Bowlero Riverside

Came here with some coworkers and had a blast! We definitely enjoyed ourselves. We reserved our lane and everything went smoothly. We ordered the sampler appetizer and a pizza with a fish bowl and it was amazing! Will definitely come back again

We have 16 Monster Energy teams that play every Wednesday and we all enjoy our experience there. Employees are pleasant, food is great, and drinks are amazing!

Went here and paid for several games. And food and drinks .. great prices ... It was slow when we went . But .. inside was very clean and the workers was very polite and helpful when some of our orders was mess up and they fixed it ... With no problems ... Because someone had food allergies. So to be safe then sorry had to remake the food all over...

I took my students to a school field trip here. The staff is amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and most importantly patient with my middle schoolers. Their professionalism was key to a successful field trip with 100 students. Thank you Bowlero for the awesome experience!

Had a great time with friends, first time attending this place and gotta say it didn't let me down. Staff was friendly, didn't get food but the options looked delicious, overall nothing but great vibes from this place.

It's revamped beautiful life the subtle mid century modern vibe. The mood is just right, love that they have a refreshments fountain instead of buying by the pitcher. The food was great solid pizza ?? and the offer bumper rails and the bowl assist stand. 10/10 would cone again

This is good place to take your family to bowl, when there this last weekend and had fun. Only problem was our game froze and I had to wait in line for about 20 mins to get my game going again. Overall decent experience

Bar staff was friendly and trying to get thru the rush and was fast. Didn't wait long at all for a lane. place is clean and bathrooms are clean as well. Not pricey, and they stop serving alcohol after 10:30pm. Overall cool chill place to spend a couple of hours, arcade is small and their bar area is a little bigger. Food isnt too bad either. Music choice is also really good.

Great location, good food. Last time we were here, we enjoyed the Alley Sampler and the Cheese Pizza. Very delicious. They have half price arcade games on Wednesdays too. The kids love it here. Beer pong, giant Jenga, and giant Connect Four is located in the bar/ lounge area. Staff was super helpful and accommodating, especially Briana and Alondra. We will definitely keep coming here because of them.

Plenty of lanes for bowling. Friendly staff. Clean facility even the restrooms. We visited on a Monday of memorial weekend, not very crowded in the evening. Restaurant was nice too, plenty of seatings.

Very friendly and attentive staff from the first point of contact while making a reservation for our cub scout group. We were surprised they even had a light up metal letter signs to greet us at our lanes. Thanks for the memorable experience

Nice place. Fun atmosphere. Bowling per game is pretty pricey, but they have some good specials. So take advantage of those. Summer pass especially. 2 games and shoes every day from May to early sep. For only $42-$57. If you use it, it's a killer deal.

Very dissapointed with Bowlero Riverside. We arrived one hour after the bowling alley opened and they were completely empty. The lady at the counter told us she didn't have any lanes available that all the lanes were researved. When we tried to request a lane for the following day we were told that we also couldn't do that in person and had to visit the website for that. We will not be giving you our business in the future. Poor customer service.

Just had a birthday party for my daughter at Bowlero. We had a great experience and it was a fantastic deal. She brought 5 friends and they bowled for 2 hours, had food and drinks (soda), then played in the arcade. Overall a great value and lots of family fun. Our server was Tash and she was great. The staff took care of any request we had and well look forward to going back there very soon.

It's a bit pricey in price. Food isn't much cheaper either. It was fun. Played 2 games. They have big selection of game there. Bath was closed but no one was in there cleaning. Sink also didn't work. Pizza was very good.

Most experiences I've had here are awful. The first time I visited this Bowlero, they made us wait for a lane for about an hour since they were busy (they did have lanes open), and when we finally got a lane, they sent us to one that already had people. So they sent us to another lane that had a game already halfway played. And believe this, they wanted to charge me for a game I didn't play. We have bowled with Bowlero several times, however, this time had several issues. Bowlero made every attempt to correct it and we were satisfied with the solutions they produced.

Walked in with a water bottle and was refused service. We had reservations to play, I offered to throw away my water bottle. Was instructed aggressively to leave the premises immediately in front of my group. Super humiliating, don't drink water while walking in I guess ?????

We had a blast at this place. The customer service was on point. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The lanes are beautiful. They have screens with sports. Good selection of music. Our family ventured in to Bowlero in Riverside on July 4th. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and assisted us promptly and pleasantly in the arcade, food service, and with our lanes. The games were priced well and the bulletins on the TV?s said games are currently 1/2 priced on Wednesday?s. The client that I work with is on the spectrum and he chose to come here because he thought they had a specific arcade game but they didn't. However, Karen at the front was very nice and so was the rest of the staff. I did not get to try any food nor play bowling so I don't know what the prices were. Great place for a Birthday Celebration. They had EVERYTHING PLANNED PERFECT. EVEN SET UP EXTRA DECORATIONS IN PICTURE SHARED. The manager Marcy (I think her name was went above and beyond expectations) pizza and all ordered food was hot and delicious and our refills for drinks was plentiful. I purchased the balloons myself.

Fantastic! Excellent service, not enough good words to say about these folks. Had my son's birthday party there and they really went above and beyond with everything. Aside from the fun venue, we got so many compliments on both the service and the food, they deserve to get their due credit. Very happy campers.

Bowling here was decent. For the price, the lanes should have automated bumpers that pop up per the player?once you get the bumpers up here, after asking, they stay up for all players. 2 people 3 games & food expect to drop a bill. No refills on drinks.

My First time there, i was amazed at how cool and relaxing it was inside. . Im definitely going back for another visit.

My CubScouts den recently had one of our activity meetings here. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the facilities were clean well kept. The management for the evening also went above and beyond by identifying our lanes with very nice, illuminated metal sign letters spelling "CubScouts". This is not the closest Bowlero to our Scout families, but it's definitely worth the additional travel for the service.

I love this place. I bowl at multiple bowlero and this is by far the best one. The managers are great and very helpful. If I ever need help with a ball return the staff gets on it real quick.

Overall great experience. The bowling alley was much bigger than I originally anticipated. The staff was so prompt and courteous that we never needed anything all evening. The lanes were great. They have bumper rails for the children and small leagues that participate in bowling nights for adults. Had a work party here a lot of fun food was pretty good. The girls at the front desk and waitresses are outstanding. The score boards were alittle confusing to work an once you start a game you have to finish it.

Its a great place to go bowling. There are different nights with different specials. Awesome music played by BOTS, ??????. Great spot for families and kids. Lots of good snacks and drinks. I had a watermelon tropical drink it was yummy!

Cute decor, small arcade for kids. Cool beer tube that wasn't to expensive. Food was ok. Went for a birthday party and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Not a lot of seating for disabled or elderly guest, since most seating is stool. But they did have a lounge area behind lanes that could accommodate them.

Went for date night with the wife on a Saturday night. Had a wonderful time. Friendly staff, good service, lot's to do. Bowling, games for adults and kid's, full bar and kitchen. You can make a reservation. We walked in. Waited less than a half hour.

This is my first time writing a review and I had to write about this event. I was recently a +1 at a friend's event, whose husband is a firefighter, and let me tell you, the food was the most unexpected delight! Pretty nice place as always. Very interesting how much this place has change since coming to the orginal AMF. Biggest suprise is how clean this place has gotten. Definitely worth the hour and 10 min wait times. I'm loving the music, projectors and prices were pretty fair, not to mention the brand new aracde too. As of (2/10/19) these are the prices. I have mixed emotions about this place. All of the staff was fantastic and the kids had so much fun. Alondra the manager made it a horrible ending. She approached my teenagers and said ?if you want to steal one, you can go buy one? talking about a basketball. When my kids showed her they had a game card she said ?oh? and walked away. The new revision to this place makes it so entertaining and enjoyable! They have a bunch of giant projectors playing tv shows while you bowl. Also the staff is very kind and friendly. They were able to help me out in any situation.

Absolutely the worst experience at a bowling establishment. We were quoted a 90 min wait time. We decided to wait there and order food. After 30 min we saw lanes started to open up. However, people were not being called to the open lanes. After seeing 12 lanes open for over 45 min we asked what was going on. They stated they were reserved within an hour and a half so they were not filling those lanes for that reason and we had 12 parties ahead of us. We had an amazing time with our 3 kids (ages 9,11,15). We went after 8 pm. The price was reasonable with shoe rental and unlimited bowling till they closed, which was 12am on a Thursday. Our server Robert was polite and attentive. We will be back .

First time bowling here, front staff was nice but food was disgusting. Bowling was good. Lanes and seating area are well kept. Arcade was fun. Food was very good. The food service looks like a food truck, which makes it feel like a separate eatery and you aren't eating bowling lane food. My burger came as ordered and was very well made. Bowlero is excellent for fun and enjoyable family outing. This place is very nice and spacious. It has at least 40 lanes I think. It also has an arcade, a bar that serves a wide selection of alcohol drinks and a snack bar that serves finger foods and other snacks for all ages.

Did my boy's teen birthday party. Amazing customer service and amazing food.. the party package is at great price. Alondra and Davina were absolutely fantastic and very hospitable. Would love to have another party here.

We came here on Christmas. From the moment we walked in our experience was amazing! We were escorted to our lane and they even put our names in the system for us! We started our game and it didn't even take long for us to receive service from the waiter! The manager came and checked on us often. My stepdaughter was eyeing this lamb in a rain deer costume and was so hyped about it. We were actually telling her to wait and we might allow her to try to get it later. Me and some friends had a work gathering here yesterday and it was such a great time .The check in was very smooth even with what looked like a league that was going on .The food truck cooks/attendants were very polite and informative with their suggestions (pizzas,wings and free refills on sodas ??) definitely made with love .This will be our new spot for future get togethers!

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. However, due to recent events, my entire group and I will never be coming here again. They are overpriced as it is, and the unlimited bowling deal was a great way to enjoy bowling for the late night crowd. However, instead of raising the price by a few bucks to meet their bottom line, they got rid of the deal entirely. They have just lost several loyal customers who always buy drinks and tip very well. Not giving 5 stars only cause it's really pricey, but it's such a great time. The staff is super friendly, everyone from the front desk to the bartenders. Food is actually pretty good. We usually get the sampler plate and it's a good amount of food for 2 adults and 2 kids. They've got a small arcade area with games for everyone and they have a half off arcade games on .. I think it was Wednesday. The place is clean and looks great, very modern.

Really really fun place to go with a group of friends. We were able to book in advance and paid for food and drinks ahead of time so that was really nice. The drinks started slow but once we got our first order the rest started coming pretty quickly. The food is ok nothing special but I can't imagine people come here with purpose of eating a full sit down meal. At first I thought it was a little pricey but after having spent the time here id definitely say it's worth the money and I'll be back on the weeken

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the server davina is also really friendly. She know what she's doing, and you can tell making the customers happy is her main priority. Food is pretty good, and bowling was fun 10/10 recommend
