very friendly staff and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
Enjoyed a great Easter Sunday afternoon bowling a few games at Bowlero Roswell. The lanes were good and Sean couldn't have made it a better experience. Cant wait to go back..
I've always loved this place but they closed the bar before 9 PM on a Friday and made my buddy take his water bottle out to the car when they offer water cups the size of a sippy cup
My children and I came to play for two hours, and when we first came in the lady was dry and kept ignoring my son, when we got to our lane the first thing that happens is our lane lags we fix it our first time but then it happens again and decided to ask this time my daughter came up to her and told her that our lane kept lagging. The lady didn't even answer her and just left, she just looked hover to our lane and got back to just standing there. Straight up, zero. I would give it less stars if I could.
Tons of lanes and enough space that you don't feel like you're right on top of your neighbors. Polite but SUPER slow service getting in and out of there and at concessions and bar. In terms of service while you're there if there's a problem they're responsive like our lane malfunctioned twice and they fixed it really quickly. Anyway no water fountain. Other than that very similar to other bowling alleys.
Took a group of 20+ people over to bowl on a Saturday evening and the service we received led us to leave the facility and head five minutes north to Main Event. Not recommended.
We have been coming here since 2006. This place is so much fun! But most importantly, the people who work here are very nice.
Bowlers Roswell is the place to be! Mike the manager is awesome and the whole atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back as it's the best ally in the area.
Great location, I joined a practice league, and it has been a lot of fun. Many great players but not so competitive that I feel pressured. Staff is friendly. The place has a relaxing vibe.
Normally this place would get 5 stars but one person is making this a 4 star. I don't know if she's new or what but she had an attitude with me and just overall wasn't very nice. I gave her my season pass (which gets you two free games) and then I asked for one more game so three in total. She said that I had to do the two free games first then come back for the third one, which is not how it works but whatever. Overall had a attitude with me and kept trying to argue with me.
Great prices for all you can play bowling on a Friday night! Went with a large group and has a good time!
Staff was kind. My lane was extremely dirty. My equipment came back with some sort of rubber gunk stuck to the ball. Tons of dirt on the balls as well.
Great place to take your kids. It was super fun
we got so much trouble for trying to use a 2 hour coupon and pay for an extra person but we we're somehow "cheaky" because we had it and still also wanted to pay, but the manager decided to be a dick and refused to even try to be reasonable.
It was fun! I haven't been to this location in several years and they upgraded the place nicely. New consoles, new furniture, etc. 3 bowlers, 8 games total with 3 shoe rentals = $72
A nice bowling place! Nothing too fancy, but there are plenty of lanes and we had no trouble at all getting a few rounds in. The seating and overall look is not quite as nice as other nearby Bowlero locations, but otherwise I don't have any complaints, would bowl here again.
Love this place the manger and staff are great! My grandson loves the arcade games and hubby and I enjoy bowling there and having drinks and the food is a plus. Keep up the great work. Candy
Our experience was awful. We went as a group of 8 people, and the tall, bald man at the front desk, who was also responsible for handing out the shoes, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was far from polite and even went so far as to say he didn't want to help us. We simply wanted clarification on the pricing since it was our first time there. This is supposed to be a fun experience, especially for our kids, but it was anything but. I will definitely not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to
Please please make your pizza taste better it has absolutely no taste !! Otherwise this place is solid entertainment in roswell clean and entertaining for families and all.
We had a great time here. Great value compared to other nearby bowling.
My kids and I had a great date night at Bowlero, they really like the arcade as well so I love varieties
The service was great! The pricing was very good for family fun/Birthday party. We will be going back very soon.
Such a fun place! Great staff & good food!
No outside foods or drinks strictly means no water bottle either. Fries and chips served are bad. Lanes, balls are in bad shape.
Great experience as far as bowling goes, but I can't understand why I was charged $6.45 for a small red bull! That's robbery.
I am giving 2 stars because I have to say that the employees are very nice people! BUT? don't eat here, just play bowling! We ordered beef nachos and OMG! Nachos were served with some kind of beef sauce, not actually beef and the pizza tasted like oven spray. Games are good, service not bad but is not worth it what you pay to play here, any other bowling alley offer the same services and better food for a better prices.
Wow!! Amazing Customer Service!! My family and I visited this location tonight and had an Awesome experience!! The first lane we were out on, didn't have bumpers that would come up for the kids and the second lane they moved us to had bumpers that wouldn't come down. We got moved to a third lane without any hassles whatsoever, and enjoyed a great game! Because of our troubles, the manager Mike gave us a FREE pizza to-go and a couple of coupons to return in the future. The pizza was actually REALLY GOOD!!!
Hey, thanks for ruining my day! I paid $174.93 for a kids 10th party for a total of 7 bowlers. I had 5 kids total, and intended 2 adults to bowl (both grand fathers). When I arrived alone to setup 10 mins before, I was told I was not allowed to move the tables (to group my 5 kids at 2 tables that only sit 4 each for cake). I tried to add a table for adults, and was told to put everything back (by the way, that table was never used the whole time we were there). While they ?allowed? me to group 2 tables to
Great place to go and bowl any day of the week! They have plenty of lanes for your average crowd, but on a busy night or when they have events, you may end up waiting up to an hour or so for a lane. They have 40+ lanes, an arcade, a snack bar with tasty food and drinks, a 21 and up bar, and a small pro shop. Every time I've gone, I've seen folks enjoying themselves for birthday parties or other celebrations. They also have ball ramps to assist young children, the disabled, the elderly, or the lazy if needed
We got through our Anniversary dinner at a really nice restaurant. We were in a food coma and in need of an activity. Walking into the bowling Alley every lane was full. Not sure if it was a League tournament night. We looked around the arcade area. My husband decided we'll just shoot some pool. It was nice to see everybody out mingling bringing back some normalaty to our neighborhood.
This was such a cool spot. There's more hyper modern and flashy bowling alleys out there, and there's a few of the old school styles left floating around This was a beautiful mix of both. Structurally and logistically this is an old world alley like you remember from back in the day, but with a better paint job, newer arcade machines, etc, it's a modern classic blend and I really enjoyed it. Pricing was good, drinks were plentiful and the arcade was fun too!
Nice place. Family oriented. Clean. Friendly staff.
When did bowling become so expensive. Two adults and two children was $49 for one game (non-prime time). Wow.
Mike was very accommodating. We were running (40 min) late and the clock was already ticking for our 2 hr reservation - almost $100! We were stressing and rushing to get over - dinner had ran over. Mike calmly looked at the schedule and said ?that's fine, I'll push y?all?s time out and add 10 min for your shoes. Southern hospitality at its finest! Mother?s Day is saved! Thank you Mike!!!
Multiple lanes, no wait time even though they offer unlimited bowling time. Good place to hangout.
Amazing helpful staff and overall a great experience. Clean bathrooms were a plus too.
My family of 6 which included four adults and two children bowled at this location last night. It was our third choice but we quickly realized it was our best choice in the long run. The manager, Mike, along with staff with great customer service made our experience a good one. For sure they aim to please their customers to make it a fun time. I'm sure we'll be back.
I went for a group outing, and the place is nice since the remodel. Food was good, bartender did a great job, and the bowling was fun!
Loved everything from lane availability, staff interaction, cleanliness and lane functionality. Will be back soon!!
We went on the website and we called drove all the way there which was 30 minutes only to discover they had leagues going on all day and we were unable to bowl until 6:00 p.m. we got there at noon. The guy running the facility at the counter was extremely rude and not apologetic at all that we had drove all the way there to bowl only to be told we had to come back at 6:00. Which is kind of odd because they run a special every Sunday after 4:00 you buy one game you get one game free but apparently you can'
I used a Groupon to go to this Bowlero, which was very far from me, but the location was cool. The spikes did not work on my lane, which made my Granddaughter frustrated,so she didn't want to play. The power went out. Once everything was booted back up we were able to continue to play.
I've had two bad interactions in a row. I bowl about once a week and always ask about the lanes. Not only did I get set up on a lane that shut down 4 times in 4 games that had absolutely zero oil but when I asked to get moved one lane over I got laughed at by lthe general manager Dwan and told no. I never leave bad reviews for anything but this seems like my only recourse. Do better. If you are a decent bowler and want a good experience I would not recommend this alley.
From the moment we walked in, the two ladies at the front desk looked miserable to be there. One didn't even look up from her phone until the other asked her to come help. I almost wanted to leave at that moment. Then when we were bowling, the manager rudely made me take my toddlers sippy cup back to my car when she was drinking it with our chicken tenders because they don't let you have sippy cups with apple juice for your 14 month old who can't drink out of a regular cup. Then the manager started cleanin
Man mike the operation manager is the reason why I love bowling here since 2020.i moved from Charlotte and love it here
Hd our company Christmas party here and service and food was great. A fun activity for all of our employees!
The place was reasonably clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, our lane kept having issue after issue that disrupted the games. Also, when did the booths go away? The table and chair setup isn't ideal and doesn't give you a comfortable experience. We played two games and left
The place was decent , not too crowded and we had a good time ! The food is ok just like any other bowling alley. Would definitely come again
I love it here all workers are kind and they have several leagues to join
I would like first say as someone who works in the restaurant industry I have never thought I would find myself petty enough to be here... but here we are. I would first like to say me and britney got beef now. Me and my boyfriend went in tonight at 10 o'clock with the knowledge that they close at 11, and we only had an hour to bowl. When we walk in britney the front desk lady didn't seem to be in the happiest of moods, but my boyfriend and I payed for our bowling and got our shoes and moved on. Everything
Had an amazing time! The service was great ?? when I had an issue with the lane the response to fix the issue was right away! The food and drinks ?? also great ?? thank you to all the employees first time coming here and it was Amazing!
One of the lanes (28) that was given to us was horribly slow and takes forever to restack .. apart from that rest Everything was ok.
Expensive for a single game. Shoes were wet from inside so make sure you get or wear socks at this place. Ambience was also not that great. Probably the least interesting place i have seen ffor bowling so far in and near atlanta
My husband had his birthday party on a Friday night. Being responsible adults, we left his car there overnight and I drove him home, you know to avoid drunk/tispy driving. The car was towed when we went to go get it early Sunday morning. EDIT TO ADD: Bowlero staff was very apologetic and compensated us for the towing fee. They also offered to redo our event for free. I appreciate the amends they took to make it right.
The place itself is great. The manager and staff are a different story. Not long ago I wanted to play a single game with my son and was told that there was a 3 game minimum and that I would not be able to pay and play for a single game. I thought that was odd but the staff was adamant so I went elsewhere. Last week i tried again with a group of 6. We wanted 2 lanes next to each other so that the kids could bowl more often and not get bored. They refused and said that we had to be on one lane all together. I
Ignore the hours they post online. They are consistently rude when you arrive, and close the bar and snack bar whenever they feel like it. Then they try to rush you out an hour before close. I get they want to go home and I respect that, but don't tell us we can stay until 11 when you want us gone at 10. Been this way ever since they switched management and it's just sad. Pathetic corporate structure and an embarrassment to the bowling industry. Tori is the only reason we come back.
We were new to Roswell and found this gem. The customer service is great, Mike and Pernell especially. They are always friendly and helpful.
Not too bad of a facility when it isn't slammed (lanes worked and were plenty) BUT many glaring problems that need to be addressed. First of all, the rude attitude we received when trying to get our lane in the first place. Employees were clearly swamped and overwhelmed with the large line, but that's no excuse for eyerolls and communicating with just hand gestures. Had to give our phone number and wait for about 10min so wasn't too bad (but there were many open lanes available while we waited). Got another
Stopped by to ask about rates and open bowling times. We decided to stick around and play some pool and have an adult beverage! The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful to work with and was very informative! I will definitely be back because of how kindly we were treated. Thank you for a fun evening.
Nick was an amazing host! We had an Adult Birthday Party and Nick ensured we had everything we needed at all times! Such a fun night and great service. Donovan was an excellent bartender, with such a fun personality! We had a great time and will be back for future events!
Went to Bowlero with some friends for a fun night, but the games were, meh at best. Then, I messed up by playing the "Candy Land" machine, I was hungry af and ate it, then ended up with a serious case of food poisoning instead.. Pro tip: stick to strikes and ditch the sketchy snacks next time. ?? On the plus side the cashier was really nice.
Bowlero shines with quick access to lanes for families, even during busy hours, ensuring a smooth experience. While the price is above average, the quality of service and the hassle-free environment offer good value. No technical hiccups observed. It's a four-star destination for bowling enthusiasts.
Solid bowling alley with lots of lanes, a small arcade, regular bowling alley food and a small bar and billiards spot.
We had a great experience bringing a group of students! Nick was professional, kind, and very accommodating to our needs. He was working very hard trying to make sure all customers were happy. A great representation of Bowlero and because of him, I want to come back again!
Was there for a tournament. The place was very clean even after a squad had already bowled. The food and beverage prices were very reasonable. There were even 'tournament specials' on food items. They made the tournament bowlers feel special. Fantastic job all around.
Fun Time. When was the last time you went bowling? Nice lanes. New shoes. Plenty of balls. Bar... food. Clean rest rooms. What more could you ask for. Go... and have fun.
I dont like the way they organized the tables from lane to lane, kinda whack. Bowlero is pretty overpriced, generally speaking. Bartender was the only saving grace to this place. They've got like 2 or 3 pool tables. Arcade is pretty sizeable, though.
I've been bowling at this location for 15+ years. Overtime, I've seen a thriving bowling alley turn into something that is unrecognizable. Current management is unable to fulfill payout commitments due to mistakes, maintain the lanes adequately and doesn't care about returning business as when I address this with management, they suggest I bowl elsewhere instead of addressing the problem.
If all you want to do is bowl, this is a good place to do it. But the food and bar situation is a joke. Because there was only one bar tender, we waited numerous times in line for more than 15 minutes. They ran out of beer pitchers and clean glasses. We never received the food we ordered. We saw several parties bring in outside food and drinks. I don't blame them because it was impossible to order and be served anything. This was my first visit, so maybe it was just a bad night. Still, it was pretty bad.
USBC Lane inspection completed and corrections made. Alley is certified and ready to go for the 2019/20 season
Called and was told over the phone it was unlimited bowling and I could come at that moment and pay 29.99 for unlimited bowling. When I get there they say it doesn't start until 9 and it was 745, and they made me pay $24 for 3 games. 0/10 would not recommend. When I asked them about it they didn't even act like they cared. This place is a scam.
Had an issue w alley and it took them about 10 to 15 minutes to rectify the issue. I hope they get that alley fixed. With special needs kids anything that upsets their usual activities causes problems for caregivers. Other than that I would say they were accommodating and served us well. I would come back in the future, would definitely inquire about alley 1
This place is good summer fun. It does not cost that much and the place has a family friendly vibe. The bowling shoes were clean, and there are two types of lanes, regular and kid friendly lanes. The person I was with kept striking out and everytime a person on skis would wipeout, that was funny. The food items were not extensive but there is alcohol if you want to drink.
Terrible lanes were dry not setup to host a major tournament probably better for home town folk. All food and beverage prices were sky high due to the tournament. Mixed drinks not only costly but soda than alcohol. Even red bull was 6.00 a can. Hope this place is never selected again and too small. They rushing you out even knowing the events were started late. We bowled the 8:30 at 9:40 didn't finish till after 12am but was continuously shouted at to vacate the building. Poor choice.
Well managed bowling center with friendly staff that accommodates children as well as novices.
The Bowlero experience was disappointing. I typically enjoy bowling at the Austell, Marietta, or Atlantic Station locations, but the lanes here were in poor condition, indicating infrequent servicing. Additionally, the music abruptly stopped an hour before closing. During my time on lane 38, it malfunctioned twice within a 10-minute period, leading me to repeatedly request relocation at the front desk. Shockingly, when offered a new lane, it was one previously vacated due to technical issues, and notably, i
When I first started going here a year ago it they were understaffed and had horrible lanes for serious bowlers. Thanks to Nick and all the awesome employees, the alley made a complete turn around over the course of a year. Good lanes, atmosphere, and awesome employees.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
