Cristina and i, Jose went here a couple of days ago and had a blast. Food was good, service and drinks was delicious. Non alcohol night for us. Played to games and even though it was a little pricey for only two hours we still had fun. Wishing it cost just a little less to go back again soon. See picture.

The game room is small but decent. The bowling lanes are many and great. The coat was reasonable, and offers are available. They have a food court and offer alcoholic beverages, too. They do show sports games and they have a pool table. A good place to take friends and family.

Brought the kids for some bowling time and it was a great experience overall. The only downside to it was the fact that they need new bowling balls. A good amount of them were not even rolling correctly during use. Unfortunately, the bowling ball is a big factor in coming to bowl so for that is why they only get 3 stars.

Don't have your leagues here. Damn place never oils the lanes, even though they claim to "always oil before any leagues". Like today, zero oil whatsoever for our league. First ball in the practice , not a drop of oil on my ball. So much for oiling before league. Sticky floors under the tables, they don't clean before league either, which is horrible for my expensive bowling shoes. This place is trash. Poor management. Hate this place. Garbage. Valerie and Matt are a breath of relief though. That's it.

My family joined a bowling league here at the Bowlero in Palmdale to have fun and make beautiful memories. All the staff is very friendly and nice but the manager Daisy however is not! She clearly has her favorites. She should be setting an example. Instead she is very rude and she talks down to you and is very unprofessional. We come here to relax and enjoy ourselves. I went to visit family in CA went to the location in Palmdale CA and was treated rude by employee Daisy I am clearly disabled in wheelchair and ask for accommodations due to my disability and was denied and told I could just leave. Felt so unfairly treatment and I spend $300 for everyone all my family and my caregiver had to take me back to my hotel. Customers should be treated well and not disrespectful. I organized a group of 8 of us pickle ballers to try another sport. We used the Groupon package for 4. Unlimited bowling and shoe rental for $61. A very good value vs Ala Carte rates. The staff was courteous and helpful. Beer could have been a little colder. One annoying thing was all the balls that were left on the lanes after people had left. This makes it difficult to find a ball to use without going through all the open lanes. Overall we had a very good experience and definitely will go back again.

I recently came in and I brought my family member that is on vacation from out of the country. We ordered a pitcher of beer and some food. The server came to check ID for the beer. My family member presented his passport and was told by management that it was not an acceptable form of ID. He presented the ID from his native country and was told that it was not acceptable either. We requested a refund for the order. The manager came to apologize and gave us a refund. They've upgraded the place from before. Good place to have fun. Family oriented. Prices are up, but they seem to have deals. You just have to look or ask. Food is overpriced (well, the pizza is. $ 20 for 8 slices is insane). We got the sampler, which was good. You got a mix of everything (but pizza). Would go back.

Staff seems really overwhelmed so do urself a favor and reserve online~~bowling lanes or pool table (there's is only one pool table) I would stay away from the nachos too

So I came here bowling the other day with my family it was pretty fun was really clean we ended up ordering a pizza it wasn't the best but what do you expect from a bowling alley The kids enjoyed it . The staff was super friendly and helpful The bowling alley looks really good from the last time that I've been there it was a big change They have to have one of the world's biggest TV screens it was well over 50' long All in all it was a good experience and I will definitely bring my family back

Great place to blow some steam and knock some pins down. The only downside is the teams that go there to play take up the late evening which u have to wait until 9 pm to get a lane. The price is ok for unlimited bowl after 9pm.

Prices are insane 16 per person for 1 game, will not come to this bowling again so 16?5=80 for 1 game is alot for 2 adults and 3 kids unger the age of 8

it wasn't crowded so we had no problem with open lanes :-) it's a fun place to go to with friends or family as the atmosphere is very lively & welcoming. i wouldn't recommend on buying the food there as it's a bit expensive for mediocre food, would highly suggest eating out before or after bowling.

The workers were very nice. Our group had paid to use a lane for 2 hours. Our time ran out when we were on our last frame of our 3rd game, but the worker gave us 5 extra minutes so we could finish.

Honestly, the staff is beyond nice and super helpful if anything is needed ! ?? I come here every other weekend either with family or friends ... I love the fact that they have different specials every day ! ???? definitely RECOMMEND!! ????

Customer Service was GREAT ( they get 5 *'s ), staff nice friendly and helpful. Took my 6 year old for the first time she loved it. However the pizza did not taste good and wings tasted like they were double fried and a lot and I mean a lot of sauce. I spent $58.00 and it was not satisfying to us. Food really needs to improved. BUT over all my family and I will return to bowl again. Thank you.

The Managers running the place have way to much attitude and I would not recommend this alley to anyone. The floors are dirty The machines breakdown constantly the scoring consoles aren't stable they rock back and forth. The bathrooms are not very clean. I bowl 3 leagues there and I dont feel like they care about the league bowlers anymore.

Best hidden arcade in the AV. Take my grandson once a week.

I went bowling and had an amazing time. The price was right for the amount of games I was getting. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the bar area. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone that wants to bowl and enjoy food/drinks at a great price

We recently bought the summer bowling passes for our family. We absolutely love it. I hope they do something similar during winter break. It does tend to get busy, but we never had to wait long for a lane. The arcade needs to be updated. The food could get an upgrade, too.

It was fun and clean...... there were two servers who were outstanding- a young man and a woman at the bar, but the others were pretty rude and sucked. The food was good, the fries were delicious. Everything was easy to use and manageable.

I really enjoyed the experience. Sara was the best and took very great care of us and went above and beyond. Daisy the manager checked on us multiple times to make sure we were all set.

Been coming to bowlero for quite some time now. It amazes me for how the people are so friendly and so family oriented. They genuinely make me feel like I'm at home. It doesn't feel like an establishment or business, it feels like you're hanging out with your friends and family here. My favorite go to items are a large lemonade with FREE REFILS btw and a super cheesy burger. The bartenders are literally just so patient and they make you feel like you're not judged for taking your time picking out your drink

Fun arcade kinda expensive though for an arcade. Upgraded from three stars to four stars because I remember the staff being friendly and helping with the video game card, but mostly because the owner cares about your reviews and response to them. That definitely deserves a four-star rating minimum.

We came here to have some fun and enjoy some family time. It did not disappoint. The only downside was the wait to get a lane. They need to streamline the way they great customers and help out with getting people bowling. When you have 4 people behind the counter and a long line of costumers and only 1 person helping those customers it does not add up. Once we got our lanes the rest of the experience was awesome. We had a great time. It was very nice in there. Very friendly staff and they even checked on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. If you like to bowl I really recommend you go here. They looked like they had good food but we didn't try it. But I plan to try something next time we go. Like always, it was an amazing time (not just because my party was having fun) but because the staff is always so warm and welcoming. I have never encountered an issue while at bowlero. We had a super fun time at this location. The price was pretty similar to the sister location in Lancaster we spent about $70 for two games and four pairs of shoes. The alley was clean and well maintained. The front desk girl was super friendly and extremely welcoming. We would definitely recommend this for a nice family outting.

We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday here last Friday 5/12 and everything was perfect! The manager was so helpful. The the employee that took care of me; she was so sweet and helpful too. To be honest, everyone was very helpful. The food was fresh and so tasty too. I definitely recommend this location for a night out or a special event.

This was the most insanely expensive bowling alley I've ever been to! 8.99 per person, per game, and that doesn't even include the $15 shoe rentals. I'm sorry, but there are too many bowling alleys out there that only charge you per lane per game! Not PER PERSON! I'll never come here again. And their pizza is terrible! I was seriously astounded! We were visiting from Michigan and decided to stop in and go bowling . Warmly greeted by Sara who was easy to take care of any need we may have . Her spirit is amazing and we loved her .

This place is horrible! Bathrooms are disgusting. I don't think the floors have been cleaned since covid. The lanes always have issues with balls returning. The front desk staff are more interested in their phones instead of doing their jobs. And what's with the red lights? It's not a strip club, it's a bowling alley. Turn some lights on!

Was visiting for work recently went to go shoot a round of bowling this place was maybe half full at best so I thought this is awesome. I approached the counter at check in before I said anything the young goth lady with dark hair stated there's no lanes open. Huh. I introduced my family and friend to this place last night and they took 20 minutes to bring our pizza out, then one of the employees walks up and say ?are you guys still playing?? And He see?s we are eating and I said ?well we about to get ready to leave? and ?He said oh ok because I gave this table up?. The service is definitely embarrassing.

It was a good place to have my son's birthday party. I just wish that the machines would return the balls. Ours kept getting stuck and we had to call someone almost every frame we played. The employee tried to say that it was us, but we were waiting every turn for the balls to return and they did not.

Perfect place to play the waiting game for an hour even tho 10 lanes are open prior from walking in, and lets not forget the perfect arcade with less then half the games that work even tho the ones that don't are powered on, wasting your time and money. The pro shop is one of two bright spots here. Great service & knowledge. Bought 3 balks there and two different lanes chewed up the two balls I was using. One took a chip out of it. Fred in the pro shop made it right. Every time I roll their my ball gets ripped apart. The alley itself is nice. New setup, video screens and old school Cafe furniture. If you're looking for a good pro shop guy Joe is the one for you. Very knowledgeable of the game. Will dissect your repertoire and tell you what you need. Best ball cleaning results I've ever gotten. Also did great with the drilling of my new ball! The lanes are clean with a well kept approach. Nice big screen projected television above the pins. Plenty of leagues and tournament options. This will definitely be my go to lanes during my time in the AV!

Amazing Services, Darnell was Kind , Professional and Friendly. our Ball Had Gotten Stuck he was Nice Enough to Walk away from Food Service to get the stuck ball for us. He also walked us over and Introduced Us to the Lovely Bartender ( I forgot her name, Sorry ) in which she made us a Delicious drink that was NOT on the menu. It was A Great Night. Thanks !

I went in today and let me tell you about Sheila and Billy. Wonderful, amazing, caring workers. They made sure I understood everything. They gave me a very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend to come to bowlero Palmdale to visit these two amazing workers. You can tell that they very much care about their jobs and what they do.

Where bowling balls? Staff said I should go lane to lane and ask if the other bowlers had a spare balls. I have average sized hands but sure couldn't find one that fits. Otherwise the venue is great especially the food and wait staff

My family had a really good time here. They are very open to using coupons & giving really great deals to families. The atmosphere is fun with music and lights, and my kids had a friendly competition with their parents. It was great!

Parking lot was full of weeds. Wasn't sure if they were even still operating. Staff was nice enough. Didn't like that to find a ball, which was VERY limited, I had to search the ball returns, on each lane, even while some were in use! All the ball storage is either in or under the ball returns. The rack machines, automatic scoring, and ball returns "fouled up" (no pun intended) way too often to make for a lackluster time. Won't be coming back soon.

I thought the alley was awesome and smooth. Everything inside is nice and tidy! However, The prices are a RIP OFF. Tell me how playing on a Saturday night with two people for one game costed us 25 DOLLARS. Made absolutely no sense when places in LA charge half of that. You pay per person a game meaning it multiplies (just to make you aware). The staff was super friendly though and made me feel very comfy to be there. This was a 4 star rating now 1 only because the staff (minus the managers) are decent. I have many issues with this location and after tonight I can't remain silent anymore. The managers at this location do very poorly at their jobs and do nothing to make up for their lack of customer service. Always fun and subtle place to throw a few games a week. Also Fred has the pro shop running like a well oiled machine. By far way better service than the Lancaster Bowlero pro shop. I have had 3 balls drilled by Fred and have been very happy with his work.
