Customer Reviews

Four of us pre-booked a lane online. We reserved a lane for a Sunday afternoon. It's a busy time, but our lane was ready when we arrived. The place was clean. The staff is friendly. The restrooms were clean. We ordered drinks and the service was quick. We had a great time and hope to come back again soon. We would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a place to bowl. We have tried several other places and either the service was terrible or it was a hassle to order drinks and food.

The staff at Bowlero Promenade was exceptional last night at my daughter?s birthday party. We had a larger party ranging from toddlers to grandparents attending. We needed to add a lane to our reservation last minute and they were so helpful with no problems. They also were a huge help with our cake needing to be chilled. The place was clean and every staff member was so pleasant. Overall the experience here was amazing and it really helped make my daughter?s birthday evening so special! We will definitely

Great family fun center for bowling, arcade, and mini golf. The staff are overworked and understaffed but consistently strive to make memorable moments and provide friendly service. Me and my attractive girlfriend got the pizza and pitcher special and I bowled the best I ever had. We ate four orders of the Funnel Cake fries!!!

Clean bowling alley/arcade with a bar and mini golf. Arcade prices are reasonable with good variety. Bowling equipment seems well maintained as well. Mini golf has actually been the same course across the past 3 owners of the building, and the wear is showing on some of the fields where the carpet needs some obvious work, especially around the actual holes.

We organized a birthday celebration there, and everything went smoothly. The lane was already prepared when we arrived, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful time.

A bit pricey and I find the video screens at the end of the lanes to be distracting.. I guess that's the point tho. No sanitizer anywhere.. Shared lanes and balls. And their arcade selection is so-so.

We had a wonderful day at Bowlero. Pizza drinks and bowling for a pretty decent price! Devyn helped tremendously and was absolutely amazing! We'll definitely return!

From right off the bat, our staff that was helping us was quick, friendly and efficient. Did not come here to bowl, but rather to take advantage of the half-price arcade games on Wednesday! Amazing prices for chips/points, much cheaper and better deals than Dave and busters. Will return for sure!

Not a bad place to have a fun night! We enjoyed the glow-in-the-dark mini golf. Staff was nice.

The kid at the front desk was super helpful in explaining the best price for what i wanted that night. Somehow the pizza they have is amazing. I'd go out of my way and get one to go if i wasn't even bowling.

It's a good bowling alley. Lots of lanes and the staff is very friendly. They also have a few arcade games as well. We went on a weekend and the place was fully packed. There was a wait time and I recommend that you reserve lanes 2-3 hours in advance. Overall, a great experience.

My nephew celebrated his 6th birthday here, invited all his classmates, and it was super fun! All kids loved it, the bowling, the glow in the dark golfing was specially fun! They have adult fun too, pool tables, variety of beers selection, arcades, and plenty of parking! The pizza could be better but the environment is great!

Amazing place for partying with friends with lots of gaming options. Bowling alley, mini golf, various arcade games, they have it all in there. The Mon-Thu rates are so affordable as well (23 $ pp) with 3 matches of bowling, 1 match of mini golf and 5$ to spend in arcade.

Bowling was great. Front desk was helpful. The bathrooms and floors were a mess and very dirty. They really need to be attended to more frequently!

Was not very busy, clean. One of the lanes was being worked on where he had to cross over our lane a few times, but was very mindful of us and didn't interfere at all. Very pleasant night.

Lots of variety of games, bowling, and indoor glow golf with decent prices. Half priced Wednesdays are awesome. Good food too, full service bar is a big plus for the grown ups!

Had to move lanes twice. Ordered fries. At the first frame of a game, didn't get the fries all game. After 21 minutes for , I went to cancel the order because we were then leaving. Was refunded and given a free 2 hour unlimited bowling pass. Not a bad redemption. I may be bank.

The staff are great people, overworked and underpaid by a multibillion dollar corporation. A security system called ?Overlord? is always watching both staff, and customers, however it is not disclosed to the customers. Truly dystopian. Workers are incentivized to snitch on other employees for $500, which is never actually paid to them. If you love bowling, and fascism, this is the place for you!

Worst place ever. Customer service was horrible. Staff extremely extremely lazy. The games? They don't allow you to play after swiping your card but it doesn't allow you to play. Big huge waist of hard earned money and family time. Never going back and would definitely never recommend ANYONE to go there! What a joke of an establishment!

Great spot for a date night or a night out with friends! We spent all of our time in the arcade but would love to come back and visit to play glow golf or the laser maze. Only downside was a heavy handful of games were either shut off for the night (we came at 10pm on a Monday) or broken so we were limited to games. A few games seemed to not work properly as well, we'd swipe our game card and it wouldn't start or the games didn't start properly and then our turn was over. Overall a fun spot to visit if you?

Cheap bowling if you can grab a groupon. Very expensive food and drink. Meh experience. Personal preference, but I never like the "upscale" bowling experience. A bowling lane should be a little dingy with cheap beer and food.

We only mini golfed here, it was packed on a Sunday summer night? likely because they have 99 cent games (summer special), which was awesome for families that want to do something fun for not very much money! The mini golf is ?glow in the dark? and not all that challenging, which was perfect for my 3 year old?s first game of Putt Putt.

We hosted a company appreciation event and couldn't be more thankful to the team for creating such a successful event. Kelley Wohlenberg (Director of Sales) went above and beyond to ensure the event met our budget and our team had a wonderful time with bowling, mini golf, games, and food. I highly recommend hosting your team event here.

My son and his friends had a great time. The only issue i had was them double charging for mini golf. they were purchased with the party pack, then saying they didn't when my bank statement says otherwise. But I guess they can consider that a tip.

Extremely expensive. The food was meh, beer was good, and bowling was terrible. Not sure why I paid $10/game to bowl on Saraha desert-level dry lanes. I guess it's probably a place to take your kids, not your bowling ball.

We have had our holiday party here for the last 3 years! The whole staff was very accommodating. The food was great! Very clean and fun atmosphere. We will be back!

The front desk staff, bartender, manager, server, everyone was great to us and we had a very happy and successful party. Thanks a bunch!!

Lovely place for parties, with lots of game options. Food was actually pretty good and the venue looks clean and well maintained. Liked the sports screens at the end of the lanes. A little but of everything for everyone, for all ages.

Fun arcade, bowling alley and more for kids of all ages. It is similar to Chuck E. Cheese but for an older child, teen or adult crowd. Prices were a bit higher than Chuck E. Cheese.

Had a great time. It's a bowling alley, but they have an arcade section, and a Minigolf/put-put area as well. Games are reasonably priced, but they do charge per person. We spent around 120ish for an hr with 4 people. The food was good.

Most definitely love bringing the kids here it's a treat for us! The arcade is a little pricey, but they have great deals on bowling!

It's really expensive and they charge premium prices for reserving online and during "peak times" even when its not crowded. One extra star because the people who worked there hustle and are super helpful. One extra star down since Bowlero has one of the most annoying commercials since Cars for Kids.

Had a great birthday party. Kids loved the huge arcade games. Food was good too.

It was fun! Reasonably priced! The food was great we ordered cheese sticks and they were good. The place felt a bit dingy and dirty though like a layer of grime was on everything. Drinks were nice too a little weak on alcohol but good overall.

My wife and I played pool here 1-3 nights a week and we always spent $60-$90 on food/drinks. The kitchen staff were always super awesome and nice, the bartenders are phenomenal and very kind people, and the music was great! We always chose to play pool here because of the chill vibes, and the fact that it's NOT a pool hall, and it's so close to our house. That said, this review would be 5 star with a 10/10 recommendation if it wasn't for management making the boneheaded decision to remove the pool tables.

Had a good experience. The place seemed run down and the lanes seemed to be shifting, but the manager had us move (for other reasons) and the new lane was better, aside from the rubber strips coming off the floor. The pizza was good!

Jason and Tyson!!!!! They are so amazing!!!! They hosted my party and did such a great job. We had an issue and they didn't hesitate to fix it!!!!

Really fun environment for family of all ages. My 4year old had a blast with her first putt putt experience on a glow course! The arcade games were fun and though we didn't try the bowling, it's on my list for next time!

Dope bowling alley, but they were a little low on balls and the cleanliness could improve. Had a mini golf course and arcade too!

Lots of improvements BUT my last visit was unpleasant. I was there literally the weekend before paid for 2 rounds of bowling, no problem. Whent there today, and nope, you gotta put a card on file. Told me I'm not allowed to pay up front. Can't pay till I'm done.... THEN! they stuck me on 29, and guess what? The ball return was clanking incessantly!!! Like I want to not only listen to that crap the whole time I'm there but also risk my expensive bowling ball to potential damage because clearly the ball retur

We had my grandkids party here they where so helpful an willing to work with us they did a great job with hosting the food pizza pasta sodas it was all very delicious thank u again for the great time we all had will do it again in the near future the workers where very nice

Hosted my daughter?s birthday party here and the Bowlero team was amazing! They were so accommodating, remembered my daughter?s name and kept the food and drinks flowing. The price for a birthday party was also excellent. Looking forward to coming back for an adults night too. Thanks for being great!

Fun place for Kids. My kids love bowling here, we have gone so many times and only had to wait for a Lane once. They bowling balls are in good condition as are the lanes and shoes. Summer is the best, they have 99cent games and glow in the dark golf Monday thru Friday from 11-7pm. I think shoes are also 99 cents to rent! It's so cheap and a great place to bring friends in the summer. They have arcades. The mini golf is upstairs, glow in the dark, it's a pirate theme and nicely made, just pretty small. But f

This is the first summer we (my husband and I) got the summer pass and we have been going almost every day to this location. On a few days we have gone to other locations and haven't gotten as good of customer service. We love the customer service at this location and specifically Dallas?. He has some great advice for bowling and always has a smile on his face. Thank you for being so helpful and making the experience that much better!

Bowling was fun. The arcade area is nice as well. Clean and friendly workers.

Good place for fun. Lots of video games while you wait. Glow in the dark mini golf, super fun. Bowling is fun as always. And they have food and beer. And for a bowling alley, the food aint half bad.

It was great. The customer service was awesome. Great place to have had our company party.

We only played glow in the dark mini golf, but a nice quick outing. My grandson rocked it! He's already talking about the next trip. A holder for the card & pencil might be useful.

Way fun! Played $10 worth of games before our movie. Very clean, most of the games are in great condition. Fun, family atmosphere. Definitely plan on coming back!

Getting ready for Grand Opening tonight new food on the menu and specialty drinks. Come on out tell them Harry sent you

I e been here a few times before they changed the name, and the atmosphere is amazing and the seating is comfortable. Wonderful staff and the food is delicious?never played pool but the lounge is great. The games are better than before and it's a place to be to wind down and enjoy yourself.

Update - Went back here due to our regular bowling ally close by being packed. This one was much better this time around. Lanes had a consistent oil pattern and we didn't run into any mechanical issues in our lane this time either. Good improvement for sure! Keep it up ?? staff was nice, but they anpparently don't ever oil the lanes! The guys at the desk were awesome at check in, and accommodating when we asked to move lanes. First late, the pin setter gave out after 6 frames, Something broke and it

Loved how you could hear the music the shoes are not good way to grippy the bartender is super slow takes what feels like 30 mins for him to make a drink the staff was all rude except the older guy and lady at front desk besides those it was a good time even when pins would fall for no reason haha but if you don't mind any of those and wanna enjoy some good music you can hear go there for sure

Had a fantastic time with some friends, the manager, Alex, was so kind to us and help us out so much. Treated us with such outstanding service. I look forward to bowling here again and hopefully be able to have such a pleasant conversation with Alex again as well!

After a long week Fat Cats was exactly the place to blow off some steam! Really fun environment with games and bowling! (Plus they serve beer, whats not to love?)

The lanes are very dry, the lane kept breaking down and they charged us to switch lanes due to their issues. This place is not worth the money you pay.

Not very busy, so we had no problem getting set up with a lane and yummy appetizer platter. Like most bowling alleys, the lanes have "quirks" and ours did have some problems that a reset couldn't fix so we did have to swap lanes partway through our 1st game. Place is clean and neat, which most bowling alleys are not. Very enjoyable family evening.

Servers won't communicate anything. We sat at the bar and waited for 30 minutes for the server to take our order and he never came. There was a line of people at the end of the bar and that's all anybody was attending to. If they would at least tell us we need to get in a line instead of sitting at the bar then maybe we would have a shot at decent service. Save your time, go elsewhere

Nicholas at the front desk gave us fantastic service. Great bowling, and nice atmosphere. I hope the employees are compensated better than what I'm assuming they are.

This place is what it is. Food is fine. The atmosphere is one of a game arcade with music and lights. There are chips and dents in things. But it's clean, the specials on Monday in the afternoon are great, and the staff was nice.

Amazing staff, food and drinks were fast. All around great experience with the family!! Must do with the children.

Wow! What a fantastic time! I had such an exciting experience!! The staff is friendly! The facility is clean and modern with great equipment/machines! The food is extraordinary-not frozen deep fried snack bar food you would expect from an entertainment center- it is FRESH MADE!!!

colby the goat made all of our problems go away and the manger (i think) was super nice too. great guys helped us figured out our problem with our bar code. Great guys

Cool spot. You can't bring in your own water and the lanes always seem to be breaking down mid-game. But if you're just looking for a fun night out with friends it's not bad.

Had a bday party here for my daughter and I am so glad we chose to have it here. Staff was very helpful and the whole party was entertained. The decorations were awesome. The food was excellent! I was so pleased with the amount and quality of it. We will definitely book another party here soon.

Fantastic experience with some friends. Good drinks, the gentleman with the long red hair and glasses was very personable. Bowled the best I've ever done with some friends and had a bery good time

I haven't been bowling in so long. I had a great time the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. We would go again and again because of the staff!

Horrible company, horrible service. Don't go to Bowlero and support local instead. Went here with others, bought the 3 game package. Started bowling, our lane constantly malfunctioned, and drink service was tragic. It took 3/4 of a game to bring drinks we ordered at the beginning, and we had to go get our 2nd round from the bar after seeing it sit for 15 minutes while the staff sat around. At this point we decided against a 3rd round since the service and the lane were both awful. Went to get a refund of th

The team at this location is amazing. Customer service was outstanding, we go bowling every Friday night and we try to switch it up but I think this is going to be a regular location we will be going to.

We had a fun time but service was very slow. It seemed everything took a very long time from food and drinks to getting set up on our bowling lane to refilling our arcade cards. I hope service improves so we can plan to come back another time!

This place is fantastic!! Had our daughters 12th birthday party there and it didn't disappoint. The general manager couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. His staff is a clear reflection of the culture in that building, one of servant leadership. Super friendly staff, very clean facility, and plenty to do for all ages. The food was delicious and a great value. We had a fresh fruit tray, pizza, chicken tenders, pasta, fries, 2 drink pitchers and a selection of dipping sauces, not to mention the

This place is awesome! We booked a reservation for 7 adults and they take good care of you! You get to the front of the line and a discounted menu! Alex was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of.

Took my family, staff was super friendly, The shoes were clean and the food was great! We had a great time!

I came in with my friends and went bowling. We had a great time and the food was hot and fresh! We will be back!

Great time! We will be back! I made an online reservation. When we arrived we were able to get drinks and then check in (fast and easy) The food was fantastic. The service was great! Fun way to spend an evening with friends!

I went here this afternoon with my family and a friend of mine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a blast! Quite expensive, but this place is more on the fancy side compared to most other bowling centers I have been to in the past, so that is a good explanation for it. There are, however, a couple things that need to be improved on. First and foremost, the service. I ordered boneless wings and they took quite a while to come for whatever reason, but the fact that they were tasty kinda makes up

We had a great time bowling and playing miniature golf. Great fun for kids old and young!

Price is better than Summit. We went on a Sunday night and go $5 bowling since I have my own shoes. Great atmosphere. We ended up leaving early since the A/C was not on. We were sweating whole bowling and they said corporate controls the temp so we left after one game. Will be back once they get the A/C running

Not only do we share first names, but Alex, the manager, showed us above and beyond hospitality. He truly cares about his customers and we cannot wait to come back!

fatcats was super fun! blacklight after 9, $1 jell-o shots, awesome arcade, and cocktails under $5. best study break m i?ve had in a LONG time!

We stopped in as it was our last day in Denver and decided on family bowling. Entering the building you encounter games area and then off to left is the bowling check in desk. The place is large and clean. We bowled 2 games and had a sampler type platter which was pretty good. A good experience and if you are trying to decide on something to do, I would recommend.

The food staff is really nice. They're very helpful and have a fun sense of humor! It made my experience so much better

It was a great experience, the food was amazing and the bowling clean and fun. Kayla presented excellent customer service and really added her own unique touch of service by giving a member of my group special treatment. Sable offered a friendly environment along with staff at the snack bar. 100% going back for future games.

My friend and I had so much fun! Hadn't been bowling in decades. We loved playing skeeball too! The arcade games were a brief return to childhood. All the staff members were the best! Great attitudes and service. Super family friendly place too.

Called 20 minutes in advance to my visit, asking about the kitchen. Man on the phone said between 9:30 and 10pm they would be closing it down for the night. I arrived at 8:30 and asked the manager (I assume, women wearing a plaid blazer at the front desk) if the kitchen was open, she said yes! At 8:42, I go to the kitchen and ask to order a spicy chicken sandwich, milkshake and fries and I'm told they were only doing "fried foods". In which they could only do fries. This is the second time I've visited and

Great bowling alley! Lots of lanes and very accommodating staff. They were working their butts off. We came on a Wednesday night at 8pm, got 2 unlimited hours of bowling for a reasonable price. Every lane was full but there was no wait. Great nachos! Call ahead for mini golf, it was closed as there were glasses spilled across the floor but i?m sure that doesn't happen frequently.

The ONLY reason for two stars is because of the cost. For a family of 5- with NO extras- it cost us $197 to bowl for an hour and a half. $197!! I was expecting to pay around $50. Insane!!! I will say, everything else deserves 5 starts, but the cost trumps all in this case. The staff was all very nice, everything was very clean, and our kids had fun, but $197 for 90 mins of bowling is unreasonable. It's too bad, because it's a great bowling alley.

Bad bad customer service went last night with some friends and my wife was told half the lanes were unusable due to maintenance so being group of bowlers with our own balls they tried to put us on a lane with 5 other people no room for balls on the rack or to sit asked to move then got all the attitude from the manager as he looked at the other employee and says welp looks like lane 14 isn't getting maintenance today puts us on 14 then tried to put another group of 5 on 13 right next to us then at the end o

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
