Customer Reviews

I love this bowling alley! It's the perfect place to have a party & just have some fun with family!! The management and staff are amazing! Gabriela went above and beyond to make sure our party was a success. The food was delicious and the kids had a blast at laser tag and the arcade!! Thanks Bowlero for everything!!

My husband and I had so much fun racing. The seats moved! So much fun!! It was so exhilarating, my balance was off a bit, when we finished. Lots to do here! Arcade, bowling, laser tag, restaurant, etc.

We purchased the summer pass for our daughter to go bowling with her friends. Last night, we decided to bowl with her, so we paid for some additional games. When we went to pay at the end, we were told we had to pay for our daughter too, even though she had a pass, because the summer pass cant bowl on the same lane as a walk in. While the pass seemed like a good value in theory, we just paid an extra $28 for her to bowl 2 games. The front desk apologized that they put her on the same lane, rather than putti

Had a great time with the family. The only issues we had was our lane and ball kept getting stuck. The environment was cool. The music could be a little better. But overall we had a great time.

We had a great time at Bowlero in Port Saint Lucie! The place was clean, we got food and drinks at our lane from the in house Duffys. The laser tag was reasonably priced, the staff was helpful. Kids loved it too. There is a big arcade. While bowling our lane had a couple of issues that were cleared up right away through the call button service, and once in awhile the reset would miss a pin and knock it down, but it wasn't a competition so it was fine. It was a lot of fun. I'll go again! I did go again! I w

Excellent time with friends. What fun on a Saturday night bowling. Manager Juan was very helpful and so caring and polite. We will definitely be back.

This place has gone downhill fast. We got to play one game, and it was $35.27, for two people. We asked the front desk employee multiple times if it was for 2 games, because that's what we wanted, and she says yes. We finish up our first match, 10 frames, and it says to see the front desk, which she then tells us we only paid for 1 game, and to get another would be another $30. Extremely overpriced for this mid quality experience.

Decent place with lots of opportunities to spend hours of fun. The bowling alley is completely updated with nice and spacious seating. The laser tag room is large and challenging, but also accommodating for most ages. And the arcade area is a lot of fun. Overall, had a great experience. Only reason I gave it a four star is because a lot of arcade games were out of order.

Amazing place. Good people. Good food

Nice lanes overall, but had a stuck lane for a while before I was able to get someone. I had placed 2 on-screen requests for service, but ended up having to go to the front desk. But the leanest are in good shape and the folks are nice. There is also a small decent arcade that has half-price games all day on Wednesdays during the summer break (2023).

Bowlero is one of the nicest bowling alley?s I've been to. Having Duffy?s attached is a big plus bc the food is way better than standard bowling alley concessions. The manager Juan has Bowlero on point!

Have been here as a couple n with family including da G-babies... Great place for family fun or a date night ??, hang out wit friends... U can bowl, have some pretty good food n drinks n have fun time in da arcade / game room...Staff was friendly n polite/ helpful... Speaking of Arcade only reason we gave 4 ? instead of 5? is because twice already as we playing da lights r turned out n games wit out warning, I mean don't think anyone would swipe card on games to have it shutdown wit out warning...It's call

I have been all over the east coast and went coast plus a couple of mid states bowling tournament in the 40 years that I have been a bowler but I have to say this is the best bowling alley that I have ever gone to!!!!

This place is CLEAN, large, comfortable for big groups, fun atmosphere all around. The downside is 1. Its expensive as all hail and 2. The staff is hit or miss. The bar is pretty slow, the staff took quite a while to bring us a little Dino for the kids to use while bowling and there weren't that many people there.

Looking to spend a fun time with the kids and family? Superplay is a great place to go. 40+ bowling lanes, and an arcade make for a nice family night out. Prices are reasonable and if your hungry, Duffy's restaurant is conveniently located next door. The building is currently going through renovation (June 2022) so laser tag and miniature golf are not available. But don't let that stop you from going. There were plenty of birthday parties happening and children of all ages running around having fun.

Very rundown, and in desperate need of remodeling. This location, although nice, is extremely old. Most of the equipment used here are original dating back to 2006, mini golf, batting cage, pinsetter's and its systems, all original. Now the arcade is the complete opposite, it almost seems they spend most their money on it, with all new and nice machines with the exception of a few machines not in working order. I see they are actually starting *some* renovation, but again-- it's been 16 years, are they real

2023 update: place has been remodeled and the update is nice! Very tight space on the lanes. The arcade has new games. Still no family specials so very expensive if you have a lot of ppl. No cosmic bowling. 2021: Place has gone downhill! Under new ownership and they took away the family deal and all specials. Cost is ridiculous now on weekends. No cosmic bowling. And it's really dirty, bathroom smelled like the sewer. Too bad, this used to be worth going too with the family. Staff was doing their best.

Don't let the dilapidated outside fool you, inside is a fantastic arcade with so many games, and a huge bowling alley. Everything is actually in very good condition including the arcade games which there are many new and well maintained games. The staff is friendly, the beer is cold, and the prices are reasonable. Great place to go on a date or bring the family. Plus they have a bar / restaurant attached If you want to grab something to eat. We came here for a company Christmas party tonight and had a great

Way more fun at Bowlero than Dave and Busters and we haven't been to either ever before until we visited Port St Lucie, Florida, on Business.

Rented a lane in advance so all we did was check in, get shoes, and go play. I wasn't a fan of the food but the service was great. They have an small arcade but the batting cages are gone. Overall we had a great time bowling and did not cost too much $

This place is spacious, fun to be in. They play music and it's usually cosmic bowling. They have an arcade and the kids love coming here. They close at 12 but there's no food after 10:20pm so if someone comes there thinking there is food after that time or relying on Duffy?s after that time, (like me) they'll be disappointed. Do make other arrangements because they close their kitchen early. Other than that, good times.

Superplay USA has a bunch of activities that families/kids will enjoy, but we only went for the bowling. We arrived around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and the place was close to empty. The outside of the building looks dated so I'm guessing that the locals have something better to do than this lol. Anyways, we were able to quickly get bowling shoes and a lane. They start a tab with your credit card and charge at the end based on how many games you end up playing. The 2 of us played 3 games and the total wit

Awesome and up to date arcade games. The tokens and tickets are loaded electronically on a game card. When purchasing the game card, be sure to add the additional offers to get more bang for your buck. We've only played the arcade games, but laser tag and bowling are offered as well.

Have bowled here for several weeks now in a league. Each time there has been a pro lem with the lane. Technical issues. Today we even had to move to another lane and we still had problems. Management needs to take better care of lanes and make sure all lanes are operational.

Loved it! Inexpensive fun for the family. the Duffy serves you right at your table service was fast, food was great! Typical bowling place, the bathrooms were decent. Laser tag was also lots of fun, they have a Foosball table, punch measure machine and plenty of arcade games. I would recommend for family fun. And police on site.

Duffy?s Manager , karan extremely rude and disrespectful. It's unprofessional to yell at or talk down to employees in front of guests. Despite this, my family and I had a great time bowling. Front desk was amazing .

Huge arcade for a bowling alley. Lane 12 bumpers are broken, but the staffs customer service really makes up for the little inconvenience. They got one more thing that I can't wait to try.......

The bowling is overpriced. My wife, daughter, and I bowled 2 games and it was over$70. Then Duffys is a complete jip! Beers were bogo, but they doubled the price....12 bucks for two Heinekens. Total buyers remorse and I won't be back.

They have definitely upgraded this from the old superplay. The inside is much nicer with upgraded floors and bowling lanes and the arcade is much nicer with much better prizes. Prices aren't cheap but the quality of the place is much improved from what it used to be.

This place was recommended by a coworker & I'm happy I listened. We tried It all! 2 rounds of mini golf and 2 rounds of bowling. ( laser tag is being renovated) & aracade ! We spent a total of $40 (we did not purchase food) & it was monday madness which is $2 for everything $2 per person per game and it was mainly just 1 adult and 1 child. This a great place to spend a rainy day in or take all the kids out! Definitely recommended!

Great company! Love visiting Bowlero :-) The staff is always friendly and ready to help. It's always clean and we always have fun.

Front desk staff amazing, love the amber lights and place was nice and clean. Seating was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Arcade games are too expensive to play and although it seems like they updated some parts of the bowling alley, it's still run down. Also the prizes are really expensive as well. If your going to charge a lot on games you can at least update your alley and bathrooms.

This bowling place was so fun. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be back.

Very great environment mid afternoon when we visited. Kids love this place

Bowling alley... with a small indie miniature Gulf area and Laser Tag. There are arcade games that you have to prepay on the card tickets are counted on your play card as well. Duffy's is the name of the restaurant located inside the bowling alley comma it is a large restaurant that serves food and drinks a wing style establishment. The bowling alley was small but clean with a variety of things for the kids to do. They have a lot of specials family packages game Nights and even week-long affordable camps

Food from Duffys was good. The bowling alley was a train wreck. 3/4 of the bowling alley lanes were unoccupied and my family and I came in to eat and bowl. The people at the desk put five other people right on top of us instead of one of the other 30+ available lanes. Terrible. Won't be back.

Great place for the family, lots of lanes and easy to get set up. Had food from the bar and it was great.

This is our happy place! Our family has come to love our time spent at Bowlero! We love bowling, playing laser tag and the arcade is a must! It has become our go to spot to play and have fun no matter the day! Our family discovered Bowlero this summer when another family invited us to play a round of bowling! We have been coming ever since sometimes multiple times a week. Our family has had so much fun that we even got the grandparents to start bowling with us! The general manager Juan and his staff are ph

You can order food prom duffys, which is right next ti bowlero, the service was a little slow, but it was a busy Friday. The food was good, good beer. Playing at bowlero was superb. Will come back a next time, and I am looking forward to joining a league.

Everything was nice and new and clean. The games were good and the lanes were well maintained.

Had a small impromptu gathering with 11 people. The manager Juan helped to set us all up and get us bowling in no time. The lanes and booths were clean. BTW, the Duffy's food is decent. Will definitely make it back to this Bowlero.

Haven't been bowling for at least ten years and went tonight with a group a friends. We all had an absolutely fabulous time. The lanes were perfect, the service was 5 star. I can't say enough good things about this place except, do yourself, and your friends, and family, book some lanes and have a fantastic time

We had a great time the prices are incredible and to see that it was repaired and new was amazing

Fun to be with the family , prices are usually $15.00 per person wich includes 2 hrs bowling and 1 laser tag with mini golf included , great atmosphere for kids and adults , but if you get here on Mondays they do have an especiall $2.00 dlls only per bowling game and $2.00 dlls per laser tag as well , my family and i had lots of fun but we try to order some Pizza and Duffy's the restaurant here didn't had pizza at all so we had to order hot wings instead but we had to wait for about an hour for our food

Went for the arcade. After buying the card we walked around and almost half the games were out of order.

Better lanes and feel than the one in Jupiter. I wish it was closer so I could do leagues here. String pins suck.

Has a great time celebrating my birthday with my family. The only thing I didn't like is the large drink is like 16oz and tasted horrible. The lanes are amazing, plenty of house balls in various sizes and it gives the option of using automatic bumpers for the little ones. There are the latest video games, including VR, and they offer laser tag. There is a Duffy's on site as well.

We were vacationing from Maryland on our honeymoon and stopped here to have something to do while it rained. The staff here was excellent, the bowling alley was clean and had a fun environment. My wife and I tried the restaurant area inside and the food was quick to come out and pretty tasty too.

Bowling was a blast with friends and.... on Monday shoes are $2 not sure about the per game friends paid. I also hit in the batting cages it's $1 for 12 pitches. I really enjoyed that too. They've got a decent arcade and laser tag but I didn't get to try that out tonight.

I recently attended an event hosted by our women's club at Bowlero in Port St. Lucie and had a wonderful time! I'm a newcomer to Florida and this was the first time I had been to Bowlero down here. It's a very nice bowling alley, and the staff who assisted us were great to deal with. Everything about our event went smoothly, and the pizza we arranged to have served was delicious (and it was hot!). This was a great place to have our club's event, and I've recommended that we hold another one again here.

Great for family and friends and your children will have so much fun

We decided to try Superplay USA because of the batting cages, which seemed to work when they wanted to, but the staff were so nice and gave my sons their money back for their frustrations. We played in the arcade too and it was a blast; VR games are a must try!! They also have bowling and laser tag.

We've lived in psl for over 7 years and have always visited and had a blast at this bowling alley when it was SuperPlay. Now that it is owned by Bowlero, things have changed. Have they completely upgraded this space? Yes, definitely! However, now the prices are outrageous! We just visited Bowlero a couple of weekends ago, and they wanted to charge us 20 something (dollars) per game per person plus shoes rental. However they had a special going on that day (SEE PICTURE BELOW) "Buy 2 games and get the 3rd for

Wow...has bowling gotten expensive or is it just this place? We paid over $100 for 4 of us to bowl and get shoes for 2 games. Then, the lane kept shutting down so bowling took forever. We'd push the call button but it was ignored so we had to keep finding someone to help us. Then it took forever to get an order in at Duffy's. The food was good and it came out quickly but the server never came back so we could pay. Not a great experience. We went on a Friday night. The facility was clean and newly remode

The service at SuperplayUSA is the worst experience I have had in a long time. Ignored at first by the Duffy?s Staff Team, and then was told that food was not brought to our table in the bowling Alley and that we had to watch for it. Then she proceeded to tell someone else that they could go wait at a table and she would bring it over to them when it had been done. So we ordered a kids meal and she did not give us the drink that came with the kids meal, after we asked her it took her several minutes to r

Attended a Birthday party, very organized , food was meh but overall the kids had fun

Great deals for bowling g and great food nice arcade also has laser tag customer service is great to

Great place to bowl. Been there twice love it.

Would be 5 stars but almost $10 a game for freaking bowling? Hey outta here. Laser tag, arcade, bowling, food, drinks. Great time, but again, almost $10 per person per game. My family of 5 spent $80 on shoes and a couple of games, and MY OLDEST DIDNT EVEN BOWL!!! Great for birthday party and get togethers. Would recommend , just not bowling here again.

My husband organized and hosted a work party at Bowlero Port St Lucie. He worked closely with the GM, Juan, to have everything set up. The work party was a family function and this was a great environment that offered something for all of us. When we arrived, there was a nice greeting for our group on the monitors above our lanes and the high tops behind our lanes were set up nicely for a pizza buffet. Employees were very helpful in getting bumpers set up for the youngsters in our group. Several of us also

Great place to take the whole family an friendly staff. We had a great time!!

Fun for the kids, but the food was not very good this trip. My wings were beyond overcooked and completely dry. Waitress was hard to get for help in replacing the wings or even refills. It's bad when you leave dinner still hungry......

Way better than Superplay ever was all around. Bowling alley is cleaner and slicker than ever before. The arcade is probably on the same level as if you went to Dave and Busters. Only thing I have to complain about is the price. It is just ridiculous how much it cost to play one game of bowling nowadays. I guess that is just the times we are in nowadays. Still a good spot to checkout especially for anyone with kids.

Amazing place! Arcade is updated and huge! We had a great time!!! Great customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.

Family Fun for all. Bowling, a full Arcade, Laser Tag & more! There is also a Duffy's Sports Bar inside so good food is always on hand. Superplay has a ton of leagues through the week and Cosmic Bowling Nights on the weekends!

Bowling, Laser Tag, Duffy's & loudness... who could ask for more? It was the PERFECT birthday party for a 10 year old & crew.

Bowling Season pass is a very good deal. Pro shop ball drilling & ball selection is excellent. Friendly staff and nice arcade area with many machines

Expensive but better than when it was Super play. Time will tell if it ends up staying in good shape. Everyone seems to buy this place and then let it go to crap. Maybe the new owners will keep it in better condition.

Huge place! Brand new, and clean. Did not stay, just toured, but no worker was at the laser tag area at the time. It was unsupervised and we went in to take a peak at the maze. It is small. It might be disappointing for top laser tag players.

I came here with my family, and from Orlando and we had a ball the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The food was fabulous and Thomas helped with getting shoe sizes and getting us set and impeccable service all around Andy at the bar was fanstastic!

We had such a great time at bowlero with our family. The kids loved the arcade everything was amazing. They have a great new manager Juan who's very involved professional and friendly this place has come along way. We definitely will be back.

Excellent place to have fun. Good service.

An absolute BLAST! They have completely revamped and renovated this place as it used to be a very rundown Superplay USA. The arcade area is so much fun! The aesthetic of the entire place is amazing and enjoyable and bowling with friends here is something I'll do frequently!

The place is a rip off!!! The games are over priced! The play is run by kids that don't care! Our lane kept freezing up and they all kept standing around at the desk! I got a.groupon deal twice , thought I'd give them one more try. Well that's the last one! If you're a hardcore bowler this isn't your place! It's definitely run by a corporation . Never again

This place was terrible no service no help to get our lane started, could only add one player even after them resetting the third time requesting. The hour that we were there the service bell stayed on and not one person came. ordered our food and had no utensils or no napkins to eat with an asked three separate employees deliver food elsewhere . service was absolutely horrible if you wanna go throw bowling ball fine , but don't expect anything more.

Fun place for families and fruend gatherings.

If you have kids and want to keep them busy for a few hours and not in the sun, this is the place to go. What's nice is that parents can also have fun here with it being together with a Duffys. It's great for an evening out with friends. You can bowl and have drinks and food at the same time. They do close at 12 am. Their $33 special is not bad for 3 games of bowling with the shoe and $5 of arcade credit.

Clean, nice staff, fun place to bring the kids

Let me first tell you that the food is amazing. It's a very entertaining place-you could spend hours here, no problem, and I feel very safe. A Sheriff is always at the front door. It's a great place for people of all ages.

Had fun. Music ok. Multiple attempts to get a working lane. Affordable . Convenient? to order food and have it brought to your lane.

Fun place, front staff always looking miserable, place a little outdated but still had a great time, good food and drinks too.

We had a bad experience our lane didn't reset and we had to wait for the tech to fix the problem numerous time. Also there was one waitress one the floor she was good but had to wait for service as well

Went on a Friday night for a work get together. The shoe rental and registration was seamless. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing time bowling and the kids also enjoyed the arcade. Will be back for more fun.

Horrible experience from the lanes not working, to none of the employees but one doing their job, to getting misquoted on price and overcharged to having the gm hang up on me. From the front desk person to the district manager they are rude, combative, and won't be getting my families or I business any more. We will happily go to st lucie lanes. Corporate will be getting a call first thing Monday morning.

Nice facility, but horrible bowling reservation process. Employees with no idea of what the automated answering service offers. Came with 17 people and added our party of 17 to the wait-list. After 3 hours of waiting we inquired about our lanes. Short answer is they said it would be 2-3 more hours! Talk about bummed kids. How do you expect 10 year old kids to wait 6 hours to bowl?!?! Unacceptable in my opinion. Quick side note, I had called prior to coming and left a message about reserving lanes. N

Bathrooms are always incredibly gross. Laser tag is not cared for- screen never shows anything. The bar only ever has one bartender. Servers never come to lanes. Y?all make a lot of money, do better please.

Looks very nice and newly renovated! Very reasonable prices and everything was nice and clean. Modern technology for the lanes. Loved the video screens above the pins on the back wall. We haven't bowled in over 10 years and it was a fantastic experience for a cute quick date night.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
