We stopped into on a whim. Shoes fit well, and the kids? ramp was a nice touch. Arcade was priced decently, and had a smaller variety of games. Food and drinks were pricey, so we passed. Only real issue ? bumpers are ?automatic,? so they only come up if your kid bowls terribly, which feels odd. Still fun, but we've had more affordable and better experiences elsewhere.
?????????? Incredible Teen Birthday Party Experience! We had our teen?s birthday party at this bowling alley, and it was absolutely amazing! The entire experience was fun, stress-free, and full of great memories. The party was such a great value for everything that was included. The food was delicious, perfect for a group of hungry teens and the decorations were so cute and festive! The staff truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly from st
The renovations that were done to the interior of the building were well done. There is a nice, clean, fun environment. The cafe has good good options. The arcade has lots of fun games. While I didn't go in, there is a Pro Shop inside where you can purchase a ball, bags and other equipment.
Such a wonderful bowling experience! It was very busy, but we got there at just the right time and got a lane. The vibes were immaculate with good tunes and fun lighting. The waitress we had was super personable and accommodating. They kept the lanes in great condition and overall it was very clean everywhere. The food and drinks were great. I will be returning again!
If you're looking for the ultimate bowling experience, **Bowlero Raleigh** is hands down the place to be! From the moment you step through the door, the energy is electric, and it's clear that this is no ordinary bowling alley. The venue is sleek, modern, and absolutely packed with fun ? with state-of-the-art lanes, vibrant lighting, and a lively atmosphere that?ll make you want to stay all day and night. What sets Bowlero Raleigh apart is its perfect blend of entertainment, style, and comfort. Whether you
The facility is clean and well cared for. The machines seem to operate without issues or breakdowns. The staff is kind and diligent. The pro shop is staffed by knowledgeable and skilled bowlers.
Came here for a corporate event and was blown away by how fun and put together it all was! The manager Mike was very friendly and had everything set up for our group before we arrived. They kept a close eye on our buffet and were all hands on deck to make sure we had a seamless experience. The venue was clean and taken care of. 100% recommend this bowling alley!
What a great place. Awesome energy, amenities and folks
my family & I went here this past weekend for the first time and it was such a great time! ALL of the staff are so so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and they're super quick! The whole place was super clean and just overall a great experience. Also the arcade was another great part! Super fun for the kids and a lot of prizes to win! 10/10 highly recommended!
I booked a lane for my group about a week ahead of time. We were a little late because our dinner ran over time and Mike was very accommodating. He was very professional, friendly, kind and attentive. He told us he is their new GM and wants to get the word out. He's doing a phenomenal job. Highly recommend this bowling alley. We had a great time!
We had a great time here! Fast service with food and drinks. Atmosphere was lively. The GM; Mike was great and personable with everything we needed. Above and beyond experience and highly recommend for a fun family outing.
Came here to celebrate my oldest 9th birthday. My kids and I had a ball!!! It was their first time bowling and I'm embarrassed to say, they kicked my butt. Will definitely be coming back. The staff was so nice and quick to our needs.
Chaperoned a field trip to Bowlero, Raleigh. Terrible experience. It seemed the staff were woefully unprepared. They reserved 28 Lanes instead of 31 Lanes, which led to all manner of confusion. The snack bar wasn't ready for the influx of middle schoolers either as there were only 2 people working it. The line was insanely long and there were no vending machines to be able to get a drink. Then, I tried ordering through their website, which was abysmal at best. This place might be good on a regular day, but
Awesome, spacious with great food and drinks!
ORBIT Raleigh Bowling Tournament hosted a multiday event at Bowlero Raleigh over the Labor Day weekend. The board and I cannot thank their management and entire team for the great work they did in supporting and serving our 152 bowlers and their guests. Greg, Joe, Jaime, Sidney, and the rest of the team went out of their way to accommodate our large group and helped us provide a positive, energetic, and entertaining experience for our fundraiser. Whether helping with audio visual needs, assisting with plac
I visited this location with my children on a weekday afternoon and was impressed by the cleanliness. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the arcade and bowling facilities. The staff were courteous and polite, with one employee, Mike, being particularly notable.
We had such a disappointing experience here. It started good but went downhill quickly. We booked a party package that included drink tickets, but we spent most of our time waiting in line for drinks because there was only one bartender working. It took over an hour, and they even ran out of glasses, which made it hard for us to enjoy our time together. On top of that, our lane kept malfunctioning while our allotted time just kept ticking away. For $150, we expected much better service and a more enjoyable
We loved having our daughter's 8th birthday party here. She was very excited to have a bowling birthday party, and the sign-up/registration online was easy, and the staff was very helpful. All 12 kids (and their parents) said the time flew & didn't want to leave yet. The only thing I wish is that we could have brought in outside food (allergies & different options), but I understand why we could not as well. Thank you, AMF, for a fun birthday for my girl! She was ecstatic about her birthday celebration!
Took my family here , it was beyond amazing the staff was super friendly , very clean organization and a full day of laughter! Overall a win win we will be back very soon I need to keep my high score on the arcade machine ??
I had a lot of fun with my kids, things are a bit Pricey but they got pay their employees and keep the lights on thats how i take it.. The game section in the front is a good pass time. The shoes are clean before you get them, the one I got was wet, just say something and they'll switch it out. Didn't try the food my daughter did get a drink that she loved. Large variety of bowling balls to choose from, and no issues with the pin replacement Apparatus thats a big plus. Have fun people!
Why are the league bowlers, the ones that provide guaranteed money weekly not appreciated by Bowlero??? Two weeks ago me and my teammate just wanted to roll a few balls on the lanes we had just finished bowling league on. We were right in front of the counter, lane 22 was turned back on long enough for me to roll one ball. I asked what's the deal? The reply, you know from 17 and up get turned off once league is done. We had to wait until all league bowling was done before we could get a pair. Mind you there
They recently updated the lanes with projector screens of sports and music videos. The lanes are great, good selection of bowling balls increments of two from 6 to 13,14. Great service!
Had such a fun time at their new Year's Eve party for families! The kids loved it, the food was great, the price right and the staff fantastic. They did a great job renovating recently and we'll definitely go again.
I had fun bowling when I could actually bowl. Our first lane just suddenly stopped working and we lost our bowling balls in the process, so had to move lanes and get new bowling balls. Then, our new lane also stopped working. We waited around 20 minutes for someone to come up and move us yet again. No apology or anything. I'm not expecting a free game but literally no compensation for all of that, and it costs us $50 for 2 games. Not my favorite Bowlero for sure.
Great family oriented bowling lanes! The staff here are very attentive, friendly, & helpful. We had a great party
Not for the casual bowler. We went on a Tuesday night and were told most weekdays are for league-only from 6-10pm. They turned us away when there were lanes open. After reading some reviews it seems that even if you reserve a lane online during these times on a weekday, they will turn you away? even though they advertise ?unlimited bowling? from 9am til close. TL;DR- You can't bowl here on weekdays from 6-10pm. And it's incredibly expensive on weekends.
Jamie the manager was so nice! He brought us cookies and gave us a thank you card for reserving our party!:)
Great spot for fun and kids. Food was good. The staff were not overly helpful explaining how games and bowling works.
Had a great time here. Mike helped us out and made it a great experience.
It's bowling lol, they keep the place clean, and the leagues are fun for anyone
Fun times and great service all around. The advice I would give if you don't want to wait reserve your lanes online, especially on the weekends.
My friends and I have been bowling league here for years and it has steadily gone down hill. Management has become very rude as they do not care about league bowlers at all, which is sad considering the amount of money the league bowlers spend while they are there every week. I will say that the staff members who are not management are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. During league management has the habit of turning off the lane as the last bowler is up in the 10th frame or they immediately turn everything
This place was fun, clean with great drinks!
So nice! The staff here are busy but attentive. Food is quick and piping hot. Good pizza and deals if you have a party with them. The party organizer, Amy, was professional and helpful throughout.
Went here with my brother and we had a good time. Mon-Thurs they do a special where you can pay $17 and bowl as many games as you want from 9-midnight and that includes shoes. Which is a pretty dang good deal! It could be updated a little bit, but it was still a good time.
Food is great, atmosphere is great and you don't gotta break the bank.....Bars ??
My husband and I visited Bowlero Raleigh over Labor Day weekend 2024 for the ORBIT Raleigh Bowling Tournament and we had a fantastic time. All the staff including snack bar and bartender's were very helpful and were ready to take care of us. I will say I am insulin dependent diabetic and my sugar had dropped dangerously low after one session. All I had to do was tell the bartender my sugar had dropped and she instantly handed me a container of orange juice. I was truly so appreciative of the service she gav
Awesome time bowling. Establishment was clean and very well maintained. Kids loved the arcade!!
It's a bowling alley. It's definitely not new and shiny. Bathrooms are about as bad as any Exxon where you have to get the key to go to an outside door. Might smell worse, even. But ya know, that's part of the experience really. Lanes are kept up with and I have no problem coming.
I was here on a work related team building trip. We had an area with pub food set up for us. The drink window was a bit slow. There was usually a lineup to get a beer... only one at a time. The food was very meh. The pizza was bland with no crunch. We also had tator tots, onion rings and fries. Those were okay. Our lane glitched a couple of times. We couldn't figure out how to reset the pins, or call for assistance, so we just bowled through the glitches. It wasn't a horrible night out, but I've defini
This was my first time visiting here. My wife and I enjoyed it. It was actually our first date in quite some time. Didn't think I was going to have fun but I did. I will go back. You should check it out. It's sort of has a bar and they serve food. I did not try the food but I did try their drinks. They were not bad for a bowling alley. I did have a hard time finding a ball to bowl with. I'm 6'1 225 lb
Great location and great staff. Friendly and an amazing arcade!
The staff were incredibly friendly! We had great time bowling with our party of 13!
Extremely Brash and Bold experience... dazzling to the eye when you walk in! Staff is more than accommodating and quite friendly, facility is great for Business Functions/Team Building as well as Family Bowling... overall, a well-deserved 5 stars!
This place used to be a bowling alley, but now it caters to people who are not serious bowlers. No lighting on the lanes and annoying projections above pinsetters that reflect onto lane surface. Not good to improve your bowling skills. What a mess!
AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! We had such a great time, the staff were friendly and very attentive, the food was great especially the pretzels! The bowling alley was very clean even though it was extremely busy. Greg one of the managers was so kind and sweet to our family, I can tell this company is focused on the customer-experience first and they are doing an outstanding job at it! We will definitely be back!
Put together a work event here and the management and staff were amazing - so helpful and kind, and they even decorated our table for us and had a welcome sign! Great environment and great people, we'll definitely be back.
Great place reasonable cost and very clean , great staff highly recommend
Nice little spot . Terrible food though
As far as bowling alleys go you can't beat this one. I used to go here when I was in high school and played competitively in leagues and the lanes themselves are very good compared to other bowling alleys I've been too. It's a shame the bowling pro shop is no longer there, but what are you gonna do... Come after a certain time and they blacklight the place, plus will put on all the sports games that seem relevant on the big screens at the end of the lane so you can multitask your attention!
We had a nice time here. It's a bit outdated, but the price is right for unlimited bowling! Once it hit 9 pm they dimmed the lights (that was cool) but then turned the TVs on behind the lanes. There were multiple people from multiple different parties that found that very distracting.
Favorite bowling spot, friendly, good drinks and lanes are good. The food is not bad, those fries, the pretzels, flatbread and bread sticks are my go to items that are excellent.
Had a good time will be going back soon
I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The prices are outrageously high ? they charged me $95 for two people just to play, with no food or drinks included! For that price, I expected at least decent service, but it was terrible. The staff were rude and inattentive. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and affordable bowling experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.
we had a birthday party for my son here with his school friends. it was a great experience for the kids, and a lot less stress for us. food was pretty good too actually.
It has 40 lanes and is just a regular bowling alley. Nothing special or fancy. The serving size of the food is small compared to other places.
I've been going here with my grandson for the last 4 weeks before he starts school and we have had nothing but a very enjoyable experience each time. The staff is very friendly and attentive from the people at the front desk to food and drink and maintenance have all insured we had a good time. Even when we had a malfunctioning lane the manager refunded the cost for our shoes even though we were able to finish the game. Once again, kudos to all the staff and keep up the great work!
Fun atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Service is tough, no one comes by to get food or drinks. The ?After Party? time is not really anything special besides the discount. We can only hope they change management or something to get more people in. Additionally pins are not counted correctly. Messed up when there's money on the line. For a renovated place it's a waste with the issues.
Nice and clean, great atmosphere with lots of colorful neon lights. Pizza was good.
Only one line was open but the workers was nice and friendly
Staff was very helpful and pleasant, Clean and neat.. Only Thing I didn't like was that u have to pay Per person Per Game, VS JUST Paying for your lane/hours. The place was nice though..
The staff are great and the summer bowling pass is an excellent value.
It seems like multi lanes are always broken, but other than that we play group sports there every Monday, and we have a good time. The waiter service/ bar service could be 100 times better and they'd make more money by hiring competent people.
Great bowling alley! The food and drinks were delicious. I liked that they actually have different sized balls to choose from. Most of the time, places only give you a few. Our group had a great time and will be back. Only downside: it would be I've if you could order from your lane. We spent a lot of our playing time in line to get food or drinks.
Absolutely nice place to enjoy bowling! There are food options within center and bowling is not too expensive. This place is usually crowded on weekends.
Horrible experience. Lost balls due to lane changes rude staff. GM reached out to make the experience better. They are working to correct the lane issues. Went back on 4/27 staff was very good and receptive. Overall great effort was made to make it a better experience. Balls still dirty from wax on the lanes.
Excellent bowling alley with food and drink options. There's also a game room. Plenty of lanes to bowl. We signed up for the summer pass which is only $39 pp for 2 free games and shoes per day from May 24 through the beginning of September which is a great deal. Staff was also very nice.
Our experience at our recent bowling tournament held at Bolero was marred by several operational inefficiencies, particularly in the area of food and beverage services. The tournament, which hosted approximately 160 bowlers, was inadequately staffed, with only two snack bar attendants and one bartender available to cater to the needs of the participants. This resulted in excessively long waiting times for food orders, with some bowlers waiting up to 50 minutes to receive their meals. Furthermore, the mana
Lanes were fine and in working order. Bathrooms were decent. Food was okay. Monday 7pm unlimited $17.99 bowl including shoes, great!
Mike was a fantastic host for our group.
Great bowling alley, large amount of lanes available. They have decent food and good drinks available.
Great lanes and food! Wings were good, tenders were great!
Awesome bowling lanes! Friendly staff! The bowling balls were organized by weight. Food was great and they sell alcohol! Clean facility! Masks are NOT required ??
Great family setting. Food is ok but the experience is awesome.
Bought a ball and had a ball drilled. Pro shop team was amazing and lanes were well maintained
Very clean bowling alley! Really nice place!
The arcade was fun and we definitely enjoyed that. It has a good assortment of games to enjoy. When we decided we wanted to bowl, it took quite a while to be attended, as there was a line and only one worker at the register (on a weekend night). Though, Bowling itself was fun, and we had no issues with that.
Been going for years dating back to it's time as AMF. Had one of the more absurd, unaccommodating experiences I can remember last night. We had a group of 6 and wanted to do two lanes next to each other so we could do 3 in one lane, 3 in the other. At the beginning of the night, this was impossible, as league play was going on and very few lanes were available. However, as the night went on approximately half the lanes in the alley open, yet staff refused to allow our group to move, citing ?corporate policy
DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!! This goes through a separate company and if anything goes wrong you have to deal with them to get reimbursed. We spent a ridiculous amount of money for a birthday party and one lane had mechanical issues the whole night. When booking online you had to get a food and beverage credit for each person and it was loaded on a gift card. When using the gift card the staff complained about us using it. When we left the manager told us we had to deal with the separate company to get any kind of
Super impressed with Bowlero. From the amazing customer service who helped book our event (birthday party) to the friendly staff from start to finish at the alley, it's easy to give 5 stars. Everything was set up and decorated when we got there, the food was good and the kids had a blast playing arcade games. I'd recommend this venue to anyone - adults and kids alike.
Nice bowling alley, wasn't super busy. Very clean and friendly staff. I thought pricing was a little high for a Saturday afternoon, but everything is going up.
I love this place. Mike is the best
Had a blast throwing balls. We had several issues in our 2 hour window that prevented us from playing. Went to ask for assistance and was told to get in the back of the line of 12? People, loosing that additional time each time the pins got stuck or the balls were sitting in the back of the pins. Mixed drinks on point Pizza/beer - people were sick after eating here
If you want to just bowl sure go. But if you want to enjoy the food/bar/arcade services don't go. This is the third time I've been where they closed food two hours early. Arcade an hour early and the bar even closed early: employees sat around so there wasn't an issue with a shortage or anything like that. We will not be returning.
Nice and clean. We had a great outing. However took too long to order food. The manager is awesome though, he was made aware that I had kids who had not eaten, and the wait was too long for food, so he immediately took my order and brought us out food personally. So that was great customer service!!!!
Bowling is good, but the service is very lacking. Was supposed to get a cookie halfway into the 2 hour session but didn't receive until 5-10 mins before the end of our session. They would only give us 15 minutes extra. The session ended without any warning.
I come here with my son every Friday almost. There's a fare of familiar faces and one stuff member that sticks out as someone who does it all and has impeccable customer service his name is Harrison. My 11 y/o son is high functioning on the spectrum but, this is the one place that he shines here we dance and enjoy the clean atmosphere. Hey leave they have a full bar and arcade area as well. They price a bit higher than some competitors but, they offer frequent promotions! We look forward to Friday!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
