Amazing service. Drinks and food were so good! It was surprising how well the food and the cocktails tasted. Unlike any entertainment place we have gone to. Had over three servers come and check in on just the two of us. Even had the manager check in on us and ask how everything was going. We reserved ahead of time and got our lane within a minute of. Truly the best bowling alley!
Came to redeem a Groupon at the Rancho Cucamonga location, was helped by Andrew, Katy, Amanda, Jason, & Justin. They were all so helpful & so nice. Made the process to redeem the vouchers so smooth & no problem. Would DEFINITELY book with them again & DEFINITELY recommend taking advantage of the deal. Appreciate all the help & the service!
Absolutely LOVE how clean the bathrooms were. I took a mean ass shit. Like a real BIG dooky and it was marvelous that I got goosebumps. Toilet paper was on point too. Oh! And besides that customer service is amazing. Bowling was fun and would recommend anyone to come here :)
It was a bit busy today at the Bowlero so we decided to come by the bar and hang out until a lane opened up. Tamara M was great! Took our orders right away and made sure we had a great time before we got our lane! Highly recommend!
Fun and clean place to enjoy some games. Cute little arcade for kids and good bar for adults
The experience with our food and getting our shoes was fine but it took a turn when it came to ordering drinks. I understand it was a busy day I totally get that so I didn't mind waiting my turn but, Katie true bartender, completely skipped my turn to help out a gentleman who was there after me and she took the time to have a conversation too. I ended up leaving with no drink because I wasn't happy with the service. :(
Not a bad place. The renovation gave this place a much needed facelift. Drinks are pricier than other alleys. Shoes I got were pretty worn out and another in our group said they could feel what felt like a nail. Checkout Groupon for better rates.
My daughter loves bowling here! The workers are super cool about getting the ramp and usually arrives at our lane before we even enter in our names :) Use Groupon to save a little cash ( they have an arcade option and a bowling option). The arcade is fun. But prizes are super lame just a heads up
Had such a good time. This was my first visit, but not my last!! I met up with some friends. Their school basketball team was playing. But the boys had a blast also. So much so, they wanted to keep playing. The place was clean, the servers were nice and the food was yummy!! I ordered the hot wings with fries. The boys got pizza, wings and fries. It was good times. I'll return soon!
First time at this location, they were busy but we didn't wait too long, they have a wait list that they text you when a lane is ready, large bar and tables for beer pong, sport shop, and good size arcade. Couple of parties going on and they decorate amazingly!! Tons of TVs and music going. Cosmic bowling starts at 6 and they want lanes buck, but they did refund us for the game we didn't use before 6. Shoes were clean. Location was very clean and lots of parking. Would come back. Expensive but you're paying
My boyfriend and I have been coming a few times this last month. They charge per person per game which kind of sucks but if you go earlier you can play for 6.50 per person and 6.50 for shoes. Our lane kept going down one of the times we went (about 4 times), and the other time we ordered a soda that we never got, but its still a good place to go if you want to play one or 2 games with your family. Very nice establishment and the atmosphere is really nice. The shoes are in great condition so you don't feel a
The customer service was poor it completely ruined our family bowling experience. We ordered about $150 dollars in food to go along with another $125 we spent on bowling for our family of 4, not to mention the money spent in the arcade while we waited an hour for our lane. As we ordered food for the person taking our order was kind and I asked for a pitcher of water to go along with all the food we had just ordered, the man taking our order politely responded and said, " I can do that for you" so we went to
Bowlero in Rancho is super awesome.. love the new look, very fresh and fun. Every employee we were in contact with was absolutely amazing especially Kelly and Danny in management. We had a party of 10 there today and they took care of us... they even had our last name in cute decorative letters posted in front of our two lanes. Loved it and will definitely be back!!
Gotta give this place a 5 star! First off, I had a reservation @9:30pm. I did show up about an hour in a half early to see if we could get bumped up. (Came from Hesperia) Unfortunately we couldn't but I get it. Busy, on a weekend & a PACKED PLACE! Jason was very professional about it & guaranteed come back at 9:30pm & we will be set! Come back & a long line had formed to check in. Jason from the jump called us to the front & said I have your lane ready & what size shoes can I get you? Walked us to our lane
We had a great time at Bowlero last night! The staff, servers, and bar tenders are friendly and attentive. The GM made it a point to check in periodically to ensure things were running smooth and on point! More importantly, to make sure we were having a good time? and indeed we were!
Cocktails are delicious, friendly staff and clean establishment. The manager Jason was very helpful. I will be returning.
Went for my mother?s birthday. They decorated and made it pretty nice and special for her. Great service all around. Beer selection was lacking but otherwise great.
18% AUTOMATIC CHARGE FOR FOOD AND BAR SERVICE EVERY TRANSACTION (NO MATTER THE PARTY SIZE) By the time I post this, I wonder if groupon still has the deal. Its $36 for two bowlers, $61 for four and $84 for six, for two hours, this includes the shoe rentals as well! Individual price per game per person is $8 and a shoe rental can set you back $7 I was so happy to have found this deal. I probably would've never walked into a bowlero location. The young lady that helped me was very kind, I thought it was odd
I had a good time celebrating my friend's graduation here. The waiter was nice and attentive. The employees were great and made sure our lanes were running smoothly towards the last game. Fries were bomb too! Birthday weekend well spent. Thank you!
Great time for my sons birthday. We got the package deal and everything was great. Service was amazing. Drinks, pool, arcade, beer pong. All fun
We had a good experience with the guy that got us our shoes and lane but the bar tender Katie keep us waiting to even take our order and skipped our turn to order, we ended up not ordering anything from the bar. Very disappointed ??
Horrible way they cash you out???? Went back on 3/17/23 but had to wait 1 1/2 hours before they called our names even though we saw empty lanes not being used? You should make reservations because we saw many customers leave, they didn't want to wait. We will try BIG ALS NEXT ??
It was very spacious and clean. They have great staff ?? The wings were delicious ?? My friends and I had a blast ????
The prices are so high for junk food, and the bar was understaffed, long wait to get service. The shoes reek, and the music is basic. Or maybe I just hate bowling cause of sensory overload. Could be.
This bowling alley is clean, lit in a fun way, and offers multiple forms of entertainment aside from bowling. There is a small arcade and a bar with some games like beer pong, oversized jenga, and giant connect-4. The reason I removed 2 stars: -some lanes have some issues and glitches. For example, lane 7 marked all four plays as strikes for the first 3 frames regardless of what was actually hit. If you got a gutter or spare, etc it was marked as a strike. We told the front desk and they said they would se
This place is so much fun to enjoy with your. Friends and family
Fun place to bowl. All you can bowl $20
I had so much fun there today celebrated my birthday Lively atmosphere
A really great place to come with friends or family. There is a lot of lanes and the place is really clean and comfortable. There is also an arcade and a bar. Apparently it's a great place to hosts birthday parties cause I saw like 4 when I went. A pitcher of beer is like $34 bucks which is kinda expensive according my friends. A milkshake is around $6. I went with 3 friends and we bowled for about 2 hours and a half and it came out to around $160 so $40 each. Arcade is a little pricey, it's about $2.50 per
Prices could've been explained better. Advertise $6 a game on Wednesday! Half off. But it doesn't say anywhere on the signs that it's per game per person. So 2 hrs of bowling for 3 people = $95.
Had my grandson's 10th birthday here. We all had lots of fun! My 3 year old grandson bowled also with rented bowling shoes. Definitely recommend it! (Food, arcade, and bowling)
Tamara is the best bartender they have!!! Attentive and funny(:
My sisters had fun playing. It was costly but they enjoyed it
Friendly staff, clean environment, good equipment. Fun family place that grown ups can have a good time
Friendly clean and accommodating. Food isn't too bad and served fast
My girls, MIL and myself had a great time here bowling. We initially said 2 games, but we're having so much fun, we did 3 games. I have a younger inexperienced bowler who wanted bumpers up, then down and back up again and the staff was very helpful and didn't mind assisting us. The food was also better then we expected. We'll be back.
This was our first visit. We were meeting up with family for a get-together. The evening was a hit! We arrived early so part of the group went to the arcade while others went to the bar. The bar drinks were delicious and worth the price. I paid an extra $5 for a larger size. The bar staff was friendly and kept the area very near. The staff seemed to work great as a team, wherever you looked. When we needed them, they were there! The group before us took longer than expected. A team of staff seemed to swoop
Very clean, employees very friendly, food was really good, I only gave 4 stars because we were overflowing with empty glasses. They should have someone pick up, I would say if people are drinking.. we dont want to stop and clean up. (Like I had to) Other than that, I totally recommend this place.
Great time on a Saturday night. The DJ knows how to mix the old school grooves in. The food and drinks are not too bad either. Yet, most importantly, there is no drama and a safe environment where you can bowl with no worries.
It is FAR better than the one in Fontana! Seriously, this place is an "A+" compared to the one in Fontana who would fail miserably with an "F-" The price is right to Bowl especially if you go on a night where they are having a special. The problem is that EVERYONE seems to know about this special so the wait times are pretty bad. If you don't wish to wait, you could pay outrageous prices to bowl in comparison at Big Al's. However, Big Al's lanes break down frequently and makes the experience terrible becaus
Had great fun here. A family fun clean place until about 8 or 9 when music videos come on above the Pins. If you have little ones you may want to protect their eyes and yours. You never know what will pop on. We had to leave because we had children and adults that were in disagreement because of our Faith. There is a Bar. We didnt have any problems with those who drank.
We got the celebrity package for my son?s birthday party and it was such a great deal, bowling, plenty of food and loaded arcade cards. Our server Roxy, did a great job decorating for his video game theme and she was so quick to bring more food out. The manager even stopped by to make sure we were having a good experience. I look forward to having more birthday parties here! The staff at this location is excellent ??
I enjoyed my time. I went for a birthday celebration. The food was decent. The staff was friendly. The manager came to thank the celebrant's parents for choosing their location. The decor was cute. According to the mom, she didn't have to do much. They kept refilling the drinks and food during their party time. They provided to go boxes.
Good vibes. Most of the staff is very friendly. Any issues were promptly taken care of. Food is surprisingly tasty. Pizza, chicken tenders, not too greasy. Bar area seems very snazzy. Have yet to actually indulge, but most likely will. Bowling is always cool here. Everything is updated but the videos that okay for strikes, splits and so forth. Still the first and best bowling alley I've been. Always make them think you're going to lose, and come in winning by one point.
We went for a friend's birthday and tried to get a lane but it was packed. The 2 stars isn't for the wait, I understand that we went without reservations on a Saturday night so what can you expect. The 2 stars was for the service, our server never came to our table. We ordered food through the app and drinks from the concession stand. We were told our server would bring our drinks and food once it was done. The poor guy at the concession stand had to bring over our food about 40 minutes later but forgot our
I had a group of 10 people and I just have to say, we had soooo much fun! Prices weren't too bad, we did the unlimited bowling on a Saturday and had the best time! The music was bopping! The DJ was playing my requested songs and it was the best night I've had in such a long time with a big group! Our server Britt was so good at making sure we were all good and taken care of! I know things can get a little crazy with a big group but she was AWESOME!!!! :) We'll be back again very soon!
Excellent food!!! I'd come back here just to eat.
Tamra is awesome and she's a great bartender
OMG! I'm leaving a review right now as I'm leaving because we had such a great time at Bowlero Rancho!! we came as a group of 22 people and the customer service was amazing considering it was a weekend. thank you so so so much to our hostess Alyssa ?? she was the best, so patient and fun with our group as we were enjoying our adult drinks and bowling. thank you! such a fun time 10/10 coming back
"Horrible service answer your phones" This was my previous review and I'm happy to say that unexpectedly when I showed up for my reservation later in the day and was bowling with my family the manager approached me and personally gave me a card of appreciation and with 2 free games of bowling. I have no clue if it had anything to do with my review at all but It was a nice surprise. Thank you Rancho cucamonga Bowlero for quickly going above and beyond to make things right with your customers.
Lanes are flat and the balls are round. And the pins fall down when you hit them. As a bonus, it's right next door to a reptile store.
Very fun! They have it all. Bowling, beer pong tables, corn hole, a bar, and even a arcade.
We had my grandsons birthday party there. They set up a theme for you. It was cute. The food was delicious. The service was good. It was packed. The only thing I was disappointed about was they don't give you a personalized bowling ball anymore. My kids loved that part.
Good atmosphere. Really clean and alot of lanes. Customer service is 8 out 10. That's pretty good.
Yes a guy was a real dick Yeah, It was the Asian security guard.
Funny how they promote a person to manager that is lazy, always out smoking and cusses out bowlers. Don't give your business to bowlero.
Gerrys freinds birthday 2019 choice of location was a perfect selection, great atmosphere good drinks arcade food overall a time to remember #eunicexgerry #yc.marketing
Amazing experience!! I had so much fun with my family Saturday night! The DJ was playing all the jams!! Brittany was our server and took great care of us! The food was SOOO GOOOD! We ordered the alley sampler, a pizza, and omg the wings were so BIG!! We'll definitely be coming back to have our daughter?s birthday here!! Thank you guys!!!!
Wow! And Yes! Those are the two words you see to your left and right of the lanes. Yes, I'll visit again and Wow! I was amazed by the attention Danny the manager gave our group. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great experience.. I wish more managers were like Danny would take the time to make sure our needs were met...
Nice upscale place. I liked the waitresses coming to our lane. Good drinks - the watermelon fishbowl was fun, but a little sweet after a few sips. It was a fun time!
Good place to bowl. Prices were decent and good is good too. Not many people wearing masks so be safe
Celebrated my son's 21st birthday and we had an awesome time plus we got so many upgrades from Bowlero. Really appreciated all the extras we got from Bowlero plus customer service was excellent. I'm planning to come back to celebrate more birthdays here.
Friendly employees. It was my first time that we decided to take advantage of the table service to order food/drinks. My friend ordered us a couple of Coronas; it was strange bowling with some alc in the system. I won by one point in the first game and lost by two points in the second game. We were next to a mother and 3-4 kids, and they were all well-behaved. As we were leaving, 20-30 teenagers came in to the arcade area; looks like the local hs football team came over to bowl.
I had my daughter's birthday event here and it was very fun! The food was really good! Not your typical bowling alley food, the host made sure my food and drinks did not run out. I would highly recommend having your event here.
Lanes are really nice and price was OK. Our time there was a bit frustrating bcuz we were set next to a family with young kids who kept crossing into our lane. It was so unsafe and a little scary a few times. They would just run right out right when we were about to bowl. Understandable if it were early in the day, but this was evening. Not sure how this could be handled better.
Bowling is fun and have plenty of stuff to do, but the time to get your food is unbelievably long. I ordered a Chicken Club Wrap and it took over an hour and from what I've seen hardly anyone ordered. The wait time is unbelievably long to make a wrap. I went up twice to ask and they said they still forgot. Never order food from here.
Birthday Party bowling Great time Pro tip Order pizza first thing it may take a bit
Fun place to take family and friends. Clean place, organized, good food and music. They also offer some pretty good deals.
Bowlero turned out to be a total strike for a fun night out! The bowling was top-notch, with well-maintained lanes that made every roll feel like a shot at a perfect game. They even offered a military discount, which was a classy touch and greatly appreciated. It's not every day you find places that give back to those who serve. The icing on the cake? The BOGO deal we snagged. We played three games for just $50 between the two of us, making it a fantastic value. It's not just about bowling; it's about havi
I enjoyed that they took over the old Brunswick bowling alley. The new decor looks amazing and very pleased with how everything looks. Staff working at the front desk around 5pm were a bit rude. Besides the bussers, everyone seemed to be non chalant and trying to just get people in. The girl waving around cash so everyone can see needs to do better about being so close to the check in station. Anyone could've grabbed that from her by reaching over the counter and running out the door. Alot of young staff no
Favorite Bowlero location. The machines have less problems here and it's always pretty clean. Michael the manager was also able help me out promptly with an issue I had.
After staring at 6 open, unoccupied lanes and waiting an hour on the list, we finally gave up and went home. Management, y?all need to get control of this place.
Great. Been there 3 times since grand opening. Love it!
Took our family of 7 (5 kids and two adults) for bowling on a Saturday afternoon. We made reservations for two hours of bowling and purchased $20.00 food vouchers for each person. This was by far the best bowling experience ever. From the very beginning, we checked in with Will, who was very pleasant, and greeted us with a friendly smile. He made sure we were seated immediately, and attended to the children and I the entire two hours. Customer service was impeccable And the staff went above and beyond to ma
Had my daughters birthday party here and let me tell you it was amazing! Our host,I believe her name was Shannon??, was amazing! Staff was great and the kids enjoyed their time plus it was way more affordable then other places that were similar in the area. Clean friendly and helpful what more could you ask for!
The customer service was really good.
Great Service, Good Food, Clean establishment. Had a good time.
On the weekends it's a nice place to go a be around a lot of people. The bar staff was quick and pleasant. The drinks weren't as strong as I'd like them to be and the food was to be expected from a bowling alley. The prices were a tad high I feel but I'd go again.
Polite staff. Nice environment with comfortable seating. A few hiccups with the computer when we got started but the staff were helpful and fixed it pretty quickly
Amazing! Had a company event and would recommend this place. Our food area was decorated, nicely set up, and staff was great! Will definitely return again.
I have to give props to Danny and his team. I had reported a negative experience at their facility and he responded and made it right. My boys and I went in and were treated quite well by Danny and Alex. In a world where customer service has become a thing of the past it's nice to see a company that responds to customer complaints and cares enough to make up for a bad experience. Danny turned things around and has earned a loyal customer.
Music was too loud. I could barely see what I was doing because it was so dark. I didn't like the extreme wait (even though we went at a non-busy time) and the service was a disgrace (except the food server, she was great).
Went here to take my kids bowling. The kids had so much fun but the staff had no professionalism and a no ?people-first? attitude. I was treated with rude service and and unwilling to help. This was reflected by the hosted, a couple of employees and especially the manager. They were not friendly. I felt like when I asked for help they didn't want to help me, and felt unwelcome.
We had a reservation for Father?s Day and the team made sure we were well taken care of. The bartender brought us a pitcher of water and made excellent Moscow mules. Around the first hour one of our lanes got stuck and they immediately came over to address it. David, the manager, brought us over some cookies and apologize for the inconvenience. It took about 30 mins to fix but we were told it was okay and it would not cut into our two hour time. About 10 minutes after it was fixed, the lane got stuck again
This bowling ?? alley was clean and had a good fun vibe to it. There was an arcade, a bar, a kitchen to cook some delicious food. The games cost $8.69 each, and shoe rentals are $6.00. It's a little expensive, but okay to pay for the amenities. The staff was friendly and you're assigned a server to your lane to bring food & drinks. Just make sure you take care of them for their hard work. Enjoy my friends.
This place has been going downhill for quite some time. Now it's impossible to get service since most of the lane servers are more willing to talk to their friends than to make money. The line at the bar moves slow and forget them knowing how to may a simple drink. They either don't have the ingredients or they have to Google it. They take forever cleaning up after people leave so their waitlist takes even longer to get through. If it wasn't for the few people at the front desk who help and have excellent c
Nights are a little more challenging do to the number of people who want to use the lanes besides that a great place to go
We were the for family outing with Los Gatos car club.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
