Last weekend was our Western High School Unity Day celebration. Saturday, we bowl for Alumni Association scholarships. We had a blast and most of all enjoyed each others company. Some for the first time, and others were already friends. We are Sister Doves for life! Peace ??.

I took 77 students from Northwest Academy on a field trip on 2/21/25. From the moment I planned the trip it was exceptional service. The staff were great. They were so kind and had a lot of patience. I appreciate a business in our school community that went above and beyond the call of service. Thank you for being there for our students.

I work at a local pediatric hospital, and we regularly bring our patients here for a chance to get out and have some fun. This bowling alley is truly one of the most accommodating places we've been to! All lanes are fully accessible (as far as we know, one of the few in the area!), and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Family Bowling Day. This place was clean food served hot. I did have to send back the hard greasy tacos cooked by that one bad apple. One glove handling food? Pants sagging underwear showing? bad attitude?Anyway, the Manager Calvin took care of it. Kayla had great customer service and DJ skills and overall great personality. Space is nice. The curtain to the left upon entry was a bit out of place. The lanes were decent and usable. The bar service wait time was a little long but it was a weekend. It was not that crowded and the kids had fun

In theory this should be a good place to bowl. Atmosphere is cool and pretty clean. Food and drink selection is decent. But if you are using anything but the plastic house balls be warned - the lanes don't appear to do well with higher quality bowling balls. This place has to be cutting costs on maintenance. I've been here twice in about a six month period and there are constant lane issues, more than normal and I've bowled at a lot of places. Terrible experience. The employees did not know how to do their job or answer simple questions. Forgot to bring my food out completely and the manager refused to do anything about it. It would be no stars if I had that option

Decent enough, and clean facilities. But we've only been here twice and both times my ball has been damaged with large gashes. This time we also had to get an attendant four times due to balls being stuck in the return or pins not racking. They definitely need to do more upkeep/maintenance of the equipment.

The AMF Pikesville Bowling Lanes venue is truly excellent. The facility is clean, neat, well equipped with bowling lanes, food service, a nicely stocked bar, and a very pleasant arcade area. The facility is underutilized, probably because of the pandemic. The prices are reasonable. Because the facility is both large and underutilized, it's probably safe to use this facility if everyone in your party is fully vaccinated. This was the first time I had a chance to visit this place. And I have not been bowling for years. I went with a group of friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly competition and good natured ribbing added to the fun and excitement. The overall atmosphere was good and family friendly. If you like having your personal equipment destroyed then this is the place for you. 2 out of 3 times I have visited resulted in severe damage to my bowling balls. While they were more than willing to provide me with a damage form, you'd think they would fix up their center. Avoid Pikesville and Timonium if you can help it. I hope some improvements are on their way.

We always have a blast here! Staff is super friendly and the food is not great but okay. Typically costs around $85 for my family of 5 for one round. Food typically runs $45-65. Arcade usually costs around $25-50.

Had a great time with my daughter, taking advantage of AMF's summer bowling pass. 04/26/2023 no summer pass, but still a treat to bowl with my daughter.

The Bowlero Pikesville branch where we went to celebrate our friend?s birthday was neat, staff were kind enough to assist us and the price of their platter is reasonable.

Not to happy with the counter person. After I had checked out, I mentioned I was a VET and showed my ID. They stated that I needed to have mentioned that before I checked out to get the discount. When I suggested to cancel the ticket and then put it in again with the discount, they said they couldn't do that?? Wow, this is how you treat vets?

Attended a birthday party at the bowling alley.It was a great atmosphere for a celebration and challenging to the party goers. There were adults and young children in attendance. The menu offered a good variety of choices. They had what looked like a short slide for smaller children to put their bowling pin on top of to roll down the aisle. They had good music playing that we danced to. They also had a good bar. Also right off of 695 and Reisterstown Rd. exit. You need to go and enjoy yourselves.

Half the lanes were under construction the lights went out. And the staff was very unapproachable.

Fries and wings were fresh and hot. Clean bathrooms, employees were attentive however spirited based drinks need more balancing ours were very acidic. Plasticware should automatically be given because who wants to bowl with shared balls then eat with their hands.

This spot is alright but has some issues. We were a party of 7 and decided to rent a lane. Its started off smoothly. Staff even gave us an additional lane so the kids could use the bumpers. Well after that we started having some lane malfunctions on our lanes. At one point the arm that clears the pins on the kiddie lane got stuck and wouldnt go back up, so they moved us to a new lane. That helped. Well after that the balls kept getting stuck on the adult lane. We told management and they sent someone back

I was pleasantly surprised, because I hadn't been to this bowling alley in over 16 years. It was neat, open, and there were tons of arcade games, as well as many MANY lanes to bowl in. The decor was great, it was aesthetically pleasing and my 6 year old LOVED it!! We're definitely going back

I had a blast. The food was great! First time having loaded fries with chicken. Nice size portion for the price. My only complaint is the lane we were assigned had to keep being reset by the staff at the desk because the ball kept getting stuck after the pins were knocked down and the reset button didn't work on the lane. We had a great time with our family here the other night! We were all very impressed with the staff, how kind and accommodating they were and how quick they were to respond to any requests we had. They truly surprised us! This was how you'd want all people you encounter in a business to treat its customers. Thank you!

My job rented out this location to have an after hours work event. I love Bolero and the fact that you can combine a package that gives you food, shoes, and time to bowl. This is not one of the larger locations so it does not have a lot of options for playing games other than bowling. There are two driving simulations and maybe three or four other Game sections.

It's really a nice alley and the service is good. The metal detector at the front is a little unnerving though. Hopefully everyone is safer because of it. Tuesday nights after 8 are the best!

I went to my nephew's birthday party and I had a great time. The young lady that was bringing the food and beverages was so very professional and very nice. They allowed us to finish the game we were playing even after our time was up. The place was very clean to include the bathrooms.

This was a family trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It wasn't very crowded when we visited and we were able to get in and settled on a lane quickly. Loved that the lane automatically kept score for you and showed replays of your shots. We ordered a food sampler which was surprisingly good. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

There is no oil on the lanes. Had too keep resetting the pins because all the pins weren't there doing the initial setup. I've read the reviews before going there, and just about everyone gave bad reviews. I won't be returning there anymore.

I went here Thursday night, and the service at the front desk was a very kind guy. (unfortunately, I did not get his name). The food was average, the atmosphere was a little boring. There was no music playing. But other than that there was nothing I will say that stood out l, this place was very average.

Hosted a children?s birthday party here and I'm so disappointed- the lanes continued to malfunction and pushing the help button or trying to track someone down was nearly impossible. We reserved 3 lanes and only one ended up working . I do believe this place was just extremely short staffed & I will not be back. Like so many businesses, they face the challenges of being understaffed. So it took some time to start. But once that happened, they were professional, helpful and provided us with a very positive experience! We are grateful for that! My family and I attended a bowling party here, and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of free parking, the restrooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly. I didn't have any issues locating the size ball I needed, and the lanes were operating smoothly. A noteworthy takeaway, the food was pretty delicious. The chicken tenders and pizza were a hit! I would reccomend this location!!

Mr. Rodney's hospitality was exceptionally great! He was very accommodating and patient with our large group. The facility was clean and the food was delivered to us fresh and hot. The alcoholic beverages was the only thing I would've like to see improved as a former bartender. They weren't real (full) 1.5 oz shots of alcohol. Plenty of parking and convenient to the highway.

Pros: Management is very engaging with the guest, helpful and professional. The staff at the food desk is helpful in choosing the best deals and the pizza is good. My kids always have a lot of fun, I'm glad they have the choice of using duck pins. It's never too crowded. I highly appreciate it the metal detector at the front door. Security and the staff are exceptionally Pleasant. I have been bowling since I was 14 years old. I have been to quite a few bowling ball alley establishments. They were cheap price and that's why we decided to try the establishment. The only two things that wrong is the bowling balls were dirty. The drinks are over price and the bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner.

Horrible customer service! The lady at the counter looked like she was being forced to work! Prices and deals should be displayed! We walked in, everyone was busy on their phones, arcade card dispenser machine doors were open. Been here a few years ago, it wasn't this bad!

My girlfriends and I gathered here Tuesday and we were all impressed with the fun vibe and affordability. The bar has lots of options and the food was delicious and the cost of 2 games, shoes, and an appetizer came out to around $30 for me.

We had a great experience at Pikesville Bowlero celebrating our daughter's birthday. The service and the atmosphere were great!

The only option for bowling was the games at $35. Just wanted to spend a little time letting my daughters experience duck bowling, but they wouldn't let us do one game. There was no flexibility on the issue. That would have been over $200.00 just to bowl. I was expecting the prices I saw on the website, which at the time of this review was $13 a game.

This place is awful. We ordered a large fry and three drinks, we had to pay over $26 just for that. There is a service fee which is 18% of your purchase, it is completely unnecessary to have. Half of the lanes are broken. The game credits are over priced, the games are either broken or are missing things. There is horrible customer service, people at the snack shack have a horrible attitude. We had a family bowling night and it was GREAT! Thanks to Dierra being so patient and helpful. She's has a great personality. In addition the staff was very friendly. This is definitely a place I will come back to when I visit.

They have done some construction and improved the place and it looks really nice. Including an arcade. But I ordered a drink and the bartender didn't fill the cup and for the price I payed it should have been full with cherry & fruit slice. I had to go back and request. The food needs improvement. I did not like how expensive it was to come here with my kids. One game including shoes is around $60. And they tell me that "You don't have to wear the shoes, but you so need to pay for them..." ?? Nevertheless, I give this place 4 stars. It was a good time. I had a birthday party there and paid $33/ person; included shoes, 2 hrs, 3 entrees, 1 side, 10$ games ??card, 5$ gift certificate for future bowling/guest, a hard cookie cake and drinks. I also received a bowling pin for the birthday boy......but I didn't get my fries and had to keep on the staff the entire time to bring my stuff. We hardly bowled one game before our time was up. They get a low rating for service, on lakes that are on timing they lack in so many states areas honestly if it wasn't for the other guest making the best of the situation my experience would have been totally horrific cold as outside broken lakes lanes so cold when I visited my food I ordered that was clearly over priced was cold in minutes. I bowl here with my girlfriend's once a month. We never have a problem getting a Lane when we arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. The prices are reasonable, in spite of the November increase. Due to the pandemic, prices have increased no matter what you do for entertainment or otherwise. The Pikeville staff are great and very accommodating and they always have a pleasant attitude.

I have been to this location three times, and each of the three times I have left less than thrilled. The first time we visited, the computers went down while we were in line to rent our lane. It seemed that the people playing were able to continue their games, but new guests could not be accommodated. My family and my church family had a ball tonight. The children beat the adults. They were so happy. It was a fun outing for our church and our family. We had fun on our last minute trip but the place is outdated. The music kept randomly stopping and it would be silent for several minutes. There was an issue with the ball return where the ball wouldn't completely come back but would jump the rail and go into the gutters. It happened so many times that we got a free game. The food is decent and there's a bar but it's a little stingy with the liquor in the mixed drinks.

I had the greatest Experience there. Carl S. went above and beyond to make sure our party was a success. Did I mention the food was EVERYTHING!! Not only was customer server from him the greatest, the food he prepared was delish. I will be returning, this guy need a promotion.

It was far more expensive than I anticipated. 2 games for 3 kids and shoes cost over $60.00. The concession was horrible. It was over priced and cold. The people that worked concession was rude except for one young lady. We got the cold food and still had to wait 30 more minutes for the drinks. Our server was just rude.

Fun time but the workers at the snack bar didn't show so the lane manager had to make our order. She was wearing so many hats that day that the food took a long time. The kids got crabby because we'd planned on having an early dinner there so we didn't feed them before we went. They were starving! We had a Groupon so it was worth the inconvenience.

Nice place. Could upgrade seating, by putting booths in like the other Bolero Bowling locations. Arcade games need a little maintenance and attention. Overall fun, clean, great music.

The Lane stopped working. Tried to get somebody to fix it. No one came. After waiting ten minutes we couldn't wait any longer (had little kids with us). Went to front desk and complained.
