We hosted a birthday event at this location and the staff were awesome! Highly recommended this location specifically for any event, birthday party, or even just a night out of bowling with friends. Renee and Darin checked on our group throughout the event and made sure the drinks and food were always available. The food was fresh and tasty. This location is always very clean as well which is always appreciated! 10/10 recommended this Bowlero location

Had my son?s birthday party there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible service! They had 3 employees for a packed I mean packed bowling alley. The staff was running around like headless chickens. They forgot the cakes that I was told were included. Then charged me $40 for two cookie cakes and one was burnt to a crisp. They will not even issue a credit for the burnt one I even sent a picture. If you do decide to have a party there do not work with Chelsea Jordan. She is not helpful, has 0 accountability

Came in for an afternoon of bowling and games with my parents, sister, and 4 small kids. Everyone had a really fun time! Renee and the young man who worked there were super friendly and accommodating- making sure the little ones were set up to bowl safely. It was clean, the food was good, and the music was great. We could have spent a full day just at the arcade. Tons of unique games and fun prizes.

Our family got together with some friends during the holiday break at Bowlero, Roselle location and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I came in for an event with the park district. It was amazing! Danny the operations manager was so awesome! The staff the atmosphere the food everything was so fun for the adults and kids! Came here the other night, had a great time! I loved the neon lights, it was a nice atmosphere. Jay helped me at the counter, service was very fast. The bathrooms at this bowlero are absolutely disgusting. I've never wanted to not touch something in a bathroom more. It looks like someone literally just spray shit and let it dry instead of wiping it. $14 for a cocktail was wild. It had like zero alcohol in it and tasted like someone just made up straight Hawaiian Punch

Bowlero in Roselle has been my home lanes for over 10 years now, between the friendly staff, family environment and great oil patterns you can't ask for a better place to bowl. 10/10!

Lanes were nice, and they had plenty of seating. The cocktails are also definitely worth it, and they've even got a little shop where you can buy your own shoes and balls and little grip tapes n stuff. The arcade area is worth checking out too

New and clean. They have many lanes, so can accommodate a good number of groups at a time. It might be for families too

We just had my daughter s bday party in there. It was great. Renee and Michelle were very helpful and nice. I didnt have to do anything except bringing the cake and cut it. They even decorated the place. Super cute. Food was really tasty and spring rolls were delicious. Guests had lots of fun, played games, kids had ice creams. Overall, great experience. Recommend to any parents. Had lots of time to talk to guests which doesnt happen when we entertain at home.

Went here to watch a bowling tournament and it was such a surprise that there were only 1 person for the food and 1 person for the bar. I felt completely awful for the guy working the cash register cos he was taking orders, making food AND running them out to the lanes. Manager was also rude af. Didn't see her once helping the other guy in the front. I feel like these events are pre booked and should be staffed accordingly. Highly disappointed.

Me and my party came in relatively late (9ish) and bought two games and got the third one for $5 as their deal. The place was clean and food came out right away. The hospitality was beyond most bowling alleys and it felt like my family owned the place. They had a lot to offer other than bowling and I can't wait to go back to see the rest!

This is a great place for the whole family. The customer service was great. I bought a Groupon for the kids during spring break and didn't realize you couldn't use it the same day. They were very apologetic for the confusion. Dan was kind enough to give the kids credits to use at the arcade and it ended up being a great day. Holy hell. The manager that was on shift (Renee) spit in my pretzel pins cheese sauce after I asked for a new cup of cheese because the one I was given was cold. I DO NOT recommend. The only good thing about the place was the workers.

My husband and I came in to bowl a couple of games on a Saturday around noon. Service was friendly and efficient. The manager, Danny, was especially awesome. The alley was packed with league bowlers ordering food and the bartender wasn't scheduled to come in until 1:00, but Danny was able to help get us incredibly delicious cocktails. I highly recommend the Berried Alive Lemonade. Awesome place for families or for couples looking for a fun date.

We have done two different parties at Bowlero in Roselle and both have been great. The reservation process for parties is easy, the reservation specialist did a great job with setting up our package with everything we need. Both parties had special touches and the special touches were different both times so it just felt the team is always innovating ways to make the guests feel more special. Our group is not great bowlers but we have become a bowling group to celebrate events.

Danny made the day memorable for my daughters first time bowling. We went for the game room and Danny sold us on more fun. Thankful for the opportunity to have a toddler lane on a busy Friday accomodation.

Very good place however the bowling is per game payment instead of per hour. This is the only negative thing I felt. Space is large and good.

We took advantage of a Groupon and Bowlero exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept and the Manager Daniel and staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Bowling is advertised as $10 but shoes are a must and they are $5. I find such practice slimey, though I'm unsure if this is the norm for bowling alleys. Either charge me the full $15 and advertise it as such if I can't bring my own shoes, or tell me I can bring shoes and only charge the $10 you advertise. Went for my boyfriends birthday with a couple buddies and had a great time. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond and even set up a little light up sign with the name. Great place to just have a good time. Staff members here treat the customers with respect and a kindness. If you ever need to find a place to bowl or have a get together this is the place to go to. The highlights would have to be the staff such as Danny and Caitlin, just because whenever I come here it feels always welcoming and genuine in the kindness and respect they show.
