This is a smaller location but nice. They put up names of those celebrating their birthdays. The weather assigned service was very attentive. The food selected was tater tots, chicken strips, veggie dish, buffalo pieces and drinks. There was also pepperoni pizza that someone ordered while bowling. They do have a separate section that awards to be for more private events as you couldn't just enter. There's a bar area and small arcade. Unfortunately they don't have a ramp readily available for individuals wit
What was supposed to be a great family night ended as a much better experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, drinks were flowing, and despite some technical difficulties with our first lane, we were well-taken care of by Angelina and Kevin. Above all else, the customer service we received was like no other; between communication, laughs, and overall service, we'll definitely be coming back. A huge thank you to Angelina, Kevin, and the Bowlero staff.
This place is a good respite from the hustle and bustle of life. Bowling is fun! They also have a great deal on Groupon. The manager Marc is very accommodating. The chicken tenders hit the spot.
Be careful when you go here. I went here recently and paid with my debit card. I noticed on my bank statement that they charged me an extra $22. If they did it to me I'm sure they've done it to other people.
Good atmosphere and clean environment. I had a great time there with my family. But the food is not so good
I'm not of other bowlero locations, but this one is great! The staff are so kind and attentive, the food tastes great and the pricing isn't bad. We had our kids birthday party here for the 3rd year in a row. The sales team that helps you build the package for the event is always great and willing to work with your budget.
Cynthia is amazing. She was so helpful when the arcade games were not functioning properly. She made sure that we got our credits available and she took great care of us. We will come back. She was amazing.
Stephen and mark were very helpful and made our experience memorable! It was very clean, they had fun arcade games and the warm cookie with ice cream was so good! We will be back for sure
I took my daughter and her friend bowling and to play games. I wanted to give a a shout out to Steven. They were extremely under staffed and he was handling everything. He was working the bar the front counter and attending to issues with the lanes. They also had an event going. I could see he was under stress but kept a smile on his face and delivered great customer service. I think he needs a raise for everything he does. Also maybe Bowlero could hire more staff to help him out!
Super fun!!! Party with my grandson! It was awesome. Great prices, great customer service, delicious food, bowling and arcade games!!! Super exciting day with a bunch of kiddos.
Love coming here with my nephew! Always have a good time! Come during there promotions days and you can save some money.
Very nice ambiance. Always clean. A nice place to hangout with friends without breaking the bank. They have bowling, an arcade, and billiards tables.
I came here to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday. I came here because alot of other places were extremely handsy on how much money it would be to host a party. So I came here instead. I contacted an event/party planner who was very helpful with the budget I had. So she did her best to accommodate. When it came to my daughters birthday. Everything went pretty smoothly besides one issue we had with adding another lane rental to our bowling party and a bowling lane getting stuck with the pins. There was some
the food is BUSSIN fries very tasty and not bland. i got the chicken blt and it was heavenly, my go to option if you're trying to eat ?healthier? my mans got the monster burger i didn't taste it but he gobbled it down so i?m sure it was great. that's more for those who are meat lovers and have a big appetite i used a groupon here and it worked! staff was nice and helped us out, just make sure groupon is bought at least 24 hours before you come by. we went on a sunday and it surprisingly wasn't too busy
Stopped in to watch the fun. Seems like a great place to have fun. Looked really clean. People were laughing and having fun. Maybe I will come back in the future and bowl with some friends. Like the atmosphere!
Held my son's 10 year old bday party at this place. Kids loved it and the adults did too. The service was great. Although the pizza machine broke down, so we didn't get the pizzas we ordered, they more than made up for it by giving us a variety of more expensive hot food items and they even extend our bowling time. The manager and staff were top notch and attentive during our time.
Private party in the VIP. No servers helping or coming by. Couldn't get a napkin. Went behind empty bar to get napkin. I told her why and apologized. Upon leaving she's telling another guest of my party. Completely condescending. Their service was awful and this woman was completely patronizing. Felt like she found a joy in the whole reprimanding me.
Very busy not very clean and our server never came to our lane. Wish there was Cosmic bowling, no music at night just listening to other people's conversations.
Oh snap, they got Nintendo games? Jokes aside, this place is nice. It's not going to blow anyone away, but there are enough offerings to keep a good group entertained with bowling and arcade games. I haven't tried the food yet, though.
I love I want come back agien I was have good time we friends end family
Our server Chynna was Fantastic, the food was good and the ????beer was cold. She was very attentive and polite got all our orders right.
Loved having a waiter come by to take food and drink orders at our lane. Our lane kept getting jammed but we still had a great time.
The place was awesome! Environment was awesome, food was good (when it finally arrived). Management took care of the issue. The only thing that suffered was service. And not at any fault of the staff on duty. They were just spread so thin. One bartender, one server, and one person on desk. Aside from that, great times! Would definitely come back.
Stopped by on a Sunday and there was a few lanes open. Great for groups. Sunday prices after 6pm are a bit cheaper than before 6pm. They also have arcade games and pool. Overall the fries and seinka were pretty good. The bowl was around 40 dollars and is huge . The overall setting is very nice and clean. Customer service is also great. Had a great time . its is kid friendly. Would recommend. The atmosphere is great
The check in was delayed. I understand there was another customer getting answers but they couldn't come up with a resolution for about 10 past my start time. Finally some one else came over and used the other computer to check us in. The bar tenders were awful. One lady asked us if we needed service and when we said yes she sent us to another tender. That tender got our drink orders wrong. She was also walking back and forth, talking with other patrons before fulfilling our order. The lane attendant came a
It's a really nice place to go and have a good bowling night. The staff is friendly, and even if you're on a waiting list, there are other things to do, like play pool or just sit on a couch and watch TV. Overall, it's an excellent place to hang and bowl. Also, it is a good idea to get yourself on a waitlist early or make a reservation, as it can take some time to get a lane, especially on weekends.
I am updating my review to 5 stars, 10 stars if I could. I spoke with the General Manager Will and he made it right. My family and I had a great time. I can't thank Will enough. He definitely cares about the customers and I will be recommending Bowlero Pasadena to all my friends and family. Thanks again Will I really appreciate how you reached out and made it right.
I give it 4 stars because the staff was super helpful with atmosphere was amazingly fun and the food was okay we live in Granada hills I'd definitely come back :) the only issue is the restrooms were super bad other than that anyone who is Reading this I recommend it to you
We celebrated my birthday, we had lots of fun... 10 of us girls, our waiter was great we got everything we order. The music was vibing and we loved bowling... Our hostess was great too...we will return for another birthday or event. Really enjoyed this location...lots of fun?? our waiter on back of my selfie!! Great job, i forgot his name..
It's actually a really nice place for the price. For $18 you can bowl an unlimited amount of games, compared to other places where you have to pay almost the same price for just about five games. Plus they have an arcade area with plenty of games. They also have a bar section (21+ of course) & the neon bowling at night is really fun. On weekends (I think) they're opened until 2am.
Fun place and has a lot to do ... music, food, sports drinks. Very clean and fairly priced. Went for a birthday party and really enjoyed my time there with the family.
We had our daughters 8th bday here. It was awesome! Erica was our host and Richard was our server. When we first got there we went over timings on food and cake etc.. and as the party went on it all happen without us having to do anything. The staff was very responsive to our needs and the little arcade is a perfect ending to a bowling party. There is a lack of seating behind the lanes but when I asked they said if we needed more they would bring more out. We would do this again in a heartbeat.
Great place to spend Christmas Eve and celebrate the 12/24 birthday party for my son!! They are very accommodating and excellent service and facilities!!
Not what it was like when it was Bahama Lanes in my high school days. Understaffed and low morale all around now. Needs to go back to the way it was back in the ?90?s as I remember.
I had the opportunity to go for the first time when my job received free passes from the manager. It was such a great gift! It isn't always easy to go out and have fun on minimum wage. I could actually pick what I wanted from the menu without worrying so much. I hope they do this again! It was awesome to see other stores in our center there too. Food was great and the service was 10/10. Thanks again for the experience!
Fun place. Great music. Great drinks. Kids had fun and I was able to unwind.
Company Christmas party was fantastic here...in VIP room! Can't wait until next year!
The only reason this location gets 2 stars is from the friendly staff. Arrived Saturday 5/4/24 just before they opened, and when my husband and I walked in, it smelled like garbage that had been left out. It was stuffy and stinky like no one has cleaned. The bowling lanes by the ball return was dirty and sticky. I have my own bowling shoes and feel I need to disinfect them. I go to another bowling alley, Action Lanes, and it is far cleaner and doesn't smell like dirty garbage. Also, it is so dark that I co
Bowling and beers. So many TVs and channels to watch. Get the Groupon deal if it's still around. Fun couple hours for a birthday, they let us bring in our own cake.
Celebrated my son's tenth bday, and it was amazing. Kudos to Analisa, a very young server but dedicated, she made everything run smoothly. Every other time I visit is always a treat #summerpass
Best bowling place I have EVER been to. The entire place by itself was HUMONGOUS with really good food. To add on, there was an arcade, and I had the most fun there. Many bowling alleys, too. I think there were 15+? I'm not sure. In summary, the place was great, and I highly recommend it, especially for birthday parties.
Came here for the first time with a big group of friends and we had such a great time! The space is great, very clean and the staff was amazing! Kenny the manager took care of us like family, and Alaia our server was on point. She handled our group like a total pro, orders were flying and everything came out perfect. We had a couple rounds at the bar while waiting for our lanes and the bartender was also super sweet. Definitely coming back!
Had my sons surprise 15th Birthday party with the family. The Assistant managers were very accommodating
Really awesome Grand opening. There are 31 Lanes, 7 of which are in the VIP room.
Came by after league around 830 almost 9 to bowl and practice, Karla helped us out and we decided to get the VIP section. absolutely peaceful and genuinely a great time to bowl in private. definitely worth it. Great first time experience at a SGV bowlero. Best manager in town too for accommodating my party.
Lots of fun. Colorful surroundings, good pizza and fries.
I really enjoy the bowling ally I love to come casually bowl a 300 game. I sometimes bowl at 299 on bad day but mostly a 300. The staff is super nice. Back when summer started I was in abad place living on streets but now after getting the bowling pass I could proudly say I'm living a mansion... bowling has saved my life and every time I wake I can only think about bowling. The highlight of my life bowling a 300. There a family of cats that lives across from the bowling ally but they never let me pet them.
This bowling alley was very disappointing. I took my daughters there and we were having semi-fun but the left bumper kept malfunctioning and I had to keep calling over for service. After 3 or 4 times, we finally left, and the money that I was supposed to get back, never was returned to my account. Maintenance and management should ensure that all the lanes are working properly before opening for business. I honestly felt that we were treated as 2nd class people for not having a birthday party. It was shamef
Wow...what great experience I had here! The best bowling place to come for family fun!
Private office event in VIP Room with catered meals. Everything was as requested, VERY attentive staff and manager. Everyone enjoyed the bowling, music and videos that framed the space. Added a dimension of liveliness.
Definitely enjoyed our time. I booked an event at bowlero for a company Christmas party and everyone enjoyed their time. I began with booking the event online, but had some questions so I called in and was transferred to Alyssa. That was the best decision I made. Alyssa was so patient taking the time to explain details and assist me in signing up with the correct package. On the day of we were greeted by a great group of host and day of coordinator. Chris our event host was truly amazing, great communicat
Beautiful facility, but the lanes are always broken down. You can never get into a bowlder's rhythm. As you're bowling or practicing horrible bowling alley, I would never recommend it to anyone else. I have bowl there over a year, with them.Promising to repair stuff, they've never repairs. It's just sad .
Greg manager and his crew are lazy rude and a bunch of NPCs. Had to ask multiple times just to get drinks girl stares at me like I just asked her to build me a rocket. Doesnt respond with anything at all just stares. Not the 1st time here either with their slow service or at timea non existent.
I read the 1 star comments before my event so I know what to expect, and to my experience throughout this event, I believed most of the complaints have been resolved. For examples, they did not add the 18% gratitude to our foods/drinks bill, also, we had a problem with the lane guard for my granddaughter and the service person came within minutes and tried to fix it and moved us to another lane once he figured he coundn't fix it within minutes. P.S. our waitress was very courteous and checking on us often
The owner of this place is very nice and very easy to communicate with! I thank you and everyone there for a wonderful time bowling and a situation I had face with an easy agreement on. There was a day when my card was declining invalid funds, and I owe them around $80 of a bowling alley time I was playing. I didn't know exactly why my card had said this, but me and Manger came to a conclusion that I just dropped by anytime and paid the amount I owe for that day. Two weeks later, I had returned and paid the
Hosted a kid?s party here yesterday and it was the best (and easiest) party I ever hosted!! From the scheduling and planning with Gabby Everett (I called in bc I wasn't sure about the details- HIGHLY recommend this over booking online), to the day of the event (Amin was our host- he was AMAZING- So helpful and available, helping with all my additions and changes throughout the event and Ayala (sorry if I misspelled her name) was our waitress and she was soo sweet and helpful at every step!) everything was f
So my family and I went to bowlero for my son?s birthday while we waited for our lane to open my daughter and I sat at the bar for a drink and the bar tender gave us the wrong drink and it was a lot of alcohol in it, you couldn't even taste the fruity mix that was in it. So I ask the bar tender may we please have the drinks we ordered and with not mostly alcohol in it instead of helping us she proceeded to keep helping other customers. VERY RUDE IM SO DISAPPOINTED ??
Such a great atmosphere. Great drinks and the food was surprisingly really good. Better than we expected. Bowling, music and pool tables are great!!! Employees are nice too!!
Was there for a company party - the food that should have been warm was cold and the food that should have been hot was warm. Prices for drinks was pretty high. Music is kind of loud. However, the facility is clean and well kept. Fun, family atmosphere.
Exceptional service! We celebrated my kids bday, which I started planning last minute and I wasn't expecting it to be this perfect. Starting from the sales team (Gabriella E.) to the managers at Bowlero Pasadena, we received exceptional service. Everyone was so nice and attentive, the place was clean and the food was delicious. They went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. I'm looking forward to celebrating another occasion at Bowlero Pasadena.
Had a company christmas party in the private area. Service, drinks and staff were all great.
S7/E3 13:25 Big Bang Theory ??
Not the place for you if you're a bowler. They don't oil the lanes most days, so it's not really worth the trip if you're using your own ball. Slow, disinterested service, poor communication, poorly maintained equipment, and high prices. There are quite a few bowling alleys in the area, both run by bowlero and not. This is one of the worst.
I have no idea how people pay so much money to bowl at a bowling alley that the lanes always breaks down. I've been bowling in this place for about a year for league bowling, I only came back because I have many friends that bowl in this league. They have no idea how a true bowling alley should be operating. Apparently they decided to accept league bowling because they weren't having enough business for open bowling. Who Knows!?? I am so fed up with this establishment but I am committed to bowl this season
We had a work event at Bowlero this week and it went well. We had four lanes and a BBQ food package. Surprisingly the barbecue package was actually pretty good. It was a good time and the service was great.
Great service, very fast and attentive. Visited for my brothers birthday and they were very fast with our large party orders. Definitely recommend
this place was a blast. me and my family and some family friends came for my daughter's birthday and let me tell you! this place is well worth it. they have an arcade and private section for scheduled reservations(birthdays). of course they have bowling. and all in all the customer service was decent. my kids had a blast and me myself had a wonderful time here. i hadn't been bowling gosh a little over 10 years but am i sure glad i visited this location. altogether it was a great time and i sure do recommen
Just celebrates my 15 year old birthday at Bowlero Pasadena, the kids had so much fun, the decoration was beautiful and the All Star package has everything you need! Highly recommend!
They a have private VIP area for events includes a bar, bathroom. Nice lanes, well maintained. There is an arcade area outside of the VIP area. Not as extensive as other places like Round 1 or Dave and Busters. Selection of items is mediocre.
Great place to have fun. The prices are decent and to shot pool is cheap. Great service and clean.
My family attended an office event at Bowlero. We all had so much fun and they took longer than expected to serve food but it's all good sized portions and tasted delicious.
Excellent staff with great customer service! The private party room was fulfilled and roomy enough that everyone had a great time.. The bartender went above and beyond making all the guests feel welcomed..
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when helping me reserve a lane, they were super accommodating and made the process a breeze. Would highly recommend for all your bowling needs.
I attended an event arranged by my employer. We were assigned to the VIP room, which is very private. There are 8 lanes, your own bar, and an area to have a catered meal served. The staff is very attentive and truly treats like a VIP. I had a great time bowling in the private room and not having to deal with screaming kids. I would love to schedule another event here.
5th grade boys had a great time celebrating my son's birthday! They had fun bowling and playing the arcade games. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They were very accommodating of nut allergies, and took care of all our needs. Thanks, Bowlero!
Great place! Lanes are fun and clean, neat modern. Cool video games, pool tables are nice, air hockey fun, lots of tables and space. Definitely group fun, adults and for kids. The bar tender was super cool and courteous, had a good sense of humor and was a gentleman. great pours on the beers! The Manager continuously came around, picking up empty dishes and make sure everyone was having a great time and was comfortable.
I came here to celebrate my birthday and although I had a good time, the front receptionist Kylie ruined the mood for us. She was so rude and full of entitlement. I am not one to leave a review, but she pushed our buttons tonight. Some of the staff there were nice and professional, but thereis a mix of unprofessional bad apples working there.
Don't bother coming on weekday nights. They have leagues playing and won't even take walk-ins They originally told us 9pm but 30minutes later they told us 10:30pm. Wasted my money paying for food and drinks.
Customer service here sucks I've been here before paying top dollar for a event never agian I lost all respect for this place I'll take my business eles were
Lanes were dry unfortunately. Front desk service was decent. The bartender Anastasia was very kind and provided excellent service. They offer a summer pass for around $55 which allows 3 games per day, and shoes throughout the summer. I'd recommend it as a spot to go with some friends.
Staff is really friendly and super attentive. My kids enjoy coming.
Amazing place! My friends & I had so much fun. I highly recommend it
I'm giving this Bowlero a 2 star for that fact that this has to be the 2nd worse place I bowled right behind Shatto Lanes, These lanes were unbelievably dry, For a big company like Bowler I would think the lanes would at least get oiled up for a busy Super Bowl weekend, I came here to relax and have fun with my love ones, I didn't think we had to try hard just to socre, But besides the bowling Id give a 5 star for the Food And Drinks and having a great selection of arcade games
This was my first time here. Only stayed a short while, but it was fun. Sunday is Sunday Funday, so you may have to wait to play. We were on a wait list with 13 people ahead of us. It wasnt too bad of a wait though. The music is a bit loud so we waited outside. They take your number and text you. They do have games and other things you can do while you wait. I think on some days it's cheaper if you go after 6pm. There is a sushi restaurant next door and a Starbucks nearby plus some other places you can ha
The music was too loud. It sounded like three different songs being played at once. Definitely not good for older people and babies. I usually like loud music but this sounded like noise. The acoustics don't support whatever they were trying to do. I would describe it as obnoxious and for this reason would not recommend this place to others. Would have been great otherwise.
We love Bowling and this place is fun and the lines are good!!
Small spot but nice, plenty of pool tables!
Unwelcoming borderline rude staff with an entitled attitude. place is not clean. Dirty dishes were seen in the seating areas long after the party left. The staff at the front counter was combative and unfriendly. For first timers, we really didnt know what to do and were directed in a manner that was very blunt and unwelcoming. Front counter staff wouldn't even answer basic questions about costs or specials. Asked about bumpers and was given instructions instead of information. Again, first timers, we were
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
