Have bowled here off and on for over 10 years and have always had a good experience. It's a little pricey compared to other places but at the same time, I normally go on the weekends and most other places are booked up because of the leagues. Also, for as many people that are in and out, the staff does a pretty good job keep the place tidy and the food is pretty good as well. After issues with ordering through the website, it took us an hour to get food, though there did not appear to be a staffing issue. Ok bowling alley. There is bowling on 2 different floors. With a total of 64 lanes. This bowling center is usually kept clean. Set backs are cost and wait times. The price to rent shoes is more than $6. Price per game to bowl more than $7. For a weird reason a mug of beer is $7.03? As for wait times. It takes a while to get food and drinks.

Food is kind of costly and came out mostly burnt.The concession stand lady was rude as hell to me and my other half. Clearly stated "it's your problem". First time at Bowlero since the change from Empire Lanes. Mostly the same experience from before. Very nice remodel, all brand new games in the arcades, all new laminate flooring. The proshop was closed for Good Friday, but has great hours. The only downside is games are $8+ per game.

We had our anniversary party here with family and it was a blast! We all had so much fun. AMF did everything, we basically just had to show up. I was surprised that they had some table decorations (bottles with faerie lights in them and a chalkboard sign personalized for our party) in our lanes area. I'll never bowl here again. Several times now, we've gone for open bowling and despite having dozens of lanes open, they bunch everybody next to each other. We get put next to a family with little kids running onto our lane while we're in the middle of bowling. They're going feet first down the lane like it's a slip n? slide. If you want to come here to bowl and have drinks with your friends this probably isn't the place. We waited at the bar multiple times for 20min+. The single bartender would purposely keep going to the same group. Both poor management and horrible service.

I recently visited this bowling alley with my family, and I must say, it was a disappointment from start to finish. I'm giving this place 5 stars because I love the staff, who are always super friendly and accommodating. We had fun bowling a couple games on Friday night. They have safety procedures in place and I felt totally safe and able to have fun. Cannot thank Friday night's staff enough for an actual night out doing an activity while feeling cared for and safe!

Very typical bowling alley experience. Pricing is a bit higher than others in the area but the drinks are good and you can almost always get a lane or two.

Fun local place to go. I was on the darkside, which are the lanes that have low lighting and cool fluorescent lighting. My call kept getting stuck over and over. My experience at AMF Empire Lanes tonight was great. When we ordered our pizza it actually got out to us within 2 minutes, although our drinks took a bit longer due to the server still being a bit new and it being super super busy. But still had tons of fun with my 2 friends. They even put the bumpers up for us so we could see how much it improved our game, even though we are grown men. Nice clean bowling alley but I was too HOT. Where was the AC? Paid over $100 for 4 people to play 2 games and it shut down halfway through our second match. They did honor it with 3 extra games but it was already late so we left after the 2nd game. Why is it $11+6 per person? I assumed it would be $11 per game and $6 each person. Pricing on TV should be more clear please. I was shocked!

The layout is different from any bowling alleys I've ever been. There is no seating at the back of the alley. There are tables way back, which makes it hard to socialize. My boys have been bowling in their 2 game youth leagues for about 6 months now. They've had a lot of fun! Food is good when we order (a little pricey but what bowling alley food isn't). We were there for a college bowling tournament. I was really impressed with the first floor. I couldn't believe how many lanes they had between the two floors. Being there for 10 to 12 hours in a weekend, we ordered some food. Chicken tenders and some apps to be specific. Everything was pretty good. For bowling alley food, it was really good. Yummy fried things galore.

We called prior to showing up to bowl, we spoke with a lady on the phone who told us there would be open bowl all night. We explained to her we would be having a small gathering for my daughters 5th bithday. She told us we would be all set to show up and bowl. After driving 45 minutes as it was the only place open. This establishment is understaffed. It's takes forever if you need any assistance at all. The wait at the bar is insane. The bartender (if there is one) takes forever to serve you. I love it here. I bring my son and his friend often and last time we went, half the lanes were blacked out and had black lights up instead, music playing and a fun time. We had my son?s birthday party there. It was great! So we'll organized and they were very attentive. My only complaint is that they ran out of birthday candles. Otherwise is was a fantastic experience- I would highly recommend having a party there.

Little fun fact, on Monday nights you can get all you can bowl from 8pm to 11pm. My crew and I go pretty much weekly. It's a nice atmosphere, between music being at a good volume and a bar close by. We came here to enjoy a family night and had to end early due to a group of adults smoking marijuana INSIDE THE FACILITY. I had a baby and 10 year old that they saw and decided it was ok to smoke in front of. I spoke to the person in the front and they didn't apologize or ask the other group to stop/leave. I was highly disappointed that this was allowed since we were having a good time before the incident.

Very clean and fun facility. The do seem a bit understaffed, there was a huge cue for getting lanes, but several we're clearly not being used. The food smelled great, but there too the cue to order was so long and then the wait to get your order was massive. I'll totally go back to bowl.

First time going in was awesome! Easy game set up and staff that helped in a timely manner. Went back the following Sunday and was a total S--t show, rude and slow service. Had a new bartender on a Saturday didn't help her while she was overwhelmed parking lot turned into a sheet of ice asked them to salt and brought it to there attention and it still wasn't addressed as I am a disabled individual I had to ask a complete stranger to get my car and bring it closer so I didn't have to walk that many steps unsafely. 29 for loaded fries and individual pizza then 42 dollars for 4 drinks later this is how you treat your customers? Fun place for bowling the majority of my review is for my former work employment and how I was not treated as a human but a robot during it. You know the typical retail stuff. Hopefully the new manager is running it better.

Went there for a work party. The staff said hello and goodbye as I left and were helpful in finding my coworkers and where I needed to be. They were very friendly. Had a nice conversation with one of the bartenders. Only bad thing that happened to us was a shoe mix up.

Went out with friends as we decided to go bowling last minute, thankfully we got there when we did because we got a lane. The guys bowled (which bowling and show rental seems high) while my friend and I decided to check out the arcade area. Some games are pricey, but it was so much fun. A lot different than back in the day, everything is card/ digital based. It was a lot of fun, would recommend.

We had a great evening bowling. Empire Lanes has a $15 deal most nights after 8 pm. All you can bowl until midnight. The staff is polite and friendly. The lanes were in good shape. There were plenty of lanes available. We'd definitely go again!!!
